As per your senior Executive Ms. Komal dhan rajput is saying, my phone cannot be REPAIRED because I had shown it in some local market and was open outside before bringing it to Okhla Service Centre on 10th Dec 2021.
As a proof, I sent you the recording of the Service Centre Manager and Samsung senior Executive, where they clearly had a word stating that my phone was sealed when it came for repair at the Okhla Service Centre on 10th December 2021.
It is clearly mentioned on the bill that my phone is under warranty.
Will send you the attachment of the INVOICE also.
So, What is the reason this time, that you are not repairing my phone under warranty, EVEN AFTER TAKING INSURANCE OF Rs. 10, 000/- at the time of purchase.Please mention the reason on the mail also, as there is no valid reason in your previous mail.
If my phone CANNOT be repaired under warranty, then please refund My 10, 000/- Or Replace My phone with a new one.
