Sir,
I have bought a new mobile (c6112) dual sim mobile from Samsung showroom and the mobile charger they have provided is not working after first charging. I have approached the showroom and they have given me the address of their service center in Trivandrum (Their phone number is[protected],[protected]. I have shown that charger to the authorized service center in trivandrum and they told me to submit the photocopy of the bill, etc on September 04, 2010. After 3 weeks, they told me that my battery is ready and you can collect the battery. I told them that my battery dont have any complaint and the complaint is with the charger. They told me they will call back again. After few days, they called me and saying that my battery is ready. I repeated the same and they have given me the same answer (will call you back). Till today I didnt get any response from them. Today (October 20, 2010), I enquired about the charger and they dont have any answer and told me to wait for more days. I am wondering such a big company dont have an extra charger!!!!. I cant able to charge my mobile with duplicate chargers and all. Please give me a solution for this.
