Dear All ,
We have bought Samsung Refrigerator , Model RA23WBSS as on 08/10/2009 , from M/s ARCEE Electronics ( Navi Mumbai ) Maharashtra.
On 16th Sept 2010 we have noticed that the Referigeratori was non operational due to some technical problems hence we have contacted to the Samsung Service Centres from 16th , 17th , 18th, 19th Sept 2010 , fortunately I was able to communcate with Samsung on 20th Sept 2010.
Before communicating with Samsung have contacted to M/s ARCEE ELECTRONICS , NERUL , NAVI MUMBAI But ARCEE has advise us to contact Samsung Electronics Directly and washed away his hands as well as responcibility of after Sales Services to be proOvided to the CUSTERS....
In the books of ARCEE ELECTRONICS Customer WO HAI JO KASHTA SAY MARTA HAI......Pls take note of this,,,,,,,,,
Further to the telcon on 20/09/2010 , Samsung has given us Complaint No. Registerd , with them as follows BP No.[protected] Dated 20/09/2010 @ 04:12:49 PM recd via SMS.
Appreciated that the Rep. of Samsung has visited my residence and made his initial inspection on 21/09/2010 and assured us that will be coming to sort out the problem on next day which was 22/09/2010.... but till date NOTHING HAS TAKEN PLACE IN A +VE MANNER TO SOLVE THE PROB..
Kindly look in to the matter and advise us to sort out our prob.. or else would like to Re-Deliver the product back to M/s Arcee Electronics as it is UNDER WARRANTY.....

microwave 1031L — no response from the dealer
I got new micro wave (1031L with convection) from Trishul trading Company, Jwalapor, Haridwar on 7th.I requested for the demo at my home place. But after daily reminder to service agency still no body turn up.
I have launch a complain and my complain no is WA[protected].
Today they give me the individual person wo will entertain me but that person is telling me he doesnt have any communication regarding this.
This like i have a product but i dont know how to use it. Please do somthing or i will be returning the product back and go to consumer court. Moreover if in the starting i m not getting any response from the company how it will help me future in life with product.
At the same time your toll free no are also not working ... this is the height of customer service
