I had purchased a Samsung LCD Model LA26B350F1LXL on 18th March 2010 and I faced multiple problems. The brief description of problems...

I bought a Samsung washing machine in July and was working fine for a week & then I left to Bahrain where I work.

When I arrived home on Sept. 10th, I found the washing machine leaking when turned on. I tried the local service center number[protected] and no one would answer. So, I drove up there (3KM only) iaround 10 AM on 11th and registered my complaint with the lady at the reception. She promised to send someone...

mobile had a board issue as said by the technicians after 3 months of purchase and the service centers were almost disinterested to rectify the fault and the date of delivery was not assured at any circumstances....

i purchased samsung jet (s8003) in march.. and since then its second or third time that i have to change my touch pad (as the service center says).. and every time it happens the service center employes asks for min 8 - 10 days for the same. it is being very hectik. as i am a regular user of samsung i am not expecting such type of problems with handsets...... as the handset is in warranty period it is ok that it is being...

I lodged my complaint on 28.06.2010 wide no. BP[protected] regarding the replacing of washing machine tub but till date there is no interest from the samsung care.
I don't know how they bear the loads of custmer care staff if they are not interested in any kind of solution to seven years old washing machine.
Really its true to SS that CUSMER means cust kartey kartey mer

dear sir i want ur attention about very poor service provided by samsung care (arora care faridkot)....................................................i hav bought samsung corby mate gt b 3313 from faridkot on 17-5-10 and after one month some problem occured in earphones .i went 2 care cente.......the care exective told me that the earphone will replaced between 15 days as earphone was under warrenty..............and register the complaint...

I own a Samsung Microwave Oven Model No. C 100F / XTL purchased in January 2003. Recently, its PCB part developed a snag which can only be set right by replacement. I registered a complaint with the Customer Care (Complaint No. BP[protected] dated 7.09.10). The service engineer visited our residence and dignosed the problem with the PCB part. I am complaining about my mobile manufacturer (Samsung Corby Pro -GT B5310) who gave me a defected handset when i bought this on 28th April 2010 which had its features like touchscreen malfunctioning so i went to their service center and gave it for service more than two 3 times after that they told they were unaware of the defect in it so they assured for a new handset and gave me after two weeks with lot of formalities...
