    My washing machine making noise while washing regarding same I had called up multiple times on number showing on their website[protected] | Samsung Care Authorized Service Center - Samsung Washing Machine Ac Refrigerator Microwave Led Lcd Repair & Service Centre Dehradun but he is not at all bothered to understand or resolve the query and then I called upon [protected] but no one is responding properly & when I asked for the complaint number they told me you will receive on message which never happened.

    I feel cheated here by the company wherein no one is ready to resolve the issue and moreover careless customer handling.

      Hello all,
      I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31s phone about 1.5 years back, The official release date of this model is 2020 July 30, which says that it is pretty new and we expect descent updates over first few years. After a recent OS update (security patch update), my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. It finally switched off with only logo visible which is not even letting the device to get into bootloader. I went to a nearby Samsung service center (Samsung Service Centre Chittoor) and they told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced.
      There were over, at least, 100 people with the exact same complaint in the internet and Consumer Complaints forum regrading their phones (all Samsung M-series phones). The update caused the motherboard to fail. I have multiple samsung phones in my home. I got problems with 2 phones recently (both are samsung m30s phones). which are 18months old. I paid hell lot of money to get them replaced as service centre's told mother boards need to be changed.
      Please, have a look at the disaster the updates have caused. And kindly provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount. It's a blunder done by samsung and expecting customers to pay 9-13k to get the motherboard replaced.

          I have purchased a Front load washing machine on 21st January 2022, from the Samsung’s website, the installation guy came and found out one part is broken and damaged, today is the 5th day, i have emailed the photos on the same day of the installation. No resolution has been provided. Only there support iteam is saying they have handed it to the senior team but nothing has ever happened.

                I have samsung A 20 which auto restarting randomly and when i visit samsung care there 95 % customers were with same problem.
                this is default y the company has to resolve the problm or replace these all falty pices that you have made

                  I have samsung A20 Which auto restarting randomly . but when visit samsung care ive seen number of customers with the same problem.
                  its not a issue of consumers its something default by samsung itself. which may leads to many people are not suggesting even the mobile shop owners to buy samsung.

                    I have Samsung m31 and it has purple all over the screen from past days please either replace it or repair my phone I have 3 mobile of Samsung and I find some issues in every Samsung I bought this phone on 18 August 2020

                      I order a tablet from Samsung on October 4, 2021. A scheme providing refund of some amount was applicable on my order provided we pay through ICICI card, which we did. However, we did not receive the refund and now I have dropped numerous emails, none of which are being forwarded to concerned department.

                        On 12 Aug 2020, I bought a Samsung Washing Machine from Amazon and I think I made a mistake by Purchasing it. Since the day it was delivered it was down for 3 times and it for the same part. and I have already repaired it 3 times with Payment basis by paying Parts Charges + visiting charges etc. etc. now it is again broken. I don't know what kind of product Samsung is manufacturing. The continual break of the same part is showing the quality of the parts SAMSUNG uses in its product.
                        I have already spend 1500 or more by giving your technician visiting charges and parts charges in the last one year even if its under warranty. Now I don't understand why I have brought this product for use or give money to Samsung every 3 months.

                          My service id got canceled by service center regarding screen replacement of galaxy note 10.
                          Request was regarding home pickup and drop which was approved by Samsung customer care and assigned an ID.

                          However panampilly, Kochi service center cancelled my id and told me to come to center. Apart from this they asked for my phone password and screen lock as a requirement for quality checks.

                          Many of my colleagues have faced problems with kochi service center services. Kindly look into the matter.

                            I had ordered the Samsung galaxy m52 on 13 Jan 2022 on EMI and then I cancelled the order on the same day. But I didn't receive my refund till now(27 Jan 2022). When I called customer support they told me I will get my refund within 7 - 10 days, but it's been 14 days still not received. I wanted to buy Samsung s20 fe 5g on sale with my corporate account which was costing me 32k on 21 Jan 2022 but I couldn't because I didn't receive my refund on time and still waiting. Worst ever experience from Samsung.

                              I have ordered a 55inch television from Samsung Shop app on 11th of January and it was due for delivery on 16th of January. But I got the order delivered on 24th of January after several calls with the customer care. On 25th of January Samsung engineer came to install it but as he opened the box the TV inside was broken and damaged, its panel is broken and it is not in working state. After speaking with customer care and submitting images of defective product to the customer care still they have not reverted back for replacement or refund process. On caling the customer care they tell us to wait for 24 hours to receive revert on the mail. We are waiting for more than 3 days now to get just the revert Our EMI will be deducted now and we dont have product nor the estimated pickup date and time nothing. Please help us to get this solved.

                                Again my relatives purchase washing machine 20.12.21 @ 25492 ( 10 kg )

                                As per the dealer 3000 difference in between 9 kg & 10 kg.

                                It's totally fraud with me of rs 2000 rs..

                                Today I have visited in showroom,

                                I told him return Back 2000 or change the machine 10 kg product.

                                Request you to please resolve this issue on urgent basis.. otherwise I will take legal action against of gavy electronics Bathinda..

                                  I bought Samsung Galaxy M21 phone about one year ago (which was now out of warranty). But I'm facing the automatic restart issue so that I had contacted customer care and finally approached the Samsung customer care service in gobichettipalayam where they said it was mother board issue and it would cost Rs. 8000 which was a huge amount and they also added that this problem was invariably seen in this model. So provide concession and reduce the amount to Rs. 2000 as I had bought this model with the credibility over the Samsung brand.

                                      I already contacted and mailed samsung shop customer executive with proper banking details and sms. But they didn't solve my problem and didn't refund my money. XXXXXXXXXXX2389 is debited for Rs.649.00 and credited to samsungin.[protected]@icici (UPI Ref no[protected]. Please solve my problem and help me to get my money refund to my bank account.
