I purchased Samsung washing machine model WM 82VSLEC fully automatic on 12th Oct 2010 from Tirumala Music Centre vide bill no VZ/1011/CR-2724. Only on the third day ,installation took place. The next day we used the machine and to our surprise Water is leaking from bottom of the machine.Immediately, I called up the person who has installed the machine.After repeated follow up and after two days, he visited and confirmed that the machine has a problem,it happens one in thousand and needs to replaced.He promised to take up the issue from his side by escalating complaint with service center.Everyday we are taking to their call center and nothing moved.Finally the engineer visited on 27/10/2010 only to get confirmation of the defect and reported the same to service center.Again I contacted on 28th and 29th and till date no one has come to replace the machine.I even informed them to close the issue latest by evening or else shall have to face the consumer complaint. They promised and nothing moved.The machine is in a corner and not in use.
I request refund of money and damages as the purpose is not served.

    I am Bharath, I puchased samsung mobile phone Model:E 1100 in Vellore,Tamilnadu . on[protected], two months before i got one small problem in my phone ,, i gave my handset for service in vellore service center on[protected]...upto date my mobile not repaired .. they always telling we are not having spare for that model.. service engineer always telling wait for one week,, wait for one week .and no proper responce.. in vellore samsung service center...

    Vellore samsung service center is very .very.. Worst in mobile service....

      i have by samsung mobil modal c-5215 26/07/10 after 10 days this mobil is auto off i go to service center service man this set is boag problem so this set is go bsck to company and you will come after 15 days i will go but my set is not reterns me service man boad is not avilable for company plz com after 20 days but sir finaly my set is not reterns me plz solve my problem ya i will go to cunsumer care this mobile company is not proper solve for custumer so will never mobile for this company.

        We bought the samsung air conditioner from Vasanth & co, Saidapet, on 05-Apr-09. Our AC is not working Properly since when they installed on 06-Apr-09. I logged complaint in sumsung customer care on 11-05-09.
        iam facing below problems
        1. There was some loose wiring due to which sensors were not working.
        2. The compresor was not working properly.
        3. Some noice is coming from indoor unit.
        4.Compressor is getting off each every Mins and 10 Mins.
        We bought 1.5 T AC i n July 2004 from M/S Trishul Traders Haridwar and the AC started malfunctioning in the month of April 2009 and we started complaining to your service centre at Haridwar but they came checked the AC and declared 3 weeks back that the compressor of the AC had gone bad and needs replacement. Then they took the AC to the service center and fixed it back in my place on 25th June 2009 and that too after a vigorous follow-up. Soon after the AC was fixed, we found that the AC was still not ok and it was not giving the results. We have been following up with your service manager Mr. Uniyal at least 10 times a day and every time he informs that some one is coming to check the AC but no one has come so far. Your people at service centre have crossed all limits of decensy and do not at all appreciate that SAMSUNG has a name and image and if nothing else, they should at least bother about that.
        Please get the complaint addressed at the earliest
        purchased a split air conditioner 2.00 ton current year in march 2010 from ur dealer patra electronics, Cuttack, Orissa. After some days it starts giving some problem, i informed to ur customer care and they gave the complaint no [protected].complaint attended by service technician and ur executive commited me that it will be done but now the parts is not available.After some days I called up the customer care center again & again they said still we are waiting for the part which is not in stock. Again after one week I called them and the same complaint attended by another technician Mr Javed and he said the part is not in stock so we are going to recommend for re-placement for your AC so please send bill copy of your AC, I sent the same then they said we sent it to our replacement team they will get back to you.but again nothing done..then after some days i again called to Javed and he told me that pls contact with my team leader Mr Jay Goswami and now he is not picking up the phone.Still the problem is unsolved.

        Now i suggest that no body purchase samsung product, because your service is very poor
        I have purchased one ton from a c the samsung distributer since purchase of the a c is not worked properly and we made complaint, people came saw the condition of the a c and took the a c saying gas is over and said for refilling the gas. while coming to fit a c again said that gas leaked we have to do the same again this was the reply. Now we were not interested have the same a c. we like to replace the a c or refund the money what have paid for your product. We were really unhappy with the customer care people. Kindly do the needful. My complaint no. is [protected]. For one month we suffered lot with your product.

        maine 2009 mein SAMSUNG A.C. buy kiya tha, company walon ne 2-3 baar to installing sahi nhi ki..iski complain kai baar company mein lekin koi action nhi hua...kuch time baad iska compressor change karana pada...and last 2 year mein 5 baar compressor change kara chuka hun..

        company wale complain ke 20-25 din baad check karne aate h, , lekin kuch achhe se care nhi ho pa rhi h..

        Meri aapse request h ki mere a.c. ki problem ko permanent sahi karei ya is ac ko replace karwaye, , , plz
        few months back we put a complaint in samsung care center that our our AC ic not cooling the room. after 2-3 weeks later they came and put a new condeser worth rs 8500/-. after few days AC again stop cooling and we complaint it again again condencer was changed. but now again we think that they have putten a spoiled one. we have complaint again back 1 month but nothing is done by ther half. so kindly come hrough our complain and solve it

        SAMSUNG Split Air conditioner, Model no. AR18FC5EFBHNNA was purchased on 28/05/2013. The AC is not cooling, so informed to customer care on help line which request No. [protected], dtd. 1/04/2015. Service engineer / technician of TECHTRONICS, Kolkata 700153 has visited and said gas is leakage. The service provider collected Rs. 526.00 from me and asking for ladder (Binding of bamboos like ladder up to 2nd floor) to remove Air conditioner, which cannot be posible /
        arranged by customer as this is the metropolitan city. As usual as per Safety
        norms, the service providers provide safety kits (Safety belt, fall prevention
        device, rope ladder etc). Reminder is being given each day on help line but no
        any response from service provider.


        It is requested to kindly repair the air conditioner immediate, as we are suffering from heat and sleepless.

        Sir,
        I have complained about my SAMSUNG A/C before two week from today . they had an inspection and told that the compressor must be replaced. they also informed that it will get replaced within 4 days... and now its been 12 days and its not been replaced till now. we called them many times but the response was so irrelavant and irresponsible. we purchased from National Radio Electronics Payyanur on 14 Dec 2013 . our business has gone down because of this product and this stupid company.

He just looked at the TV and said that it has to be opened and parts needs to be replaced. I told him that I will not allow to open...

          sir,
          l have recently purchased a SAMSUNG METRO GT S3310i. it has no application available. still it supports java. but its counterpart SAMSUNG METRO GT S3310, supports almost all software. why this?? also the photos taken with 1600*1200 resolution is not getting(saving). some black mark is coming on the screen while we take photo. also it is not possible to download any kind of file from internet on phone. please help

            I have registered a complaint with Samsung on 24thOctober 2010 that my AC is not working which I bought from Omega Electronics. vide Invoice Number 2878 dated 12th June 2010.
            After frequent follow up with the local service centre and dealer they have given one engineer number on 26th October that engineer initially told that he is going to come to check AC But still after threee days gone that engineer is taking the CAll at all. Samsung Customer Care and Service Centre being the WORST care for customers will never come back or resolve the issue.

            On 29th October again I called to Samsung Service Centre at Goregaon they have not picked up the call then I called to Amhim Service Centre they replied that it is not in our juridiction area.

            I request to the Samsung company people to provide the good service to customers.

                    I had bought a Samsung Corby Text mobile on 11th June'10 after a month in the last week of July
                    problem started in the phone there was no Incoming and out going.I went to the Samsung service center
                    in gurgaon sector 31 HUDA market they told me it was a software problem the install the software it work for a week and then the same problem occur I had to go to the service center again they told me they will check it will take either 2days or a week.I waited for a week i tried to call them up and take the status but nobody in the service center had a clue and they ignored me atlast i had to go after a week.There they give me the phone and said it was fixed i tried the phone it was not working at all and when ask them they said it will take another week to repair.The service center is 15km away from my place i have to go there again and again.I would like to say it is harassment of customer by the company.They are making me suffer like anything and i am not the only person facing such trouble most of the people coming to the service center face similar problems.

                    samsung corby mobile — PATHETIC SERVICE

                    Samsung corby complaint
                    My self lokesh and i purchased samsung corby mobile dated on 9th july 10 @ poorvika mobiles chennai & with in 17 days the headset got a problem in the right side . So i have taken up that to the same shop where in purchased. They have given and suggested one of the samsung authorized service center, the service center name called UNITED MOBILE SERVICE, which is in mylaore chennai,. As i went on 28th where nobody was available due to weeksend.

                    At last 27th july i gave my mobile headset for replacement. Since its under the warranty of six months. They have taken and given me a acknowledgement slip in a A4 sheet which content signature and IMEI number and serial number of my mobile and signature of authorized service center. The replacement assurance was given maximum of within 10days they will give the new headset kit. But almost 20 days it took to get the different model headset and they told me to come and collect it, so when i went there to collect the new headset i come to know its a different model headset which doesn’t suits for corby. Even i was so much patience and since i was working for a leading customer delight group.

                    They told they will get with two to three working days that is on 21st august.. But till today i didn't receive my headset and when I’m calling the authorized service center they are telling that there is a delay in head office and they will get back to me by EOD. But so far nobody contacted on this regard & nobody even bother about.

                    I don't know where is a BUGG.. Its with service center or May its with the head office or anywhere. MY concern is i should get proper response from keep somebody updated incase of any delay and they should resolve my complaint within my complaint.

                    If customers treated in this way samsumg wont workout and service part and cannot retain customers as well wont get any new referrals.

                    ITS ALMOST 37 DAYS. BUT NO ACTION TAKEN YET AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REPACEMENT HEADSET...

                    As I was so much frustrated that is the only reason where I’m writing this mail. Hope i'll get your assitance..

                      well, I had purchase a Samsung LCD tv 32 inches a little more than an year ago, i had purchased it from Girias situated at Kamanahalli. Itt took them almost three days for the Samsung Representative to come fix it and to show the demonstration. Well we had it table mounted and could not have it wall mounted as the place was not sufficient. Now that we have found a place to wall mount it and have been calling the representative Manjunath on mobile number [protected], he says he will come to have it wall mounted today for the past 14 days but has never turned up. Most of the time somebody else picks ups his call and says he is in a meeting and will revert but to no avail, either his mobile is out of reach or switched off.
                      I guess Samsung should not employ such irresponsible people who are just to have the brand name of Samsung to go down.
                      Could the higher ups wake up and have this issue solved and have action take on such staff to ensure that the brand name of Samsung is kept up.
                      As we all know and agree that word of mouch communication is the best advertisement for any product.

                      Samsung — LCD 32 inches TV not Working

                      I purchase Samsung LCD 32 inches on 3rd March2010
                      and right know my LCD is not working, i register a complain also regarding this my complain no is [protected] on 24th april 2010 and today morning on 26th april one guy from your service center came and told me that this is a major issue and he don't have that pcb right know with him and he told me 6-7 days to fix that pcb
                      know i don't want to repair it ,collect the lcd and replace me with another LCD....... as early as possible....

                        Work Order no. : H10J 1230 dated 12.10.2010

                        I have submitted my Samsung GT-3600i, purchased on 19.07.2010 and still within the warranty period, for service as the keypad was completely dead.
                        I was told to come back after 2 days.
                        After 2 days I was told that some chip needed to be replaced and that they had sent for the concerned spare part. I should please come back after a week.
                        After another week I phoned to the Service Centre mobile no. [protected] to check if the handset was ready and was told that the spare had been replaced but the keypad was still not working and that they had forwarded the handset to the manufacturer for repairs. I was told to try the following week.
                        Now, in the following week, when I phone the Service Centre the staff refuses to answer the phone at all. I tried repeatedly to call them but the phone is either busy or as and when I do get a ring they refuse to answer the phone.
                        I don’t know anymore what to do. I do not wish to go to the Service Centre and be told once again that the handset is still not ready. All I want to find out is whether my handset is ready or not.

                          I had purchased a Samsung E 1080from mobile store in city centre 2 in kolkata.Firstly when the phone was malfuctioning they said to take the service centre on your own.Then by the service centre I was told that we can repair the phone but not sure of the outcome.Whereas the same phone when shown to outside mechanic said will be repaired.
                          Poor service all the way through.

                          I am the consumer of Samsung electronics & I am using Samsung SGH-X700 mobile from 2 years. Iam very much satisfied with the performance of the mobile. But now the time has come to replace its battery. Iam brand manager in a pharma company. I had tried for the battery across India, all leading Samsung stores & service points including local known markets in Delhi, Mumbai & Hyderabad. in fact leading shoping sites says that the stock is out of order.
                          Kindly lodge this complaint & let me know where the battery is available. I had lost faith in the new coming electronics because of this issue.

                          I m Prashant Rawat, having a Samsung Mobile Phone ( Corby - Plus ). I m facing touch failing problem with the Handset for last 2 days as soon as I visited to Samsung Service Center in Kalkaji on 09-09-10. Service Engineer told that handset will be repaired at other place & will be ready to deliver me on 14-09-10. But no single concerned person is picking my phone at all to update my Handset's status regarding repaired or not. This sets an example of a very bad Service Experience at Samsung Service at very first time.

                          So, I request all o[censored] plz provide convinient solution regarding the same & if not possible to repair the handset then give me new handset.

                          Samsung — World Best After Sales Services Of Samsung

                          Before boasting about the world class customer care service of Samsung, I just need to know why in the first place their products require services and that too as soon as the warranty period expires. And if God forbid the appliance is out of order, the everhelping customer care services are the best option in the scenario. I just need to call the customer care hundred of times to get the same crammed reply "Technician will call you". And then wait for prestigious Mr. Technician. And wait and wait and wait.. If I call again and ask them to connect me to the supervisor, then again I have to wait and wait and wait for Mr. Supervisor. What I get in response is just my telephone bill shooting up as the call isn't picked. I have always recommended your products but alas that wont last long...

                          I hope someone will understand the hard time i am facing with your pathetic after sale services. I swear I won't let this situation occur as I will never ever ever buy any samsung product and advise people around the same.

                            we have samsung sgh-m200 mobile. we purachase mobile on jan02jan2010 from shriji mobile shop ,vip road, karelibaug.
                            After two month we find the network problem.so i give mobile to samsung service station gayatri enterprise sb-8 safron complex,fatehgunj,
                            ph-no;[protected].After service fm not working pba change two times but still problem not solve.so they says we give new mobile to you but now they dont give new mobile.This mobile is still under warantty period. we have all original dcuments of this mobile.

                            samsung sgh m2oo — no receiving of good

                            i have buy a samsung mobile handset . model no is sgh m200.according to scheme i won a t-shirt by scratch card.i send all the reqired documents along with scratch card...but i have not recieve my reebok t-shirt YET....

                              I am here to log a Complaint against S.B.Electronics 524,H.G.B.Road, beside MadanMohan Mandir, Melarmath, Agartala- 799001,Tripura West. email: s.[protected]@rediffmail.com, Phone No.[protected].They provide SAMSUNG Mobile Service in Agartala West Tripura. I bought a Samsung SGH L700 Handset on 8th october 2009, the handset was working fine till August 2010, since then there a problem arise in the mouth speaker of the handset. As it was within warranty period I took it to the above mentioned servicing center during 1st week of August, they told me that the mouth speaker should be replaced, the service book work order no was 3511. They returned the handset after 15 days. For 2-3 days the handset worked fine but again the same problem arised. Again I took it to the same servicing center, and now they ruled out that it has some circuit board and software problem, and now they returned it after a month. After that it was working but with some strange keypad problem and after a week the same mouth speaker problem arise. But now It was out of warrenty and they are charging Rs 500 to rectify the mouth speaker.
                              I would like to request you to take strong action against the above mentioned Servicing center
                              as they has harresed me physically and economically.

                              Samsung / SGH-l700 — handset problems

                              sir,

                              My Name is Venugopal HS i purchased Samsung Mobile SGH700 of worth 5700.00 6 months back. the mobile is always automatically switched off, I can't switch on again from last 5 months. That phone was troubling me a lot. 7 times i given that phone to service center he changed mother board already 2 times. but still the problem is not solved. so my feeling is Chinna mobiles r very better than Samsung mobile , why because i dont feel any difference between those two both phones cannot be used more than 1 year. the only difference is cost and the brand Actor Amir Khan .
                              When i went to service center there r more people in standing in front of me with their damaged mobiles
                              i have seen so many other mobile service centers(except Samsung) i have nt seen a man inside .
                              Why because they Maintain that much quality . I even bet u that most no.of complaints Received by Samsung Mobile Service center are in more number when compared with other Mobile Service centes.
                              So today i decided to give a complaint on the worst mobile brands in the world Samsung . Why u r making
                              these phones and troubling the customer . u r waste in product making and giving waste in serivces.
                              Kindly solve this problem and provide customer satisfaction giving by purchasing amount .

                                most unfortunately we baught the above mentioned ac from samsung dealer M/S omega electronics, chandravarkar road, borivili west mumbai-92 on 12.6.2010 and since then repenting for this purchase.
                                a.c not functioning repeated requests have been made at omega electronics as well as samsung custmer care and after more then a month's persuation one day samsung man came & took a part and assured
                                to come next day about a month back but till date we are waiting.
                                while contacted omega they said the part is not available hence the a.c would be replaced and we are constantly reminding them every day now they are saying it will take another 10 days can some one
                                in samsung will look into the matter and give us the confidence that we did not buy the product of wrong company SAMSUNG.

                                    i m major in army and bought the samsung mobile s5233s on 3rd jan2010.i had many minor problems. so finaly i went to 'TELE CARE' AUTHORISED service centre14/18 l.b.s marg civil line allahabad(u.p), and got my job card no .-WA[protected] for the complaint of touch pad not working on 11thoct2010.
                                    i was being told that my hand set will be repaired with in a week and was promised that i will be contacted on my no. but till today no one contacted and i hav been calling them daily but there respose is negative and nor repling my calls
                                    i request for your kind assistence and help to end this prolonged ageny

                                      I bought a 22" LCD monitor (SyncMaster 2233)
                                      The monitor was working properly for 4 to 5 months.
                                      Suddenly white horizontal lines started appearing on screen within two days some lines turned black and round black spots started papering on screen and changed position from one spot to another
                                      I made a complaint at Samsung service center but no one came to attend the complaint after repeated complaints everyday service engineer came after 5 days and told me that papering of lines is a common problem but black spots on all over the screen which keep on moving is because there is gas in the screen which might have developed bubbles but he has not attended such complaint till date.
                                      I was told that the screen will be repaired or changed within 2 to 3 days but no action has been taken till date.
                                      2 to 3 days turned to 10 to 15 to 20 business days.
                                      Every time I called them they gave me the runaround; parts not available in store etc. Never came up with a concrete date for the exchange or repair
                                      I highly doubt Samsung would do anything for my monitor or keep on giving me lame excuses every day.
                                      I have been using Samsung products like LCD TV, refrigerator etc. and never faced any problem with the products till date this is for the first time I made a complaint but if the response of the company in attending the complaints is like that I will never buy Samsung products in my life and would also recommend not to buy products to my friends because of poor services they offer.
                                      Avoid Samsung products as they do not come through on their warranty.
