sir we have purchased the washing machine in Diwali,09. In the month of July it was not working so i had send a mail via my mail id [protected]@yahoo.co.in on 30th july to support.[protected]@samsung.com but no action was taken after that on 25th of august i had made a complain via my cell no. [protected] in the name of Kiran Mimani one executive came to my home and told that he has to change the parts and at present it was not available.On 18th of September i again called several times then afterwards they had changed the parts on 20th of September. But on the next day i.e. 21st september it was again not working i talked with the customer care several times but they are saying yes we will.
Sir now I need a replacement of the same as it creates a lot of problem.

    In February 2010, I had bought an LCD TV and I had financed it thru Shriram City Union Finance Ltd. I had given 8 cheques (Rs.2933) per instalmment. They have encashed first three cheques( i.,e February, March and April). So, I think it was going smooth and i didnt observe my account on regular basis whether the cheques are getting cleared or not. In the month of July when I checked my account there is a charge of Rs.350/- debit (cheque refund). Then I checked up with the bank and cross checked my account and came to understand that n the month of July, I found that they have presented three cheques at a time and even without intimating me in advance. Because of that, out of the three cheques one cheque got bounced as there is less amount in my account at that time. Though after seeing the charges, I put the sufficient fund in my account, I have to bear the charges.

    Then I tried to reach the shriram city union finance people through the vendor where I purchased the TV. The executive (looking after shriram finance) has given the number of some collection person (Mr.Gnanam). However, he never picks up the call or never gives calls back. That is another story. Then I checked up in net and find the contact numbers of Shriram City Union finance, chennai. When I try land line number, they given two cell phone numbers. When I tried one of those numbers, they have given me another number and asked me to contact there. At last, when I reached respective call center executives they took my contact number and told me that they will contact. I tried to get some proper details from them to clear off that cheque (which is bounced) several times. But invain. Finally, yesterday, when I reached one executive, she told me that the balance in my account was showing Rs.3708. Then I told her that my instalment amount is only Rs.2933. Then she told me that there are cheque dis honour charges Rs.500 and late payment charges Rs.275. When asked her she told me to contact the Manager for the extra charges reversal.
    Today (24.09.10) when I approached the accountant of the branch, and explained the entire story, he said, he agreed that the problem is with the company for not presenting cheques properly (each month) and extra charges were levied and for the reversal we have to wait for branch manager. Finally, when we approached the branch manager (Mr.Meenakshi Sundaram), after a long heated argument, he said he cannot do any thing for the cheque bounce charges and we have to pay the amount in full to get the NOC. However, he agreed to weive the late payment charges though.

    We can feel from his cruel smile that we were cheeted by them, and they got one more "bakara" (The Scapegoat) and got the extra money to their account.

    Though the fault is with the branch of not informing the consumer (me) and presenting three cheques in the same month, they say, they cannot reverse Rs.500/-. Because of this, I have paid Rs.850/- extra (including bank charges) from my pocket totally.

    As I got irritated with the behavior, I thought of getting relieved from the obligation and I have paid the total amount Rs.3433 (Rs.2933+Rs.500) and got the NOC.

    We came to understand from the other customers, that I am not only the person suffered like this and there are other customerss as well suffering same kind of issues. In their case, though the consumer opted for ECS, they have not taken the money and after two months, they are asking that customer to pay the instalment and the late charges etc. She (that customer) was shouting at the branch people and went to file the case.

    I feel, Shriram city union finance is cheeting people by way of initially giving (saying) the loan at 0% finance and they collect extra amount in other form (not showing as interest) before closing the loan, by means of not presenting cheques in each month, not clearing ECS each month and accumule the same so that the consumers cannot meet the obligation in the same period.

    The hight of paying amount is, they dont accept new cheque (which I carried) and only we have to pay in Cash to clear the amount for which we have to run 2 KM to reach an ATM to withdraw the amount. After getting the payment receipt, we have to rush to ground floor, where we can get the NOC.

    Another hight of getting NOC in the ground floor is, we have to a xerox copy (ouside their office premises with our expenses) and present to the executive. Then she has given the NOC and a blank cover to keep the NOC inside the cover youself. (Great thing to observe, they dont ask you to get the blank cover from outside so that they keep the NOC in the cover)

    So, Be aware of.

    As i had taken the loan againt LCD TV from Future Money and I have already full fill my loan to Future Money.I have had ask for NOC but still i didn't recieved my NOC.

      Sub: Non working of Samsung Duos 259 Mobile Dual Sim Purchased on 17.9.2010 and since then it is not operative. Harassment made by your staff

      Sir,

      I am lawyer by profession and having two mobile numbers [protected] (TATA) , [protected] (AIRTEL) and for the two sim cards I purchased Samsung Duos 259 Mobile Dual Sim (CDMA & GSM) from Khushal communication at Khasra no. 261/1, Main Road Chattar Pur, New Delhi 110074 at around 8.30 pm on 17.9.2010 vide receipt no. 1590. I came back to home and the same mobile phone. The same mobile handset did not work. Thereafter I put it on charging for the entire day. I found that after putting it on charging it display message that charging is pause in order to avoid battery loss.

      Despite placing it on charging it did not worked and thereafter on 19.9.2010 I called your customer care centre at [protected] and where my complaint was registered vide complaint no. [protected] and the customer care executive informed that technical expert will call me soon. After two-three hours I received a call from the technical team who told me to contact your service centre at SCO 35, Huda Market Sector 31, Gurgaon. I hired a taxi and when I reached the said place on 21.9.2010 then I was informed by somebody that this office has been shifted to shop no. 9, Furniture market, N Block, South City 1, Near Sector 40, Gurgaon.
      I took a taxi and I reached to shop no. 9, Furniture market, N Block, South City 1, Near Sector 40, Gurgaon where was not entertained by anybody and after one hour when I took it hard then I was entertained by some jyotsna who was on reception. Thereafter I was given no. 25 and again after waiting for more than half an hour I was allowed to met the service engineer who told me that the set is not repairable and it is to be changed as it is a company policy that a set to be replaced with a new one if it shows any defect within seven days from the date of purchase of the mobile phone.

      Again I approached to Ms. Jyotsna who refused to prepare any D.O. and accordingly I requested Mr. Pushpender to help me out. Mr. Pushpender asked me to wait for ten minutes and he took more than 45 minutes. Thereafter he again took the mobile to check whether there is any moisture or not inside the mobile. The service engineer found no moisture and he again recommended for issuance of D.O.

      Thereafter I again approached Ms. Jyotsna who took more than 30 minutes in preparing the D.O. and when she was about to complete the same, she asked the charger of the mobile. I said that charger is at home. On hearing this she shouted that I have wasted her time. She said to bring the charger otherwise no D.O. will be issued. I said Mr. Jyotsna that I will handover the charger to the dealer at the time of giving him the said mobile. I also requested to mention the same on the D.O. but Ms. Jyotsna refused the same. I approached Mr. Pushpender but he also took me hard and said that he is unable to do any thing for customer like me. It took me more than three hour at the service station.
      Thereafter I again went to the said customer centre today on 24.9.2010 by taxi but again the same drama occurred. I was directed to rush after every person and when I was not listened then I asked Ms. Jyotsna to connect me to the senior. Thereafter Ms. Jyotsna heard me and refused to issue saying that the said mobile set could not be replaced or no D.O. could be issued as seven days have already passed. It is submitted that the said mobile was purchased on 17.9.2010 at around 8.30 and today is 24.9.2010. As per calculation today is the seventh day but ms. Jyotsna told me a new method of calculation of days. She calculated 17.9.2010 as first completed day and according to him seven days have already been passed. Thereafter I again approached all person but did not get any help. Finally I requested jyotsna to connect me to some senior. She gave me contact no. [protected] of Mr. Sandeep who reiterated the same thing and said that I have to keep the said set and they will not replace the same at any cost. He said that it is company policy not to replace the set and not to entertain the customers like me. When I said to him that it is a case of deficiency in services then he told me he has seen many lawyers like me.
      Finding no result I came back to home and writing this complaint to me. I have purchased the said mobile for 6600/- and thereafter I have spent more than Rs. 1600/- on transportation etc. excluding the wastage of my time.

      Please imagine that if such kind of harassment can occur to a lawyer then what would be the fate of general public. Please take necessary action against your staff as well as do the needful to change the said mobile within three days from today failing which I shall be constrained to file criminal as well as civil proceedings against you.

      i purchased samsung chat c-3222 on 16/01/2011.since the day i purchased it is no working properly, really it is dead.i went to customer care thrice they are not responding to my problem, k.k.service centre ghaziabad even area service manager is not looking after my problem, i contact him twice...now what can i do & what is your immediate action...

        I have purchase a LED TV on Dt 21.09.2010 and three days passed no body comes for Instalation of the same. I have contacted there service centre at Agra they told that they are very bussy.If they are not providing the better after sales service then there is no use of purchasing the samsung products.
        I will also advice my friends and relative that not to purchase the Samsung products

SO HAVE TAKEN NEW BATTERY(AB503442CU-800mh)ON 5TH AUG2010 FROM YOUR VISAKHAPATNAM- SERVICE CENTER, WHO GOT BATTERY FROM CHENNAI ,CHARGING ME Rs.800/- THIS BATTERY IS CHARGING FULLY BUT NOT SUSTAINING MORE THAN 10 CALLS OF 1 MINUTE EACH. I HAD AGAIN SHOWED IT IN VISAKHAPATNAM SERVICE CENTER(Ph:[protected]. THEY SAID THEY ARE HELP LESS AND NO GUARANTEE FOR BATTERY. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD OR I SHOULD SEEK THE HELP OF CONSUMER COURT FOR IT.

            Dear Sir

            I have bought 1 DVD Player of Samsung Co. from Navrang Electronics on 3rd January 2010. The DVD Player is not working since June 2010 and I have informed in Samsung Customercare on 7August 2010 vide Complaint No.[protected] for non working of DVD. After registering complaint one Engineer visited at my home and informed that one part of DVD Player to replaced. But as on till date the comapny has not replaced the part nor someone visited for replacement of part. I am daily contacting customercare and almost Rs. 1000/- spent on phone calls, but they reply PART IS NOT AVAILABLE.

            I would like to request Samsung senior officials please replace my DVD at the earliest otherwise I will go to Consumer Court.

              After getting information about the samsung champ mobile from the authorised website I have purchased a samsung company mobile samsung champ c3303 ,but now i am not founding the features in the mobile ,in there website they have mentioned that this phone support WIFI service but in realy the phone does not support this ,but now i have purchased mobile and feeling difficulties so what can i do ,i just want that they should be change my set or give me the all features of this mobile they have mentioned on there website ,or give me my money back

                On 11/09, my LCD stopped functioning (No power going in). I complained immediately on the Samsung Call number and was given a complaint no.[protected] and was assured that a service personnel would visit my place on the same day or the next day.

                NOTHING HAPPENED.

                I kept calling up the Call center and was assured each and every time that someone will surely visit TODAY.
                Finally a person visited on 17/10 and after checking the details informed me that some part needs to be changed and he needs a couple of days to procure the same and he would come back on the 21st to fix it.

                NOTHING HAPPENED.

                I started calling the call center again from 22nd, but as usual they have no clue.
                THE PRODUCT IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY AND THEY WILL EARN MONEY ON THIS COMPLAINT. SO I DONT KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE IS.

                DID I MAKE A MISTAKE BUYING A SAMSUNG PRODUCT???

                IS SOMEONE FROM SAMSUNG LISTENING?????????????????????????

                  I had purchased a Samsung CDMA handset in the month of April'10. But since last one month its touch screen is not working properly. I had visited your samsung repairing office thrice in last 15days & they are not giving me any service.

                  Even their senior guy stationed at bhubaneswar is not picking my calls these days. I am really shocked & fed up with the kind of service your team is providing. They cant arrange for a part for last one month even their behaviour is not acceptable.

                  I expect that your team would note my points seriously & help me with my issue on priority basis.

                  Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  I have bought a Samsung Corby CDMA handset from Tata Hub Model No. SCH-F339 CK24 but am not avable to watch the Mobile tv on it. I have reported the same to the customer care division of both Samsung and TATA INDICOM but they have not been able to solve the problem. will you please help me how to start tata zone internet and mobile tv my mobile no is [protected] and e mail is [protected]@rediffmail.com

                    I have mobile model Samsung GT-C6625 purchased in Feb,2010. Now mobile has problem in windows media player and incoming and sms ringtone. I have deposited my mobile for servicing at your service centre Mobile Dot Com at G-2, Sri Ram Tower, Ashok Marg, Lucknow with work order no. WA[protected] dated 22.09.2010 with the verbal assurance that mobile will be returned back after service on 23.09.2010. Today personnel of your service centre informed me that my mobile will be returned back on monday i.e. 27.09.2010. Is it your after sale services??? You take so long time to give serivces. Your service centres are not fully equipped with all accessories of mobiles so that the services may be given within 2 or 3 hours?
                    I am not satisfied with your after sale services. My contact no. is [protected].
                    Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                      this is to bring to your notice that we bought a samsung 32" lcd in the name of amit soni, mob. no. [protected] six months back we had a problem a snow in the set, we reported the matter to your customer care cell, your executive came & i am very sorry to say that he opened the set & the quality of picture got even worse and now unfortunately we are in no state to watch anything becoz of peisistent problem inspite of spending so much money on tv set. even the executive confirmed that problem increased becoz he opened the set & we were not informed. we have time & again reported the matter to your customer care, but the reponse we got was pathetic. it is requested of you to take necessary action at the earliest & if the reponse is not prompt then i, ve no choice but to report the matter to consumer court to get it resolved.

                        I wish to complain about the pathetic state of customer service provided by Samsung. I purchased a Samsung washing machine in September 2009 and from the time I bought it I have been facing problems. I have been calling the customer service number since the month of April 2010 to get my washing machine serviced but my pleas for a technician to visit is ignored time & again. In the month of April a technician Mr. Amit Gupta did visit, however he was unable to identify the problem (the clothes are getting rust stains on them) and said that a senior technician has to look into the problem. In spite of repeated calls thereafter to the customer service center ([protected]) they are informing me that someone will give us a call back in half an hour but it has been months and no one is interested in calling us back. We keep calling them and their standard excuse is that the service center will call us back in HALF AN HOUR but no one bothers to call. I have spoken to supervisors in the call center who said my call will be returned but hours have moved to days and days have moved to months and I am still waiting for a call back. If you pull up the call history you will see how many times I have called this month alone.

                        I also do have a number of a Mr. Vishwajeet ([protected]) who keeps telling us he will visit but he has not come and it has reached a stage where he is now ignoring our calls. As a result of this delayed response, our warranty is also now expired (although the ticket is still open as we launched it in April and again in August & September). I am tired of all the excuses and the lack of coordination between the customer call center and the service center. I am seriously affected by this behavior and it is causing me mental stress.

                        Best way to bring this to notice I guess is now to put this up on social networking sites like Twitter, Facebook etc and let everyone know the sorry state of affairs Samsung is.

                          My mobile is stolen yesterday. I want to lock My IMEI no is [protected], model no M7603, purchase date 29/06/009
                          when I go to your service center in mumbai (bhandup dreams mall) they told me it is not possible. If you will not help me on that matter Its is very difficult to buy new high budget cellphone. ( because I want to buy another cell phone sumsung galaxy) But I think it is useless for me ( All other mobile company given this service to me when I ask them Nokia and sony)
                          I am already taken FIR against given sumsung mobile cell.

                            This is to inform you regarding your mobile phone servives. I purchased samsung champ GT-C3303 on 1/9/2010.IMEI NO. [protected].Getting a problem when am charging my moblile it was showing only one stick of pointer of charge after charging for more then one an hour,and taking maximum 4 to 5 hour for charging and suddenly get switch off between conversation.
                            Even i am also trying for the lock code number(reset setting) which is generally 12345 for the samsung model, its also not accepting this password.kindly provided me the lock code no.as per my samsung model and imei number.
                            Hoping for best response from your side.

                            samsung champ — NOT WORK PROPERLY

                            Before 7 month im bye the SUMSUNG CHAMP but this is not work properly . Bettery spend in 1 day so i have very problem and the mike so very bad the other person not hear my voice so what can i do sir pls tell me and solve my problem quike .

                            samsung champ — not working

                            my mobile is under warranty , as its just few months i have purchased ,the complaint is that after charging the phone is not working, as it gets completely off .

                            samsung champ — handset lost

                            I (Dara Singh) have bought Samsung champ 3303 i lost in makkarpura vadodara , Gujrat which have IME Nos. 356361/04/609790/9 on date 21/01/13 and help regarding Samsung such that every times we change the sim charge of message will deduct for samsung family.

                              we had made complain to samsung call centre as our television was not working.enginere came from the company and checked the tv&told us that yoke of our tv was not working and we need to install a new yoke.we told him to install it .so he told us that this installation is not possible here he has to take the tv to his work shop and he took the tv with him and bought back on 29/10/09 saying he has put a new yoke charging us 2200/-+tranportaion.now on 17/9/2010 agian my tv was not working so i called my enginere and he checked the tv and told showed us that yoke installed was a old one& bandage was put on it.i would like to know when i have paid for orignal part why this fraud is done with me.

                                Dear Sir / Madam,

                                I had purchased a Samsung LCD Model LA26B350F1LXL on 18th March 2010 and I faced multiple problems. The brief description of problems is as under:

                                1. My LCD stopped working on 06th September 2010. I registered a complaint on 07th September 2010.
                                2. I registered a compliant on 17th July 2009 11:40 a.m. and received Compliant Number - BP No: [protected]
                                3. After that I received a call from Samsung that they will replace myn LCD but after making about 10 to 15 calls between 07th September to 22nd September to get my LCD issue resolved
                                4. But its not done yet and Customer care are just telling me that they will arrange a technical team call back. But all in vein.
                                I think you will look into this matter.

                                  I bought a Samsung washing machine in July and was working fine for a week & then I left to Bahrain where I work.

                                  When I arrived home on Sept. 10th, I found the washing machine leaking when turned on. I tried the local service center number[protected] and no one would answer. So, I drove up there (3KM only) iaround 10 AM on 11th and registered my complaint with the lady at the reception. She promised to send someone later in the day and if not defenitely Monday (13th) morning.

                                  Two dayss (Sat & Sun) went by and after waiting in the house for few hours in the morning, again tried to reach them on the phone without any luck. So, drove up there around 12 noon Monday and the lady said the technician has already been scheduled and he will contact me soon. I waited at home all day and no one called.

                                  on Tuesday (Sept. 14) I called the Service Center and the reception lady Ambika again told me the technician will call me positively today. By 4 PM, I was pretty frustrated as I had to leave home for Bahrain Wednesday night and I have not done any washing since getting home on 10th. I managed to get hold of the supervisor for Kottayam Mr. Harikrishnan on his mobile ([protected]) who also played the same tune in my ears. I then called the Regional service center in Cochin and spoke to Mr. Lijo (mob. [protected]) who promised to investigate.

                                  After a lot of calls and shouting, finally a technician showed up at my doorstep around 5:30 PM on Setp. 14 three days after I made the initial complaint. He managed to fix the problem in 5 minutes, verified and the story endded!

                                  So, Gents, when you buy a Samsung equipment next time, try to find out a bit about the Service center operation in your neighbourhood so you dont struggle like I did at Kottayam. The Kottayam operation has to be shame for Samsung in general.

                                  Samsung — dryer leaking

                                  now more than 45 days i complaint about my washing machine..many time some body call from the office and take the details. but no body does not come and check until today......what kind of service and care is this???????????

                                    mobile had a board issue as said by the technicians after 3 months of purchase and the service centers were almost disinterested to rectify the fault and the date of delivery was not assured at any circumstances.

                                        i purchased samsung jet (s8003) in march.. and since then its second or third time that i have to change my touch pad (as the service center says).. and every time it happens the service center employes asks for min 8 - 10 days for the same. it is being very hectik. as i am a regular user of samsung i am not expecting such type of problems with handsets...... as the handset is in warranty period it is ok that it is being repaired but after that it will be very costly to repair all the times........... so i request to pls see the problem and try to solve as early as possible and mail me if there is any solution.
