Dear Sir...

i am sanjeeva reddy ..actually i have bought one DVD player in may 2007, the model
( MAX DT-55 DVD HOME THEATRE) , i have got some problem with that device and i kept that in kadapa samsung service centre two months back ...from then onwards i visited that centre for 20 times ... no response ,,they r saying like my technician is in leave and i don't have the spares ..and also finally they told me that we can't able to repair this ...finally they said that u can take it back ....i surprised and i have decided to raise the complaint to consumer court.....

      The comprehensive warranty covers for 12 months while the Compressor - 60 months (5 years)

      Electric power supply to the Refrigerator is alright as the inside light is glowing. However, the compressor is not working.

      Samsung India / Refrigerator — Unable to Repair

      I have a Samsung Refrigerator Model SR42NHRGHL/XTL for which I approached the Samsung service center Phoenix Servicez for repairs in May 2008. Since that time their service technician visited my place several times and replaced from compressor to fan and various switches for which I was charged over Rs 5, 800, but still as of July 11, 2008 the fridge remains unworkable. The have kept the fridge in their workshop for a week and still the problem remains. Their technicians and service engineers remain clueless about the problem, meantime my woes mount daily. It is the worst product I have bought as it has given me breakdowns every so often.

      Sub: Complaint against your costumer care executives for not attending the complaint as well as not giving positive response.

      I have purchased a double door Sansung Fridge (RT32ZBLB1), CH No. 5474ZAS700047 on 12.11.2009 from New Baraco Electronics (regd), Uttan Nagar, New Delhi. There was some problem in my fridge and made a complaint on 04.10.2010 (Complaint no. [protected]). Your engineer attended the complaint on 05.10.2010 and asked me to deposit the amount of Rs. 1300/- towards repairing charges of the defected part. I told him that this fridge is under guarantee period and I am not liable to pay any charges during guarantee period. It was categoraly told by him that if you know anybody in company or having any source than only it can be replaced free of cost otherwise it will be chargeable. Further it is to mention here that the way of talking of you engineer is very rash and not matching with the professional guidelines of an international company like Samsung. This means, if anybody do not have any source, than he will be blackmailed like me by your representatives.

      From Last seven days, I have made around 35 to 40 complaints in your costumer care and wasted around Rs 400/- in phone calls with mentally disturbance but not action has been taken by them. They have given the phone no. of area representative Mr. Suresh Chander. I requested him also but he is only enjoying with my phone calls instead of taking any action to attend my complaint. Now, neither he nor any body in his office attending my phone calls. Under these circumstances where shall I go? Now I am feeling to have a great mistake by purchasing the Samsung product.

      I am sorry to submit, if this type of service you are providing than there is no use to stay with Samsung product and would request to take back this product and refund my money.

      I purchased a refrigerator, model- RT 26HCRRI from pittappillil agencies, toll jn, Ernakulam, Kerala on 07/02/2011. It stoped working in the next day. A complaint registered and the reference no: is [protected]. The dealer deny to replace the same. Kindly do the need full to replace the same.

        I had given my Samsung Monte for repair as it was getting restarted automatically. The service station says that they will change the PCB of the phone. But its over a month now and I am not getting any kind of positive response from them. This is not at all feasible and tolerable.

          Dear sir,
          please note that the Samsung cdma/gsm hand set was dt.09/11/2009 from Reliance webworld,Gomtinagar,Lucknow,U.P.,bearing model no. SCHW299 (no.-FQCID/A3LSCHW299)
          for Rs.12,000/-apx.
          After two month's o[censored]se the touch screen stopped working,and a great difficulty is being faced
          by me.
          The Samsung service centre staff at Lucknow always takes an excuse of the non availability of the touch screen in stock,every time the visit is made.
          PLEASE DO GUIDE ME AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM.
          Please do the needful at the earliest.

            Hello,

            I have Purchased a brand new SAM SUNG split AC Model no:- AS183USB on May-29-

            2010 in Hyderabad city at "METRO cash n carry"

            The Brand new Out door unit is having multiple Dents, as it was realised during the Installation process at my home i have carried the OD unit back to METRO they suggested me to take back the pice as Samsung service team will resolve this directly at my home
            I have not checked the sealed piece at METRO with a belief in the Quality process of Metro now i know their operational efficiency

            The issue was raised in Sam sung CC and Metro Customer Care,on 30-May-2010 till now 10 complaints were logged against Ref BPID: [protected]

            on 7-7-2010 i was asked my Mr. Ahmed from Metro to contact Mr. Ramesh from SAMSUNG, Andhra pradesh, Mr. Rames committed and said to me he will organise with replacement / refund. he sent the local Kukatpally area team and collected the documents, Metro bill, S.No of ID & OD units, after 30 day i was now told the complaint is closed as they were asked to close the call by Ramesh, when i contacted Mr. Ramesh he said he is not responsible and he suggested me to get this resolved by METRO only

            Back to Square 1 at METRO, after 65 day from the day of Purchase of Brand new piece,
            why should i live with this Issue when i have spent Brand new price do you expect me to live with multiple dented piece?

            METRO:Now as a final call i would request to resolve the issue you have to realise the Pain i am going through wasting my efforts do i need this because I am your customer?

            SAMSUNG: my mobile, my refrigerator, my washing machine all are SAMSUNG now have you decide to suffer the loyal customer let me know.

            I lost my patience i am irritated and i want to handle this in better way if the Senior management fail to take this issue on their heads i will proceed for my justice

            Hi Consumer complaints team,

            I am happy to share this update the issue is resolved by METRO cash n carry

            Metro team has given me a Stocke Exhange with LG 5 star rating with better features with no extra cost, also metro has taken the responsibility to supply at door step and Install in my premises including de-installation of the exisitng SAMSUNG AC at Metro cost

            I sincerely thank METRO Germany Team, Banglore Customer relations, Buying Team and Finally METRO Hyderabad, GM operations and Customer Relations Manager for giving this option and giving the importance to the CUSTOMER RELATIONS & SATISFACTION.

            Thanks to the Forum and all support team.

              I bought this mini notebook PC last year in September. It started giving issues after 2 months after that. The screen would flicker a lot an would work only in a particular position. Since the initial issue wasn't that big, I started living with it. Once it became a real nuisance, I went to the service center and got it rectified. That time it was done promptly and my notebook was fixed on the first visit.

              Later after 6 months, various softwares on the machine started failing ( I used to get random Cyclic Redundancy Errors). On diagnosing, it was found that the hard disk has developed bad sectors.

              I went to the service center to get it checked. The first response was that since the laptop is in working condition, the hard disk must be fine. They simply would not accept that there is something wrong with the hard disk. I had to show them the Windows Diagnostic Results. Still they told that item needs to be checked using their proprietary diagnostic utilities. I had to leave my laptop for a week's time at the service center.

              Later they agreed to replace the hard disk but since the replacement part wasn't in the stock, they offered me to take back the laptop and once the replacement would arrive, they'd call me and I can come again to get the issue rectified.

              I brought the laptop back to realize that the samsung guys have totally started ignoring my calls. Never did they reply back to update me on what's the status of my replacement. I used to call them nearly on the daily basis and after about 15 days they called me and told me to come back next week since the guy who was to fix my machine was on leave.

              Another week gone.

              When I came back, and the service guy (Shamshad Ali) was back, I was told that I had to submit the laptop again, for it was needed to be with the service center, while they order the replacement. It's to be noted that till that time the replacement part wasn't ordered.

              I had to again give the laptop to them.

              Another week gone.

              Even this time, I had to inquire about the replacement. Those guys never bothered to call me up.

              When I arrived at the service center and they were about to replace my hard disk, I just realized that they were going to replace my 160GB hard disk with a 60GB version.

              I intervened and came to know that the part had wrongly arrived.

              The part had to be ordered again.

              This time I was told to take back the laptop with me and that I can use it till the time the replacement arrives again.

              Its to be noted that more than a month had passed till this time.

              At my home, when I started using the laptop, i realized that the battery life had dropped drastically from earlier 5+ hours level to less than 40 minutes.

              I called the customer service and I was told to go through a battery recalibration process, which I did and still the results were bad.

              This thing was notified to Shamshad Ali and he agreed to fix the battery as well.

              The laptop is still with the service center. More than 6 weeks have passed since the item this issue was reported to the service center folks.

                I purchased a 22" Samsung LCD TV Model LA22A450 on 04 May 2009 form Vijay Sales, Opera House, Mumbai. Exacly in 16 months, the TV screen started showing faded colours and there was no video output. I lodged a complaint with Customer Care immediately on 12 Sep 10 and the Service Engineer visited our place on 13 Sep 10. He examined and told us that the LCD panel has gone bad and needs to be replaced. He said this would csot Rs 8000.

                I bought this TV for Rs 16,500 in mid 2009 and within less than a year and a half if I have to spend 50% of the cost of the new TV for repairs, it sounds rather ridiculous.

                I am a serving officer of the Armed Forces, presently posted at Mumbai. My complaint ref no is [protected].Would request you to look into this issue.

                  Request Dehradun Dealer ''GAYLORD'' to provide a Duplicate Copy of Bill. The request has not been taken care of since last 1 week. The machine is broken down due to spare request by Samsung Technician who visited my residence to check the machine. My original bill is misplaced.
                  Machine is still under Warranty.

                    I have larged a complaint through u r toll free no [protected].and obtained the complaint no. [protected] on 05.09.2010. This Complaint was attended by your service Engineer on 06.09.10. and informed that there was a problem in mother board of which tobe replaced. Then I asked him to replace with the new one because the piece was purchased by me on 05.08.10. through your dealer Vasanth & co . Purshvakkam - chennai -600 010. Then your service Enginer contacted his superiors and agreed to replace the same with new one. Afterwards, I have received phone calls your officials stating that they are convincing me to get it repaired of which iam not at all interested. now i request you to replaced the same immidiety.

                        Samsung — Not returning back the AC

                        Samsung complaint number is - BP [protected]

                        This all started a month back, the problem being compressor was not working. We called Samsung service and they came and said the capacitor has to be changed and they charged us Rs. 800. After we changed the capacitor we got another problem of ice formation at the indore unit. Again we called the service center, they said they will continue with the same service complaint number and send a person.

                        One service guy came and said there is less gas in it which is causing Ice and said it will cost 2000. He went off saying he dont have the tools to fill gas and after 3 days some people came without proper intimation and took away both(inner and outer) the units saying it will cost us 3000.

                        It is almost 10 days and they didnt install the AC back. We follow up every day by calling the service center and the tool free number and every time they say - will check and get back in 1/2 hr. But no one called back. Later one person called from service center and said it will cost 3300 to fill gas. We said gas leak is not our falt, it is because of the service guy who changed the capacitor, later they said they will check and do the needfull. After 2 days one person called and siad even the capicitor has gone and need to change that as well which will cost approx a total of 5500.

                        The bill kept on increasing for us and now we dont know where is our product. They said on 29th that they will bring it back the same day, but till now they didnt install it back and we are not sure where the product is currently. We lost our product.

                          I am writing this complaint after being completely harassedby personnel at Samsung Service center at Bangalore i.e.
                          Samsung Indian Electronics Pvt Ltd
                          #9, 1st Phase 27th Main,
                          Ring Road
                          BTM Layout, Bangalore-76.

                          This all started happening on 24-04-10 when self had gone to said service center to get my Mobile phone touch screen rectified as it was not working complaint no. WA [protected] and self was told that touch screen was out of stock and will get it touch as soon as it comes but even after waiting for more than a month to my astonishment there was no call from the service center.
                          Later, called up the service center and briefed that now touch screen is available therefore, I can come and get it rectified in 15 mins. I went on 28-05-10 around 16:00 hrs to the service center and there waited for more than an hour for my turn to come.

                          Staff Mr. Srinivas came and took the complaint Work order no. 287 and said he will get back to me once the phone is rectified. Self went on following Monday i.e. 31-05-10 and still the phone was not ready.
                          I stay very far away from the service center that is almost 50 kms away but still i went on 05-06-10 at 16:00 hrs when checked was informed by the manager Mr. Prakash that Mr. Srinivas is not on duty therefore to come some other and also gave Mr. Srinivas's Number i.e [protected] but i still persuaded him to handed over the phone to me as i was coming from far away but was told that phone has to be collected from Mr. Srinivas only.

                          Self came back again on 12-06-10 to catch Mr. Srinivas to collect my phone. Self handed over challan to Mr. Srinivas, he came with the phone of same model and said there was some circuit problem also which was not there at all apart from the touch screen. Self checked on the phone and to my shock the phone was not mine as the IMEI no. was not matching which was on the work order and the purchase bill. When asked for a clarification on the same Mr. Srinivas said "ITS OK AND YOU CAN KEEP THIS PHONE and also said " YOU CAN GIVE ME THE ORIGINAL BILL AND I WILL CHANGE THE IMEI NUMBER AND PUT THE COMPANY SEAL" and took the bill changed the IMEI number and said "THIS SHOULD BE FINE" this really frustratedand how can SAMSUNG do such blunder and staff having such a casual and an illegal attitude and said I want the same phone back.

                          Mr. Srinivas said that give me some time i will search for the and will it back to you, infact he also told he will give me a call. BUT as usual didnt recieve any call and self had to call again and was told that phone is lost and again the famous saying he will get back to me.

                          Till date no call from his side. Really want an explanation from SAMSUNG whether they give this sort of service to their customer. Infact this was the 1st and the last product that I have used of samsung. I was very very deeply attached with the mobile phone as it was an engagement gift from my fiancee.
                          I think if there is no reply from your side i will have to move to consumer court.

                          I bought samsung star few months back and now its handsfree is not working, so when conatcted service center of samsumg mobile (which is at ghatkopar) said they dont have in stock and ask me to submit my handfree before and they will call me once they get the stock. They said they will receive in 5 days and they will call me.
                          I submitted my handfree on 19/02/2009 but till date I didnt received any call from them and when contacted they said they still did not received the stock from company and every week they say that they will get it in next week.......

                          Such poor services was not expected from samsung, so please help me what to do.
                          My mobile is under warranty period.
                          So please help ??????????
                          And guys please avoid samsung....because they dont care once there product is sold.....

                                We have to visit mobile clinic at Ranjit park ludhiana again and again to get mobile REPAIRED IN WARRANTY.My mobile first did not getting charge,after 10 days it was given back say it is ok now. on checking it was found that that charging but discharging in 10 minuts. VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE.

                                the service center is in very small place with little staff to handle customers. suffocating with 10 people in side, people have to stand outside in heat. I NEVER EXPECTED SUCH A STUATION FROM A BRAND LIKE SAMSUNG.

                                i purchsed samsung mobile M-2710..it was working well till 6 month but suddenly it was doing auto matly switch off or on.......i go to service center motinagar they said ...u go to another service cnter rajori...they told its mother bord not working ...so u wait for 7 days when the part come to us we will inform u... but no call...after 10 days i went .they replied it will take another 25 days... i said ok...after 25 days i went again...they refer to kalkaji.....in kal kaji they said keep this set here it will take 10 days to recover...but now from 2nd august ..till now they r pretanding ...again nd again.......i complain in customer care they r giving me mangars no most of no showing switch off.one of them working but they were dong busy.... now my waaranty period is going to be over so pls tell me what should i do.....

                                    We had purchased Samsung Referigerator in 2005 (double door) but for the last 3 months it has been giving problem of excessive cooling in upper portion and very less or no cooling in the lower portion. Samsung Engineers have visited our place number of times but have failed to rectify the fault and now they say it cant be rectified as the inner wool-lining has expanded from inside. They advised us to keep two packing under the front legs, it may improve but unfortunately even by doing so situation is same. Our submission is if it is a manufacturing defect, the samsung should replace this with new fridge at their cost.

                                    sir, i had purchased samsung side by side refrigerator this year in feb from kanpur. the packed refrigerator was shifted to gurgaon where i presently live. my complain is that the fridge does not cool as it should work.i have givena nmbr of complaints where few executives cam and visited us and suggested us to put a stabilizer which we did. but the same condition exists and all the visiting executives come up with the same story.how can i fridge of this model cannot sustain the coldness if there is electicity problem. we are having 100%back up and still the problem persisits.
                                    my compalin is that i want to change my fridge as the earliset possible time becoz in this summer time we are not able to cope up with a disgusted fridge.
                                    i cannot expect such a big comapny selling these type of products.

                                    Samsung — No cooling in my Fridge

                                    I have logged call# [protected] with SAMSUNG call center 40 days back. After keep on calling to call center they send one technician and he just replaced one part and colleted 900/-Rs from us. It was worked for 10 days and again started COOLING issue, agaian after 2 dyas technician came repalce the part. again after 10 days faced the same proble like this till now having the same issue.

                                    Its really hell to the customer to get technician to come for repair and frequent repairs of SAMSUNG fridge.

                                    I have purchased one Samsung make 1.5T split A/C on 25/04/2010 from Vijay sales Andheri(w),Mumbai, financed by Bajaj Auto Finance for 8 monthly installments of 3125/-, however the machine after installments was not cooling and Samsung Engg told me that the outdoor unit was faulty, a new outdoor unit was delivered by a new one on 05/05/2010 and installed later but due to leakage in the indoor unit the machine could not be put on. Samsung engg visited our residence on 11/05/2010 checked and rectified the mistake of water leakage. We could enjoy the A/C on 11/05/2010 night because again when we put on the A/C on 12/05/2010 night we found that again due to some problem there was no cooling. We lodged a complaint with Samsung complaint no [protected] dated 12/05/2010. Samsung engg again visited our residence on 14/05/2010 at about 12:30 Hrs and informed us that the indoor unit was faulty and needs to be replaced. We complained to Vijay sales executive Ms Deepika in writing who refused to accept our letter and sign it.I personally talked to Mr Rehan-mobile no [protected] (Samsung authorised service centre in Mahim in charge) who refused to give give anything in writing stating it was against company policy. I talked to Mr Kazi Phone no[protected]/25138180 on 14/05/2010 at about 15:30 hrs who promised to solve the matter before the end of the day. I need the letter to get my Loan cancelled from Bajaj Auto Finance since I am thinking of not buying the samsung product.
                                    What should I do in such a case and who can help me ? I am mentally harrased and tortured by Samsung and Vijay sales. Can you help me resolve this problem ?

                                      I brought (Samsung Corby pro GT-B5310) mobile phone on 14/04/2010 from Planet M retail Limited, E- 106 city center sector -1 Salt lake, Kolkata-700064. With One year warranty.

                                      On[protected] all of sudden touch screen was got hanged and stop working then I approached to the Samsung service center (System & Services, 1130, Survey park, 793B purbalok saltlec, kolkata) they have kept the phone for 1 week and when they returned it the touch pad was working but the LCD screen was showing black dots and it was blinking, then the service center kept the phone for another 3 days and changed the LCD and touch panel and returned on[protected], now again on[protected] the same problem was arises this time when I approached to the service center they are saying due to moisture and humid weather this problem is arrived and that is not covered under warranty from the company.
                                      And to rectify that workshop is asking Rs.5500.

                                        Samsung — Regarding the Reimbursement of the washing machine

                                        We purchased the above mentioned Washing machine model for Rs. 9990/- with invoice no: dated 1st Jan 2010 from Croma-Star Bazaar, Kormangala, Bangalore.

                                        Down the usage period of the washing machine for 8 months, we faced an issue with our machine that its not getting on though the power supply is correctly given.

                                        We registered a complaint with the Samsung Service Centre on 27th Aug 2010 and the techinal engineer who visited our placed reported that the PCI board has burst out and also said that 'Since its within Warranty period the washing machine can be replaced'.

                                        We then visited the Samsung service center located in BTM-Silkboard Road, Bangalore and enquired resarding the same with the concerned person Mr. Babu Rao.

                                        He assured us that the amount of the machine would be reimbursed as a cheque in the name of my husband within 15-20 working days. Hence, after 15-20 days we have been trying to get the status of our cheque, but all time in vain.

                                        We get various lame excuses from the same person as he post-pones the time-period by each week and its been more than a month (from the date of registering complaint) we are running after this. I am really frustated with your customer service and never face such a situation.
