Nobody knows the update for the same, I tried calling directly RPO, Hyderabad, but no responce

    i m major in army and bought the samsung mobile s5233s on 3rd jan2010.i had many minor problems. so finaly i went to 'TELE CARE' AUTHORISED service centre14/18 l.b.s marg civil line allahabad(u.p), and got my job card no .-WA[protected] for the complaint of touch pad not working on 11thoct2010.
    i was being told that my hand set will be repaired with in a week and was promised that i will be contacted on my no. but till today no one contacted and i hav been calling them daily but there respose is negative and nor repling my calls
    i request for your kind assistence and help to end this prolonged ageny

      I bought a 22" LCD monitor (SyncMaster 2233)
      The monitor was working properly for 4 to 5 months.
      Suddenly white horizontal lines started appearing on screen within two days some lines turned black and round black spots started papering on screen and changed position from one spot to another
      I made a complaint at Samsung service center but no one came to attend the complaint after repeated complaints everyday service engineer came after 5 days and told me that papering of lines is a common problem but black spots on all over the screen which keep on moving is because there is gas in the screen which might have developed bubbles but he has not attended such complaint till date.
      I was told that the screen will be repaired or changed within 2 to 3 days but no action has been taken till date.
      2 to 3 days turned to 10 to 15 to 20 business days.
      Every time I called them they gave me the runaround; parts not available in store etc. Never came up with a concrete date for the exchange or repair
      I highly doubt Samsung would do anything for my monitor or keep on giving me lame excuses every day.
      I have been using Samsung products like LCD TV, refrigerator etc. and never faced any problem with the products till date this is for the first time I made a complaint but if the response of the company in attending the complaints is like that I will never buy Samsung products in my life and would also recommend not to buy products to my friends because of poor services they offer.
      Avoid Samsung products as they do not come through on their warranty.

        Samsung — LCD REPAIRS NOT CARRIED OUT

        WE HAVE MADE A COMPLAIN ON 30TH OF JUNE REGARDING OUT LCD TV NOT WORKING WHICH HAS BEEN PURCHASE IN 16TH FEB 2010 WHICH IS UNDER WARRANTY BUT THE TECHNICIAN VISITED ONCE AND SAID THAT PART IS NOT AVAILABLE IN STOCK SO ITS GOING TO TAKE FEW DAYS WE WAITED, BUT NOW AFTER REPEAT CORRESPONDENCE STILL NOT RESPONSE FROM THE SAMSUNG PEOPLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM NOR ANY CALL BACK FOR DETAIL FOR THE PART TO COME UP .I WOULD LIKE TO LODGE MY COMPLAIN AND GET A REPLACEMENT OF THE FAULTY LCD TV .OUR COMPLAIN NO IS [protected].

        no action is taken by samsung india till date as complaint was filed on[protected],complaint no. is [protected], for replacement of above handset,as handset was repeating same problem again&again since june 2011 to july 2011.,the attitude of service center staff&samsung local staff is completly uncooperative& their head office at gurgaon(haryana) was informed by mail & regd.letter but no action& (reply) was taken till date& my handset is still lying with their service centre since july-11-2011.

            Main ek samsang mobil( S 3310 ) set kharida hai ,lekin shopkeeper mere ko gaye ek mahine se vat ka bill nahi de raha hai. Main kitne saare chhakkar lagaye lekin de nahi raha hai .koi bhi karan batata hai. bill book nahi hai ,vat ka no. nahi mila hai .
            lekin mere se usne tax le liya hai!!!!!!!!!!!!

                I just want to ask if the samsung draw is really true in london? cause i receive text messages and email from samsung that i won (650.000.00) pound in their draw this year...that my prized is temporarily in NATWEST BANK PLC,LONDON E13 9AB UNITED KINGDOM...i want to know it asap if its really true... if you need my info...email me back cause i"am afraid to put my info in the net...scammers are so damn many....please help me to clarify my mind

                I just received a similar "scam" SMS today about winning the 2011 Samsung Int'l Mobile Evo. That is around EUR 550K! It was sent by this mobile phone: [protected]. It appears originating from Turkey.

                My reaction: I replied to that scammer and specifically tell him to claim the prize in behalf of me. I hope he dies of sudden cardiac arrest by claiming that huge prize! :-) -dcs

                  I brought samsung refrigerator from sanjay salse Andheri(E) model no RS 21 HNTPN on[protected] .The same day we realised lights inside the refrigerator are not working and we made complaint to Samsung Customer Care.After a week period the repairing work was carried out by their mechanic and the freez stopped working completely. After regular comlaints it was promised by the company to give replacement of new one within ten days .Till date no replacement is done and we suffered alot during festivals and our kitcen space is also blocked.We want our money back along with compensation for the hardship and in convience caused by the defected product and disghusting service of the company. and we do not want simply replacement of the product.

                    hi im gaurav i registered a complaint regarding my samsung lcd monitor 19 inches on 1st of october but since now no action has been taken to solve it, i dont know what the hell is this , i was calling samsung coustomer care no. 30308282 almost daily but everytime i called they say we arrange call back service for you sir but till now i received no call, no responce from them, i dont knoe what the hell is that,
                    my product is under warranty ,i request you to kindly do something to solve my problem its affecting my business

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I have purchased a samsung mobile S8300 having IMEI no. 359043/02/549461/5 on 13/06/2009 with Rs 24,000/ & in within 20 days , the set has to sent to samsung service centre for repairing & then they kept it for for 20 days & it was told that full circuit board was replaced without any money as it was within warranty. Then again a problem came in the display on 10/06/2010 which was on the verge of warranty period & they changed some internal communication strips . Now again , memory card slot is not reading with display is giving troubles . I have to give then Rs.1500 to repair urgently only the display as it was outside the warranty & they are asking for Rs. 8000 for reparing the memory slot .Plz. tell me how to get justice from such a big name prviding their customer such a poor service.
                            Plz. call for details if you want e.g. my purchase bill etc.

                                i have purchased Star-3G- S5603 from Universal marathalli on 29.07.10 , one month later battery back up failure then now Memory card was not working i have checked with service centre Service Estimation cost will be 80% of mobile cost but they are telling that Memory card IC there is no warranty but the time of purchase they given the manufacturing warranty, the warranty will be false pls aware i have spent Rs. 8240 i want the mobile problem to be sortout with the warranty
                                The problem have to be sortout with the warranty otherwise i am ready to go Consumer court immediately

                                  I recently bought a samsung corby gtb5210 mobile but when i tried ti install the kies software on my laptop (compaq pressario amd turion pro./vista home basic) it could not install with the 2 cd given with handset. I cant connect the mobile with my pc. I tried to download the softwate from www.samsungmobile.com website but yet i failed to instailed with the error that MSC thunder file has some problem.                                     Sir,

                                    I have bought a new mobile (c6112) dual sim mobile from Samsung showroom and the mobile charger they have provided is not working after first charging. I have approached the showroom and they have given me the address of their service center in Trivandrum (Their phone number is[protected],[protected]. I have shown that charger to the authorized service center in trivandrum and they told me to submit the photocopy of the bill, etc on September 04, 2010. After 3 weeks, they told me that my battery is ready and you can collect the battery. I told them that my battery dont have any complaint and the complaint is with the charger. They told me they will call back again. After few days, they called me and saying that my battery is ready. I repeated the same and they have given me the same answer (will call you back). Till today I didnt get any response from them. Today (October 20, 2010), I enquired about the charger and they dont have any answer and told me to wait for more days. I am wondering such a big company dont have an extra charger!!!!. I cant able to charge my mobile with duplicate chargers and all. Please give me a solution for this.

                                      I m Dr Sunil Ramawat,MBBS,MS Orthopaedics, working as consultant Orthopaedic surgeon at Dombivali.
                                      I had purchased one mobile hand set SAMSUNG CORBY PRO MODEL NUMBER B 5310,on 13/08/10 from shope located at phoenix mall , lower parel mumbai.
                                      Its touch pad stop working on 12/10/10 suddenly with out any external factor.I went to service center located at Dombivli east name as POPULAR TELECOM on 11/10/10 at 4 pm . That time the center was shut down . So many people was waiting out side. Then one representative of service center came out and told that server is down so they cant take my order and i have to come again on next day. Then I went on next day and I showed it to service center on 14/10/10 with assurance that they will repair it soon.
                                      I went there 4 times after that to get back my feed back and i called them on given phone number.But my mobile is still not repaired.
                                      The reason they told me that they are not getting TOUCH PAD from company even after placing order my mail.
                                      Sir I m a Doctor by profession and i had a lot of phone memory in my mobile and i m helpless without my phone. I want my mobile should be repair soon .
                                      After doing all my efforts I m frustrated and I m making complaints against SAMSUNG MOBILE.

                                        Hi! This is Sanjay Danny. I was gifted new Samsung Metro from my wife but unfortunately 4 days later got bad (damaged screen). I gave it to the service center in Sec-27 (CEE EMM Services) on 6th of Oct 2010 hoping that it won’t take much time. I was informed that it will be done in a week’s time.
                                        After a week when I went to take my phone I got a great news stating that the part is not available and was asked to wait for a day as the part will arrive in the evening and will only take 15 min to fix. So I, with lil frustration went and came back the next day and got the same information that was popping in the back of mind. I was informed that the part had been ordered but due to the CWG it did not arrive. Hence I was asked to come after 5 days but as I called them today 22nd of Oct. they still don’t have the part and are asking me to wait for another 15 days as the part become available.......I think I would also have to go through the same misery as the other people who have the similar kinda of complaint.....Just to add on I was also given a Number of Mr. Vikas, Asst. Manager of this center who either never picks up the phone or is out of reach besides that the service centers # itself is engage or hardly gets picked up......God! THESE GUYS ARE TERRIABLE. This is really an example of poor service.
                                        They are the authorized services centers by SAMSUNG. Is this the kind of customer services SAMSUNG wants to provide to their customers? Well! I doubt...cause with this kinda of incompetent services SAMSUNG will never raise in market especially in this era of technologies and customer services and competition. Even small companies have got better customer services & support as compare to this service. SAMSUNG should really look into this. Though, this sounds lil frustrated and small but on a bigger picture SAMSUNG should certainly take some measures to improve their customer support to avoid the frustration and gain customers faith in market.....I AM VERY VERY DEVESTATED AND DISAPPOINTED.

                                        Dear Sir/Mam,
                                        With heavy heart I am writing you this letter that I have purchased a Samsung Mobile GT-S3310 Set From Mobile Store on 28-09-09. After few days the handset created problem of non-working (Hang on) and not showing the “Silent” profile in his tool. When I reported this problem to the dealer he directed me to service center. Due to some piece of work I was busy and after few month I gave the Handset to service center engineer for repairing. After few days when I collected my handset from service center the problem was still there and engineer told me to come tomorrow. On the next day when I reached at center the engineer misguide me that in my handset no “Silent” feature is available. I came back with my handset with relying on engineer.

                                        When I call to the customer care of Samsung I came to know that my handset have the option of “Silent” feature. Again I went to Service Center and then engineer told me that the card of mobile would be changed and it will take approx One Month.

                                        The whole matter makes harassment and mental torture, as the handset is defective from the day of purchasing.

                                        Now it is requested to change me handset with in 10 Days else I have to forcefully take a legal action against you.

                                        In Nandurbar City of MAharshtra Service center owner of samsung mobile is behaves very badly with customers.Customers waiting 1-2 months for minor problems after that the owner tells your handset miss anywhere sorry and the customer Hairan ho jaata hai.Please change the Service center.All Nandurbar district's customers facing this problem due to only one service center.
                                        i had given my Samsung Corby to jai sai ram electronice service center . they told me that there is just need of some service to moblie which will cost u onbly 110 rupees . and they ask me collect my phone after 2 days when i went there on delivery date they told me that they order some part which will take about a week . they returned my phone without solving my problem ,

                                        Myself', Sunil Swain from DLF-1, Gurgaon wish to inform you that about two month back my mobile used to get switch off without any reason.Since than it has been repaired four times, but even now it gets too much hot to touch whenever it is put to charge.Now, pl guide me what to do ?Should I go to consumer court or give article in the leading Newspaper?
