I requested for repairing services of my washing machine to the customer service cell
As per my request two technicians Mr Zayed Khan and Mohseen Khan visited my house at Nokoo homes
After looking into my washing machine they informed me that the panel board and sensor has to be changed
I said OK
They charged for the panel board Rs 4990 and for the sensor they charged me 1900
When I made inquiry in the internet the Panel board costs Rs 2700(max) and the sensor costs 599(max)
The total cost as per the internet inquiry it is Rs 3299.(max)
But I have paid them Rs 7000
I have been charged Rs 3701 extra.
Also the money was paid to the technician account through Paytm. It was not paid to Samsung service center.
I feel something is fishy.
I request you to hold an internal inquiry and return me back Rs 3701 which was charged to me excess
Also I paid Rs 750 for 6 cleaner packs and Rs 500 for service charges and Rs 250 as visiting charges. Totally I paid Rs 8500 to the technician account via paytm.
Please resolve the issue as early as possible

How it is resolved when I did not receive any reply from your end
I will be taking up the matter to consumer court if it is not properly resolved
Pls guys don't even think to purchase this product ever they are having worst service I hv seen
