Dear Sir/Madam



I would like to inform you that I have given my Samsung-F480i model for service on 18/09/2010 at VAISHNAVI SERVICES, A-1,ACHARYA NIKETAN,MAYUR VIHAR PHASE1,DELHI-91 As my touch screen is not working. After the repair done the touch screen is ok but my camera is not functioning. Then they suggested to come within two days as the item is not available with them. then I am following them in every two days, But every time they inform me that they ordered the part & will come within two days.
On 07/10/2010 they fitted one camera but that is not working as they bought the camera of F480 model.



I am just running from pillar to post for last one month, main problem is that the they not picking the phone calls made to them. I have tried more than 60 times on contact no. [protected] but every time I failed. So Pls. suggest.

      In My Samsung Guru E1160 it switched off suddenly.
      i have tried to switch it on but not able to switch it on and also it is not charging.
      so i have to remove the battery and charge it from other persons mobile.
      now it is started but it is not showing network bar though i am in very good network range.
      Please provide solution for it ASAP.

        I had received an sms from Samsung informing about the priced i had won from samsungevo2010 held in UK the sum of (£650,000) pound which they told me that it was deposited temporarily in NATWEST BANK PLC,LONDON E13 9AB with the temporary account that samsung has open for me..and MR. THOMAS STRATFORD (D.O.P.L) [DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS]
        Natwest is asking about my scan copy of my passport or drivers license a proof of winning from Samsung and A CERTIFIED FUND TRANSACTION ORDER [F.T.O] FROM THE U.K FINANCIAL SERVICES AUTHORITY.
        [THIS MUST BE OBTAINED FROM ANY OF THEIR REGIONAL OFFICES THERE IN ENGLAND]. and he instructed me if i want to ask clarifications or question i need to contact Mr.LLoyd Alexander Ivanovich prized administrator of samsung draw
        Hopefully i can get an answer from you...this really bothers me a lot...cause i don"t had an idea if its true or not.....

          I lost my mobile on[protected] around 7:15 pm near marol naka,
          andheri. Somebody has stolen while i was in bus.
          As my mobile tracking was on I got the number of the person who had
          taken my mobile, the number is [protected]. I got this number on

          I went and registered complaint at Sahar Cargo police station on
          [protected] and gave all the details (including that the number is of
          videocon and the said number is from Mumbai), but till today i have
          not got my mobile.

          The person who stole my mobile picks up whenver I call, but whenever I
          go to police station and compalin about this, he switches off his
          phone. I dont know how he comes to know .

            sir....i bought a cell of samsung company(samsung corby b3410).and suddenly problem of display is dere..it show white screen but after 1 2 hour it get normal...and i went to service centre they check the phone n after that they said ki sweat is dere in lcd...n said warranry is void...n arguing wid me....sir plzzz solve my problem..if sweat is going in lcd..then it is mistake of company na...why they made ths type of design.

            hi.. I am facing the same problem.. Whenever i slide the phone the display turns white.. I gave it to service centre but they are saying that they tried everything but they cant fix it and they returned it without repairing it.. Please help..

            Can't believe I was such a !!! I understand my extra miles now !!! Haha

              Samsung — Free Gift -pending

              i had purchased a Samsung Mirco - oven on 15th Oct 2008 and i was to get a free gift of a hand mixer along with it. this the dealer (Adishwara, Inner Ring Road, Bangalore) said they did not have a stock and they would give it by next week. Till date they have not called and when approached said the company has not yet sent this..
              What can i say?? i cannot even seem to find a number to call Samsung directly and find out..am really irritated at this point, why promise something to someone and then not fulfill it?

              Samsung Lcd — not receiving gift articles

              I received a phone call from India-Today group that you have won Rs 2 lakh gold voucher free on 15th/16th july and to claim your gift voucher you have to purchase a samsung tv /lcd worth Rs 17699 thru credit card .I manage credit card and booked LCD(booking id no.[protected] after booking i was asked to purchase Gold box worth Rs 2392 (booking id no.[protected] on 19/07/2010. fortunately i got 2nd item wqrthRS 2392 within 10-12 days.
              on 24-07-10 iagain recived a call to purchase worth Rs7498 akit for gift voucer of RS2 lakh (for one time purchase of gold/ diamomd from suat diamond/ nakshtra ) which i paid thru credit card .later on ,on31/07/10 i recived another call for releasing of gift item -to purchase Rs3298 (reebok bag, shoe, towel) which i paid. on that day they promised no any payment further,But on 12/08/10 igot a call that i have to prchase worth 5000Rsfor getting my order and gift? what is this ? why you people are giving promises that you could not ful-filled your reputation will certainely go down if this type of false promises is going on.
              in nut-shell i received worthRs5690`sitem by paying Rs30887thru credit-card and original promise of Rs 2 lakh free gift is also pending.
              so please look into my problem and s

              Samsung Lcd — Installation pending for 2 months

              I had purchased a 32" LCD TV (LA32C480-HDR) on 02.11.10 from NEXT Showroom (Sec-35 B) Chandigarh. (Bill No. 99657) The sales person told me that engineers from Samsung would visit my place within 2-3 days to install the LCD. It has been around 2 months now but still nobody has come to install the LCD . On calling the the customer care I get a same answer every time that my LCD would be installed by evening the day I call them. My BP No. is [protected]. I had not expected such a pathetic service from SAMSUNG.

                Hi,

                I have purchased Samsung Split AC Bio-Sleep 1TON thru M/s. Artic Business Corp., Chennai contact person Mr. Muthu[protected] months back.
                After the Commissioning of AC the technician observed that the Manual & Remote Control of the same has been missing . I have been chasing the dealer for past 6 months & till date i have not received any update on the same.
                Either they do not pick our calls or even if picked they tell that they will talk to company & revert. But they have not done anything till date.

                Would like to have solution for this.

                    I have registered my complain in samsung service center on vide complain no [protected] dtd 4/6/09, samsung service partner rep. came on 5/6/09 for inspection and confirmed that tomorrow they will take it to their service center and within next day it is going to be retured after filling gas on it.

                    on 6/6/09 they came and pickedup my ac and till today(12/6/09) they havn't returned my ac neither any of the samsang supervisior are ready to talk to me nor call center providing me any superviors no.

                    Since yesterday Iam calling them but no responce. as we all are aware how hot Delhi is these days?

                      Now a days your service cell is very poor, nobody is seriously taken action. Whenever, I complaint on phone, ur customer care cell hold for long time but not resolve any query. Every time they assured me to resolve the issue but nobody came. It makes your market reputation down.                           I have purchased a mobile ( GT-S3500)Sl.No. RD5SBO4591T IME/RSN No. [protected] on[protected] from QRS, Trivandrum. After 6 months the handset showerd many complaints- battery charge not lasted, vibration not worked. I submitted the set in the service centre near Sreekandeswaram temple, Vanchiyur, TVPM. After taking three moths they returned the mobile with many new complaits- camera not worked, display not clear etc. How ever I used it for some days. Then new problems started- display disappeared in intervals, communication possible only with the help of head set etc. Then I gave the set to the service centre on[protected] Mastro Phone, Opposit Chellam petrol Pump, Pattam, TVPM, Phone[protected]. They haven't returned the set till date. I lost all confidence to the service centres. Their attitude was negative.                             Very disgusting and shameful performance by Samsung. I purchased an LCD television LA32 C450 on 13/10/2010. It was promised that the the installation shall be done very next day. It has been 7days since then I am still awaiting engineer from Samsung.
                            Every day I make a request, they promise they will come the same day but never turn up. Its becoming a cause of mental harrasment for me. Even tried lodging a complaint with the Customer care but the person did not attend to the problem and disconnected the call in between.
                            I would never buy myself any product from Samsung and would not recommend it to others also.

                            THEY HAVE NOT BOTHERED TO GET THE MACHINE INSTALLED. THE DEALER GIVES PATHETIC SERVICE.

                              I have given my handset at Samsung authorisation service center,Saheed Nagar(Plot no-100),Bhubaneswar,Odisha for repairing .My handset model is SCH-W299.My workorder no is WA[protected].I have given my handset on[protected].Till date my handset is not repaired.I am running after the center repeatedly.They are not able to give me proper answer.I had spoken to ur franchisee owner(Durga prasad Samuel),service center manager(Mr. Deepak),Manager(Samit Pattnaik)but did not get solution.Even i have spoken to ur call center.My complain no-[protected].As a customer, should i talk to ur every department why components has not come ??Being such a world class organisation, you are providing disastrous service.There is lack of efficiency,accountability,coordination,transparency in your servicing aspect.It is not my duty to enquire why your logistic department has not sent components?Mr. Durgaprasad is asking me to find out this problem.Mr. saumit pattnaik don't know about pending matter.What kind of francisee & employee you have recruited??I am a lawyer & working as liasioning officer.I know how to get compensation for the waistage of my valuable time & money through the conumer court.I am just waiting for your answer.Within seven days i will take back my handset & move for further action.Please send me e-mail & tel. no of country Head of samsung.Before i move to court i want to talk to him.I just want to know him how manipulation is going on lower level.I will also know the media about this manipulation.These three person think customer is helpless!!Let me teach them a lesson.They are damaging the image & goodwill of SAMSUNG.I am expecting ur e-mail as soon as possible.

                                Respected sir, I SHYAMAL DUTTA s/o Mr. Gour Mohan Dutta of P-33, Kalika Place, Naskarhat, Kolkata : 700039 here by inform you that, I had purchased a SAMSUNG GURU 2130 mobile phone model number GT-E2130TSAINU, SL no : *358125/03/292170/5* on 26 June 2010 form Deep Enterprise of Kolkata 700039 vide bill no 64 . After one month this mobile phone stops working. I deposited it at the authorized service center of Samsung India Pvt. Ltd. on 2nd August 2010 and also lodge a online complain against that phone. On 21st August 2010 I get back the mobile phone from that service center and deposited again on 24th August due to same problem and also lodge a online complain. In between I have lost my some valuable clients those have taking service from me due to not attending there calls. On 30th August I get back my phone and on 31st August again stop working with the same problem. I again lodge a online complain against that phone. There after I contact with Area Manager (Service) who suggested that to redeposit the phone on another authorized service center and assure me that it will solved within 15 days. As per his instruction I deposited the mobile phone on 3rd September 2010. Still to day I do not get back my phone. In this incidence I have lost more that 50 valuable clients. which cause I have to face financial loss.

E1410 SL No. RW55969168B IMEI No. [protected] dated 24/10/09 but this set many problam i have deposit set many time in samsung service centre but my set does not right so K.K. services service centre 102 hans plaza Ambedkar road ghaziabad tell me your set amount less 20% refund me is in 20 days but i have not refund till date i have deposit my set date 1/9/10 job sheet no. 1245 but not refund till date i have many time contact sevice centre owner mobile no. is [protected] but not responce and i have many time contact samsung mobile toll free no. [protected] but not responce so dear sir please provied me my set refund amount.

                                  Sir I purchased new samsung mobile c5010 on dtd.21.102010 bill no.22725 from Prakash Music centre 17, New market TT Nagar Bhopal, IMIE no.354161/04/025853/7. I found the set was automatically turnoff within ½ or 1 hour frequently. I go to dealer he send to me service centre there service expert has checked the set and given me DEO letter on behalf of that the new set provided me. But the problem are same in the replaced new set also IMIE no.354161/04/010102/6. I am puzzled to go any where and I loose my trust in SAMSUNG. Therefore pl return my mobile hand set cost within one or two week otherwise I will go to the consumer forum to register a case against SAMSUNG and complaint to the national newspaper also.

                                    We have given our Samsung Mobile IMEI NO.[protected], Sr. No. RW2Z6515245. to Newtech Solutions, L26, Lower Ground, Dream the Mall, LBS. Marg, Bhandup (West). Mumbai 400078. Tel[protected]. And it is an authorised service Centre for Samsung Mobile Phones.

                                    We have submitted our Samsung mobile 2120 for repairs on 15th Sept 10. for the problem Mobile dead and the mobile was under warranty. It was commited by the service centre team that they will get the replace for the same mobile from samsung within 15-20 days.
                                    From last 10 days i am religious following with the team (Mansi & Vaibhav) but they are just ignoring & least bother to update me regarding the status.
                                    Request to kindly look into the matter & suggest.

                                      I have purchased a microwave oven four years ago . now the buttons of the microwave is not working. I complaint to the company 3 months ago my complaint No. is [protected].But now they are saying that we did not have the part which is to be changed ,not even a once any engineer of the company visited to my house to attend the problem of the product. It affected to my work also .
                                      I have been mently harrased by the company so much.I am from a middle class family I cannot afford it to purchase it again & again. I suffered alot from this. I want that company should pay the penalty of this. so please do the needful.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I bought a Samsung S5603 3G Mobile Handset on 28th november 2010 from our local dealer M/s Shreeji enterprise wide bill no 1542.
                                        I am having the bill for the same with me.
                                        After few months i lost all my messages from handset memory.
                                        I went to samsung authorised service centre at Amreli. They repaired the handset and told me it was a software problem only. I was happy at that time. But after some time i got the same problem again. Sir, I am tired of all these, i cant get the advantage of my handset.i loose my data every now and then.
                                        please do something to resolve this.
