I purchased one Samsung M31s mobile on 27.11.2020. After 11 months of purchase, it started giving troubles like sudden black out, no movement from the screen freezing, etc. I am a resident of Chennai, Tamilnadu, and I approached the Samsung Ascent Enterprises service center, Nandanam, Chennai on 23rd November, four days before the warranty expiry date. They asked to wait for half an hour and returned the mobile, after repair, telling to bring it back if problem arises. It was okay for 10 days and it started giving same troubles. Meanwhile, throughout Chennai, there was heavy downpour, followed by water logging and flood in roads and subways, which is known to everybody. I was unable to move anywhere and even contact over phone. On 10th December, I approached the aforesaid service center again. BillNo [protected]. After checking, they said there is motherboard problem, to be replaced at cost, as warranty expired. I contacted local customer call center, who assured to offer some discount in cost and no other assistance. Ref No [protected].
My request is
since I contacted the service center, well before the warranty expiry date, they should have replaced the motherboard that day itself for complete repair or replaced the mobile. Instead they did temporary treatment and extended the problem beyond the warranty expiry date, for reason well known to them. Moreover, for kind information, I have high regard for Samsung products and use now AC, washing machine, Fridge of Samsung. So I have no other option, but to write to you, as the company is not responsive. .
Hence kindly arrange for the replacement of motherboard free of cost or rather replace the mobile itself as a special case and give instructions suitably.
