I had bought Samsung Freeze R.T.29 on ZBPS from Shop Shreeji Electronics
dated 16.04.2010.

Soon after installation Water is coming out of the Freese Daily. I had compained twice to the dealer as well as in SAMSUNG. My complain number is [protected] dated 20th August 2010.

No one is taking the responsiblity of the fault. Samsung Ahmedabad...

I have purchase a LED TV on Dt 21.09.2010 and three days passed no body comes for Instalation of the same. I have contacted there service centre at Agra they told that they are very bussy.If they are not providing the better after sales service then there is no use of purchasing the samsung products.
I will also advice my friends and relative that not to purchase the Samsung products...

NOT BOTHERED TO RESPOND TO MY EMAILS OR AT THE SERVICE POINT. JUST SAYING NO GUARANTEE FOR SPARES AND FAULT IS WITH PHONE THOUGH PHONE IS CHARGING BATTERY FULLY.

I have bought 1 DVD Player of Samsung Co. from Navrang Electronics on 3rd January 2010. The DVD Player is not working since June 2010 and I have informed in Samsung Customercare on 7August 2010 vide Complaint No.[protected] for non working of DVD.
