This is with reference to above mentioned subject i would to express my dissatisfaction with Samsung product & Customer support. I bought Samsung Galaxy M31S in the month of Sep 2020. On Jan 2022 i contacted Samsung customer support to to clarify few details on the Dialled list.

Customer support took control from Smart tutor and did some changes and suggested to reset the setting from General management option, after that my mobile started restarting many times. This issue caused due do Customer support so i sent mail to service head and CEO mail box, after that i got call from support team and they mentioned to contact service centre.

Based on the suggestion from support team i visited service centre and handed over my mobile to service centre, they update the software and told to monitor the mobile. I monitored mobile for 24 hours but issue was not rectified.

Again i checked with Samsung support team, they told to handover my mobile to service centre again.

After 2 week they are mentioning that they will give discount instead of free service & repair, though warranty lapsed, before connecting customer support my mobile was working absolutely good. After that call, issue started, this issue created from customer support.

I strongly believe its a scam from Samsung company to change the motherboard and make money. They are cheating public.

How motherboard issue will occur after the Customer support call?

Now support team is denying to send the complete details of the issue via email and also denying to send the audit trail report of call and service. If we get audit trail report of mobile we can easily see from when issue occurred.

I am really fed up with this device and think many time i think why should i bought this Samsung instead of this i can buy any brand phone phone cost of 5 to 6 k might be i will not face any problem. I did a blunder mistake to bought Samsung.

Moreover i am not getting any proper resolution from Samsung.

Hence I request you to please arrange for full free service of my mobile or replace my mobile.

Hence requesting you to please look into matter and arrange for the quick resolution.

    I complained about the non-working of my SAMSUNG refrigerator on 02.12.21.( Service Request No:[protected] ). It is 49 days over now. The product is not repaired yet. I am following up with customer service in every 3 or 4 days. But, service team neglect the request repeatedly. Very inexperienced service technicians came to service the unit 3 times. They charged RS:4140.00 and did something on the refrigerator. But, due to this repair attempt by the un-experienced technicians, the refrigerator became fully un-operational. I have been following up with the SAMSUNG Support team in every 3 or 4 days continuously till date. But, service team not repairing the refrigerator after taking repair charges from me. They neglect my request.
    So, my request is as follows :-
    (1) Repair the refrigerator and put into operation
    (2) If they cannot repair, return the 100% of the charged amount

    Dear Sir, The complaint is not yet resolved. The service team behaved in arrogant way for sending complaint. They do not cooperate for the repair nor they return the amount THE FOLLOWING IS THE DETAILS. Further to my service request ( Service Request No:4337674318 ) dated 02.12.2021, about the non-working of my SAMSUNG refrigerator, I would like to update you the following. The Service Engineer ( Mr. Rengith-Tel:9847901023) visited our apartment today (24.01.2022). He was very angry when he reached at the apartment for sending repetitive complaint from our side. So, he was very arrogant in his behaviour. He just opened the back side of refrigerator and in 2 minutes he closed it. He just informed that this refrigerator is irreparable as condenser coil is leaking. No pressure test nor any other test is just done before he gave this reply. We do not believe in this due to the following reason.  Already 53 days over after my service request.  SAMSUNG send another local service company to repair the refrigerator. 3 times technician arrived at the apartment. The technician released refrigerant and filled with inert gas and done pressure test. No leakage ( or pressure drop ) noticed. After confirming no leak, he charged refrigerant. Charged Rs: 4140.00 from us. Bills issued  But, refrigerator was not working again. When we complained again, service team moved the refrigerator to the service centre and kept at service centre for a period of one week. Checked thoroughly and said that it is repaired. Returned the refrigerator. He asked Rs: 1000.00 for the repair again. But, freezer was not cooling properly. So, I said we will give Rs: 1000.00 if the refrigerator is cooling well. When the technician informed the engineer this matter, over the phone, to the engineer, he asked the technician to make it un-operational. The technician released refrigerant from the system and left. From this moment, the refrigerator was not cooling at all.  After this, we were continuously following up with the SAMSUNG customer service. But, service team never responded. Some times, just made a call, but nobody attended the complaint.  Again, when we send complaint, the service team got annoyed. The engineer came today and said that “Condensor coil is leaking and this refrigerator is irreparable” which is untrue. This reply is to challenge the customer against our complaint. The following are our justifications: • The technician had done pressure test to find out any leaks. There was no leak and that is why refrigerant was charged. • After this, refrigerator was taken to workshop for a week for checking. While returning also, there was no such comment about leakage. • How, all of a sudden, after we gave complaint, this new invention is detected. Why no such remarks in 53 days. Does Samsung service team takes 53 days to detect a refrigerant leak ? It is a revenge to the customer. Without any test, he just gave a wrong message. He said, this refrigerator is irreparable. An Easy solution of excuse. This refrigerator is bought for Rs: 82000.00 just 7 years ago. • Why the amount Rs: 4140.00 is charged from us in the name of Gas charge if there was leak in the pressure test. • On 21.01.22, we received the following SMS ” Dear Customer, part is received for Samsung service request 4340419522. Our engineer will call you. Click https://bit.ly/31QN4lI to WhatsApp us for queries.” . which part ? If gas leak is the issue, why this part is ordered ? Why 53 days for the part to receive? So, I would like to inform you the following : (1) Very poor service performance is observed from SAMSUNG SERVICE TEAM. (2) The service contract was outsourced to an incompetent local company and they were not able to repair. (3) Cheated the customer with wrong information and untrue statements So, I request you to interfere in this case and to make a solution for either of the following: (1) Repair the refrigerator without any further delay (2) If SAMSUNG not able to repair it, why charged amount from us (Rs:4140.00 ). Refund the amount without delay. (3) You may take suitable punitive action for this unacceptable delay of repair and for taking revenge against the customer

    The complaint is marked as resolved in this website. But nothing done. The refrigerator not repaired. Instead, the SAMSUNG service team challenging me without repairing the refrigerator. Exhausted. Sending a complaint to the service team, does not mean the matter is resolved. Expect your needful support in this matter

      Coupon provided for damaged product has time validity

      I have purchased Samsung washing machine which had dent on arrival for which i did request for replacement.
      But they mentioned that product does not have replacement option.
      So provided me2 options:
      1. Get the coupon as goodwill gesture
      2. Return the product n get the full refund.

      as i don't wanted to go for return and start again fresh order process.

      I opted for coupon which thy provided...

      I purchased a SAMSUNG RT-34A4533BX/324 LTR REF from Great Estern Santragachi on 14/11/2021I have been a loyal customer of Great Eatern for a very long time and appreciate their best efforts for customer service.But to my greatest disappointment the refrigerator is having dents all over its upper body.Since the delivery i have been continuously followed up for a resolution, i have contacted several time with my representative Mr. Sujit Saha. Whenever I called him i got the same reply that he has done the respective mails to the concerned department for replacement and he is out of officetill date. My refrigerator has not been replaced. I have not been able to use the product although I am counting my EMIs every month.So please tell me is this the kind of customer support Great eastern provides now?I am helpless and thus I am reaching out to the grievance cell.Please help me out with a possible solutionHereby, I am attaching all the dent images and the bill. I am not ready to negotiate with a refurbished door.         I had purchase a Washing Machine on Nov 13 2020.
        i had send it for repair my service reqno:- [protected]
        it is really bad the way samsung are dealing with customer my washing
        machine is in service center since 18th December. You people are unable
        to repair and said the amount will be refunded. and on jan 4 2022 i
        shared all the document and on Jan7 2022 i receive the call that your
        amount is approved and shortly you will receive the amount. but till
        today the service center people is saying that it will take a week
        times. same they said a week before .

          Sompalli Gopalakrishna resident of Ballepalle has purchased a 'Samsung s21+ mobile' in Flipkart and he decided to sold the phone and I purchased it by seeing the post in olx.

          As soon as I turned on the phone, I realized that I was sold illegally as the phone was purchased by Gopal in 'Flipkart Smart Upgrade plan' which means they give a discount on the phone while purchased. After 1year, customer can either exchange the phone or pay the money which was given as discount.
          OTGERWISE PHONE WILL BE LOCKED
          Gopalakrishna is not answering my calls.
          Neither Flipkart nor Samsung is helping me with an option to pay the remaining amount which I'm ready to do so as the phone won't get locked

          I am the one who is using and can prove all the details related to the mobile.

            As per your senior Executive Ms. Komal dhan rajput is saying, my phone cannot be REPAIRED because I had shown it in some local market and was open outside before bringing it to Okhla Service Centre on 10th Dec 2021.

            As a proof, I sent you the recording of the Service Centre Manager and Samsung senior Executive, where they clearly had a word stating that my phone was sealed when it came for repair at the Okhla Service Centre on 10th December 2021.
            It is clearly mentioned on the bill that my phone is under warranty.
            Will send you the attachment of the INVOICE also.

            So, What is the reason this time, that you are not repairing my phone under warranty, EVEN AFTER TAKING INSURANCE OF Rs. 10, 000/- at the time of purchase.Please mention the reason on the mail also, as there is no valid reason in your previous mail.

            If my phone CANNOT be repaired under warranty, then please refund My 10, 000/- Or Replace My phone with a new one.

              I ordered a Samsung galaxy a52 phone from Samsung india website. Their website and the box description stated there will be Sim ejector included within the box but wasn't included as promised. Order ID [protected]. Their customer service is no help regarding this issue.

                    There is a great blunder done by Samsung India. I have ordered Galaxy M 52 (8 GB RAM and 128 GB INTERNAL MEMORY) and I received Galaxy A 52 (6 GB RAM).

                    My order number is [protected]. The order was placed on January 7, 2022 (Friday) through Samsung App and I received the order Galaxy A 52 on January 8, 2022. After observing that it is Galaxy A 52, I immediately called Customer Care of Samsung India and reported the complaint on the same day.

                    On January 9, 2022 (Sunday), I received the email from ([protected]@email.support.samsung.com) and I have provided all the screenshots of the product I received.

                    The bill of the order inside the box (Galaxy A52) clearly shows that the product which was delivered to me is of Galaxy A52 and the address and name on someone else. The delivery was done by Savex Technologies Pvt. Ltd

                    I have been following up daily with your customer care but there has been no update/resolution from Samsung India team/support on the taking back the wrong product and delivery of my order.

                    Even there is no option in Samsung app for returning the product once delivered.

                    I already paid full in advance and have been expecting a resolution on delivery of my order for Galaxy M 52.

                    It has been more than a week since no action taken up from Samsung India and Samsung Electronics.

                    Today I got the call from Savex Technologies Pvt. Ltd. They asked me to keep Galaxy A 52 and they will pay the difference amount for Galaxy M 52. I clearly stated that I have ordered for Galaxy M 52 and I want the same product. Else refund the full amount immediately.

                    I don't know how and when they will deliver my order. Samsung India literally failed to meet the expectations.

                    Kindly provide my order else refund my amount along with interest.

                      I am Shashank Bharadwaj, purchased ( gift to my dad ) a Samsung tablet A7 in September 2021. My mom has been taking free online Sanskrit classes during pandemic through her Samsung phone. I gifted her tablet for the sole purpose of taking online classes via tablet. She started using the tablet in October .

                      Here's the timeline of communication with Samsung Customer Service
                      Nov 22 2021 - Via Whatsapp Service - No Response
                      Dec 2 2021 - Ticket # [protected] my dad reached out to Samsung customer care - No Response
                      Dec 4 2021 - Ticket # [protected]
                      Then started all the hassles- they picked our tablet and said they are going to fix it. My dad was communicating with them through out. Fast forward 2 months, we still have the issue. Our tablet is in the service center more than in our home. They replaced Motherboard and microphone and it didn't work. Tab is totally replaced with the parts, and we see some new issues popping up after the repairs(like volume is down etc).

                      They are neither fixing it nor replacing it. Couple of times, they dropped at our home saying it is fixed, only to call back and let them know the issue still exists. There were numbers of emails, calling back and forth between my dad & service centre. This happened atleast 3 times in last 2 months. My mom barely used the tablet. It is very essential to have a tablet for her to continue taking taking online classes. we are torn as we sent money but cannot use the tablet and neither purchase a new tablet .

                      I seriously regret my choice of buying this tablet for my dad as this costed us physical/mental strains over the pandemic and their new choice of progressing their career at this age.We are deeply dissatisfied and frustrated with the current service.

                        I had bought a samsung refrigerator from Vijay sales on 10.10.2021. I had paid Rs. 60000 through my Axis Bank credit card and I was eligible to get Rs. 6000 cashback and Rs. 2280 mfr cashback i.e. the total cashback of Rs. 8280. It has already been 90 days, but I have not yet received the cashback in my card. Please investigate in this matter and issue me the cashback ASAP.

                          I have a Samsung Galaxy J7 Max Power button of phone is damaged and i'm visited service centre 5 or 6 times but my phone not yet repaired by the Samsung service centre.Service center people say that the parts of the phone are not available and Parts are DNA and customer care says that you should contact the service center but no one is helping me.I had registered the complaint by calling the customer care but not get any solution of my problem yet.Samsung company's service is like worst companies.

                            Hi,
                            I had bought samsung s20plus mobile from Samsung online store on Oct 20, 2020. Yesterday suddenly a green line appeared on the display without any physical damage. When I googled it seems that it's a issue in the hardware. Since the phone is out of warranty samsung is charging for the display change. I believe since there is no physical damage samsung should change the display free of cost.

                                No job asks for money what is this rubbish they took 500 from me and now they are saying that a courier will come and software is inside the courier and we have to pay 3000 for the courier and then some training..the procedure of taking money from innocent people will never end..,
                                I mean what software why the hell company will provide software to me..this rubbish this fake company 🙏please dont trust this and i want this shine. Com should stop..

                                  I received broken bezels for my 65inch frame tv on 19th Dec 2021. I filed my complaint on the same day and ticket no. is 3602 0032. Even after 3 Weeks and many calls and emails, till now, the Samsung customer service could not send me the replacement.                                     PLZ retrieve the history of my complaint.
                                    My tv was in warranty, panel got defective twice in 1 year.
                                    Company refused to repair it and asked to return the Tv instead and offered to return the money.
                                    I paid return handling charges of Rs 897 on 15th Dec, vide receipt No 13180.
                                    Since then I have been contacting your Lucknow office and toll free No repeatedly but in vain.
                                    Now plz tell me if going to consumer forum is the only way out or y ou will solve my problem

                                      My product warranty completed 1year on nov 26 2021

                                      mobile hungs very 2 mins and restart, from today morning onwards
                                      after updates done on dec 26

                                      excatly 1 year people need buy new its a scam

                                      i even attended service Centre they informed motherboard issue

                                      cost 7 to 8k seems with 90 days warranty after that same
