I HAD LODGED A COMPLAINT FOR MY SAMSUNG TV COMPLAINT NO [protected] DT. 25.10.10,SERVICE REP. VISITED ON 28.10,INFORMING THAT DUE TO NON AVAILABILITY OF PART IT WILL TAKE APPROX 3 DAYS,HOWEVER IT WAS VERY PAINFUL CONTACTING THE LOCAL DEALERS ON NO [protected],WHERE UNEDUCATED FEMALES WHO DOESNOT HAVE SENSE TO TALK TO HAD MADE FALSE COMMITMENT THRICE FOR REPAIRS.
FINALLY I LODGED THE COMPLAINT AGAIN AT THE TOLL FREE NO,THEY PROMISED THE REP TO VISIT ON 4.11,HOWEVER NO ONE VISITED.
EVEN TODAY 6TH OF NOV,DESPITE VARIOUS CALLS I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED FALSE COMMITMENTS.
TO MY SURPRISE IT WAS TOLD THAT MY EARLIER COMPLAINT WAS CANCELLED BY ME DUE TO HIGH REPAIR.
I AM AFRAID THIS KIND OF SERVICE BY THE DEALERS WILL MAKE THE COMPANY SHUT DOWN,THE CUSTOMERS HAVE OTHER CHOICES.
CAN SOMETHINSG BE DONE FOR ME????

I HAVE PURCHASE A TV ON24/11/2008(CS29Z57MVTLXTL) S NO 10653PAQA00215J FROM GUPTA ELECTRONICS EAST ROHTASH NAGAR SHAHDARA DELHI 32. IT HAS COLOURS PROBLEM AND SOUND PROBLEM. I MADE A COMPLANTS ON 7/12/2008. (NO [protected]). MY TV SENDS TO SERVICE STATION ON 12/12/2008. IT’S COME BACK ON 20/12/2008. BUT PROBLEM IS STILL EXIST. ON COMPLANT ONCE AGAIN TV PICKED UP BY SERVICE CENTRE ON 22/12/2008. I AM VERY UPSET BY ALL THIS PROCESS. NOW PLEASE CHANGE MY TV. I SHOULD NOT ACCEPT REPAIR TV.

Till date I have no response. Service center persons tolled me that there is no time limit it takes more then one months. I can not accept this type of service from Samsung. I mail many times and call customer care and service center many times but all in vain. I have no option to complaints in consumer court.KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER.

I PURCHASED A 32" LCD TV FROM A DEALER IN AHEMDABAD NO 25 JAN 11. I WAS GIVEN A TOLL FREE CUSTOMER CARE NO BY THE DEALER TO REGISTER MY REQUEST FOR THE FREE WALL MOUNTED INSTALLATION OF THE TV AS IT WAS BEING OFFERED BY THE COMPANY. I CALLED ON THE NUMBER AND I WAS BEING AN COMPLIANT NO. UPTO THIS TIME EVERYTHING WAS FINE THE NIGHTMARE BEGINS NOW IF IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN A TOLL FREE NUMBER MY MOBILE BILL WOULD HAVE BEEN THE SUM TOTAL OF LAST FOUR MONTHS BILL. BUT FOR PAST FIVE DAYS I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE INSTALLATION THE CUSTOMER CARE HAS THE SAME REPLY THAT YOUR REQUEST HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO THE SERVICE CENTER AND OUR EXECUTIVE WILL VISIT YOU BEFORE 8 PM GIVING ME A HOUSE ARREST FOR THE DAY. A CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE ALSO SAID ME THAT YOUR COMPLIANT HAS NOT YET BEEN REGISTER AND I AM REGISTERING YOUR COMPLIANT. ON UPDATING HIS GEN HE STARTED MAKING SILLY REASONS THAT "SIR OUR SOFTWARE IS UNDER UPDATION THAT IS WHY I COULD NOT GIVE YOU RIGHT INFORMATION". SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER
Dear Sir,
I had registered a complaint regarding the repair of my Samsung TV Model No.CS21A530FL/2011 ULTRA SLIM FIT TV having 50cm Size on 23.04.2014 vide Account No.[protected] and Service Order No.[protected]. But till date no action was taken from your end to resolve my complaints except some phones from your good office. In this connection it may please be noted that most of my house holdings are the product of Samsung like Refrigerator, Mobile Phone, TV etc. But now days your service is extremely poor and valuable customer like me waiting for more than 7 days for just attending the complaint. I am eager to wait for a good service from you other wise I will be forced to provide bad impression on your customer service.

    I bought a 32'' Samsung LCD from Next Showroom in Pitam Pura - New Delhi, Phone no [protected] on 31st October 2010 and it was installed on 1st Novemeber. It is purchased in the name of Surinder Jain ([protected]). The picutre quality is not good and when I called the shop, they raised the complaint with the Samsung. The executive from Samsung came to my home on 6th November but he was was not aware of the complaint. He said he has come for the demo. He also watched the TV and agreed that there is some problem with the screen and advised to raise the complaint for technical default. He said you can use the TV, its not a big deal.

    I am really frustrated with this, the Next shop is also refusing to replace the same. They also promised to give me a Airtel DTC connection which I have not received till now. Also the purchase invoice is not issued to me.

    Request you to help me on this.

      I give my hand set for service in MAREENA ELECTRONICS,TVM on the date of 27/9/2010.
      problem reported by me is 'not booting'
      the service advisor prescribe after software updating give back tomorrow itself.
      But they didn't give the set in next day.They told the board is complaint so change the board,and it will take maximum 2 weeks.After 2 weeks i contact the center,then they told "the demanded board is complaint again so we will send back the board"
      Sir till this time they didn't give my hand set
      so take a good decision for me,its my request
      Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I have bought a samsung Refrigerator three years ago Model RL39WBMS1. I have been having problems since more than a year. There is some problem with the Refrigerator cooling. I believe this is the problem with most of the models in Samsung. However the larger issue is the pathetic service of the Samsung Service Center specifically in Hyderabad Basheer Bagh.

        1. The service team is totally complacent, careless and moresoever very in competent.

        2. It takes a huge pain and effort to make sure the service personnel reaches your house to check the problem in the first place.

        3. The service personnel take you for a ride not knowing what the exact problem and relaying the problem to other teams or departments mentioning someone will have to handle it. Basically the service team is totally incompetent.

        4. An other fact of the story is the most of the models in samsung are failed models especially the frezers at the bottom (which is my case). To add to this the spares are never in stock or out of production. At least this is the reson the service team gives me.

        The irony of the situation is samsungs service feedback website also doesnt work most of the time. My samsung BP Number is : [protected] and i could never log in to the system to post my feedback.

        I tried esclating my problem to concerned senior managment, but its an up hill task to get the concerned contact details and i could never do so.

        Samsung Refrigerator — Sound is High, just like an Old Diesel Generator

        Sir, Madam
        I Purchased an samsung refrigerator 345ltr ( model no: 35ZBPR) ( by paing Rs.22,500/- full cash) from GIRIAS, rajajinagar - Bangalore on 1st Jan 2010. The delivery was done after 20 days and 26th day, engineer came & installed while installing we found the Bottom Door & ice cube trays, bowls was not tightened properly & there was some noice due to this, when we switched on there was an vibration sound with these loose materials.
        But the Tech, was not ready to accept this, he informed it was default.
        After many complaints to Customer Care, it is not solved.

        The fridge is in Dining Hall, i sleep next to it.

        The Bledy samsung Refrigrator, has stolen my peaceful nights.

        Try to solve at the earliest.

            The image it shows isn't clear and it doesn't seems to be an image from 2megapixel camera.
            Sometimes it also shows capturing error Why?

                Complaint no. [protected] was lodged on 11.10.2010, for repair of washing machine. The engineer visited my address and promised to get back in 2-3 days time with the spare parts to repair the machine. When no one turned up, ollowup complaint was made around 17.10.2010, against which another engineer visted my address on 18.10.2010, with the same promise to get back within next 3-4 days with the spare parts. No one ever turned up after that. 2 more follow up calls have been made to the company customer service no. after that, without any result. An e-mail on 02.11.2010 has also not yielded any fruitful results.

                    I have purchased mobile hand set make Samsung Model No. W.299 from your reputed showroom at Raipur C.G one year back. The same was already repaired 03 months back. Again the handset is not working properly due to some internal problems, for which I went to Samsung Service center at Raipur (Attar Mobile Service center - Work order copy attached) on 27/10/2010 but the till date (i.e. 03/11/10) the handset can not be repaired where as I am ready to pay necessary amount for repair of the same. Kindly advice me what should I do because if such costly handset get defective in such a short period and can not be repaired at your service center, what else can a customer can expect from company like yours ?

                    Spice Mobile — Service request

                    I have purchased mobile hand set make SPIC Model No. C-810 from your reputed showroom ar Raipur C.G one year back (i.e.for the month of June-2009) . Now the handset is not working properly due to some internal problems, for which I went to SPICE Priority center at Suchita Enterprises, c/o Smart Electronics, 2nd Floor, Front of Navin Market, Phool Chowk, Raipur, Ph.[protected] but thy said that the handset can not be repaired where as I am ready to pay necessary amount for repair of the same. Kindly advice me what should I do because if such costly handset get defective in such a short period and can not be repaired at your service center, what else can a customer can expect from company like yours ?

                      This is regarding worst service form SAMSUNG customer care. One day because of some technical problem with my TV set I called Samsung Customer care instead of some local engineer but after putting a request call to SAMSUNG customer care some telly executive gave me assurance that some one will assist me with in 24 hrs time, after that I waited for almost 3 days time but no one bother to call me for assistance then on 4th fine day in the morning some gentlemen called me and express his wish to solve my problem immediately but in the evening I again got a call saying that he wants to take my TV motherboard to workshop for detail servicing and that fellow took my TV motherboard on 08/09/2009 after 3 days time I called that engineer to confirm the final status but again I didn't got proper reply and he asked me to wait for 2 days time. Then from 3rd day I started calling them again and again through customer care and directly also but nothing happen, every-time telly executive gave me assurance that some one will call me form workshop but still nothing positive. Today is 2/11/2010 and I am still waiting for my TV motherboard to install again but today also workshop engineer not sure about when will they finish their work, so finally they forced me to put this thing on NET. I want SAMSUNG to give me proper clarification on this for taking almost one months time and still need some extra time to repair

                        On 11/10 /10 I was told engineer is absent who has kept the set under observation so delivery is possible only on 12/10/10
                        Today they have another reason, i.e there is still some problem with mother board which needs replacement, but they still dont how much time they require to solve this problem.
                        I told them to replace the set with new set, since there is problem with the set, but they refused to do so.
                        Now I actually want to know what shall I do, I feel cheated by such a big brand like Samsung India, and I would request you to treat this matter seriously and take necessary action possible, since it will be you who will loose a customer.
                        I expect necessary action from your side since I feel I purchased the same from you, and I trust your company and had no idea regarding Samsung India.

                          I purchased a Samsung Galaxy 5 Handset, but the device had some fault from the beginning. The customer care suggested I take it to a service center and get it checked. I wanted a replacement as the Handset was defected from the beginning. First day, some engineer named Rakesh at Metro Telecare (Andheri-E) told me he will check it and talk to concerned deptt. about it. Next day he changed his tone and started yelling at me for no reason. He told me he doesn't want to replace the device and I can take my Handset back, he doesn't want to repair it either. Finally he agreed to repair it. But even after that I have the same problem, no problem was fixed. Having spent all this money, I feel like I committed a crime buying Samsung phone. Please do something about it at the earliest as it is causing me stress and costing me so much money every time to go to that service center.

                            I am Sasi Kiran, a resident of Green park Colony, Hyderabad.

                            I purchased a 61”LCD television of make Samsung from On[protected] which means roughly 4 years old from the below dealer roughly for Rs 2.00.000/- .

                            The model is Samsung LCD SP61 L6HX
                            Delivery challan number: SDHDC561


                            For whatever reasons the TV developed a technical problem and I registered a complaint with Samsung customer care on[protected] bearing the complaint number: [protected].
                            After 20 days of my complaint one of the service centre person came and took the TV for repair (that too after repeated calling). On Friday which is[protected] they called me back telling that the TV cannot be repaired as they are not able to get the spare parts for that model. They even suggested me that the company will take back the TV as they are not able to repair it at a depreciation of 17% per annum, which means hardly I will get 30% of my purchase cost as the TV is bought 4 years back.

                            Is it not cheating customers?

                            If a company can not support its product for 4 Years then why should we be buying their Products?

                              i had submit my mobile to service centre on 23 Oct 2010. they told me for wait for the 10 days for replacement. and give me delivery date as 2 Nov 2010

                              but when i called them on 2 nov the reply was that the part of mobile still not received from the company. and give me more time for next 10 days

                              and the service centre persons are so irrisponsible

                                I have deposited our handset for repair on 11/09/2010 in Samsung service centre Jalandhar ( India ) and was asked that the same will be repaired within 7 working days but the same is still pending and all the time we have to listen that we have called up for parts and also saying the the phone will get replaced now hence may take more time.
                                Evenafter so many reminders and calls they are not ready to listen anything over this and also not resolving the issue.

                                  I have purchased samsung3010 on 08/03/2010.It has a problem of internet and downloading.As it is under warranty, I gave it for servicing thrice at mumbai goregoan service centre but still it has not been repaired.I recently gave it for same problem on 19/10/10.They told 1week time but still it is not repaired.                                   I had bought SAMSUNG STAR-TOUCH Mobile Phone on[protected] with one year warranty its touchscreen is not working properly the mobile set hang's a lot and when i went for its service at Ambala Cantt service center they said that its has softwer problem i have updated twice the softwer but the same problem was occuring again then i revisted the service center n then the told me that the screen is damged at u will be charged around 1700/-. Then i visted ambala city service center n they told me its not so...the screen is alright n if it is so then this problem will be fixed under the warranty period and n there is no need to pay the amt. Then i told the cantt service center they din't took any action n they don't bother to help theme.

                                  Costumer service center is not dealing well with the costumers.
                                  Please do take require action not only me even many other peoles are also suffring from there services.

I applied the coplain on 14-june2011, this date comes in warranty period. but till now battery is not available in galior at any service center . Before complaining in this service center i visited all the service center in the gwalior . so i orderd to you you will provide the battery to the service center.

                                    I have made a mistake by selecting samsung product to bring my home, despite my freinds suggested not to go samsung. Service centre details(tel no.) not updated in customer care, delivery shops Sangeeta electronics and Saffron Trade Link CSD Dealer in Ahamedabad and Last not least uniqe electronics in jamnagar is not caring and not interested after taking the money out of pocket.

                                    Next job of worst speaking and ruthless behaviour, shameless act and lot of lies by customer care feels shame to bring home such a third class product of samsung. I called customer care from mobile on 12 , 13, 14, 15 but all waste.


                                    I suggest all those wanted to by any samsung product on Diwali Please donot go for this company

                                      Sir I purchased new samsung mobile c5010 on dtd.21.102010 bill no.22725 from Prakash Music centre 17, New market TT Nagar Bhopal, IMIE no.354161/04/025853/7. I found the set was automatically turnoff within ½ or 1 hour frequently. I go to dealer he send to me service centre there service expert has checked the set and given me DEO letter on behalf of that the new set provided me. But the problem are same in the replaced new set also IMIE no.354161/04/010102/6. I am puzzled to go any where and I loose my trust in SAMSUNG. Therefore pl return my mobile hand set cost.

                                      Samsung/Mobile c5010 — regarding newly purchased mobile

                                      Sir, I purchased new c5010 on bill no.22725 on dt.21.10.2019, IMEI No.354161/04/025853 from Prakash Music Centre 17,New Market TT Nagar Bhopal. I faced the problem of automatically shut the mobile after 1/2 of 1 hr, I contact the shop he simply refused to listen and sebd me to service centre. There I informed the said problem they have format the set and returned back to me .The problem is still as it is. Again I report and the keep the set and given me the complaint receipt. But problem could not slove till date. I loose my trust in samsung product. Pl do need full in this regard.
