This is to bring to your kind notice that we had bought this 1ton AC from your dealer Khosla Electronics Pvt. Ltd. At 25/1, Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata – 700017 on 15th April 2010 vide their Tax Invoice No. ST/4878.
After giving good service for a few months we found the cooling of the AC to be considerably low and we put a telephonic complaint on 20th September 10. Your service personnel attended the AC on 22nd September 10 and informed us that the cooling coil was choked and it needed to be taken to your service centre for necessary repairs.
Your service centre rep. took the AC on 24th September at around 7PM and assured us that the AC would be back within 2/3 days. Even after daily interaction with your Call Centre and your Service Centre I have not received my AC duly repaired till date. It may kindly be noted that I have personally been calling your service call centre and your Exclusive Samsung Service Centre Ms Vision Cool Services and am being told that they will look into the matter and deliver the AC as soon as possible but nothing has been done till date and my AC still lies at your Service Centre while I have to sit in this heat without my AC.
I am sorry to state that your Service Centre is incapable of carrying out the necessary repairs on priority basis due to which customers like us have to suffer in this intolerable heat and this puts a bad name to your organisation.
I would like to point out here that if I do not receive my AC by 5th October 2010. you may as well keep it with you as I will be forced to buy another AC which will certainly not be a Samsung and I will not have any place to install your AC as it will be replaced with a new AC and in which case I would like to have my money refunded immedietly.

Sir, I have already sent my window air conditioner to your service centre (Sumsung India Electronic HDD Authorised Service Centre) at Maldahia, Varanasi (U.P.) as on 21.10.2010. But till the day my air conditioner not in a position to put use. A lot of times I go your service centre and they always says that "Within 2-3 days part are comming from company and then I ready it". Sir I am very surprise that the company do not send the A.C. Parts to his service centre from last 6-7 months. Please look this matter very seriously. Deatil given below :-

    Dear Sir,
    I had lodged a request for replacement of a turn table on 25th Aug, 2010. I had purchased the Microwave in April 2010. I was told that the engineer would call me in a day or two. The engineer did call me the next day and promised that the replacement will be done in a weeks time. I have been repeatedly calling Customer care for the same issue and each time i was promised that the part was unavailable and it will take a weeks time. It is now more than 1.5 months old and the issue has not yet been resolved. I think this is the worst customer care service i have ever experienced in my life in my dealings with various companies. I have spoken to atleast 10 executives, supervisors and each one of them promised that a feedback will be arranged but not one call after the first one. I have to keep calling up and i am put on hold for about 15-20 mts each time.
    This is a nightmare for me and if this issue is not resolved to my satisfaction in a day or two i am going to escalate this issue and start publicly asking people not to buy any Samsung products because of the worst ever Customer care service. The promises made are all false and there is no sincerity in it.

    Hi Srinivas,

    Unfortunately the same thing has happened with me, I bought a Samsung M/ from big bazar. and it was a defective piece, he samsung customer care promised me they will replace, but its now 45 days since they are saying they dont have the model available and instead asking me to pay more money and get some upgraded model. Its really hopeless to talk to these cheaters. I will advise not to buy any samsung products and stop others buying the same. If they cant provide good and satisfactory services to the customers theres nothing buying their product. Even they dont knowhow to repair it. Very hopeless and disappointing.

    i also agree with u.i have also purchased Samsung microwave convection which is far too costly as compared to others.also the starter kit provided with it is of so inferior quality that on one use it started melting.this company only has a big name but the service is worst and the products even more worst. The customer care service is hopeless.they just know to avoid u...i would tell everyone not to buy any Samsung products.

      I have purchased samsung mobile GT -1085 from thane on 20/03/10 and after 6 month it gets automatically dead. I have given my hand set to customer service center at chembur for repairing but they are saying that they are not having its motherboard with them and whenever they get it from HO they will replace & inform me but after 15 day they have not called me & even they are not picking my phone also i.e not picking the call on land line and given the wrong cell no to us.The service center address are # Ccom Services 2,Jagdish Bldg,Plot No. 185,Off. Fine Arts,15th Road Chembur-71.
      Please do not purchase the samsung mobile b'coz of faulty product & poor customer services across india.

        I bought Samsung Monte (S 5620) two months back. On 26th its touch pad stopped working. So I gave it to the service station near JM road, Pune.

        I had asked them if i could get it back before next weekend (i.e 30th OCt), they promised me that I will be getting my phone in 3 days from then. When I called them on 29th Sep. they said the TPS is not available as it is month end, so it will take 2 more days. I tried to call, but no one would answer, so I went to their office on 1st October, I was told still the part is not available so check after weekend. Even after I told them each time that I badly need the phone as I have only one handset. The lady attendant misbehaved and started shouting at me that I wont get it before 4th.

        On 4th, today, I called them again, After trying their number for 1 hour, I finally got a lady attending it. She again started shouting that I won't be getting my phone before 10th. I told her i need the phone, she replied you can take it and get it repaired from someone else. Finally after lot of argument I got so called "manager's" no called Mr. Nitin. I have been trying that number but no one answers.

        This behavior is not tolerable. Samsung should really look into it. If the service center employees are so misbehaving, they better teach them some manners.

            Dear SIR,
            I have using 3 PCs. one is at my Home and the other 2 are at my office. I usually down load or create some files or programs or software and simply write the same into a DVD(frontech) using my HOme PC DVD writer and get the DVD to my office and down load or copy them into the 2 PCs. And, I usually write multiple times into the DVD disk.
            Yesterday, I copied files another time from time my Home PC and tried to read from 1 PC of my office. Suddenly, I exclaimed that, the DVD is showing No matter in the DVD disk and the auto play asking to create a new data DVD or music DVD. Then, I immediately tried the DVD to read in the other Office PC. The all the files are visible and avail to accessible to me. More over, the DVD again gave same trouble to me on my Home PC. Today, I again tried to open on 3 PCs and got same results one PC is able to read and the other 2 PCs are failed to read and the auto play asking to create new DVD.

            I particularly, can tell that the 3 systems' DVD writers are having same Anti-Virus software but OS is different. At my home, Windows 7 ultimate and at my office in 2 PCs Windows XP professional OS is using. I am feeling very inconvenience with this problem. Is there any mistakes would taken by me. And, the PCs at my office are working with PEN Drives

            Hence, PLEASE ADVISE ME TO OPERATE THE SAME DVD disk ON ALL THE COMPYUTERS.

              duos touch screen W299 cheats customers with respespect to features , quality and reliability.
              >Bluetooth - complicated and mostly un retrievable.
              >2 mp camera quality poor and alike vga.
              >Sound out put on the speaker at <14> is very low.
              >WAP / VOD - bogus.
              >opera mini support is unreliable.
              >Start up problem after few days , File system start-up please wait a message appears when a green >screen pops up and the phone hangs.
              >Videos are poor quality.
              >File transfer and move is complicated.
              >popular formats like 3gp mp4 etc are not supported.
              >Software support is not extended by the company's website.
              > Phone speakers are erratic and problematic.

              This phone is actually not worth 4500INR., it is cheating customers to the tune of Rs 5000INR per pc.
              Better reliability and performance is obtained from Rs 3K chinese mobiles. and spice QT56 , D5555 is really worth investing . They would give their best in Rs. 5000.

              ADVICE- PROTEST and DONOT be CHEATED by SAMSUNG MOBILES any more.

              IF you have disposable money please save but donot give it to SAMSUNG MOBILES. THEY HAVE FORGOTTEN TO INSPECT " QUALITY" BEFORE DELIVERY.

              I was lured by the personality of the Indian Samsung brand Ambassador , Mr. Aamir Khan. to buy this product. SO PLEASE BEWARE OF SAMSUNG MOBILES, NEIGHBOURS .

              Samsung — Samsung SCH W299

              Dear Sir,

              I have still so many problems to discuss with you.Here they are:-

              1.I can not make any call while listening music or FM.Why?... Such thing I have never seen in a mobile.

              2.one can not watch any movie or song clip of size 176x144(u recommend this size)....ur phone says....too large...too big...wow!....what a product of SAMSUNG?????

              3.Alarm software is too defective.If one selects a particular day or days it never alerts.Then what is the use of alarm function?

              4.On page 12 of the manual under the column key function you say ..."During a call,record a call conversation (press and hold) camera key.But it works not. Hats off to you SAMSUNG.

              Sir, there are so problems faced by me like other customrs,I have read them on the internet,and rueing the day this set SCH W299 duo touch was purchased.

              Now u are requested either to replace the set or change the software of the set.This way u will really win the hearts of the owners of SCH W299 duo touch.

                Dear sir,
                This is to inform you that, my front load washing machine is not working properly. I had already complained about the above in your service centre atleast 3 times. From there, one of your engineer came, told about the fault and went away by saying that it needs a new motor.

                I again complained there but they showed no response. Kindly send someone to alter its fault as soon as possible.

                SAMSUNG FRONT LOAD WASHING MACHINE — WARRANTY SUPPORT

                Hi
                I bought one of the top model of samsung washing machin fully automatic front load in Oct 08 at Hyderabad, This machin has started giving problem since last month . I called customer care and logged complaint. Engineer reported twice and inform us the motor is not working and is not available in Hyderabad service center and will be delivered from Delhi..It almost more than 10 days ..No one replied us what happen to our complaint..I called many time to call center and same rutin answer we are getting.

                I have all products of samsung and was prity happy about the service we got it in Mumbai ..But at Hyderabad its really pathetic experiance ..This machin cost me 34, 000/0 Rs and started giving problem within a year..Which is really painful...

                Samsung/ Front load washing machine — Poor customer service and ignorance of customer request

                Hi ,
                I own Samsung front load washing machine.Its still under warranty period. for past 1 month the washing machine is not working. I booked a complaint with customer care executive. They advised that the service executive will come to my my home with in two days to resolve problem. But it took three weeks that too after the several follow up calls from my side. After all he dint fixed the issue but he assured the fixed the issue and call cutomer care number if nay problem occured. he dint have patient to wait till the one wash completes. the same problem occured again . I even raised another complaint and waiting for the service executive to come. These kind of worthless company's and services to be punished at any cost.Kindly take corrective action.

                  I have purchased Samsung Microwave Oven model no CE103VD, Sl no 21437DBS802743D, on 25 Jan 2010,from Sterling Enterprise Agra. Since beginning this oven is having problem i.e. Whenever we roast/bake PAPAD or PIZZA, the centre portion about 1 inch dia remain uncooked.
                  At the same time we did not get working DEMO of this oven.
                  For the above, I have lodged complaint no [protected] on 12 Sep 2010, but the same was not attended by Samsung service engineer. After making a daily call to Samsung Customer Care Ceter and approaching M/S Sterling Enterprises Agra, service engineer visited on 27 Sep. Unfortunately problem could not be shown/solved by him and he promised that he would visit again with his senior Engineer. One of their service engineer told us that design of this oven is such that centre portion would remain uncooked which is incorrect and not prevailing in microwave oven of other brand
                  Since than I am calling Samsung costumer care centre daily & every time being told that today service engineer would certainly visit. But no one visited so far.

                  Samsung — NON HEATING OF MICROWAVE

                  I have a Microwave since last 3 years through Bombay Music Centre, Jharsuguda. Before six months i am lodge a complain against non heating the microwave and one man came to my house name as Mr. Mohanty from Sambalpur and change a card and raised a bill Rs. 1200/- and service charges Rs. 250/-. I have already paid to him.

                  After 15 days the same syptom are shown in my microwave and I have informed Mr. Mohanty thrice over telephone. tille date he has not come to my house. This is very serious matter.

                  Please necessary action at your end.

                    We took samsung dubble door refrigerator in April 2010. It has bend mark on the front side of door from the date of purchase. we did complaint to shopkeeper lots of time & follow up him from last 5 month but he is not taking any action on it.

                      I PURCHASED THE DIGITAL STILL CAMERA MODEL D860 ON 09.01.09 FOR WHICH THE COMPANY OFFERED 2YRS WARRANTY ALONGWITH ONE YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY.
                      THE CAMERA STARTED MALFUNCTIONING WITHIN IT'S WARRANTY PERIOD. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER AT JAMNAGAR (DIYA COMMUNICATION) TOOK UP THE CASE ON 21.07.10.
                      I WAS ASKED 2 VISIT AFTER A WEEK. THE SERIES OF VISITS CONTINUED FOR MORE THAN 08 WEEKS IN WHICH THEY EXPLAINED THE CAMERA HAS BEEN SENT TO AHMEDABAD FOR HIGHER LEVEL RECTIFICATION.
                      I GOT MY CAMERA BACK ON 29.09.10 IN VERY BAD SHAPE. THE OPERATIONAL CAMERA WITH INFERIOR PICTURE QUALITY WAS RETURNED BACK WITH THE DEATH OF ITS POWERING ON. THE CAMERA REFUSED TO SWITCH ON EVEN AFTER PUTTING FRESH PAIR OF BATTERIES.
                      THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER HAS ADDED MORE WOES TO MY WORRIES BY MISSING THE DATA CARD OF THE CAMERA.
                      I gave my Samsung P55 camera for repairing at Anand(Guj) service center 4-5 weeks back for a complaint regarding Flash. Yet despite of several assurance from the service centre that it will get repaired soon, i havent got it yet. Everytime I go there, i am asked to come another day...I am fed up of all this because it already lead to me in depression. I decided not to purchase any of Samsung Product hereafter and I will suggest to all coming in my contact not to purchase Samsung Product. I am very very disappointed with the problems occured in the product and the way its repairing being carried out with such an extended delays...

                        On 24th of september , 2010, I Mrs. C Dasmahapatra purchased an AC (1.5 ton split ac) from Samsung (Dealer: Great Eastern Appliances Private Ltd. address- 20 old court house street kolkata 700001. ) against a cash payment of rs. 22000 only. The same was delivered to me on 26th of september 2010. The installation unit of Samsung arrived at my house on 28th of september and found that the outdoor unit compressor did not have any gas content. They installed the indoor unit and went away. We communicated with Great Eastern company and Samsung simultaneously from that very moment but till date no action has been taken. Only a technician has come over to my place to reconfirm the problem. They are even not giving any guarantee of replacing the defective outdoor unit with a new one. Instead they are trying to repair and resend it. They are not sure about their time limit and are giving us absolutely hazy updates, after repeated contacts from our side. We have a serious patient at home so we wanted a quick installation, but we have just turned out to be puppets in this show. Thus we want that stern action should be taken against so called renowned companies. thank you. contact no. [protected]

                          This one of the worst phone from samsung. when i play song from memory card .the person who is calling to my number will get network unreachable .but from phone memory it work fine.

                            I am residing in Jamnagar, Gujarat. I had provided my Samsung Mobile Model W299 in local service station of Samsung Company in Jamnagar as on 04/06/2010. Still I have not received my mobile, reason being it had been lost by service centre personal and I am taking follow-up of the same since 3.5 months.
                            I am receiving very vague replys from service center manager Mr Himanshu (mobile-[protected]). He is not providing response at all. I am very much annoyed from his misbehavioiur and his vague replies.
                            I am also taking follow-ups from Area Service Manager Mr Hardik Soni (mobile-[protected]) since last three months but he is also not taking any action. He is also not responding very well.
                            Follow-up of the same has been taken from Gujarat Service Head Mr Yogesh (mobile-[protected]). He is not attending my calls even.
                            No one is responding for this case. I Had bought this handset worth Rs 12500/-. Date of Purchase is 20/09/2009.
                            Serial no of the work order copy provided by samsung service center is A0000017B69C8C.
                            Original work order copy is with me. Request you to kindly resolve the matter on URGENT BASIS. as I am very much afraid for the service provided by samsung service center.

                              This complaint is to inform the mismatch between the feature-information(specification) given in the SAMSUNG Mobile website and the features given in the original products- SAMSUNG CHAMP GT-C3303K & GT-C3300.
                              In the SAMSUNG MOBILE Indian website everyone can find these mismatches if he or she has carefully checked the new SAMSUNG Champ mobile.
                              1. In the website (http://in.samsungmobile.com/mobile-phones/samsung-champ-camera-c3303-specificat... we can see the mobile specification where we can find camera option is shown VGA. But when we check the 3D view of the phone we can find 1.3 Megapixels camera in the back side of the phone and we can see it in all advertisement pictures of SAMSUNG Champ . But in the original phone there is only a VGA camera.
                              2. In the website (http://in.samsungmobile.com/mobile-phones/samsung-champ-camera-c3303-specificat... we can see the mobile specification where we can find connectivity option where WiFi is shown YES. But in the original phone there is no WiFi option.
                              Is SAMSUNG cheating with its Customers by giving two fake specifications of SAMSUNG CHAMP mobile? SAMSUNG mobile should correct these mismatches.

                              There is another issue in #2. They specified video recording. This particular model doesn't have camera then how can video to be recorded?

                                Dear Sir,
                                This is regarding my new purchase samsung mobile phone model no-SCH-B209, SKU-H55540K12222, RSN-RSSHSF[protected], MEID-A00000247F2520,
                                I had purchase the mobile phone on[protected] through Gitanjali cell phone Exhibition Road Patna (Bihar).
                                After purchase of this mobile within two weeks the mic was not working than i had given the complain to nearest samsung service center in patna they resolve my complain after four days.After then one day of repairing of the set again the same problems comes again i have given my set to the service center they resolve it in one day by saying that the mic of the set is changed.But sorry to say after resolving the problem through service center again the same problem comes within an hour.The mic is not working properly.

                                Just i want to know is it the service of samsung service center? In day todays life no body have extra time to these type of extra activity. Previously i am using LG sets from last four years but never get these type of problems.

                                Plz guide me what can i do with the set? If it is possible then plz change the set.

                                    I have problem with my handset which is getting automatically off and for that I had given my handset for repair to the nearest samsung service centre @ "Dumdum cossipore, kolkata-30 Devoyoti Infotech" on 8th september.

                                    They repaired it & gave after two days.It worked for a week and the same problem rose again.I again submitted my handset for repair to the above mentioned service centre on 18thseptember & they called me after 10days but when I reached there on the given date they said me it will take 20-25moredays or may take more. later I called your customer care executive but they do not gave any proper rsponse and I was left helpless.

                                    sir, I'm a class 11th student & staying here all alone and I have no other means of communication to contact my parents & friends and this is creating a great enconvenience to me.

                                    so sir I want you to take some prompt action regarding my complaint as soon as you can so that I shall rely on you in future and for this act I ever will remain grateful to you.

                                      On receipt of the SAMSUNG DIGITAL CAMERA ES65 (10.2 Mega Pixel) on 25.09.2010, it was kept for charging after insertion of battery BP70A into battery's port. It was revealed that the RED light glows momentarily while switching it for charging and then AMBER light glows continuously. GREEN light never comes after charging for hours together.It seems battery is not getting charged.Hence, it is not possible to power ON the Camera.

                                        I bought a Samsung 210 litre refrigerator for Pai Electronics, Indiranagar Bangalore on September 3, 2010. On delivery it was notice that the Table Top was damaged. The complaint was registered with Pai Electronics on September 5, 2010. After which the Samsung Engineers visited and told they would replace the refrigerator with the new one.

                                        It has been almost one month now and no one either from the dealer or Samsung has bothered to call and inform me on the status of the complaint.

                                        it is absolutely rediculous.

                                        Samsung — delivery of a damaged refrigerator

                                        I bought a new refriegerator from samsung on the 5th of oct.they sent me a piece on 8th night that had a dent on the door.it was a 570 ltr refrigerator ,on 9th I filed a complaint with the company they assured me that they would give me a replacement or change the door by the 1st week of nov.I hav called thwm 4 times with them promising to do the needful immediately but nothing has yet been done.I would be very grateful if it could be addressed immediately.My BP no.is [protected].My address is E380 GK2,new delhi48
