Sir,
I m Dr Sunil Ramawat,MBBS,MS Orthopaedics, working as consultant Orthopaedic surgeon at Dombivali.
I had purchased one mobile hand set SAMSUNG CORBY PRO MODEL NUMBER B 5310,on 13/08/10 from shope located at phoenix mall , lower parel mumbai.
Its touch pad stop working on 12/10/10 suddenly with out any external factor.I went to service center located at Dombivli east name as POPULAR TELECOM on 11/10/10 at 4 pm . That time the center was shut down . So many people was waiting out side. Then one representative of service center came out and told that server is down so they cant take my order and i have to come again on next day. Then I went on next day and I showed it to service center on 14/10/10 with assurance that they will repair it soon.
I went there 4 times after that to get back my feed back and i called them on given phone number.But my mobile is still not repaired.
The reason they told me that they are not getting TOUCH PAD from company even after placing order my mail.
Sir I m a Doctor by profession and i had a lot of phone memory in my mobile and i m helpless without my phone. I want my mobile should be repair soon .
After doing all my efforts I m frustrated and I m making complaints against SAMSUNG MOBILE.

    Hi! This is Sanjay Danny. I was gifted new Samsung Metro from my wife but unfortunately 4 days later got bad (damaged screen). I gave it to the service center in Sec-27 (CEE EMM Services) on 6th of Oct 2010 hoping that it won’t take much time. I was informed that it will be done in a week’s time.
    After a week when I went to take my phone I got a great news stating that the part is not available and was asked to wait for a day as the part will arrive in the evening and will only take 15 min to fix. So I, with lil frustration went and came back the next day and got the same information that was popping in the back of mind. I was informed that the part had been ordered but due to the CWG it did not arrive. Hence I was asked to come after 5 days but as I called them today 22nd of Oct. they still don’t have the part and are asking me to wait for another 15 days as the part become available.......I think I would also have to go through the same misery as the other people who have the similar kinda of complaint.....Just to add on I was also given a Number of Mr. Vikas, Asst. Manager of this center who either never picks up the phone or is out of reach besides that the service centers # itself is engage or hardly gets picked up......God! THESE GUYS ARE TERRIABLE. This is really an example of poor service.
    They are the authorized services centers by SAMSUNG. Is this the kind of customer services SAMSUNG wants to provide to their customers? Well! I doubt...cause with this kinda of incompetent services SAMSUNG will never raise in market especially in this era of technologies and customer services and competition. Even small companies have got better customer services & support as compare to this service. SAMSUNG should really look into this. Though, this sounds lil frustrated and small but on a bigger picture SAMSUNG should certainly take some measures to improve their customer support to avoid the frustration and gain customers faith in market.....I AM VERY VERY DEVESTATED AND DISAPPOINTED.

    Dear Sir/Mam,
    With heavy heart I am writing you this letter that I have purchased a Samsung Mobile GT-S3310 Set From Mobile Store on 28-09-09. After few days the handset created problem of non-working (Hang on) and not showing the “Silent” profile in his tool. When I reported this problem to the dealer he directed me to service center. Due to some piece of work I was busy and after few month I gave the Handset to service center engineer for repairing. After few days when I collected my handset from service center the problem was still there and engineer told me to come tomorrow. On the next day when I reached at center the engineer misguide me that in my handset no “Silent” feature is available. I came back with my handset with relying on engineer.

    When I call to the customer care of Samsung I came to know that my handset have the option of “Silent” feature. Again I went to Service Center and then engineer told me that the card of mobile would be changed and it will take approx One Month.

    The whole matter makes harassment and mental torture, as the handset is defective from the day of purchasing.

    Now it is requested to change me handset with in 10 Days else I have to forcefully take a legal action against you.

    In Nandurbar City of MAharshtra Service center owner of samsung mobile is behaves very badly with customers.Customers waiting 1-2 months for minor problems after that the owner tells your handset miss anywhere sorry and the customer Hairan ho jaata hai.Please change the Service center.All Nandurbar district's customers facing this problem due to only one service center.
    i had given my Samsung Corby to jai sai ram electronice service center . they told me that there is just need of some service to moblie which will cost u onbly 110 rupees . and they ask me collect my phone after 2 days when i went there on delivery date they told me that they order some part which will take about a week . they returned my phone without solving my problem ,

    Myself', Sunil Swain from DLF-1, Gurgaon wish to inform you that about two month back my mobile used to get switch off without any reason.Since than it has been repaired four times, but even now it gets too much hot to touch whenever it is put to charge.Now, pl guide me what to do ?Should I go to consumer court or give article in the leading Newspaper?

      I purchased this phone few months before. while using i've many doubts & complaints. i contact the dealers who sold this set to me. they direct me to service centers but the service center located tooooooo far from my location if i contact by calling they can't listening or understand my words when my browse the samsung website the details are not enough not for this mobile many electronic products and the customer service is too bad now-a-days i've a question is it a rule/compulsory to buy the products with more facilities
      cell phones are for communication only it all present in all basic sets then why we have to buy the phones with many more apps and features.....uhhhh......

      my mobile is not switching on fully...it is on and off continously...

        I have purchased the mobile model Number GT-S5603 as on 20.04.2010. But the mobile became dead (no power) within warranty period, hence i have submitted the mobile set to your authorised dealer "Vindhya Associates, Hanuman Katra, Near Masjid, Renukoot. He has give the customer copy of work order number WA[protected] dt 15.09.2010. But till date neither i get the mobile repaired/replaced not any response from your dealer.

        Due to this i am not able to use the mobile service, for which i have purchased the set & facing a big problem. You are requested to look into the matter and resolved the problem ASAP under intimation to us.

            THE PART OF SAMSUNG ARE NEVER AVAILABLE ON SERVIC CENTRE THEY ARE ALWAYS ON ORDER....I HAVE TAKEN OATH NOT TO BUY SAMSUNG MOBLE IN FUTURE NOR TO SUGGEST ANY ONE......... SIMPLE..... I M FEELING CHEATED AFTER BUYING SAMSUNG.
            I got my glass of screen damaged physically...i went to get it changed by paying .I WAS TOLD THE EXPENSE OF 400.......MY NEW MOBILE COSTED ME 1250.........
            I searched at 5-6 samsung service centre.... THE AVAILABILITY IF THE SAMSUNG PARTS IS NOT THERE IN THE MARKET

              Dear Sir/Madam



              I would like to inform you that I have given my Samsung-F480i model for service on 18/09/2010 at VAISHNAVI SERVICES, A-1,ACHARYA NIKETAN,MAYUR VIHAR PHASE1,DELHI-91 As my touch screen is not working. After the repair done the touch screen is ok but my camera is not functioning. Then they suggested to come within two days as the item is not available with them. then I am following them in every two days, But every time they inform me that they ordered the part & will come within two days.
              On 07/10/2010 they fitted one camera but that is not working as they bought the camera of F480 model.



              I am just running from pillar to post for last one month, main problem is that the they not picking the phone calls made to them. I have tried more than 60 times on contact no. [protected] but every time I failed. So Pls. suggest.

                  i have tried to switch it on but not able to switch it on and also it is not charging.
                  so i have to remove the battery and charge it from other persons mobile.
                  now it is started but it is not showing network bar though i am in very good network range.
                  Please provide solution for it ASAP.

                    I had received an sms from Samsung informing about the priced i had won from samsungevo2010 held in UK the sum of (£650,000) pound which they told me that it was deposited temporarily in NATWEST BANK PLC,LONDON E13 9AB with the temporary account that samsung has open for me..and MR. THOMAS STRATFORD (D.O.P.L) [DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS]
                    Natwest is asking about my scan copy of my passport or drivers license a proof of winning from Samsung and A CERTIFIED FUND TRANSACTION ORDER [F.T.O] FROM THE U.K FINANCIAL SERVICES AUTHORITY.

                      andheri. Somebody has stolen while i was in bus.

                        sir....i bought a cell of samsung company(samsung corby b3410).and suddenly problem of display is dere..it show white screen but after 1 2 hour it get normal...and i went to service centre they check the phone n after that they said ki sweat is dere in lcd...n said warranry is void...n arguing wid me....sir plzzz solve my problem..if sweat is going in lcd..then it is mistake of company na...why they made ths type of design.

                        Can't believe I was such a !!! I understand my extra miles now !!! Haha

                          Samsung — Free Gift -pending

                          i had purchased a Samsung Mirco - oven on 15th Oct 2008 and i was to get a free gift of a hand mixer along with it. this the dealer (Adishwara, Inner Ring Road, Bangalore) said they did not have a stock and they would give it by next week. Till date they have not called and when approached said the company has not yet sent this..
                          What can i say?? i cannot even seem to find a number to call Samsung directly and find out..am really irritated at this point, why promise something to someone and then not fulfill it?

                          Samsung Lcd — not receiving gift articles

                          I received a phone call from India-Today group that you have won Rs 2 lakh gold voucher free on 15th/16th july and to claim your gift voucher you have to purchase a samsung tv /lcd worth Rs 17699 thru credit card .I manage credit card and booked LCD(booking id no.[protected] after booking i was asked to purchase Gold box worth Rs 2392 (booking id no.[protected] on 19/07/2010. fortunately i got 2nd item wqrthRS 2392 within 10-12 days.
                          on 24-07-10 iagain recived a call to purchase worth Rs7498 akit for gift voucer of RS2 lakh (for one time purchase of gold/ diamomd from suat diamond/ nakshtra ) which i paid thru credit card .later on ,on31/07/10 i recived another call for releasing of gift item -to purchase Rs3298 (reebok bag, shoe, towel) which i paid. on that day they promised no any payment further,But on 12/08/10 igot a call that i have to prchase worth 5000Rsfor getting my order and gift? what is this ? why you people are giving promises that you could not ful-filled your reputation will certainely go down if this type of false promises is going on.
                          in nut-shell i received worthRs5690`sitem by paying Rs30887thru credit-card and original promise of Rs 2 lakh free gift is also pending.

                          Samsung Lcd — Installation pending for 2 months

                          I had purchased a 32" LCD TV (LA32C480-HDR) on 02.11.10 from NEXT Showroom (Sec-35 B) Chandigarh. (Bill No. 99657) The sales person told me that engineers from Samsung would visit my place within 2-3 days to install the LCD. It has been around 2 months now but still nobody has come to install the LCD . On calling the the customer care I get a same answer every time that my LCD would be installed by evening the day I call them. My BP No. is [protected]. I had not expected such a pathetic service from SAMSUNG.

                            After the Commissioning of AC the technician observed that the Manual & Remote Control of the same has been missing . I have been chasing the dealer for past 6 months & till date i have not received any update on the same.
                            Either they do not pick our calls or even if picked they tell that they will talk to company & revert. But they have not done anything till date.

                            Would like to have solution for this.

                              my self Kanubhai mehta (M [protected]) purchased new Samsung 3303 Champ mobile on 16/10/2010 from Arihant Collection, Shop No 4, Sai shopping Mall, Opp Railway station, Borivali (W), Mumbai 400 092.There is a lots of scraches on back body and hand free is not working properly & shopkeeper is not ready to take any action. Please provide proper service like nokia co.

                                I have registered my complain in samsung service center on vide complain no [protected] dtd 4/6/09, samsung service partner rep. came on 5/6/09 for inspection and confirmed that tomorrow they will take it to their service center and within next day it is going to be retured after filling gas on it.

                                on 6/6/09 they came and pickedup my ac and till today(12/6/09) they havn't returned my ac neither any of the samsang supervisior are ready to talk to me nor call center providing me any superviors no.

                                Since yesterday Iam calling them but no responce. as we all are aware how hot Delhi is these days?

                                  Now a days your service cell is very poor, nobody is seriously taken action. Whenever, I complaint on phone, ur customer care cell hold for long time but not resolve any query. Every time they assured me to resolve the issue but nobody came.                                       I have purchased a mobile ( GT-S3500)Sl.No. RD5SBO4591T IME/RSN No. [protected] on[protected] from QRS, Trivandrum. After 6 months the handset showerd many complaints- battery charge not lasted, vibration not worked. I submitted the set in the service centre near Sreekandeswaram temple, Vanchiyur, TVPM. After taking three moths they returned the mobile with many new complaits- camera not worked, display not clear etc. How ever I used it for some days. Then new problems started- display disappeared in intervals, communication possible only with the help of head set etc. Then I gave the set to the service centre on[protected] Mastro Phone, Opposit Chellam petrol Pump, Pattam, TVPM, Phone[protected]. They haven't returned the set till date. I lost all confidence to the service centres. Their attitude was negative. I believe I have lost Rs. 5600/-( Dr.A.Shaji- [protected]@gmail.com)Mobile- [protected]. Kindly ameliorate my grievance.

                                        Very disgusting and shameful performance by Samsung. I purchased an LCD television LA32 C450 on 13/10/2010. It was promised that the the installation shall be done very next day. It has been 7days since then I am still awaiting engineer from Samsung.
                                        Every day I make a request, they promise they will come the same day but never turn up. Its becoming a cause of mental harrasment for me. Even tried lodging a complaint with the Customer care but the person did not attend to the problem and disconnected the call in between.
                                        I would never buy myself any product from Samsung and would not recommend it to others also.

                                        I purchased a washing machine from samsung india showroom on 10th october, from their Banjara hills showroom in hyderabad.
                                        THEY HAVE NOT BOTHERED TO GET THE MACHINE INSTALLED. THE DEALER GIVES PATHETIC SERVICE.
