Friday 5-11-21 I got my refrigerator.
Refrigerator is damaged on back side of the refrigerator .

Samsung Frame TV Installation

I bought Samsung Frame TV 43' on 2nd Nov, though the service request was raised for its installation, the installer from SAMSUNG Authorized Service Center who visited, was not able to wall mount the TV, since the wall mount brackets were not provided with the TV.

Even the Installer was not having the required brackets.

Multiple calls were made to Samsung Customer support, they transfer my calls between departments...

Hi,
I lodged a complaint to samsung customer care and a technician came and told to replace a fuse and charged me ₹6000/- including service charges and tax and orally gave warranty for two years, despite me insisting for invoice he told will get it tomorrow but until date i have not received and he is not attending my calls. He told to pay by cash or gpay. Now the same problem exists on compressor not working. What kind of technicians...

Samsung galaxy m30s

I have been using samsung galaxy m30s for around 2 years. i have done the updates regularly. Few days ago i had done an update. The next day while casually browsing the phone, the screen got hanged for few seconds and then suddenly the brand name starts to show. Defective LED TV

This is regarding my Samsung eStore order #[protected] for Samsung Crystal UHD 4K TV [Model : 58AUE70AKLXL]. My order has been delivered on 24.10.2021 and installed by Samsung Technician on 26.10.2021. On 27.10.2021, I had observed that there are dead pixels at 2 spots on the LED Screen (Images attached). I had raised a Service Request regarding the same [Service Request #[protected]]. Samsung Engineer had visited to check the TV on 01.11.2021...

Service issue

Galaxy earbuds

I had purchased galaxy earbuds on 19th oct. 2021 Order id [protected]. Samsung updated issue

Damaged washing machine received

I have received damaged washing machine and now i want replacement for the same but samsung is not providing also replacement.
