I bought this SAMSUNG 43 inch TV on 12-Sep-21 via AMAZON, it’s hardly 4-5 months, there is a problem with the volume, #SAMSUNG service guy came and said, the Motherboard needs to be replaced, as it’s on a warranty period.

My question is, it’s just 4-5 months and this product is creating the problem, it’s an expensive product and if it’ll create the same problem after the warranty period will over, then I have to...

    Address: samsung India

    This is in regards to the samsung refrigerator 670 litre with model no :- RT65K7058BS/TL/2017 purchased on[protected] from M/s Bismi Appliances, Kaloor. Kochi -682017. Kerala. void Invoice No :- 1001375 dtd[protected] for an amount of Rs. 74, 800./-. billed in the name of my father Mr. Joseph Aloysious.Kadungamparambil, Manayath House.Thevara.kochi-682013. The refrigerator was working fine at the time of purchase and was working till december 2020 . in December 2020 refrigerator started showing problems. the problem was no cooling in the refrigerator area and Ice forming in the freezer vents and cooling fan making noises and gets stuck . and a complaint was raised and the refrigerator was taken to the Authorised service center ( GSS Quick Garage India Pvt.Ltd, Edappally.Ernakulam-682024) and got it repaired on[protected] and a bill was charged for an amount of Rs. 1487 /-.void cash receipt no :- 4462 and after 15 days the same complaint started again and was taken to the authorised service center and got it repaired on[protected] and a bill was charged for an amount of Rs. 666.34 /- void cash receipt no :- 4824. and after three months the same problem started again and it was during the period of second lockdown due to corona second wave . and after the lockdown the refrigerator was taken to the service center for the third time and got it repaired on[protected] and a bill was raised for an amount of Rs.767.40 /- void cash receipt no :-13014. and after one month the same problem started again and was taken to the service center for the fourth time and got repaired and a bill of Rs.3366.84 /- was paid, void cash receipt no :-14936 on[protected] . and in december 2021 the same problem started again and refrigerator is taken to the service center.
    The service center informed us that the refrigerator cannot be repaired and they said they have informed the head office in chennai regarding the matter. The service center people stopped taking calls fom my father .my father who is 74 yrs old went to service center to know the progress of the refrigerator. and they said this problem cannot be solved. and he returned home .and they wrote an email on[protected] stating that they have found an internal condensor leak and as per samsung policy internal condensor leak is not repairable and offered a refund of Rs.7480/- as 10 % of the Purchase Bill amount of Rs.74, 800 /- on[protected]. the service centre says that the internal condensor leak is non repairable.so its a manufacturing defect . they are responsible for giving a replacement . i heared that this type of model is having trouble everywere. The service centre people were aware that this refrigertaor is having a non repairable problem . they simply waisted 2yrs simply dragging the issue in order to say its been 5 yrs and out of warranty.

    and it is a great disappointment to me that i have always been patient enough and have always payed the bills ( Total - Rs .6285.58 )for all the services done so far.
    i should say samsung enjoys a great reputation and goodwill in the market and we purchased the product due to the belief and trust we have for samsung. however the experience has left me utterly disappointed. due to the poor feedback and poor service of the authorised service center people.
    i am hopeful that you will do all the needful to compensate with the pain and disappointment i have gone through. i am attaching the copy of the bills for your referance.

      I got update on my Samsung F41 phone in December 2021 and since then, I am facing frequent restart issue followed by heating of top part of the mobile phone (which I believe is where the motherboard is located). Took to service center a couple of times but all they did was just do a software update. Worked fine for an hour but issue started again. Service center guys say that I need to go for motherboard replacement.

      I stand strong with my argument that this issue is due to update from Samsung(which I am now wondering if it was deliberate in order to make extra money with motherboard sales). I hope most of you users agree with me on it that motherboard is something that should be replaced free of cost from manufacturer regardless of warranty status.

      I have used brands that are far too less popular and not even in the top 5 or 7 brands in India. But still, I never faced motherboard issue even after 5+ years o[censored]sage. My previous phone was Redmi Note5 which is 7 years old & still working like a charm & my daughter using it for online classes.

      What I meant to say here is, motherboard is not something that should run into fault by itself after just within 18 months to 2 years o[censored]sage. Also, I noticed that most of these problem occur in samsun phones post warranty period. I got update post warranty period and issue started then.

      So people, please do not fall far tricks from Samsung and spend more money in getting issue fixed. I understand it it's battery which can lose it's potential after a couple of years o[censored]sage and may require replacement. But not motherboard; since I know for sure it last longer than 5 years without issue even in the cheapest smartphone you can find in the market.

      Pls join hands with me in creating awareness among consumers about this cheating trick played by Samsung.

      I see the compaint is marked as resolved but in actual, there is no solution provided and no one from Samsung contacted me. I attached response from Samsung saying it is repaired. This is highly unprofessional & unethical behavior by a brand like Samsung which thinks can easily manage to make fool out of customers, just because they are a big brand with influence.

          This is to inform you that the washing machine model no WT70M3200HL semi automatic variant which was purchased recently on 01.09.2021 was not functioning to our satisfaction.
          On 29.12.2021 the dryer side spinner found to be not working and the service request had been placed wide reference no. [protected] on 02.01.2021. Service technician visited and informed us that the dryer door had to be replaced in order to resolve the issue and the charges to be borne by us.
          The machine was purchased only 4 months ago and we have been informed that the remedy for this issue will not be covered by the warranty. The dryer door has no damage or a small scratch externally and we are not sure why we have been asked to replace the door and pay for it out of our pocket when we are still under the warranty period. The service technician informed us that we will be charged a total of Rs.2200 for the replacement of the door. The cost of the washing machine excluding GST was Rs. 8474 only, at the time of purchase. It is surprising to know that we have to pay approximately 25% of total cost to get a new washing machine repaired within 4 months of its purchase.
          It's been approx. 12 days and the problem has not been resolved. The technician has been extremely rude and has been using unparliamentary words on the phone. All my calls to the service call center went in vain. If the machine is not put in operation and the issue is not resolved immediately, I am constrained to seek a legal remedy. I hope my concern will be addressed and I will not be required to go above and beyond to get a new washing machine repaired, which is very much under warranty coverage.

              Dear Team,
              This is Chinnu from Bangalore and this complaint is regarding my refrigeratorModel No RT34M5518S8/HL – 03 and S/N: 03YA4PBM303973M. Complain No [protected]
              And here goes my story…., this particular Fridge is used by my Grand Mother and herage is around 82. On 30th January 2022 at 9:30 PM there a Gas smellin our Kitchen and my grandmother was alone at home and she is the only oneperson who stays in the house, where she smelled some gas leakage she thoughtthat It may cooking gas smell and immediately she called our nearby neighbor tocheck what is issue. Our neighbor came and inspected and informed to mygrandmother the smell is not from the Gas cylinder but this smell is comingfrom the refrigerator and when he look at the back side of the refrigerator, some oil was sprinkling and the smell was from there and suddenly hedisconnected the Power of the refrigerator because the smell was from therefrigerator and pulled it to aside. So for the next 3 days we did notcall the Service Center because except my grandmother everyone was out ofstation and I came Wednesday 2nd Feb and contacted Samsung ServiceCenter and informed them about the incident. The same day the ServicePerson called (Name Benny from L R Enterprises) and he informed me that aservice person is going to come and check the refrigerator. So the sameday in the evening a service person named Sabeer came and inspected therefrigerator and he informed that there was a gas pipe damaged and you have to contactthe service center again to ask them what will be the next to do as there was10 years warranty for the compressor. So next Day I called up to customerservice and I wanted ask that how can gas will leak from the new refrigeratorcompressor because my neighbor had informed me that this issue won’t come forat least it the refrigerator compressor is 5 to 6 years old and thisrefrigerator compressor will be under warranty for 10 years and he informedthat this will be damage product please connect once again to customer careagain. So again I called CC and they explained each and every thing thathappened to the fridge and CC informed me that they will send a seniortechnician. After I finished my call, immediately I got for benny from L REnterprise (Samsung Authorized Service Center) and he is questing me Y did youcall to CC already I had send service person to your place he will and repairand please the service and parts amount, again I asked you don’t have anyrights to question Customers and how can you say that you are notsupposed to call CC. Then again he was repeating the same and behaved rudelywith me and again I Called to CC and explained the issue happened to me and Igot a call from the escalation team (Name Ravathy from escalation team) and she asked me sorry and she informed that we are going to send seniortechnician today. But today I got a call from L R Enterprise that we are notsolving your problem and you service your refrigerator from anywhere outsideand again I called back to CC on 4th of Feb and they tried to convinceand they are informing that I will sending Senior Technician on 5thof Feb, and the technician came to home and he informed me that we are notgoing to give warranty for the fridge if we repair it also and he it costaround 12000 to 13000 and then also we won’t give warranty if anything happensto the fridge, and again technician is asking for written letter that Servicepeople are not responsibly for the fridge and here I can’t blame technician butat last I did not get any answer from your side did the Gas came or oil pumpedout . How canthis happen…. Samsung is a local brand and what type of service you areproviding to your customer. You telecast ads on television and say whereyou are, we will be reachable always. Is this the way you provide a service tothe Customer? If any flames would come out and if something had happened to mygrandmother who would take responsibility. I have decided to take actionagainst Samsung and your service center as I have recorded all the calls. Thisis really the worst I have faced in life. Hope this will be my last product tobuy from Samsung and I will never buy or give advice to buy Samsung. You're theworst. So now we have decided to throw the fridge in the Garbageand buy a new Fridge. Money is not a big issue. We will buy a smallfridge for my grandmother for her medicine.

                I purchased Samsung Frame TV 55inch from the Dealer Samsung Plaza Green Planet, Ramphal Chowk Dwarka sector 7 on 27th October 2021, while purchsing I was told that I will gert a power bank and TV bezzel within 7 days time, since then I have been following up with the dealers, after getting no response I lodged a complaint to the CEO mail on samsung site through this link https://www.samsung.com/in/support/email-the-ceo/ but recieved no revert, then from 25th Dec. 21 onwards I started making twitter tags to the Samsung but didnt recv. any revert yet. hence I request you to please help. if the sales are all Fake, I wonder what kind of service will they offer when it comes to rerpair of the goods purchased. Please help me in getting my money refund from these frauds.
                The complaint has been registered on consumer helpline vide docket no, 3197568, and look at the audacity of your team, all fake revert has been updated on the same? No calls no communication from samsung and your team has mentioned that the customer has accepted the offer??

                  Subject : Complaint about irresponsibility, Bad treatment and Poor Service
                  I am an Engineer, by profession, and a regular customer of Samsung products. At my home, we have Samsung fridge, washing machine, ACs, 4 mobiles..etc including samsung fold.

                  I would like to register a complaint against your service Team as I faced a very poor service experience.

                  Please read the following in Sequence:

                  My Refrigerator was not working ( No cooling & Showing Error E-21). (Model No: RS554NRUA1J/TL, Serial No: Y7GD4ABF700683P) .
                  I registered for service request to SAMSUNG on 02.12.2021. Service Request number is [protected]
                  Followed by my complaint, after a week one technician came at my residence, inspected the refrigerator and left. Charged Rs: 600.00 for the service. ( Receipt Attached). The condition of the refrigerator was same as the at the beginning while he left.
                  Again, after about 2 days, another technician came and he said he is charging the refrigerant. Paid an amount of Rs:3540.00 again and bill issued. (Receipt Attached)
                  Even after this, the refrigerator was not working properly. No cooling especially at FREEZER. When we reported the issue, Service team moved the refrigerator from our house to their service centre for thorough checkup and repair. ( Photo of moving the refrigerator is attached). The refrigerator was kept one week at the service center. After that, they returned it to my apartment saying that it is repaired. When I inspected the refrigerator visually in front of your driver, it was shocking ( reasons below).
                  (1) The inner trays and containers were not returned along with the refrigerator
                  (2) The back side compressor panel was kept open. The panel cover also found missing.
                  (3) When we called service center at the same time, while driver was at our place, the service team returned all these parts by evening on the same day. Surprise about the ZERO QUALITY CHECK of service team.

                  When I received the refrigerator back to my apartment, the freezer was not cooling properly . When I informed the technician, he said that it will take about six hours to get it working perfectly. However, I waited one full day, but no improvement.

                  Followed by this, I have been chatting with Samsung customer service on whatsapp ( +[protected]) on daily basis. One technician again arrived on 28.12.2021 and he did something on the refrigerator. After that, refrigerator was not at all working completely. The minor cooling also lost. We are not able to use the fridge at all and lost RS:4140.00 as service charges.
                  When I tried to call the service team, they stopped attending my calls . The number of service team, who used to contact me, is [protected]. I understood that it is another company (M/S Tech Serve) assigned by Samsung for service locally. Infact, all technicians who tried to repair were all trainees without any experience and knowledge.
                  As the service team was neglecting my calls, I left the attempt to call them again. I have been chatting with SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE till this day. However, no action has happened sofar with regard to the repairing of my refrigerator and nobody called me back. Now, 28 days are over by this time after my service request.

                  When I made a chat at the number yesterday

                  I have already complained several times to the SAMSUNG customer service on daily basis and the end result is ZERO even after 29 days. We are not able to use the fridge at all and lost RS:4140.00 as service charges. Trainee technicians are coming for and that is why no end result for the customer. I am totally dissatisfied with this service. 29 days lost and there is no progress on the service, nobody calls and nobody attends the complaint.
                  I expect your serious interference and to register complaint.

                      Refregerator was purchased on Dec 17 and extend my warranty next four years more. My one single same complaint is running from 2018 to 2022 is creating a vaccum inside the freezer door under warranty time and door is not open after vaccum. This complaint is many times registered and many times engg was visit at home for repair it but cant resolved permanently till past three to four years.
                      On jan 2022 one senior person is visit for this same complaint and he did replaced the heater and broke the main gas pipe of fridge now fridge is totally spoiled and not working from last 20 days.
                      No replacement was given by samsung. Already this Refregerator was not functional properly after one year of purchased to till next three years, same problem occur again and again, now pipe was also broke by engg. I was purchased my fridge at cost of 37000/- and give another 5600/- something for extended warranty till dec 2022.
                      Lost whole money but samsung company is dont care about it. Still customer is on troubled.
                      I request you to please replace this defective piece to another new one or replacing my whole money and return your product.
                      Worst experience with samsung genuinely. Product and service everything is worst, i cant believe that this will happen with customer.

                        This is to bring in your kind notice that I, Madhu Devi, purchased Samsung Refrigerator REF RT34T4522S8 Elegant Inox (324) from Vijay Sales, K-11/25, Central Market, Lajpat Nagar-2, New Delhi-11024. This purchase was made on 16 September 2021.
                        I started facing issues with the refrigerator in December 2021. A layer of ice developed over all the food and milk items I kept in the fridge section. I initially spoke to Mr. Vishal, an employee of the above-mentioned branch of Vijay Sales. He requested me to wait and watch for a few days, which I did. The problem persisted. In January, the problem grew further and I spoke to a Vijay Sales representative again. The rep registered a complaint on my behalf with the Samsung Service Center on 13 Jan 2022 (Reference number- [protected]). The first technician who came to my place told me he could not find any issue and did not understand what was happening. He asked me again to wait and watch, and if the problem persisted, some sensors will be changed. Again, there was no resolution and the problem persisted. I called the same person on the 23 January 2022. It was a Sunday night and he promised me that he will come the following morning but he did not. Then I received a call from your call center on 24 Jan 2022 where I was informed an engineer will be sent to my house on the 25th of Jan. Even he could not understand what was wrong with the fridge. By the time he came the ice had melted and there were few pieces of ice floating in milk. He took a through examination and recorded everything (photos of the fridge). He advised me to call the call center in the morning if the problem still persists and schedule another appointment with an engineer who can visit our place in the morning itself. Now this same technician visited me again on 26 Jan 2022 in the morning around 12pm and recorded the status of food items in my fridge. A layer of ice was there on the milk pot, on bowls of curries etc. He recorded these photo evidences and sent it to his team at Samsung (Reference number- [protected]). He assured me that he will discuss this issue with his team and get back to me. On 29th January, I personally visited Vijay Sales and spoke to Mr. Vishal and Mr. Bhupinder. They registered our complaint with the customer care again and told us to wait till 31st Jan. Two engineers then visited us on the evening of 29th Jan itself. They spent a good two hours at my house, recording the temperature etc but it was of no avail (Reference number- [protected]). They told us that by 1st Feb 2022 we will be provided with a resolution. As of now[protected] I have received no update from Samsung and even after a series of complaints and visits my problem persists.
                        I write this mail to convey my grievance and to clearly state that I am not willing to have any part of the fridge changed or replaced. My fridge is in warranty and hardly four-five months old. I am extremely dissatisfied with Samsung’s service and request you to kindly either replace my fridge with a brand-new model or refund my money fully. This is causing me a lot of issues, which was not expected from a brand with such a humungous repute and presence.
                        I hope I will not have to resort to filing a complaint in the Consumer Court of India and a satisfactory resolution to my problem is given to me. I will be thankful.

                          I ordered the product online from Samsung website. Product got delivered on: Thursday, 27th Jan, 2022 at 2.30 PM
                          I asked installation to be kept on 29th Jan, 2022 in evening as I stay occupied with work at office. I was assigned an Engineer but he didn''t come at all. Then, after many calls, I got a call on Monday 31st Jan, 2022 in afternoon that the engineer is coming for installation. I had to get keys sent along with a staff so that installation could take place. On the same evening at around 9.30 PM the product stop working. I raised the complaint with the customer care and they said that a person will come on 1st Feb, 2022. Some other Engineer showed up in evening to check the product and was not able to fix it. Now, he is saying that he may come on some other day and then again try to fix it. He stated that he will have to open the product and then put some other mother board/spare and see if that works. I am not comfortable with this. It''s not guaranteed if that will fix the issue for good and does not assure that I will not have some issue in the future. It''s better if I get a replacement for this product at the earliest. I contacted the customer care again and they transferred my call 4 times ahead to 4 different people. After staying on hold for several minutes, I was informed that I will have to wait again and the case is open and it may take some time. Customer care asked me not to allow the service engineer to open the product and on the other hand local Samsung service team which came to install and to re-check the product are saying that t''s best if the product gets replaced or else they will have to manually open it and see what they can do. My groceries got spoiled, my time is still getting wasted in addition to mental frustration due to this.

                          No one is providing exact resolution to this and no one is even confirming me what should I do next. All they say is that I may have to wait but no tentative period is informed to me and I do not get any of their callbacks regarding the issue. Now, the regional service centre is not even picking my calls.

                          What should I do ? I have recorded the calls which I had with the customer care and also had staff made a video o[censored]nboxing the refridgerator.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            We had purchased the fridge on Feb 2, 2021. There has been an issue of water coming out of bottom tray of the refrigerator since then.
                            The issue is very serious and dangerous - my son had slipped from the fallen water and had got his thumb fractured.
                            We have been complaining about the issue since June 2021, and were dissatisfied with the response provided.
                            The product is defective and the problem is not solved even after reporting to the customer care many times.
                            Now we still are complaining about the issue, registered another complaint on 30 January 2022, but no repair attempt/redressal has still been provided, given the urgency of the situation.

                            We are very much unsatisfied with the product and the response provided by the samsung customer service team.
                            Given the dangerousness of the product, urgency of the matter and poor response by customer care, I seek immediate replacement of the fridge. If no replacement, I request to take the fridge away and provide me full refund with the interest.

                            Hoping for a prompt response and appropriate action.

                            We had a visit today (Feb 2 2022) from service center by Mr. Francis.
                            We explained the problem, and upon checking he concluded that the water overflowing won't stop, and there is no solution if we want to use the fridge in convertible mode. This straightaway implies that there is no usefulness of 'convertible fridge'
                            I am reiterating the dangerousness of this - the overflowing water forms a puddle, which is a big safety issue.
                            I am very disappointed with the product.
                            Kindly take this fridge back, since we cannot further use it with this problem, and get us a replacement 'convertible' one which does not have a similar problem. If not, please provide me with the full refund of the product along with the interest.

                                I ordered a Galaxy S21 5G with exchange on the Samsung Shop site. The Blue Dart courier took a look at my old Samsung A50S which is in excellent condition and wrongly claimed that there are lines on one side of the phone. Taking a photo from any phone 2-3 years old will show some sign of wear but there were no lines. He uploaded only that photo then told me that he could not deliver the new phone. Shortly thereafter I received a message stating that I had rejected delivery which was incorrect.

                                Attached is a photo of the same side of the old phone taken by the Courier.

                                This treatment appears to be a well-planned racket to deny exchange in the hope that the customer will buy the product anyhow. Note that the condition is even better than the normal wear and tear associated with a phone of its age. The perfect condition of the screen that gives you a good idea of the phone in general. That the courier did not even activate the display clearly indicates that there was no intention to take delivery of the old phone. The phone has had a screen guard and protective back cover throughout its use.

                                Samsung customer care told me that “Ensure that the mobile phone is in working condition with its display intact, and that it is not damaged, broken, or otherwise tampered with. Normal wear and tear is acceptable”. Clearly the talk does not match reality.

                                This treatment by Samsung has left a very bad taste in the mouth after years of patronage and makes me regret buying the Galaxy Watch 4 recently. It is nothing short of disgraceful. Have written to Samsung but no response

                                      Hello all,
                                      I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31s phone about 1.5 years back, The official release date of this model is 2020 July 30, which says that it is pretty new and we expect descent updates over first few years. After a recent OS update (security patch update), my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. It finally switched off with only logo visible which is not even letting the device to get into bootloader. I went to a nearby Samsung service center (Samsung Service Centre Chittoor) and they told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced.
                                      There were over, at least, 100 people with the exact same complaint in the internet and Consumer Complaints forum regrading their phones (all Samsung M-series phones). The update caused the motherboard to fail. I have multiple samsung phones in my home. I got problems with 2 phones recently (both are samsung m30s phones). which are 18months old. I paid hell lot of money to get them replaced as service centre's told mother boards need to be changed.
                                      Please, have a look at the disaster the updates have caused. And kindly provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount. It's a blunder done by samsung and expecting customers to pay 9-13k to get the motherboard replaced.
