I purchased a 22" Samsung LCD TV Model LA22A450 on 04 May 2009 form Vijay Sales, Opera House, Mumbai. Exacly in 16 months, the TV screen started showing faded colours and there was no video output. I lodged a complaint with Customer Care immediately on 12 Sep 10 and the Service Engineer visited our place on 13 Sep 10. He examined and told us that the LCD panel has gone bad and needs to be replaced. He said this would csot Rs 8000. br...

Request Dehradun Dealer ''GAYLORD'' to provide a Duplicate Copy of Bill. The request has not been taken care of since last 1 week. The machine is broken down due to spare request by Samsung Technician who visited my residence to check the machine. My original bill is misplaced.
Machine is still under Warranty.

My samsung mobile is not working and i submitted that one to authorised service centre of Samsung mobiles (R.K.Mobile Services 42,omkar road,Maa durga plaza,chukku mohalla,Behind Head post office, near kali mandir Dehradun ) on 05/08/2010 but from last 35 days they are not been able to repair that mobile. i purchased samsung corby on 16/09/2010 from Chroma Electronics, Bangalore. After going back home we found out that FM was not working. So we went back to the same dealer on 29/08/2010 and he said FM signals are weak and the cell is fine, it does not have any problem. I had purchased a fully automatic 5.8 Kg washing machine from Samsung Showroom at Allahabad about 4 yrs back.
In March 2010 the machine packed up and on several complaints and phone calls the mechanic turned up and said that the PCB Assembly was defective. It would have to be replaced. I agreed and they did the needful for which I paid Rs.3042/- vide receipt no 8157 dated 25.03.2010.
