On 12 Aug 2020, I bought a Samsung Washing Machine from Amazon and I think I made a mistake by Purchasing it. Since the day it was delivered it was down for 3 times and it for the same part. and I have already repaired it 3 times with Payment basis by paying Parts Charges + visiting charges etc. etc. now it is again broken. I don't know what kind of product Samsung is manufacturing. The continual break of the same part is showing the quality of the parts SAMSUNG uses in its product.
I have already spend 1500 or more by giving your technician visiting charges and parts charges in the last one year even if its under warranty. Now I don't understand why I have brought this product for use or give money to Samsung every 3 months.

    My service id got canceled by service center regarding screen replacement of galaxy note 10.
    Request was regarding home pickup and drop which was approved by Samsung customer care and assigned an ID.

    However panampilly, Kochi service center cancelled my id and told me to come to center. Apart from this they asked for my phone password and screen lock as a requirement for quality checks.

    Many of my colleagues have faced problems with kochi service center services. Kindly look into the matter.

      I had ordered the Samsung galaxy m52 on 13 Jan 2022 on EMI and then I cancelled the order on the same day. But I didn't receive my refund till now(27 Jan 2022). When I called customer support they told me I will get my refund within 7 - 10 days, but it's been 14 days still not received. I wanted to buy Samsung s20 fe 5g on sale with my corporate account which was costing me 32k on 21 Jan 2022 but I couldn't because I didn't receive my refund on time and still waiting. Worst ever experience from Samsung.

        I have ordered a 55inch television from Samsung Shop app on 11th of January and it was due for delivery on 16th of January. But I got the order delivered on 24th of January after several calls with the customer care. On 25th of January Samsung engineer came to install it but as he opened the box the TV inside was broken and damaged, its panel is broken and it is not in working state. After speaking with customer care and submitting images of defective product to the customer care still they have not reverted back for replacement or refund process. On caling the customer care they tell us to wait for 24 hours to receive revert on the mail. We are waiting for more than 3 days now to get just the revert Our EMI will be deducted now and we dont have product nor the estimated pickup date and time nothing. Please help us to get this solved.

          I have purchased washing machine on dated 15.12.21...@ 24700 ( 9 kg )

          Again my relatives purchase washing machine 20.12.21 @ 25492 ( 10 kg )

          As per the dealer 3000 difference in between 9 kg & 10 kg.

          It's totally fraud with me of rs 2000 rs..

          Today I have visited in showroom,

          I told him return Back 2000 or change the machine 10 kg product.

          Request you to please resolve this issue on urgent basis.. otherwise I will take legal action against of gavy electronics Bathinda..

            I bought Samsung Galaxy M21 phone about one year ago (which was now out of warranty). But I'm facing the automatic restart issue so that I had contacted customer care and finally approached the Samsung customer care service in gobichettipalayam where they said it was mother board issue and it would cost Rs. 8000 which was a huge amount and they also added that this problem was invariably seen in this model. So provide concession and reduce the amount to Rs. 2000 as I had bought this model with the credibility over the Samsung brand.

                    I was repaired my samsung a7 mobile with LED display on 1/1/2022. At that time they were not given Bill copy and said that will give after 2days due to server issue. After that we approached for vibrator which is not replaced at the time of LED Display repaired. Then they are replaced vibrator after three days and given Bill recipient that too invoice no is SMOW5JAN22010. and invoice date was 01/05/2022. I don't know why they're given this tax invoice which was dated 1/05/2022. Okay then all are fine. But after 25 days my mobile LED display was damaged without any external impact or without any external force applied on the that. We went today (25/01/2022) to the service center they simply saying that you guys are damaged the part either additional force applied on that or hitted the floor. We are not done anything like additional press or external impact then why this much worst part was replaced to my mobile. This is horrible. We trusting the samsung because the service and genuinity and customer support. We need additional part or our money back. For your reference am attaching mobile photos and bill copy which was given date as 01/05/2022 very shame of service center and samsung.
                    Kindly do needful.

                      Battery Drain issue, still not solved. The device is lying in the service center. They are just asking me to go from one service center to another.
                      purchased in October'21, used less than 1 week. rest all the time, the device is in the service center. They are not agreeing to live to test on the service center. Bill no. is [protected]. That bill number has all the information.

                        A double door SAMSUNG FRIDGE was purchased on[protected] and was commissioned on[protected]. (MODEL: RT28A3C22CR). Within a short period of time water started leaking on the back side and the complaint was registered and the service engineer came and assessed as HEATER not functioning and replaced the heater after a couple of days. The service engineer has assured that there will be no problem in future. But as expected ( since the engineer was not able to identify the ROOT CAUSE OF THE ISSUE) the problem again repeated. Though the complaint was registered through TOLLFREE NUMBER on[protected], till[protected] no body attended the problem. Again the problem was registered through tollfree number, it was taken as a fresh complaint. This is highly ridiculous and clearly proves their lathorgicness in resolving the issues.
                        In my strong opinion NOT ONLY THE SAMSUNG FRIDGE IS UNWORTHY, BUT ALSO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
                        HEREBY I APPEAL TO SAMSUNG THAT THE EITHER THE PRODUCT TO BE REPLACED WITH ANEW GOOD ONE OR THE AMOUNT ALONG WITH THE PENALTY (DUE TO MENTAL AND OHYSICAL TORTURE ) NEED TO BE PAID WITHIN 48 HOURS.

                          The said mobile was purchased in 2019 and since then it is working fine. one fine day it suddenly not switching on then taken to Samsung service center and they have said that Mother board issue and mother board need to be replaced. I heard this similar complaint from the forums and heard that this was happened due to recent patch update from Samsung caused this. without having any issue how come the mother board issue will come in to the device.
                          I am very good fan of Samsung mobile, now i am loosing belief on the products of Samsung as i have many complaints on the mother board failures in recent months post warranty periods of those mobiles.
                          Samsung company have to look into the provide the rebated price for the mother failures as this the failure of the product.

                                The product quality is very cheap and the brand decided to earn via services. The brand which consider their customers as just cash machines.

                                WITHOUT EVEN OPENING THE PHONE, THEY SAY MOTHER BOARD NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. FRIM THEN THEY ARE NOT READY TO HEAR ANYTHING FROM CUSTOMER SIDE.

                                EVEN ESCALATIONS TO THAT USELESS CEO WILL NEVER WORK.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I bought samsung double door fridge(RT34T4522S8) on[protected] from Vijay sales Indirapuram

                                    However within 3 months of buying, my samsung fridge started making high noise. An now with in 4 months it's down side area is not doing cooling.

                                    It has shatter Samsung and Vijay sales brand image in my mind.

                                    On technician visit, he is saying there seems to be defect in product and parts has to be replaced and it will take 2-3 days.

                                    I am surprised after paying approx 30, 000 Rs., do I have to use defective repaired fridge.

                                    As you understand once fridge open for repair it will not remain the same as new one and in future It will create issues and at the end I have to suffer

                                    I request you to help me and get replace this malfunctioning fridge with new one.

                                      I have visited Samsung service center (Ramdas Sharma complex, 1st floor, Hoshiarpur market, Sector 51, Noida) 3-4 times in last 3-4 weeks.
                                      Earlier my device (Samsung A9 Galaxy) was frequently getting shut automatically, so service center told that they need new battery to troubleshoot, which may take 10 days. I wanted to save data on my phone, so I felt not formatting. But they said they will get new battery and if doesn't work out then formatting phone will be last option, which I agreed.

                                      I waited for 15 days and went there again, now they said battery is not available, so this device can't be repaired. Now I don't know what to do?

                                      This was working fine till last month, now I'm surprised that it can't be repaired this phone is completely dead? I need some solution. how come such expensive phone can be dead in 2-3 years and Samsung can't repair?

                                        To whom it may concern

                                        I, the undersigned, would formally like to lodge a complaint against Samsung for the below specified reason.

                                        Date of purchase of a Samsung 55” Smart LED vide Invoice No. 202 dated 09:06/2021.

                                        We are noticing from the month of October 2021 when the tv started showing some black marks on when the screen is completely white. To be specific the black marks are only visible on white screen not while running on normal colour channels or black when the tv is turned off. Than we lodged the complaint to Surinder Radio where the tv was initially purchased.
                                        Surinder Radio lodged the complaint vide Complaint No. [protected] dated
                                        January 2, 2022.
                                        Surinder Radio sent there Samsung technicals to attend the complaint on January 2, 2022.
                                        According to the technician require to cleaning Tv ( Which is not more than 6 months old) from the inside because of dust.
                                        We refused to open the television as this is just 6 months old & it is still in warranty and heavy dust was inside the sealed / enclosed TV set that’s why we refused to open the tv and requested to escalate the issue to Samsung as we needed the product to be replaced or a written assurance that if after the warranty there is a issue with the screen Samsung is liable for replacement of the television as personally we have not seen dust getting into a new television just by itself.
                                        Also We want to bring this to your notice that this is not the only LCD/LED we are using as, we have a LG 42” television from the past 7 yers and a Samsung 75” for past 2.5 years and we have never found this type of any issue ever.
                                        This is not a technical fault but a manufacturing fault,
                                        This is also not out of space to say whether this fault happens to each TV set & if not than why it happened to this set. Therefore we say that it may got dust, probably while manufacturing and gone completely unnoticed because of its appearance on a very rare screen.
                                        So, I would like to request you for the replacement of the product, as I cannot have a product which failed to survive less than 6 months in a confined room and required major cleaning under no dusty conditions which clearly indicates that it is not a technical fault rather it’s a manufacturing defect so keeping in view my above said facts replace the Samsung television at the earliest.
                                        Hoping for a speedy response from your side & an action at your earliest convenience would be highly appreciated.
