Hi,

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31 phone about 1 years back, on 26th Oct 2020 (I've attached the amazon invoice). My phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. I went to a nearby Samsung service center (Bill No-[protected]) and they told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced. There were over, at least, 10 people with the exact same complaint in the service center regrading their phones (all Samsung M-series phones). The update caused the motherboard to fail, and of course it was never mentioned by Samsung and now they're expecting us to pay Rs. 8k for the motherboard replacement.. This is totally unfair to loyal customers and not providing quality products to customers. I am planning to raise a complaint consumer court also since many customers are facing this problem and not getting a solution and proper response from the company.

Please provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount, caused by your updates or its going to social media, and will definitely file a case.

    My TV was having back light problem so I contact to Diva Electricals & Refrigeration, Nashik which is the official service center of Samsung. I need to call them several time then they accepted my request and resolved my issue but after 1 week same issue occurred. So again I contacted them then they started ignoring me. After 1 month they came and look into the problem but again new problem occurred from there side as dust patches where there on the screen. Service from them is very much dissatisfactory. Its been 2 months I have not received my bill or invoice as I have paid all the amount as they have charged for the problem. I have experienced worst customer service from any service center before.

      I have purchased a samsung galaxy tab s6lite on 30 nov with d offer flashing on the sceren to get galaxy bud live with d tab.i asked to an assistant that if i purchase d product on 30 nov which was d day on that day .m i eligible to get the offer she said yes u need to buy the product today only as d offer last day is today only.i asked her again n again about d offer she said yess u will b eligible to get d offer after receiving d product nd need to activate nd with 72 hours to claim d offer i got delivered d product on 2nd if dec i waitied 6 dec now samsung agent saying u r not eligible to get d offer .u guys make fool customers nd make money this is reputed nd trusted compony nd this kind of misguidance to customer is not acceptable at all.this is cheating i need my money back nd want to return d product i dont want this product 0anymore ...

        Firstly I would like to introduce myself as a Samsung customer for the last 20 years and I hardly had to visit your service center as I believe that Samsung is a reputed brand which provides quality products to its customers. and I always thought that Samsung has a very good network of after-sales services.
        I purchased 50 Inch Tv in the month of Oct 2020. unfortunately, the tv stopped functioning on 28th Sept 2021 ( the reason is still unknown to me as to date no service engineer has visited or inspected the TV). without being inspected what is the problem am I am told in a few days that PCB for my TV is ordered. further, after about 20-25 days after I put a tweet @samsungindia, I am being called by several people that my service request would be attended soon and the TV would be replaced with a new one as the part is unavailable.
        Local service center lady named Tejaswini reddy with contact Number [protected] says I am the head of Goa service center and she will resolve it soon and collects my personal information like invoice details & photos of TV with serial number and informs me that I will get a call within 2-3 days. surprisingly I don''t get any calls for the next 10-12 days. when I called back her on 5th Oct 2021 she irresponsibly and denies identify me at first and later rudely says she has done her part of work and informed me not to call her and call toll-free number[protected].
        on 8th Nov 2021, I receive a call from Mr. AZAD with Mobile Number [protected], he informs me that replacement is not possible as the company has stopped manufacturing model UA50TUE60AKXXL and i would be given refund for the same and again collects my personal information that is my bank details in the form of a photocopy of the cancelled cheque. informs me that i will get verification call in 2-3 working days. but unfortunately no call is received till date and when enquired upon Mr. Azad he informs me to call toll free number.

        Further to this i drop a mail to Ceo samsung india on 18th nov 2021. I receive call from some Miss or Mrs Mansi informing that DD will be issued in 7-8 working day but till date no one is informing anything about this and the complaint remains unsolved.

        This is an extremely sad situation for me where a 20-year-old trust and customer satisfaction is broken and turns me into a frustrated unsatisfied customer who paid the premium price over other economical brands misthinking that brand and premium price will give me quick after-sales service.

        I wish to inform you that my service request [protected] dated 29th Sept 2021 is still unattended and no resolution is provided to me.

          I had parked in cart a smart tv and after a while i got a call from samsung to proceed with the ordering - while ordering 100% advance taken with commitment for delivery on 1st december 2021 and installation completion on 2nd december 2021. On 29th november 2021, a invoice was generated by savex technologies with courier name delhivery and also with a docket refrence. I was tracking with the given docket reference on the courier website which was showing as "wrong reference number". I did not receive the product on 1st december 2021 and at 7pm when i was calling samsung, they informed it will take 24 to 48 hrs to resolve the issue. Note the word used is "resolve". I had repeatedly called on 2nd december 2021, 3rd decemeber 2021, 4th december 2021 and still am getting same reply will be resolved within 24 to 48 hrs. I had chats with samsung, i had spoken with 'n' no. Of people - but still not resolved.

              Order No.[protected] - at the time of booking, committed for delivery on 1st Dec 2021 and taken 100% advance. Now no one is responding from Samsung. When I was chatting with Samsung that I wanted to CANCEL the order, they are informing that it will take 7 to 10 days to refund my money. Unfair - while booking you take 100% upfront and while cancellation why should I wait for 10 days ? If you are not in a able to fulfil commitments, do not book orders. As per tracking of my order, Invoice generated on 29/11/21 and packing also done - but physical movement not done till date. Why give false commitments ?

                  I have purchased Samsung 230L refrigerator on 26.07.21 from flipkart. I was having faith on Samsung brand, which is shattered after a series of interactions with customer care representatives from then onwards. I have received a faulty product, for which freezer compartment is working abnormally. Asked for online support and they have misguided me saying that its due to monsoon season and problem will disappear gradually. I used to buy ice cream and other frozen foods in bulk. All of the items kept inside the freezer section rotten and incurred huge loss. Then i understood that this is a serious problem and started continously calling customer care from 1st week of sep'21 onwards. My last complaint raised on 01.11.21 and it is yet to resolve. Since i was continuously following up, even without rectification of problem, they have closed my complaint. Immediately i have called them and informed. Even today also i have contacted them. Everytime they used to give false promises and never resolve my problem. If Samsung is unable to repair a brand new product, then please replace with another piece. As you are aware refrigerator is an essential home appliance in this covid situation. I am diabetic and used to store Insulin injection in refrigerator. Please resolve my long pending compliant.

                    This is P jagadeesh who purchased poco m2 pro mobile on 26 th October 2020, which I mailed on 11 November 2020 earlier regarding Heating issue and other issues. After that for that above mentioned compliants there is no resolution happened. Any way I have been using that mobile since November 2020.Recently my poco m2 pro mobile was dead on 16th November 2021.Then Immediately on the next I visited mi servicing centre at salem on 17th November 2021 and they checked and told that mother board problem(job code number:WXIN[protected]).For the repair/ Regarding my poco m2 pro Complaint issue and consider the last year Complaintwhich is attached of the mother board they asking me pay 8000 rupees approximately. I started using mobile on 28 th November 2020 after the several complaints .then warranty will come from 28 th November 2020 to 28th November 2021.But the service people not aa accepting and this issue I faced so many problems and faced several physical and mental stress and I am middle class private teacher (due to pandemic of Corona, I am getting half salaries) and how can face this burden. Kindly understand the above mentioned situation and faced problems . Kindly bring take this higher authority and solve this mobile issue as early as possible .

                    Hi sir/madam,
                    This P.jagadeeesh who is purchased a mobile poco m2 pro on 12 November 2020 on flipkard platform(Flipkart Order ID: OD[protected]. I recieved a mobile on 28 November 2020, after usage of one day I observed some issues in the mobile ( those are heating issues, speakers, mic, internet connections, earphone connections, camera problems...), .Regarding this I given several complaints to flipkart as per return policy (As per Buyers protection policy)before due date and several times technical visit happened, they noticed problems but no team picked up mobile and not return my amount. Please understand my problem and solve it as early as possible. Otherwise I will proceed legally as per Buyers protection policy. Thank you

                      I had ordered samsung galaxy s7 fe on 6th november, it was supposed to be delivered on 10th. but i did not receive order till now. when i asked blue dart people why taking so long, they said they misplaced it in warehouse . but they had updated in their website of adress issue. so i asked samsung executives to cancel the order and initiate the refund process . from last one week m getting only one statement that your matter has been escaleted . order id is - [protected]

                          Samsung mobile service center are worst and disgusting, they are liar too...as I hv given money fr insurance and after that told to activate the plan fr the same, so I did it n told to gv to service center or mobile frm which showroom I did brought, my screen was bit damage which I given n they took long time fr more than 2months, n droped me msg as ur request is been completed by service center n wen I saw they don't do anything, after that given to local fellow who said whether this Mobile was been opened or wat? I said yes by the sumsung service center, bt they don't do anything n returned mobile as it is, than the local mechanic said that the parts are been removed, from which more than 3 parts wer taken out,
                          Pls guys don't even think to purchase this product ever they are having worst service I hv seen

                            M31S Freeze And Restart Issue

                            My M31s phones purchased on 15/11/2020 keeps restarting during normal use of the phone from 25/11/2021. Sometimes it is stuck on the boot window for hours and will only boot if I keep it in refrigerator for a few hours. I went to the service center where I was suggested a replacement of mother board for my phone. they said it will cost me around 8k which is a too much amount which I will have to pay even if its not my mistake.                             I requested for repairing services of my washing machine to the customer service cell

                            As per my request two technicians Mr Zayed Khan and Mohseen Khan visited my house at Nokoo homes

                            After looking into my washing machine they informed me that the panel board and sensor has to be changed

                            I said OK

                            They charged for the panel board Rs 4990 and for the sensor they charged me 1900

                            When I made inquiry in the internet the Panel board costs Rs 2700(max) and the sensor costs 599(max)

                            The total cost as per the internet inquiry it is Rs 3299.(max)

                            But I have paid them Rs 7000

                            I have been charged Rs 3701 extra.

                            Also the money was paid to the technician account through Paytm. It was not paid to Samsung service center.

                            I feel something is fishy.

                            I request you to hold an internal inquiry and return me back Rs 3701 which was charged to me excess

                            Also I paid Rs 750 for 6 cleaner packs and Rs 500 for service charges and Rs 250 as visiting charges. Totally I paid Rs 8500 to the technician account via paytm.

                            Please resolve the issue as early as possible

                            How it is resolved when I did not receive any reply from your end

                                Samsung Exchange Policy is a Scam

                                I placed an order for Samsung Galaxy S20 FE phone after paying Rs 39999 with an instant exchange for my current phone for 2450.

                                Current phone is 3 year old Samsung Galaxy On Max with ZERO screen damage. The phone is in complete working condition and it passed their exchange validation app "cashify diagnose". The only issue that the phone has are minute white spots on the blue metallic back panel.

                                I have been contacting Samsung helpline number for procuring a new remote control for the damaged one. I am having 41 inches smart TV.But the Remote is damaged. I have been contacting for the past 10 days of various helpline numbers but no use.

                                I had purchased a samsung A 12 and as on datev there are 12 samsung mobile with us.Now my new A12 screen display broken and need replacement . The service centeres since 3 months only assure that screen shall arrive within 10 days but the 10 days is yet to come. I have visited about 3 service centre who prooved inablity to provide screen. I think that now samsung is doing without spare parts and I feel why to throw money on a product to collect scrap. Now the support Frustrated with samsung, I had to buy an OPPO mobile and found more rough and tough than customer care claim that we have not contacted them directly .
                                Is fate of samsung also going to be like FORD MOTORS ? doing without service and spares?

                                  Hey I bought a Samsung m30s at the time it's launch from Amazon it works fine one year after that it got auto shutdown and and starting up I went to samsung service center near me they just seeing the phone said it's a mother board problem have to replace it which costs around 8k what is this is this the way a international brand build a phone that works for a year I heard many of then facing with same issue I need an immediate resolution I don't want to pay its my first phone that I had bought instead of buying a Chinese product I bought this but now after one year this type of issue.
                                  Please take an action lot o[censored]sers who bought M series and A series are facing this issue

                                    Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 claims to be water resistant with durability certification of 5ATM + IP68 / MIL-STD-810G. But this very feature failed & the Samsung technician on 28th Nov, 2021 claims that the watch which I bought from Amazon on October 16th 2020 last year touch sensitivity stopped working due to water damage.
