I bought the samsung m31 on march 2020, past few weeks my mobile started behaving abnormally, freezes while using and auto restarts continuously. i visited customer care for the same, but they flashed my software and told me that, if the problem persists then motherboard has to be replaced newly. Since many other users of same model mobiles suffering same issue, how can it be a fault from user side? and i doubt it to be manufacturing defect from samsung side. I request to take necessary actions to rectify the same by either recalling the mobiles or bringing up free service for all affected mobiles.

Hello Kumaresh, I have same issue with my Samsung M31 where it is freezing and restarting. This all started after software update provided by Samsung. Let's unite and file a consumer court case against Samsung.

    Dear Service Head @ Samsung India,

    It is with deep regret I, myself Amanullah Khan here from Chennai, write this note to you .
    Here's our registered mobile no for your perusal : [protected]

    To present a Background of the Issue -
    I had a requested a Service Repair from Chennai Chroma outlet on 22-Dec-2021 and they had sent a Samsung site engineer (Mobile no in attached Samsung_Personnel_2.jpeg image), who came and did some study on the device and left saying there will be another engineer sent for this .
    Two days after this, on 24-Dec-2021 I tried calling the first executive, and he was rejecting my calls continuously and I was already stuck with stinking clothes for 2 days since the device was left unserved.
    I then contacted Chroma on the same day (24-Dec-2021) and they said, another engineer will be sent to service the device, and the second engineer (Mobile no in attached Samsung_Personnel_1.jpeg image) who came and said, the "PCB" board has to be replaced and he will raise a procurement request for the same . Refer the VK_ONSITE_1_INFO and VK_ONSITE_2_INFO attached images for reference.
    Now we're on 01-Jan-2021, almost 9 days after i raised my initial complaint, and still my device is not attended to . The second engineer is also rejecting my calls while i try to get an update from him, and has no politeness to even call back/respond and acknowledge the status .
    I got a mail today, stating that I need to submit the device to the Service Center for a Physical Inspection and only then the Job sheet will get created .

    Please understand, that for the last one week, we have not been able to wash our clothes . There are Infants & Elderly people at home, who require regular washed and clean clothes and this has been a pain since 22-Dec-2021 .

    My Expected Action Item :
    First and foremost - get both of these two site engineer suspended/fired or at-least take a strenuous action against them both for being so negligent in their duty and being unethical in rejecting the Customer's calls & Plea . Make sure they dont repeat this action and owe an apology by calling me back and giving me a response .

    Second - I cannot hand the device in-person, as the Site-Engineer had already visited our premise and I have a got message responses from Samsung stating the "PCB Board" procurement is being done and will be installed once it arrives . I'm in turmoil, that after 10 days (even after the Site has visited), again they ask to submit the device in person at the service center .

      I have buyed M 51 handset in December 2020, My phone first issue came in June/July 2021 and need to replaced the Mother Board ( lost all Data's) again in after 1-1.5 months same problem came and again need to replaced the Mother board and again lost all Data's, during second time issue the matter escalated to CEO help desk but not look much seriously and asked to wait for 3rd time problem, if 3rd time same problem then only will look and take some action, but again same problem came and before getting repaired and submit it to Service Centre same was again escalated to CEO help desk and was told from executive that will look once phone submit at service center and same was informed that again going to submit the phone at service center and same was also informed to service center about executive following on my complaint, but after some time phone get repaired (replacement of Mother board 3rd time) got to know through SMS. After repaired executive from Samsung told they cant take any action as phone repaired and will not look for replacement or refund. They expecting that their internal process consumer should know. Because of their internal process i am suffering and the same executive straight away decline to look further. Their is negligence on complaint from Samsung.

      Again in a day raised complaint to CEO desk and they took to look and review for 4-5 days and come with that cannot looked the issue as phone is repaired and now out of warranty, but from my side already informed them before repaired and it was ignored from their side to look and complaint was raised when phone is under warranty delayed from their side and with delay phone goes out of warranty. Now they offering for 3 months warranty extension as offer. When they having problem in phone and horrible part is they again waiting for 4th time for same issue

      Their is very causal approach from Samsung as they are not bother too look on such technical issues where phone keep occurring problem and repaired 3 times in 6 months and Samsung CEO desk know since September. The complete ignorance and only jargons from Samsung, feel like cheating as they sold faulty phone and even after sold they are not bother, for them no rules and regulations.

      The approach by CEO desk executives are very casual and taking matter very lightly. Samsung only giving fake commitments and lies, they openly laying to customer even after know that their phone is faulty.

        iam given Complaint to repair my Refrigerator on 07th December 2021 next day visited Technician is telling compressor problem but after next 10th dec Technician is came to home to repair but is wrong spare recived again spare part ordering whan received we will coming repair and replacement telling next 2 working days solveing, day by day calling to customer same massage still pending daily telling we are processing, arranging spare part whan available coming to repair but still pending 24days left .

        without Refrigerator how can we the Daily using Milk products, vegetables, etc most using product daily.

        we are not happy this type of service from the Samsung company.

          Hello sir i am pratap sonkar i bought a led tv 4k [whose display problem i had 2 spots on the display its purchasing date 24. 10.2021 after that the company gave me a coupon after purchasing against that coupon I had purchased a new 4K UHD TV 07. 12.2021. Again the spot is visible in that Screen TV, the service center people are saying that I have to open it but I am not the get the TV opened, I should be replaced and my money should be refunded . Thats I can buy TV of other company because I can't believe The Samsung India

            I had changed my charging port just q month ago and jow three time in a row it stopped working .1st time was after just a single day when i had replaced it. I am female customer i had to go from college to flat at night. It is more then a single concern to me. And like the current situation if the night curfew soon developed into a lockdown. Then what next not gonna study and might get struck over here waitin for some smoke sos.. it costed me 6000+ till now in the span of few months to repair this phone. Deal with me truly, or i am gonna drag you to consumer court cause you guys looted me now..

              My galaxy note 9 phone is also facing decoloration issue like most of people. Its really not good sign for Samsung publicity. Most of people are refusing to buy Samsung devices as there is no official support from Samsung. This problem is with OS upgrade and Samsung has to overcome on this asap. I don't know about others but surely I will not go for Samsung devices in future. Recently I purchased Galaxy watch also over Apple watches thinking that I will upgrade my device with latest note series..but now I am regretted for both my purchases.

              Also from last 5 months there are no security patch updates are released by Samsung.
              Hope someone will understand this issue.

                On Christmas Eve (24.12.2021), our Band New Washing Machine from Samsung that was purchased on 20.09.2021 has broken, the rubber inside is mashed and when I called the Samsung company said this is not covered, as well to ### the damage I need to pay 100£ but they can't guaranty that this will be fixed so to all people that are buying a brand new washing machine from Samsung, do you think that this is normal to happen? in a few months a brand new washing machine to brake so quickly when it should last for years and you shouldn't deal with any of the problems so soon.

                  We had purchased a Samsung refrigerator RT28A3022GS from your dealer GAYLORD EMPORIUM in Dehradun (Clock tower, 2 paltan bazar, dehradun-248001) vide bill no-10237, dated 14-10-21 priced at Rs 17, 323/-.

                  Attaching the bill invoice for your perusal please.

                  The product received is not cooling at all, we had called samsung representative who told us that the COOLING MOTOR is not there in the fridge. This is highly unacceptable from such a reputed product.
                  We had requested then also that the piece must be changed, but he got a motor & installed it in the refrigerator. Now after a month again same problem has arised & cooling is not taking place.

                  You are humbly requested that we want a replacement of the piece & not repair. This is totally unacceptable & we will not accept any more repairs. WE ONLY WANT A NEW FRIDGE & NO MORE REPAIRS. YOU ARE DIRECTED TO GET THE REFRIGERATOR CHANGED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT LEST WE EXPLORE OTHER STRICT ACTION.

                    We had purchased 43inch LED TV in October 2019. Just 2 years after purchase the screen has not turned half black. The service technician says that we are beyond the warranty period so we will have to pay for the change of the screen which costs about 13200. This is not expected from a company like samsung that the screen goes bad within 2 years. The installation engineer had said that we have a 3 years warranty which the service engineer says is only of 1 year. Request you to resolve the issue at free of cost or minimum cost, at the earliest

                      I was suggested to do formatting my mobile phone for resolving overheating of the phone by Samsung service center at kottayam, Kerala. But they do the formatting without proper care and as a result it was not complete. What should I do to resolve the issue. Why the service was done by the staff at the Samsung service center, Kottayam in a silly manner ??

                          Ordered a Samsung TV (The Frame, 55") in the last week of October 2021, and the additional add-on frame (outer covering of TV) was scheduled to arrive 2 weeks later. Both from an authorized Samsung dealer.

                          When the frame arrived, the technician accidentally damaged the screen with a screwdriver which caused it to crack. He said that it's a "common defect" in all Samsung TVs and mentioned that a service engineer will come and have it replaced for free.

                          The service engineer came and demanded INR 60, 000 to replace the display, even if it was damaged by their own technician. On reaching out to the dealer again, and Samsung customer support and regional service offices, not only were we denied a replacement because of a Samsung technician's mistake, but also harassed by the dealer and the technician that we were extorting them for money.

                          This has been a horrible experience with the company and I would never recommend purchasing any TV or other home care appliance from Samsung if they don't take any liability for their untrained staff damaging appliances during installation.

                            I bought Samsung Mobile M31s Model and the warranty period was expired.
                            After 14 months period, this mobile has gone to dead mode and the samsung service centre highlighted that this device has motherboard problem and the cost of repair comes around Rs.8000//- My contention is that this is not an ordinary brand and i bought with lot of confidence on quality of product to work for certain years. But motherboard problem is a major issue on quality of the product, moreover this model has enormous problem with many customers. In this circumstances, i requested the samsung customer service to replace the motherboard and waive the cost. But they replied that this is outoff of warranty and the customer has to replace the defected part. They should not disowned from their responsibility on the durability/quality of their product, and see the no of compliants from other customer on this model. Even the car manufacturers found any defect on their model, were taken back and replace their defected component or new one. There is a question of R&D on this brand. Consumer forum please advice on my compliant.

                              I had transferred my data from phone to laptop on 21/11/2021. It was 2 years worth of data, starting from December of 2019. To my notice, the files which I had transferred have got placed with altered content of photos and videos. For example, if 2 folders of photos are missing, the third contains pictures of some other folder. Please let me know if anything can be done. And please don't let your software malfunctions take away mental stability from people.

                                On the 30th octomber i have a registered my complaint on samsung customer care with reference number of [protected] for a front door lock error was not working and door was automatically unlock after start machine, after that for resolve service local A.R ENERTPRISE, VIP ROAD dealaer was assign for service

                                on the 31st octomber your depak sharma having phn number of:- [protected] was technician was caming for a visit home at late evening they check and also record a video on its mobile for door was not working other my machine display and functioning showing correctly, my machine PCB/MCV & DISPLAY was working completely they also send that video to it senior and conform for a front door replacement then i was told i was think about that and tell you later, after that diwali was came so for 15 days i am not in my city so after coming on 15th November i call customer care with refrence no- [protected] and tell further accelerate my complaint

                                at 16 th & 17th i was call show many time to depak sharma pls attend my camplaint and resolved as fast as possible

                                on 18th November your technician depak sharma was came to check the machine in the morning 10:30 am they check machine and told replace for the front door at that time all the function of WASHING MACHINE PCB-MCV-DISPLAY was working properly he checked and go and also i agree to replace the door and give order for replacement, then after 11:35 am they call me and say i have to notice the error codes of machine so i want to came again at home he came at home around 1:00 pm at that time while he checked machine none of my family member was present beside him so they checked machine by it's self only and do something with washing machine then they call me at 1:17 pm on the phone your machine was now properly dead nothing was showing in the display after power on, they told me to directly talk with my senior gaurang sir regarding this matter i will not give you any further details they send me gaurang number and 2:02 pm i have talk with gaurang more then 5 minutes regarding my matter i told him when the mooring your Deepak was came to check the machine PCB-MCV-DISPLAY was completely working then they came after to took ERROR CODES then they after checking told me a your washing machine wash DEAD and talk to you so i was not agree with him and told him to send a proper technician or enginner regarding this so i give proper resolution and Deepak Sharma was miss out with this matter and after he deading my machine not give a proper answer on the phone also


                                then on 19th november your new technician Imran savli & it's engineer samer ganchi was came they directly told me that your machine was not showing a power so we do nothing regarding this first of all we have to order PCB for the further investigation, i have no other option to do so he order PCB and take a 2500/- advance with me then after a week they came and installed a new PCB now they showing me a your display was not coming so we have to order for a DISPLAY PCB, then after weak they came with display pcb and fitted that then show me a your error of doors was showing, now after a mouth they came in to my original problem of door lock error, they engineer and technician now check me a full machine with detailed analysed step by step hole machine, they check machine weir properly with voltage meter power was flowing correctly threw wires and do some direct wires to resolved a door unlock error but error was showing their in the machine after they not get proper resolve they told me to bring this machine to our service centre A.R ENTERPRISE VIP ROAD i agree and send my machine, but i told him You have a detailed examine my machine after a mouth why your first technician deepak sharma when came to first time and also on 18th November when my older PCB-MCV-DISPLAY was working properly at that time why he did not detailed examine of machine and unnecessary my PCB-MCV-DISPLAY was dead by DEEPAK SHARMA after a mouth you again came to my older problem of door lock error, if you not able proper technsions regarding machine why you sell this type of product in market.

                                at my home engineer and technician wiring was checked by voltage meter power was passing completely with them so after a bring machine to A.R enterprise with out knowing me anything they order for a new wier or they called it harnnes after a they installed new harness to machine my problem was not resolved and they told me to order a new door so what the ### your man was doing with my machine from last 2 months, they dead my older PCB-DISPLAY & unnecessary harness or wires was order so all this parts of machine was order and now they told to replace the front door so what the hell is going on in the last 2 months now they told you have to give around 19000/- to 20000/- regarding all this parts, i was totally disagree with that why i paid that much amount you have a order a unnecessary part my first complaint was reading door unlock error and your technicians unnecessary dead my PCB-DISPLAY parts also unnecessary harness (wier) order so first of all you have to do with my door replacement then why you do not do that so i want proper resolution regarding this matter and accelerate to the high end give me proper solution otherwise i fill file a legal case against you in the court and i have also register your complaint in GRAHAK SURAKSA NCH regarding this matter with the complaint number of NCH:- 3167590 if further it not resolve to your higher end i will file a case with advocate against Samsung service & A.R ENTERPRISE

RR22K272ZS8, now what happens is some leakage starts in my freezer due to a hole in the freezer, so I switched off the refrigerator and call the service centre on 10/12/21 and book an appointment for 11/12/21 at 11:00 am but nobody came on that day even I messaged them on WhatsApp also than I has to replace the freezer by myself due to the emergency o[censored]se but when I replace the freezer box then I know that actual problem is in the compressor so I called again on customer care no. and then they sent me a so-called engineer (his name is Pradeep Kumar) on 13/12/21 and he came to my home and just by looking at the refrigerator he said that compressor should change then I said ok change it, it is under warranty, then he clicks photos of the compressor and invoice and then asks me for service charge then I told him that you haven't service yet then why you ask me for service charge, do replace the compressor then I will pay for for that then he left then his boss Satish Kumar(Owner of Samridhi Enterprises) call me and told me that you tampered the refrigerator and compressor cant be replaced under warranty then I said him that I am not asking for replacing the refrigerator I am asking for replace the compressor because it is under 10-year warranty that i even didnt touch the refrigrator and his boss denied and said if give us 300rs than we can replace the compressor, I said first your replace than I will pay but he denied and Worst part is that when I told him that I'll file a complaint against this attitude then guy responded "DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO" and "YOU CAN COMPLAINT WHERE EVER YOU WANT DO"

                                    This reckless behaviour is utterly wrong and completely unacceptable. This type of service Samsung provides to its customer. Such a worst service you offer to your customer.

                                    It's been 11 days of discussions and tons of calls and mail and still now resolution provided by them.

                                    Please look into this and let me know the status upon this.

                                      I bought a new phone on 28th August and it has some problems. I called the helpline number they said to submit the phone in the service center and the latter changed the motherboard but now I am facing the same problem. I do not want my phone to be repaired again and again hence I want a replacement or refund .
                                      Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Address: Samsung Opera House

                                        Purchased Samsung M51 on Oct2020. In a span of two months the phone started throwing tantrums.On several occasions the phone stops charging and abruptly starts charging.
                                        Took it to Samsung Opera House, Bangalore, they said maybe dur to dust accumulation and fixed it without registering a complaint.
                                        Same episode 3 months later and exercise repeats.
                                        Go to service centre, fix in 10 mins and i come back with the device.
                                        Now the issue has worsened. Phone hangs, restarts and goes on loop with only Samsung logo appearing at boot.
                                        1 month past warranty date and I take it to service centre. I made sure to get a complaint registered.
                                        Service request - [protected]
                                        They claim that mother board has to be replaced for which I'm definitely not going to pay 11000₹.
                                        Paid 27000₹ for the device.
                                        Within 13 months, mother board replacement is ridiculous for a factory faulty piece.
                                        I will not stop untill I get a fix for this.
                                        Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
