On 22 January, 2022 at 3:30 am I was ordering from Samsung shop app a type c to 3.5 audio converter, but in payment page money deducted but I didn't get any order id in my account of samsung shop page. My account number: [protected], email id: [protected]@gmail.com

I already contacted and mailed samsung shop customer executive with proper banking details and sms. But they didn't solve my problem and didn't refund my money. My transaction details from bank ( BOI UPI - Your VPA [protected]@okaxis linked to Bank of India a/c no. XXXXXXXXXXX2389 is debited for Rs.649.00 and credited to samsungin.[protected]@icici (UPI Ref no[protected]. Please solve my problem and help me to get my money refund to my bank account.
