Bought Samsung galaxy M31 4 months back, Since a month later it started hanging issues. I have taken my mobile to samsung service center,
they ask me to replace motherboard at my own cost. how come they do not cover mobile under warranty. They told cost of replacing motherboard is 7500 rupees. Now these samsung customer care called me in an very impolite manner and telling me that display not working.
This is my first time experience with samsung and it was hell worst down to the core. extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the samsung brand making cheap quality products and selling customers at a higher price as well as not covering mobiles under warranty.. I want to take these complaint to a much higher level so that i can make my point in getting justice delivered to all those who are affected with these kiin of issues with samsung.

No response from samsung customer care. Issue stilll not resolved even after writing to the CEO of samsung. Worst company which focuses only on selling thier products.

    We purchased Samsung 496 L double door inverter model Refrigerator in the year 2015 . But after using it for around 6 years it has stopped cooling. Company technician came and checked the fridge and said we can't repair the refrigerator as it has been almost dead. We are quite surprised with the response by the company. We purchased an expensive refrigerator from a reputed brand Samsung. How easily your technicians said all this . There is no way to use your brand products if the company can't provide durable products . Refrigerators should have long life which you are unable to provide. We as a consumer are feeling cheated.

      We bought a TV and it stopped working within a year. We filed a complaint for service and it has been more than a month and there has been no action taken by the company. they are neither replacing the motherboard nor exchanging the TV or giving us a refund voucher. They are cheating us. We bought this TV from their GST ROAD SUBHAM RETAIL IN CHROMEPET and their service team is not even picking the calls and dodging us.

      Horrible brand. Please do not buy any Samsung products. Absolutely hopeless and staff have callous attitude with no respect or concern for customers problems. they are only focused on selling their products with all defects and does not bother to rectify if we raise complaints.

          Hi Samsung Team,
          This is with regard to my Samsung Wondertainment 50 inch TV that i purchased on 6th August 2020. On 2nd Dec 2021, the TV wouldn't turn on... On inspection by the Samsung service personnel, we were told that the panel had gotten spoiled. We were also told that because the panel comes with a 24 month warranty, the panel would be replaced free of cost within the next 5-10 days time. On 10th Dec, we got a call from the Service Desk stating that the service request has been declined due to non-availability of the panel and a refund of 38000 would be provided as compensation. How am I, as a customer, responsible for you not being able to arrange a spare part that is still covered under warranty.
          I purchased the TV for Rs.45, 999/-, and spent an additional Rs.2, 500/- for the wall mount stand... Going by the company warranty standards, I should have still been able to have a fully functioning TV as of today. But because of a shortcoming on your behalf, I will have to shell out an additional 15000 rupees for a similar TV.
          There were umpteen TV brands in the market that offered latest technology TVs at a much lucrative price...but we chose Samsung over all of them because Samsung is known to be a premium brand with a top notch Post - Sales Customer Service record. I have lived in the US for over 6 years and have used Samsung appliances at my residence...and I was in awe of their Customer Service. A similar situation in the US would have given me a brand new 50 inch TV at no additional cost along with an apology letter by now. I completely understand if you cannot match up to that high level of Customer Service, but the least I expect from you would be a complete refund of Rs.45, 999/-, so that I can go for a new 50 inch Samsung Crystal Series... Looking forward to your response.

            We purchased Samsung Galaxy S21 5g on 10 October 2021 vide order ref. - [protected] via @ICICIBank_Care Debit card EMI facility, however due to some issues the order was cancelled on the same day.

            I received email from @SamsungIndia that refund has been initiated and it will reflect in 5-6 working days, however when our bank contacted @PineLabs they did not provide refund stating product is delivered vide id: 13012401

            There is clear misccomunication between @SamsungIndia and @pinelabs regarding this issue and it has been ALMOST 2 MONTHS and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND NOR PRODUCT.

            despite my product was not delivered my EMI was deducted and my next EMI is due soon. My substantial capital is blocked due to lethargic behavior of @SamsungIndia & @PineLabs, I raised number of complaints, wrote numerous mails but NO RESOLUTION SINCE 2 MONTHS

            WE SPOKE TO FOLL people for COMPLAINT ID[protected]:

            WE HAVE BEEN MENTALLY HARASSED BY @SamsungMobile and ITS CUSTOMER SUPPORT as they have not been able to resolve 1 ISSUE SINCE ALMOST 3 MONTHS.

                Hi Fraud people,

                We have had a continuous conversation with you guys for the last 2 months but you are only making a false commitment of refund.

                When I have already cancelled your product and you also agreed on that even you also shared many emails that you have initiated refund but I never got that and my Bank is charging EMI of every month.

                I want to know that when everything was settled in October for orderID # [protected] (Transaction date 6th of October) then why did you people reinitiate the same amount for EMI charge by the bank on 8th of November.

                Bank provided me two Transactions ID and shared given details -:

                1. 32191869, This one is cancelled by the merchant side and bank both.
                2. 33174465, But this transaction is for the newly reinitiated same transaction on the 8th of November by Samsung and your payment partner (Pineslab.com).

                Please find some screenshots of your previous emails and tell me what you people doing. You have initiated refund amounts three times but never completed them.
                Every time I Email or call you guys are initiating the refund. What is this?

                Please find screenshots below-:

                1. On 24th October you people mentioned that you initiated a refund of INR 24699 /- on 12-OCT-21 against your order. but what happened? Where is that amount?
                If you will say that we have completed that refund then please see what you people mentioned in the 2nd and 3rd points given below in the screenshot.

                2. On 12th November you people mentioned again that you have initiated a refund of INR 24699 /- on 12-November-2021 against your order. but again, what happened? Where is that amount?
                If you dare to say that we have completed this refund then please see what you people mentioned in the 3rd point given below in the screenshot.


                3. On 14th December you people mentioned again that you have initiated a refund against your order [protected].

                So, can you guys tell me what's going on? Is this a proper way to do your business?
                When a refund is initiated then why it is not completed after more than 2 months?

                My Bank also told me that Pinelab reinitiate the claim of getting this EMI on the 8th of November again.

                So, on one side (Customer side) you people reinitiating a refund but on the other side (to the bank) you people reinitiating the EMI claim.
                So why should I not call you people a fraud?

                Please keep me out from this Ghanchakar. This is not expected from a company like Samsung.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  I bought Samsung F41 from flipkart on 29 December 2020 (Order Id: OD12 [protected]). The phone has seen the service centre four times and still it is badly hanging. In short, sometimes there is a board problem and sometimes there is some other problem and I have not been able to use the phone properly since my purchase.
                  The last time the service centre and customer assured me that this is the last time the phone is coming to the service centre and it will work just fine from here. My last complaint number for your reference is [protected].
                  Yesterday on[protected], I again filed a complaint in regard to which I received a call from Gurugram on[protected] and the lady asked me to visit service centre once again (Total of five time in one year for same issue). Now, the service centre people after looking at the phone said they can't resolve the issue.
                  I think it is highly unprofessional of SAMSUNG and its team to kill my time till the warranty expires and then simply say that the phone is out of warranty.
                  Your services are not solving my issues and in this exceptional situation where the company gave me a defective phone, I request the authorities to finally exchange this product and give me a working phone.

                    I have been getting frequent call from Samsung sale and provided offers while purchasing new phones. I paced an order numder [protected] in Samsung shop app on 9th Dec 2021 after paying full amount and expected to get cash back on successful order. However there was no offer provided and I decided to go for cancelation with in 1 day after receiving the new device by calling customer care. The Samsung sale is NOT process my request. As a customer I have all rights to cancel and request to take back the new device and process refund immediately.

                    I need your help.

                      We bought a Samsung TV from your showroom in GST road, chromepet last year. Within a year it stopped working. We lodged a complaint and they said motherboard is gone and they will replace it within a week if we pay Rs. 7800.                             Have ordered the washing machine on 24th November 2021, estimated delivery date is 11th December 2021 (17 days). have been following up for last seven day's with samsung customer support for my order status, they confirmed that product will delivered on or before 11th December 2021, but today (11th Dec.) Currently stock is not available and it will take another 15 days.

                              Payment done but order not placed, Samsung denies receiving payment.

                              On Dec4, 2021, I purchased Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (Wi-Fi) (Blue) from Samsung Shop paid INR 24, 699 for it via PayTM. After payment, my transaction was successful. However, the Samsung Shop didn't confirm my order, and stated that the payment is awaited.                               Respected Sir/Madam
                              this is to bring to your kind notice that I purchased Samsung SIDE BY SIDE REFRIGERATOR with 10 year compressor warranty in 2016. It was one of the best and latest models available at that time, so worth investing a huge amount of 70, 000 rs.
                              after 3 years, it had a gas leakage issue, which was resolved by Samsung engineer. But now only after 6 years, it has stopped cooling all again. Open calling customer service, an engineer was appointed on 27th November 2021.
                              Following that day, my refrigerator is OFF with the problem not being resolved. I am bearing loss on a daily basis by throwing a lot of eatables, all the content of deep freezer since that day.
                              Though number of engineers visited, but no one could detect the exact issue and hence had no clear idea on how to proceed. Hot and trial method is going on since then with the flow of events as mentioned below
                              28th nov: 1st visit, fridge closed, gas refill advised
                              30th nov: 2nd visit, gas refill not required as there was no leakage. Rather nitrogen to be filled to check exact cause, probably rusting of body or some internal issue
                              2nd December: 3rd visit, but the engineer didnt have nitrogen to fill
                              5th december : 4th visit, nitrogen filled
                              6th december: 5th visit, nitrogen level was fine, no there was probably no internal issue
                              7th december: 6th visit: engineer comes to fill gas. Objected by me since gas fill has no use as there was no leakage detected at first place.
                              8th december: 7th visit: engineer now fills nitrogen again, now in the lower chamber saying earlier only upper chamber was filled
                              9th december:8th visit:engineer came to fill gas as the only resolve he had. welds the upper and lower chamber . but gas refilling could not be completed as he was hurt on hand.

                              this is the flow of events, whereby the exact cause of ineffective cooling is not detected and with no solution, the only way is the just fill gas.
                              Sir/Ma'am its really unprofessional from the company whereby the engineers just keep on giving different options with lack of communication and clear idea of problem resolution.Along with that its immense loss for the customer who after buying an expensive refrigerator, probable the best category of refrigerator fro a renowned international brand is throwing lot of eatables evey day . In 6 years of purchase this has happened which clearly indicates that the product is not having a long life and not a promising performance. I am not residing in an area with hihg concentration of sulphides which normally result in leakage. As a customer, I have full right to get exact resolution of any issue of product which is used as advised by the company. Filling gas this time means obviously its not the solution, but a way to just a temporary method with which the problem will reoccur again making me and my family face the same trouble all again.Now i need and demand a clear explanation on (A) What if the problem reoccurs again since the treatment is done without diagnosis of problem. (B) Am i supposed to just keep on spending my money ...first in an expensive refrigerator and then on its inefficiency (C) What is the expected life of the refrigerators made by the company (D) How can the consumer contribute towards longevity of the product.

                              Hope you go through the entire issue, understand the torture faced by consumed and act on it appropriately.

                                I am disaappointed when my samsung a50 motherboard was gone.just aty 18 months for no reasons.

                                my reliability upon samsung is spoiled. service people says it would cost 9k and there is no guarentee for it surivival

                                  Hi i just got the call from your " FINAL DECISION MAKING TEAM " if so this team exists please authorize from your side and t aslo authorize that they are telling that " WE DON'T HAVE PEOPLE TO ANSWER IF IT IS ASM OR REGIONAL MANAGER ALSO, AS THEY AS ARE DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS WHO LOOK AFTER THE SERVICE CENTER " .they spoke to me that we gave you solution by the final decision making team member "NIVETHA", if your not happy with that solution or way of talking you can only give the feedback to me.i spoke with the NIVETHA ANSWERABLE PERSONNEL CALLED " SURAJ " he addressed him self like that .aslo told that "IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUE WITH NIVETHA YOU HAVE TO REPORT ME . He aslo told that " AS PER WARRANT AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS WE CAN NOT ABLE TO DISCLOSE THE HIGHER OFFICIAL O[censored]S OR ASM OR REGIONAL MANAGER" .I simply asked them to where so this rules is explained in WARRANT and terms and conditions document for that no answer and we gave all details thanks for calling and cut the call.AS PER SUPPORT TEAM I NEED THE ABOVE GIVEN DATAS ARE GENUINE .PLEASE AUTHORIZE THESE DATAS AS SOON as possible.

                                    My TV is under refund process and same month i did extend my Samsung TV warranty, my tv refund amount is received but my extend warranty not received yet. when i call to same customer of MD Gulzar he say do anything this amount is not refunded, first of all is language is very rude to take any customer like this.

                                    Second i want to refund my amount of extend warranty because this warranty is not use for me.
