The said mobile was purchased in 2019 and since then it is working fine. one fine day it suddenly not switching on then taken to Samsung service center and they have said that Mother board issue and mother board need to be replaced. I heard this similar complaint from the forums and heard that this was happened due to recent patch update from Samsung caused this. without having any issue how come the mother board issue will come in to the device.
I am very good fan of Samsung mobile, now i am loosing belief on the products of Samsung as i have many complaints on the mother board failures in recent months post warranty periods of those mobiles.
Samsung company have to look into the provide the rebated price for the mother failures as this the failure of the product.

        The product quality is very cheap and the brand decided to earn via services. The brand which consider their customers as just cash machines.

        WITHOUT EVEN OPENING THE PHONE, THEY SAY MOTHER BOARD NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. FRIM THEN THEY ARE NOT READY TO HEAR ANYTHING FROM CUSTOMER SIDE.

        EVEN ESCALATIONS TO THAT USELESS CEO WILL NEVER WORK.

          In october 2021 my smart was not working so i have call to customer care service to inform them to repair my tv they told it is having the problem of pcb board and told they will replace the tv or repair the pcb board as soon as possible after some days i called them but they did'nt gave any responce, so i complained about them i hope you will take the action as soon as possible

            Dear Sir,

            I bought samsung double door fridge(RT34T4522S8) on[protected] from Vijay sales Indirapuram

            However within 3 months of buying, my samsung fridge started making high noise. An now with in 4 months it's down side area is not doing cooling.

            It has shatter Samsung and Vijay sales brand image in my mind.

            On technician visit, he is saying there seems to be defect in product and parts has to be replaced and it will take 2-3 days.

            I am surprised after paying approx 30, 000 Rs., do I have to use defective repaired fridge.

            As you understand once fridge open for repair it will not remain the same as new one and in future It will create issues and at the end I have to suffer

            I request you to help me and get replace this malfunctioning fridge with new one.

              I have visited Samsung service center (Ramdas Sharma complex, 1st floor, Hoshiarpur market, Sector 51, Noida) 3-4 times in last 3-4 weeks.
              Earlier my device (Samsung A9 Galaxy) was frequently getting shut automatically, so service center told that they need new battery to troubleshoot, which may take 10 days. I wanted to save data on my phone, so I felt not formatting. But they said they will get new battery and if doesn't work out then formatting phone will be last option, which I agreed.

              I waited for 15 days and went there again, now they said battery is not available, so this device can't be repaired. Now I don't know what to do?

              This was working fine till last month, now I'm surprised that it can't be repaired this phone is completely dead? I need some solution. how come such expensive phone can be dead in 2-3 years and Samsung can't repair?

                To whom it may concern

                I, the undersigned, would formally like to lodge a complaint against Samsung for the below specified reason.

                Date of purchase of a Samsung 55” Smart LED vide Invoice No. 202 dated 09:06/2021.

                We are noticing from the month of October 2021 when the tv started showing some black marks on when the screen is completely white. To be specific the black marks are only visible on white screen not while running on normal colour channels or black when the tv is turned off. Than we lodged the complaint to Surinder Radio where the tv was initially purchased.
                Surinder Radio lodged the complaint vide Complaint No. [protected] dated
                January 2, 2022.
                Surinder Radio sent there Samsung technicals to attend the complaint on January 2, 2022.
                According to the technician require to cleaning Tv ( Which is not more than 6 months old) from the inside because of dust.
                We refused to open the television as this is just 6 months old & it is still in warranty and heavy dust was inside the sealed / enclosed TV set that’s why we refused to open the tv and requested to escalate the issue to Samsung as we needed the product to be replaced or a written assurance that if after the warranty there is a issue with the screen Samsung is liable for replacement of the television as personally we have not seen dust getting into a new television just by itself.
                Also We want to bring this to your notice that this is not the only LCD/LED we are using as, we have a LG 42” television from the past 7 yers and a Samsung 75” for past 2.5 years and we have never found this type of any issue ever.
                This is not a technical fault but a manufacturing fault,
                This is also not out of space to say whether this fault happens to each TV set & if not than why it happened to this set. Therefore we say that it may got dust, probably while manufacturing and gone completely unnoticed because of its appearance on a very rare screen.
                So, I would like to request you for the replacement of the product, as I cannot have a product which failed to survive less than 6 months in a confined room and required major cleaning under no dusty conditions which clearly indicates that it is not a technical fault rather it’s a manufacturing defect so keeping in view my above said facts replace the Samsung television at the earliest.
                Hoping for a speedy response from your side & an action at your earliest convenience would be highly appreciated.

                    Sir i got msg on my phone regarding job on samsung office thru shine.com that my cv got selected.They asked me for my documents like aadhar, degree certificates and mail id.After verifying my documents, On next day they told they will send their kit with softwares for 7 day trainng purpose which includes offer letter and tab thru courier so I hv to pay courier charge 460 . I did the same and now they r asking to pay 2660/- after receiving courier as a security deposit for tab and further software which they r sending thru courier. Now the problem is should I pay or it is a fake company.

                        I am sorry to inform you that I am a bit disappointed knowing that Samsung customer support can only do so much. I am willing to collect my device from the ASC on notice, but as of today (21/01/2022) I received no replies or responses or mails from any Area Service Managers or from the Authorized Service Center or from any one regarding handing over my phone back, please note that: repairing of the device was completed on 18/01/2022.

                        Wrongdoing done by I Cure Solution, Shivajyothi Complex, No-10/1160A, Near Indian Bank, Polayathode, Kollam - 691001.

                        1. My Phone was submitted at the ASC on 10/01/2022 (ref: mail on 10/01/2022). ASC verbally informed me that they will give back the phone within 4 days but still as of 21/01/2022 no reply from ASC.

                        2. Even though the phone was submitted on 10/01/2022, I received JSN only on 17/01/2022. And In the Job sheet it is mentioned that the ASC received my phone only on 17/01/2022.

                        3. Showing on the repair tracking website that the phone is completely repaired from 18/01/2022 onwards, but still not giving back the phone to its rightful customer. (As I said earlier: I am willing to collect my device from the ASC on notice).
                        After mentioning that the phone has completely been repaired on the website, kindly I beg you to at least try to give an estimate on the number of days that a person will have to wait in order to get their phone back. I have been using Samsung devices since 2018, never in my life have I faced such a bad vibe. I am an Engineer and I think you know the amount of work that we have to do on the go and my phone helped me a lot with that.

                        Anyway, I understand from these experiences that even after mentioning that a phone has been fully repaired on the official website, we will have to wait a minimum of 3 weeks (ASC told me that they need to get approval from Samsung after the repair to give the phone back). In future, kindly try to inform them of these kinds of delays a customer will have to suffer beforehand, so that they will be able to take necessary precautions or steps. This will benefit both customers as well as the company.

                        For me, I will treat this as an experience. Lessons learned.

                        Summary: Not giving back my phone even though ASC finished servicing on 18/01/2022, ASC told me that they are waiting for approval. How long do I have to wait to get approval from Samsung? I am willing to collect my device from the ASC on notice. When can you give back my phone?

                        I was regularly (religiously) in contact with Samsung Support India from 19/01/2022 onwards and Samsung Service Head India from 22/01/2022 onwards. On 24/01/2022 I received a call from Samsung saying that ASC will contact me on the same day itself. The customer support representative informed me that ASC was doing Quality checking and hence was the delay .On 24/01/2022 6:00pm I received a call from ASC saying my phone was repaired and they are ready to give the device. By the time they called it was almost closing time for the ASC and hence I waited one more day and collected the phone on 25/01/2022.

                            It was the worst experience I have ever experienced with the service center(Diva Electronics, Nashik, Maharashtra ). Service center's customer approach was bad. For my issue they took about 3 months to complete my problem after so many calls from me. After the service again after 4 days I received a problem with my TV which was not expected from the official service center of SAMSUNG. They were just ignoring me every time I contacted them for follow up. They took extra money from me as the actual bill amount was less. In future if I receive any problem I will not contact any Samsung service center. Even I have to give extra money to another private shop I will do it but never contact to you people

                              I am Tejas B Badiger, who believed Samsung has world class products with amazing customer service, writing you in regards to the delivery of the Samsung refrigerator Model No. RT65K7058BS, Serial Number - 0DVC4DBR901197 purchased on 13th January 2022 from Devi International, delivered on 13th January 2022, 7.45 pm.

                              Technician was assigned for installation on 14th January, when he opened the safety carton for installation. There was a scratch on right hand side of the refrigerator which is visible. This broke my heart. The product which I loved and chose to buy amongst many of the other products in market was delivered to me in this state!

                              I called up the sales person immediately at Devi International and he informed due to the weekend curfew, this problem would be attended on 17th January 2022.

                              I want a solution that what would happen to this refrigerator because I have put my hard earned money to buy this refrigerator which was delivered to me with a scratch. I have never ever been so disappointed by unresponsive customer service from Samsung.

                              For your reference I have attached the invoice, Serial number of the refrigerator from inside and outside and the scratch pic!

                              Your immediate response on this would be appreciated.

                                My samsung M30s phone freeze, switch off and then restart automatically. When i got this checked it has been found that motherboard need to be replaced which costs around 7k . This happened within 1 year of purchase but when it starts happening quite frequently, it was out of warranty. When i googled i cam e to know this is some manufacturing defect with M series phones and happened after last software update by Samsung. Company must own this and get this rectified free of cost being their manufacturing/ software issue

                                  This is with reference to above mentioned subject i would to express my dissatisfaction with Samsung product & Customer support. I bought Samsung Galaxy M31S in the month of Sep 2020. On Jan 2022 i contacted Samsung customer support to to clarify few details on the Dialled list.

                                  Customer support took control from Smart tutor and did some changes and suggested to reset the setting from General management option, after that my mobile started restarting many times. This issue caused due do Customer support so i sent mail to service head and CEO mail box, after that i got call from support team and they mentioned to contact service centre.

                                  Based on the suggestion from support team i visited service centre and handed over my mobile to service centre, they update the software and told to monitor the mobile. I monitored mobile for 24 hours but issue was not rectified.

                                  Again i checked with Samsung support team, they told to handover my mobile to service centre again.

                                  After 2 week they are mentioning that they will give discount instead of free service & repair, though warranty lapsed, before connecting customer support my mobile was working absolutely good. After that call, issue started, this issue created from customer support.

                                  I strongly believe its a scam from Samsung company to change the motherboard and make money. They are cheating public.

                                  How motherboard issue will occur after the Customer support call?

                                  Now support team is denying to send the complete details of the issue via email and also denying to send the audit trail report of call and service. If we get audit trail report of mobile we can easily see from when issue occurred.

                                  I am really fed up with this device and think many time i think why should i bought this Samsung instead of this i can buy any brand phone phone cost of 5 to 6 k might be i will not face any problem. I did a blunder mistake to bought Samsung.

                                  Moreover i am not getting any proper resolution from Samsung.

                                  Hence I request you to please arrange for full free service of my mobile or replace my mobile.

                                  Hence requesting you to please look into matter and arrange for the quick resolution.

                                    I complained about the non-working of my SAMSUNG refrigerator on 02.12.21.( Service Request No:[protected] ). It is 49 days over now. The product is not repaired yet. I am following up with customer service in every 3 or 4 days. But, service team neglect the request repeatedly. Very inexperienced service technicians came to service the unit 3 times. They charged RS:4140.00 and did something on the refrigerator. But, due to this repair attempt by the un-experienced technicians, the refrigerator became fully un-operational. I have been following up with the SAMSUNG Support team in every 3 or 4 days continuously till date. But, service team not repairing the refrigerator after taking repair charges from me. They neglect my request.
                                    So, my request is as follows :-
                                    (1) Repair the refrigerator and put into operation
                                    (2) If they cannot repair, return the 100% of the charged amount

                                    Dear Sir, The complaint is not yet resolved. The service team behaved in arrogant way for sending complaint. They do not cooperate for the repair nor they return the amount THE FOLLOWING IS THE DETAILS. Further to my service request ( Service Request No:4337674318 ) dated 02.12.2021, about the non-working of my SAMSUNG refrigerator, I would like to update you the following. The Service Engineer ( Mr. Rengith-Tel:9847901023) visited our apartment today (24.01.2022). He was very angry when he reached at the apartment for sending repetitive complaint from our side. So, he was very arrogant in his behaviour. He just opened the back side of refrigerator and in 2 minutes he closed it. He just informed that this refrigerator is irreparable as condenser coil is leaking. No pressure test nor any other test is just done before he gave this reply. We do not believe in this due to the following reason.  Already 53 days over after my service request.  SAMSUNG send another local service company to repair the refrigerator. 3 times technician arrived at the apartment. The technician released refrigerant and filled with inert gas and done pressure test. No leakage ( or pressure drop ) noticed. After confirming no leak, he charged refrigerant. Charged Rs: 4140.00 from us. Bills issued  But, refrigerator was not working again. When we complained again, service team moved the refrigerator to the service centre and kept at service centre for a period of one week. Checked thoroughly and said that it is repaired. Returned the refrigerator. He asked Rs: 1000.00 for the repair again. But, freezer was not cooling properly. So, I said we will give Rs: 1000.00 if the refrigerator is cooling well. When the technician informed the engineer this matter, over the phone, to the engineer, he asked the technician to make it un-operational. The technician released refrigerant from the system and left. From this moment, the refrigerator was not cooling at all.  After this, we were continuously following up with the SAMSUNG customer service. But, service team never responded. Some times, just made a call, but nobody attended the complaint.  Again, when we send complaint, the service team got annoyed. The engineer came today and said that “Condensor coil is leaking and this refrigerator is irreparable” which is untrue. This reply is to challenge the customer against our complaint. The following are our justifications: • The technician had done pressure test to find out any leaks. There was no leak and that is why refrigerant was charged. • After this, refrigerator was taken to workshop for a week for checking. While returning also, there was no such comment about leakage. • How, all of a sudden, after we gave complaint, this new invention is detected. Why no such remarks in 53 days. Does Samsung service team takes 53 days to detect a refrigerant leak ? It is a revenge to the customer. Without any test, he just gave a wrong message. He said, this refrigerator is irreparable. An Easy solution of excuse. This refrigerator is bought for Rs: 82000.00 just 7 years ago. • Why the amount Rs: 4140.00 is charged from us in the name of Gas charge if there was leak in the pressure test. • On 21.01.22, we received the following SMS ” Dear Customer, part is received for Samsung service request 4340419522. Our engineer will call you. Click https://bit.ly/31QN4lI to WhatsApp us for queries.” . which part ? If gas leak is the issue, why this part is ordered ? Why 53 days for the part to receive? So, I would like to inform you the following : (1) Very poor service performance is observed from SAMSUNG SERVICE TEAM. (2) The service contract was outsourced to an incompetent local company and they were not able to repair. (3) Cheated the customer with wrong information and untrue statements So, I request you to interfere in this case and to make a solution for either of the following: (1) Repair the refrigerator without any further delay (2) If SAMSUNG not able to repair it, why charged amount from us (Rs:4140.00 ). Refund the amount without delay. (3) You may take suitable punitive action for this unacceptable delay of repair and for taking revenge against the customer

                                    The complaint is marked as resolved in this website. But nothing done. The refrigerator not repaired. Instead, the SAMSUNG service team challenging me without repairing the refrigerator. Exhausted. Sending a complaint to the service team, does not mean the matter is resolved. Expect your needful support in this matter

                                      Coupon provided for damaged product has time validity

                                      I have purchased Samsung washing machine which had dent on arrival for which i did request for replacement.
                                      But they mentioned that product does not have replacement option.
                                      So provided me2 options:
                                      1. Get the coupon as goodwill gesture
                                      2. Return the product n get the full refund.

                                      as i don't wanted to go for return and start again fresh order process.

                                      I opted for coupon which thy provided...
