hi, i m having very bad experience about Samsung Jet mobile. Form last 1 month my mobile is at service station in Ahmadabad ,Disha Service Station its an authorized service station . I m facing problem in call vibration. so i gave that pic to authorized service station. But still my mobile is not running properly . Even when i m at service station to receive my mobile, than some other problems i found in it.

So this is my general advice to all , DO NOT BUY ANY MOBILE PRODUCTS FROM SAMSUNG.

    WE HAD PURCHASE FULLY AUTOMATIC MACHINE BEFORE TWO YEAR BUT THE MACHINE IS NOT WORKING. WE HAVE COMPLAINT TO PALI SERVICE CENTRE ON ONE MONTH BEFORE BUT TILL THAT DATE THE MACHINE IS NOT REPAIR BY SERVICE CENTRE.HE TOLD THAT THE PCB IS NOT WORKING AND THE NEW PCB IS NOT AVAILABLE IN COMPANY AND MARKET ALSO. IN THAT CASE WE SUFFER FROM LAST ONE MONTH WITHOUT MACHINE.WE HAD PURCHASE A REPUTED COMPANY PRODUCT BUT AFTER INVEST A BIG MONEY AND REPUTED PRODDUCT THERE IS NOT LISTING. REPLY WHAT CAN WE DO?

      AFTER USING ONE MONTH MY MOBILE HANDSET HANGING SO MUCH.THEN I RESET ALL THE SETTING AND MEMORY.BUT AFTER FEW MONTH
      THE SAME PROBLEM REPEATED.ONE MONTH BEFORE THE SPEAKER,MIC,MP3 PLAYER,BATTERY BACKUP,EARPHONE NOT WORKING.I GAVE IT

        Hi,
        I purchased a Samsung microwave Oven on 24th July 2010 from the nig brand so called “Big Bazar”. It was barely used by my parents as I went out of station when I came back after two months I tried to make something and the M/W suddenly stops and the display was totally blank, I tried restarting it but it dint. Again next day I checked it it was working but in jst another 5 mins it stopped. I called the Samsung customer care ( complaint No – [protected] ) on 3rd sep 2010, they sent some technician next weak after the call he also checked and tried to repair, but as it was a faulty/defective M/W Oven, it did not work and again getting so much heated and stopped.
        As the M/W was in warranty period, it was jst two months since purchase date I asked them to replace. I saw the same Model (CE 1031L) in all the other dealer’s shop. But they said since the model is discontinued you have to pay extra money and buy some other model. They were forcing me to buy some upgraded model and demanding more money. It was their fault that they can not fix the current M/W nor replace it and on the top of that were demanding more money.
        Later they said they have written to Samsung Delhi and asked them for the money back and I am supposed to wait for 10 -12 days I will get the cheque back. Its not October and 1 and half month since I am following up with them. Every day I call them and listen the same thing it will take 2-3 more days. I am totally fed up and highly disappointed with the Samsung Services.
        THE PROBLEM IS NOT YET SOLVED.

        Kindly guide me how to get my money back that Samsung has swallowed.
        And Kindly take my advise never buy any electronic appliances from BIG BAZAR, they all keep the defective pieces, and you have to follow up a lot to get it fixed . I had a good image about Samsung. But its really a 3rd class brand in terms of services.

        microwave 1031L — no response from the dealer

        I got new micro wave (1031L with convection) from Trishul trading Company, Jwalapor, Haridwar on 7th.
        I requested for the demo at my home place. But after daily reminder to service agency still no body turn up.
        I have launch a complain and my complain no is WA[protected].
        Today they give me the individual person wo will entertain me but that person is telling me he doesnt have any communication regarding this.
        This like i have a product but i dont know how to use it. Please do somthing or i will be returning the product back and go to consumer court. Moreover if in the starting i m not getting any response from the company how it will help me future in life with product.
        At the same time your toll free no are also not working ... this is the height of customer service

          Dear Sir,

          I am Abdul Sajid Khan, from Noida. I bought a Samsung Galaxy I7500 (IMEI No. [protected]) from Spice HOTSPOT on 12.July.10. I got a speaker problem on 3rd of August 2010. So I visited Samsung Service center ( TECHNOCARE Shop No -117, First Floor, Block – IV, Ganga Shopping Complex Sec-29, Noida) on 5th of August & submitted my mobile there they told me that they will repair it within 5 days. After 5 days when I contacted them they told that it will require another 15 days to resolve as they need PBA for this. I told them it is an emergency they told me to contact the Samsung Service center in Sector 18 Noida, when I contacted them they told they required 1 month for this so I didn’t gave them. I again gave my mobile to ( TECHNOCARE Shop No -117, First Floor, Block – IV, Ganga Shopping Complex Sec-29, Noida) on 18th August 2010, What they told me that they will repair it within 15 days i.e. on 2nd of September. On 2n September I visited there they told me to come after a weak i.e. on 9th September again asked for more 5 days i.e. on 20th September.

          In between I also contacted on samsung customer helpline they asked me for work order no. as the TECHNOCARE people not offering work order no so I told the customer care people they told me to ask the manager of TECHNOCARE Mr Ranjit mobile no. [protected]( he never pick any call on this). So I personally visited TECHNOCARE & asked them work order no. then only they provide me the work order no ( WA[protected]). They give me this no. on 18th September. Also Customer care people give me the No of Mr. SANDIP Area Mangare Mobile no. [protected] (never picked the call).

          So the much awaited day came in my life 20th September as I was supposed to receive my Mobile which I bought with my hard earned money but to my vain they told me to wait for another 10 days or else they will give me a new one, I told O.K.

          I visited there on 1st October they told me that they receive the PBA so they are not going me to give me the new one & as they got the part so they need 2 more days to repair it. I contacted Samsung customer care in frustration they helped me to talk with Mr Sandip ( Area manager ) & Mr Ranjit service center manager with the help of call conference. Both of them assured me that my mobile will be delivered within two three days. But it is already 10 days passed still they didn't gave me mobile. They promised me to give me my mobile on 12th of October.

          Now as 54 days gone & they didn't gave me my mobile I want a new mobile & a compensation for my suffering.

          This is Sanjay. Well! After going through your frustrating fact I am furious as my Samsung Metro also got bad (damaged screen) and I have given it to the service center in Sec-27 (CEE EMM Services) on 6th of Oct 2010. I was told that it will be done in a week’s time. After a week when I went to take my phone I got a great news stating that the part is not available and was asked to wait for a day as the part will arrive in the evening and will only take 15 min to fix. So I, with lil frustration went the next day and got the same information that was popping in the back of mind. I was informed that the part has been ordered and due to the CMG it did not arrive. Hence I was asked to come after 5 days but as I called them today 22nd of Oct. they still don’t have the part and are asking me to wait for another 15 days as the part become available...I think I would also have to go through the same misery as you Mr. Abdul...Just to add on I was also given a Number of Mr. Vikas, Asst. Manager. of this center who either never picks up the phone or is out of reach besides the service centers # itself is engage or hardly gets picked up...God! THESE GUYS ARE TERRIABLE. Can't we do something about this?????

          Samsung — Unable to block mobile

          It is very disheartening to know that even after lodging an FIR. Samsung cannot block its mobile using IMEI number. Samsung.

            SIR,
            Being a great lover of samsung products, i bought a mobile handset GT 6112 of your so reputed brand on june 18/ 2010. But from the very first day the satisfactory level never met its expected heights. I had purchased this handset without the concent of my parents because they wanted me to purchase mobile of nokia company but i remained stuck to my point and bought this handset and now your company is proving the fact that parents are always right. Till date i am facing alot of problems in the handset, the battery is not working properly, after showing ,battery full option whenever i remove the charger within 15 to 20 min. the battery shows only two sticks instead of showing all five sticks. Sometimes the phone get switched off automatically and many more . Sir , i am regreating on the decision i have taken that time of buying a product of this brand. When i went to service center they were least bothered to listen to my complaints and they kept on confusing me by sending me on one care center to the other.
            I am writing this to you in a hope that you will assist me in resolving my problems. Sir I thereby request you to change my handset because it lies in a warrenty period . If no proper action will be taken than i will get the message that you are insisting me and my near and dear ones not to have any further customer relations with your brand.

              Re:-Complaint about SAMSUNG CTV 29”Ultraslim Type 29A-73 and Our complaint still remains unresolved.
              We have to notify on the request of our client Mr. Kartikeya Verma A-122, Sector-15 Noida.(U.P.)Pin201301.,as under:-
              Our client Mr.Kartikeya Verma purchased one Samsung CTv 29”Ultraslim mode CS29A730EL for Rs18000/-with one year manufacturer warranty and two years extended warranty from[protected]. Warranty code 2122. along with whirlpool Refrigerator from your Croma outlet Ansal Plaza Knowledge Park Unit No.AG16-21-22 Greater Noida.(U.P.)Pin201308.on[protected].Invoice No.179-4610.
              The said purchased CTV became out of order on[protected] and complaint was made to toll free call No[protected] on[protected] as local Croma No. was un -functional. Same day a Samsung person on the way to Gaziabad visited and checked the CTV and said tube is very weak and other parts are also non functional .He will come within two days with parts and remote ,and instructed us to keep the CTV off. CTV is off since then, but nobody came to repair .He did not give us his telephone no.
              Again report is made on[protected] to phone no.[protected], complaint no.3631. On[protected] samsung repair centre call came and said they will come on Saturday[protected].But nobody came. We rang up Samsung on[protected] they were avoiding the calls and did not give proper reply .
              Again report were made on phone no.[protected] on[protected] ,[protected],[protected] but CTV remains out of order. All this period they made us to wait at home for the repair purpose and CTV was kept switched off as per their instructions.
              On 8-10-10 at about 16:15 hrs, A Samsung person came for repair. He re-soldered some of the parts on the CTV board and said TV is working alright ,Even after our repeated request that TV is having netting, Images are not clear, having horizontal broad white line on the top side of TV and some sort of cracking sound in TV still persists. He handed over remote control at cost of Rs 125 and took our signature in rectification form which we signed to avoid unnecessary argument with that person.
              Our complaint still remains unresolved.
              We hereby request that aforesaid CTV to be replaced within one month of this letter .In case you don’t comply with our request we will be compelled to approach competent court at Noida/Grater Noida for replacement /payment and damages for harassment and legal expenses at your risk responsibility and cost.

                This is Jaydeep Nandgaonkar and i am writting this complant according my mobile phone 2 months befour i took a new samsung galexy s 19000 , and have to tell u that now it is not working proparly . Means that whenever i charge it the mobile become hot and when ever i charge it complitly after 4, 5 hours the battery of mobile bocome low without useing it. I have already given my mobile to samsung mobile service but still io am faceing same problem so please help me

                Galaxy S 19000 — not switching

                I had purchased above mobile on 16/6/2010 , last week it starting giving trouble it will not sw on. I gave it for repair to Samsung service centre on 08/11/2010 at sector 40 Gurgaon.
                Today evening one of the engineer rings me up to tell me there is some liquid he found at power jack and wanted me to ring up some tele no when I asked that it his job to ring up he refused and was very harsh.
                Later when I rang up Mr Bhardawaj area manger he said he will resolve the matter and will let me know by evening and I am still to hear from him. How come after day and half they found there was liquid near the power jack it shows how careless this service is.
                I approached customer care at Delhi who are most ignore net about their service centre at Gurgaon.
                It is pathetic that Samsung is having such incompetent staff and no one to help customer.
                Will you please intervene and get my cell phone replaced.ds

                This is Amar deep and i am writting this complant according my mobile phone 2 months befour i took a new samsung galexy s 19000 and its flight mood is on can't be off now pls help me...
                I have a Galaxy s and 'buggy' does not begin to describe this handset. It's reached the point than I have gone back to using my Nexus One. The Samsung locks up, screen dies, and eats batteries. I have a Samsung Nexus S which does not have these problems

                  I Gurpreet Singh will be highly obliged if the samsung mobile care centre sec-22 refund the or replace my handset. Its been so long that i have been comlainng either they are busy among themselves or not responding to my phn calls. I m really sorry but i have to say they give me a negative response each and every time. I got some problem with my handset, i gave it to sec-22 mobile care centre under guarantee period on 11 august 2010 they gave me a time period of 10days bt nearly after 5 days they called me up & told me that either they will replace or refund the money of my handset in 30 days but after 30 days i went there & they told me to take your handset after few days.After few days when i again visited there my complaint was unsolved & asked me to contact Mr Vikram Kaushik ( Manager of Samsung Care ) Chandigarh. He also assured me that i will get my handset with in few days but i didn"t got any positive response even from him. I called him many times but he always delay the time period. After being unsatisfied i called up Delhi Samsung Care more than 20 times bt i got negative response from there as well. They always assured me that they will contact me within 24hours but i never receive their call with in the given time period. By getting no response from there i call them again myself but even they led me to disatisfication. I anicipated that my complaint would have been taken in your consideration but it was like always. Its always 2months but i didn't receive any positive response anywhere. I m sorry to say but i m waitng till monday after that i will take some serious step definately.

                    Hello, hi this bhanu prakash , im using a samsung corby gt-s3653 ,first version. today i morning i woke i got an pop up screen saying , i got 4 messages when i enter there was no new messages as indicated . i came back to menu .. then logged in again the messages icon .. i get a screen initializing with dot dot dot .. then it disappears .. i couldnt log in to messages .. nor im getting any intimation of new message .. all other applications are working fine except this message icon

                    ive changed my sim .. ive tried using other sim .. but even then the results are the same .. i reseted the phone setting and tried also .. but nothing is working

                    can you please help me in getting resolved this... suggest me a good fix for this issue

                      Dear Sir/mam,

                      I purchase a Samsung Washing Machine on 29th June'2010. When dealer sent the product at my home on 30th June'10, i found that the dryer is not working, then i informed the dealer staff about the problem, he said that demo person will come and solve the problem. Next day a Samsung staff came for the demo and open the back portion of the machine and solved the problem.

                      On 1st Aug'2010, washing machine dryer again stopped working which was hardly used for 2 to 3 times during July month and again i complained to the Samsung customer care on 2nd Aug'10 for solving the problem. Next day again staff from Samsung service center came and again solved the problem by opening back portion of the machine.

                      Same problem again arouse and complaint for the same registered on 14th Aug'10 and again on 16th Aug'10.
                      Again machine worked for 1.5 months and same problem arouse on 2nd October'2010.
                      I also informed the dealer (NEXT RETAIL SHOP) on 8th Oct'10 for such default, but i did not find any satisfactory answer from their side. They only said that they will mail to Samsung company for the defect.

                        whenever my mobile (samsung gt i8000) auto wakes up in morning it hangs and its key function fails, charger doesnot get connected for charging. the solution to this i find is to remove the battery and once again start the phone. even if the phone has not been switched off for a long time it hangs and the same problem occurs. i think i had done a mistake by purchasing such a costly phone of samsung. the phone is under warranty but i dont have time to go to the service centre which is far away from my residence abt 200 kms. and they will tell me to leave the phone over there with them for a long time by which i will be unable to work. is there any solution to repair.

                          Its almost 48 hours we had lodged a complaint (BP [protected]) on 7th Oct'10 with regard to non functioning of our top loading fully automatic washing machine bearing no.WA85VAN. We were told that by 8.30 p.m of 7th Oct'10 a service engineer will call up to fix an appointment to visit our house. We are still waiting for his call.

                          Even a reminder call was made by us yesterday (8th Oct'10) evening around 4.15 p.m and we were assured that we would be contacted shortly.

                          I request to attend this complaint immediately as we are not at all able to use the washing machine.

                            Samsung Double Door Fridge — Not Getting Any Resolution of Problem Reported Since 22nd April

                            I have a double door Samsung refrigerator. The vegetable box of the same is broken. To get a replacement for the same, I have logged a call on 22nd April, 2009. I have got acknowledgement SMS with BP Number [protected] for the same as well. No action was taken on that and the call was closed on 25th April without providing any resolution. I have got an SMS for the same. With repeated follow up since then, there has been no escalation path and every time there is a standard answer "The Engineer will visit the place today" ! It is a harassing case and I do not have any escalation path within Samsung left and hence raising this in this forum.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I am Aashish from Sonipat. I have bought Samsung Monitor SyncMaster 740NW 17" on 8/6/2008. But after two years there occured a fault in it. I gave it to the dealer and he forward it to customer care but after 20 days of time the say that "Your monitor is Dead due to internal fault in it and company will give the refund of Rs4645". Till now i am not getting my refund cheque. As i am B.tech final year student so it creates a lot of problem for me without Monitor. It effects my studies also.
                              So please I request you to please take action against it as its been 2 Months from the time i gave it to the dealer or Customer Care. So that i get my cheque as soon as possible and purchase new Monitor.

                                  I have purchased this unit from QRS Retail Ltd., your authorised retail outlet, 2 years back. The unit I believe is out of warranty. I had purchased 10 units from QRS Retail on that day for use in my Salon.
                                  Today my 1ton model AS12NB caught fire. The unit completely melted on one side before we were able to put out the fire. I have taken photographs of the same. In case you need them, please let me know. I have forwarded these picture to my Architect too.
                                  We demand to know, why a Samsung indoor unit caught fire. Is this a manufacturing fault ? Your service provider has never provided maintenance service during warranty. Why ? Please inquire into this matter on a war footing and replace my damaged unit at the earliest.

                                  Hi deepafenn,

                                  please send contact details of you. I am facing many problems after purchased samsung AC unit from QRS.
                                  so planning to sue against samsung and dealer QRS in consumer protection judicial court . so want to mention in documents that so many people facing problems from samsung AC due to its manufacturing fault.

                                    internet connection through PC or Laptop...this mobile does not have MODEM

                                    on 4th oct i bought samsung mobile from UNIVERCEL mobile shop in chennai.
                                    My samsung GT-E2152 mobile does not have modem but it is having WAP ,GPRS,EDGE . so modem must be there for this mobile.but modem is not there then how i connect internet throuugh using data cable it a kind of acheating or biggest mistake by samsung...

                                    We have bought Samsung Refrigerator , Model RA23WBSS as on 08/10/2009 , from M/s ARCEE Electronics ( Navi Mumbai ) Maharashtra.

                                    On 16th Sept 2010 we have noticed that the Referigeratori was non operational due to some technical problems hence we have contacted to the Samsung Service Centres from 16th , 17th , 18th, 19th Sept 2010 , fortunately I was able to communcate with Samsung on 20th Sept 2010.

                                    Before communicating with Samsung have contacted to M/s ARCEE ELECTRONICS , NERUL , NAVI MUMBAI But ARCEE has advise us to contact Samsung Electronics Directly and washed away his hands as well as responcibility of after Sales Services to be proOvided to the CUSTERS....

                                    In the books of ARCEE ELECTRONICS Customer WO HAI JO KASHTA SAY MARTA HAI......Pls take note of this,,,,,,,,,

                                    Further to the telcon on 20/09/2010 , Samsung has given us Complaint No. Registerd , with them as follows BP No.[protected] Dated 20/09/2010 @ 04:12:49 PM recd via SMS.

                                    Appreciated that the Rep. of Samsung has visited my residence and made his initial inspection on 21/09/2010 and assured us that will be coming to sort out the problem on next day which was 22/09/2010.... but till date NOTHING HAS TAKEN PLACE IN A +VE MANNER TO SOLVE THE PROB..

                                    Kindly look in to the matter and advise us to sort out our prob.. or else would like to Re-Deliver the product back to M/s Arcee Electronics as it is UNDER WARRANTY.....

                                      Our one year old installed Samsung window AC was not cooling & there was ice formation on the evaporator coil. A complaint was lodged at the toll free number of the Company Samsung. The complaint was attended after 20days . The service personnel from Samsung took the AC to their works & installed it back free of cost as it was covered under the Warranty period (Date of purchase 15/08/09).

                                      Within 10 days of the installation the same problem of Icing on evaporator started occuring & the AC is again not cooling. After repeated complaints the Samsung representative visited my house once & returned back without addressing the problem.

                                      The service response by Samsung is regrettable. Kindly help me in rectification of my window AC.
