monitor repair

I longed a complaint at service center on dated 17 aug 2010. MY complain B.P. No. is[protected] .Engineer visited to us and said you bring it to our shop.I requested that please take it and repair it as it is still in the warranty period. He told it is customers dutty I informed it to the concerned authorities again. they assured me it is the responsibility of the firm, so we will make every arrangement to repair it at the earliest. Eversince i have not received any phone calls regarding this. everyday i contact to them they said i will arrange it but nothing happens till date
Is it a crime that I puchased a product from Samsung?
or is it the tradition of Samsung to harrase the customer

      Iam useing SCHF339 model mobile my problem is videoplayer is not suporting above 176X144resolution at any format if i try to play display resolution is not suporting message is comeing, i got mobile video from other model samsung mobile(same 2.0MegaP cam) via bluetooth then also iam not able to play And in audio player MP4 wave formats are not played and can i change my mobile from CDMA to GSM is it there any any cahce to modification like software,hardware

        I bought a Samsung Microwave Oven (Model - CE1031DFBP/XTL, Serial No. - J03E7DCZ3004918). Two months after purchase, the oven began throwing an error message SE-24 when ever the power is switched on.

        I logged complaint with the Customer Care by calling[protected]. The call was answered and the complaint was registered with the number [protected] on 05/09/2010. One of their representatives turned up on 06/09/2010, inspected the oven and informed that there should be a replacement of one part(name not specified). The concerned person also informed that there is no availability of that part and it will take a 5 days to procure that!! (I am caught unawares as to why Samsung's latest and running model spare parts are not available with the authorized service center).

        After 10 days of representative visiting us, as there is no response from the customer care or the representative we called the customer care to inquire the status. We were told that the representative will get back to us with in 24 hours but we don't see any such action even after 48 hours.

        Adding to the already worst service, I am being kept on hold for more than five minutes with out any response from the customer care representative. I tried in vain four times from the morning today to connect to one of the representatives.

        As a customer who spent an amount of ten thousand rupees(Rs.10,000) for the oven and one who is not able to use the appliance for nearly half a month with in three months of purchase, I demand an immediate action from Samsung Customer Care.

        I also suggest Samsung to improve their services to be abreast of competition from their peers.

        Samsung/Microwave Oven — Not able to contact

        Microwave oven powers on, but does not heat.
        Though there are many service centres, we have to register the complaint in the customer care call centre.
        But they give only toll free number which do not work.

        Samsung Microwave — Complaint for no response from customer service

        I bought a Samsung microwave oven on Oct 2008 and now it is not working. It is more than 2 weeks now, I have lodged a complaint with Samsung customer care for sending some engineer to look into the issue. Even after several reminders no one has turned up.

        Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care, if I have to wait for 2 weeks with in the warranty period I am really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call after the warranty period.

        Can someone help me on this.

        SAMSUNG/MICROWAVE — complain relating to service

        My microwave oven was collected by the SANSUNG company for repairing on 25/01/10. There was a verbal commitment of delivery in 3-4 days. Today is 3/3/10 and still i have not received the oven. There is no proper reply from the company.They just transfer calls from one desk to another. Till date they are not commiting as to when i will be getting my oven back.My work order no is SS-10648

        Samsung Oven — Not Getting Service

        I chandrakant kar ,bought a oven one month ago.The showroom dealer told me that with in two to three days the service man will come and give me a demo about the product and the use .I bought the woven 10th april but there is no response from the service provider. Every time he just not responding to my calls also.The model is " Samsung Oven -GE83ZD

        Please provide me the service other wise i have to take action .I will just returned the product for service delay. The last one i have to go to the Consumer Court for a case .(Not providing Service).

        Samsung — microwave oven non servicing

        I had registered a complaint with Samsung Cuteomr service in the month of June for ou Micro wave oven....the first call from the serivce centre came two day after a second reminder was given. The service engineer..did not carry the part on the designated and then cam back after 4 days to replace the part..... Its not even 3 weeks since the part hasbeen replaced the Micorwave is again not functioning....I had re registered the complain on 19th of July with complain number [protected]. No call for two days...on wed the service engineer calls for a time....he was specifically told to come at 6.30 or later...he had come at 5.45 and did not even bother to wait......neither did he leave a intimation .....till date he has not called for a re appointment


        This is the LOUSIEST SERVICE I HAVE SEEN FROM A APPLIANCES COMPANY. MY WATER PURIFIER COMPANY has MUCH BETTER RESPONSE TIME and BETTER QUALITY SERVICE THAN a MNC who CLAIMS SUPERIOR SERVICE

            samsung star white touch screen not working for last one month i visited on samsung service center near sec 10 gurgaon. they said sir plese come after 7 days and u will get new touch screen but i m visited every week after seven days i asked to the service center manager mr. Ashraf then he told me that u have to be submit ur mobile hand set and at the time of my first visit service center executive told me sir u can take ur mobile handset with u we will tell u after seven days now my one month complete and i didn't received any touch screen i dont no why they r not taking me seriously.

                LED TV installation

                I purchased a brand new Samsung LED TV in Mumbai on Monday13th Sep. The dealer delivered the TV on the 13th and informed me that someone from Samsung would install the TV the next day. I was provided a reference number from Samsung - [protected]. I have been following up every single day since 13th for someone to come and unpack the TV and install it. Obviously, I dont want to do it myself. After spending 43K on the TV, Im unable to use it...

                Am Ranjith from Palayamkottai. I bought an SAMSUNG 26"LCD TV in 2007 from a dealer "Jainsons" in Palayamkottai. While purchasing the TV the dealer said, "after purchase samsung technical person will com to your home and explain about the details of TV, and he said if you need wall mount you have to tell us".
                After purchasing the TV i asked about the Wall mount to the dealer, they said currently there is no stock and when it is available we will let you know through phone.Most importantly they didn't say anything about the wall mount that customer has to purchase it within a year.

                I am working in bangalore, so i cant able to keep in touch with them, and i trusted them. so when ever i come to palayamkottai i request for wall mount. But they said we will provide next week, next month, like wise it goes on.

                Now am working in mumbai, i want my LCD TV in mumbai. So i need of wall mount. For that, last month{August} i gone to my native palayamkottai for gettting the wall mount.when i approach them, they said "now all the people are changed in our showroom and we cant provide wall mount for you, because it is already 2 years gone, so you need to purchase wall mount from the samsung service and the cost of wall mount is Rs.800 [Rs.500-wallmount+Rs.300-installation]".

                Now i cant able to give that much amount to get this wall mount, because in 2007 i paid the full money in cash for LCD, and the wall mount should also belongs to me.

                So am requesting you to provide me an wall mount for my LCD TV.Because all the problems are from dealer & service only.If you cant able to provide i have to approach the court.

                SAMSUNG LCD TV — wall mount seevice

                I had purchase a 22 inch lcd tv on 29 nov. 2009. For its wall mount i made complain at samsung service centre on 14 dec. 2009, but after 3-4 days there where no response, so i made again & again nearly 6 to 7 time, but the problem is same & every time they said it will be with in 1-2 days, i think i m in big trouble after buy samsung product.

                    Be ware of Purchasing any product of Samsung as they will harass you this much they you will decide to not to go with SAMSUNG any more.

                    Purchased LCD Samsung Full HD TV 37” on 7th Dec 2009, for Rs 49,500/- from Satnam Plaza M 42 – A, 1st Floor, M Block Market, Greater Kailesh – I, New Delhi

                    On 10th September, 2010 LCD Samsung gone down, it was not working at all.

                    Registered the Complain on Samsung Customer Care Center

                    They have given the Complain Number: i.e. [protected] and Customer Care Address your complain will address within 24 Hr.

                    On 13th Sept 2010, the service engineer call at 6:20 Pm he said he would be coming to repair the LCD TV. The Service engineer Name was Mr. Khalid.

                    Once he arrived at 7:10 Pm, without checking the LCD TV he said PCB is not in order and need to replace. I said go ahead and change it. He said the part is not available and need to come from Chennai and it will require 15-20 days to get from there.

                    At the same time I called the Manager of Customer whose name is Mr. B.R Rizvi at [protected] the time was approx around 7:30 Pm he said he will let me know the status for the same by tomorrow i.e 14th Sept 2010 by 12:00 Pm.

                    When the call did not came from Rizvi till 12:30 Pm I called him and asked what is the status for the same. He said it will be take some time to bring the part and might be done by 18th Sept 2010. When he was not sure I asked him to send me the mail regarding the same so that I should have some written evidence what ever he is saying is correct or not. After saying so many time he said mark me a blank mail on my ID i.e br.[protected]@partner.samsung.com

                    Once I sent the Test mail and inform the same he said you will get a mail from my side within 24 hrs. I said why you are not mailing me the same now he said we can’t do. In the mean time I talk with Support Officer Mr. Kamal Khan at [protected] discussing the same thing. But he also not helped like the others support executive of Samsung.

                    Also, talked with Samsung Customer care on 14th Sept 2010 discussing the same. Always they have the started line will arrange a call back to you.

                    But frankly speaking No ONE CALLS.

                    On 15th Sept talked with Samsung Customer Care again tried to managed to talk with Floor Supervisor with Ms Madhulika and said I need to have REFUND of my Product as I am no more interested for the repair or replacement She has provided me the Number[protected] she said it’s the Refund & replacement Number of Samsung.

                    Tried the number for more than 5 Hrs the bells goes but no one receive the call. Just see how disgusting is the service of Samsung.


                    If you are thinking to Buy any Product of Samsung Just read these and decide yourself whether you want to go with Samsung or with some Better Quality Products which are available for much Cheaper Price and Better Service:-

                    1. How long the customer have to wait for the service?
                    2. Customer has paid huge amount for LCD TV i.e Rs 49,500/- how he can afford to wait for watching the TV for 15- 20 days?
                    3. If the Service Engineer are not sure about the problem when it would be resolved. They should atleast provide by Stand by TV provided. But they have not done. As they say they don’t have any.
                    4. They Challenge they are NO 1 in LCD TV but sorry to say they don’t have the Parts for the same. As they say the parts are lying at Chennai.
                    5. The customer care people for Robots they just take the information from you and nothing they do. No call back is arrange for last 4-5 days.
                    6. All the Phone lines of Samsung either its Busy or ranking bells but they picks the call.

                        i am sanjeeva reddy ..actually i have bought one DVD player in may 2007, the model
                        ( MAX DT-55 DVD HOME THEATRE) , i have got some problem with that device and i kept that in kadapa samsung service centre two months back ...from then onwards i visited that centre for 20 times ... no response ,,they r saying like my technician is in leave and i don't have the spares ..and also finally they told me that we can't able to repair this ...finally they said that u can take it back ....i surprised and i have decided to raise the complaint to consumer court.....

                            The comprehensive warranty covers for 12 months while the Compressor - 60 months (5 years)

                            Electric power supply to the Refrigerator is alright as the inside light is glowing. However, the compressor is not working.

                            Samsung India / Refrigerator — Unable to Repair

                            I have a Samsung Refrigerator Model SR42NHRGHL/XTL for which I approached the Samsung service center Phoenix Servicez for repairs in May 2008. Since that time their service technician visited my place several times and replaced from compressor to fan and various switches for which I was charged over Rs 5, 800, but still as of July 11, 2008 the fridge remains unworkable. The have kept the fridge in their workshop for a week and still the problem remains. Their technicians and service engineers remain clueless about the problem, meantime my woes mount daily. It is the worst product I have bought as it has given me breakdowns every so often.

                            Sub: Complaint against your costumer care executives for not attending the complaint as well as not giving positive response.

                            I have purchased a double door Sansung Fridge (RT32ZBLB1), CH No. 5474ZAS700047 on 12.11.2009 from New Baraco Electronics (regd), Uttan Nagar, New Delhi. There was some problem in my fridge and made a complaint on 04.10.2010 (Complaint no. [protected]). Your engineer attended the complaint on 05.10.2010 and asked me to deposit the amount of Rs. 1300/- towards repairing charges of the defected part. I told him that this fridge is under guarantee period and I am not liable to pay any charges during guarantee period. It was categoraly told by him that if you know anybody in company or having any source than only it can be replaced free of cost otherwise it will be chargeable. Further it is to mention here that the way of talking of you engineer is very rash and not matching with the professional guidelines of an international company like Samsung. This means, if anybody do not have any source, than he will be blackmailed like me by your representatives.

                            From Last seven days, I have made around 35 to 40 complaints in your costumer care and wasted around Rs 400/- in phone calls with mentally disturbance but not action has been taken by them. They have given the phone no. of area representative Mr. Suresh Chander. I requested him also but he is only enjoying with my phone calls instead of taking any action to attend my complaint. Now, neither he nor any body in his office attending my phone calls. Under these circumstances where shall I go? Now I am feeling to have a great mistake by purchasing the Samsung product.

                            I am sorry to submit, if this type of service you are providing than there is no use to stay with Samsung product and would request to take back this product and refund my money.

                            I purchased a refrigerator, model- RT 26HCRRI from pittappillil agencies, toll jn, Ernakulam, Kerala on 07/02/2011. It stoped working in the next day. A complaint registered and the reference no: is [protected]. The dealer deny to replace the same. Kindly do the need full to replace the same.

                              I had given my Samsung Monte for repair as it was getting restarted automatically. The service station says that they will change the PCB of the phone. But its over a month now and I am not getting any kind of positive response from them. This is not at all feasible and tolerable.

                                Dear sir,
                                please note that the Samsung cdma/gsm hand set was dt.09/11/2009 from Reliance webworld,Gomtinagar,Lucknow,U.P.,bearing model no. SCHW299 (no.-FQCID/A3LSCHW299)
                                for Rs.12,000/-apx.
                                After two month's o[censored]se the touch screen stopped working,and a great difficulty is being faced
                                by me.
                                The Samsung service centre staff at Lucknow always takes an excuse of the non availability of the touch screen in stock,every time the visit is made.
                                PLEASE DO GUIDE ME AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM.
                                Please do the needful at the earliest.

                                  Hello,

                                  I have Purchased a brand new SAM SUNG split AC Model no:- AS183USB on May-29-

                                  2010 in Hyderabad city at "METRO cash n carry"

                                  The Brand new Out door unit is having multiple Dents, as it was realised during the Installation process at my home i have carried the OD unit back to METRO they suggested me to take back the pice as Samsung service team will resolve this directly at my home
                                  I have not checked the sealed piece at METRO with a belief in the Quality process of Metro now i know their operational efficiency

                                  The issue was raised in Sam sung CC and Metro Customer Care,on 30-May-2010 till now 10 complaints were logged against Ref BPID: [protected]

                                  on 7-7-2010 i was asked my Mr. Ahmed from Metro to contact Mr. Ramesh from SAMSUNG, Andhra pradesh, Mr. Rames committed and said to me he will organise with replacement / refund. he sent the local Kukatpally area team and collected the documents, Metro bill, S.No of ID & OD units, after 30 day i was now told the complaint is closed as they were asked to close the call by Ramesh, when i contacted Mr. Ramesh he said he is not responsible and he suggested me to get this resolved by METRO only

                                  Back to Square 1 at METRO, after 65 day from the day of Purchase of Brand new piece,
                                  why should i live with this Issue when i have spent Brand new price do you expect me to live with multiple dented piece?

                                  METRO:Now as a final call i would request to resolve the issue you have to realise the Pain i am going through wasting my efforts do i need this because I am your customer?

                                  SAMSUNG: my mobile, my refrigerator, my washing machine all are SAMSUNG now have you decide to suffer the loyal customer let me know.

                                  I lost my patience i am irritated and i want to handle this in better way if the Senior management fail to take this issue on their heads i will proceed for my justice

                                  Hi Consumer complaints team,

                                  I am happy to share this update the issue is resolved by METRO cash n carry

                                  Metro team has given me a Stocke Exhange with LG 5 star rating with better features with no extra cost, also metro has taken the responsibility to supply at door step and Install in my premises including de-installation of the exisitng SAMSUNG AC at Metro cost

                                  I sincerely thank METRO Germany Team, Banglore Customer relations, Buying Team and Finally METRO Hyderabad, GM operations and Customer Relations Manager for giving this option and giving the importance to the CUSTOMER RELATIONS & SATISFACTION.

                                    I bought this mini notebook PC last year in September. It started giving issues after 2 months after that. The screen would flicker a lot an would work only in a particular position. Since the initial issue wasn't that big, I started living with it. Once it became a real nuisance, I went to the service center and got it rectified. That time it was done promptly and my notebook was fixed on the first visit.

                                    Later after 6 months, various softwares on the machine started failing ( I used to get random Cyclic Redundancy Errors). On diagnosing, it was found that the hard disk has developed bad sectors.

                                    I went to the service center to get it checked. The first response was that since the laptop is in working condition, the hard disk must be fine. They simply would not accept that there is something wrong with the hard disk. I had to show them the Windows Diagnostic Results. Still they told that item needs to be checked using their proprietary diagnostic utilities. I had to leave my laptop for a week's time at the service center.

                                    Later they agreed to replace the hard disk but since the replacement part wasn't in the stock, they offered me to take back the laptop and once the replacement would arrive, they'd call me and I can come again to get the issue rectified.

                                    I brought the laptop back to realize that the samsung guys have totally started ignoring my calls. Never did they reply back to update me on what's the status of my replacement. I used to call them nearly on the daily basis and after about 15 days they called me and told me to come back next week since the guy who was to fix my machine was on leave.

                                    Another week gone.

                                    When I came back, and the service guy (Shamshad Ali) was back, I was told that I had to submit the laptop again, for it was needed to be with the service center, while they order the replacement. It's to be noted that till that time the replacement part wasn't ordered.

                                    I had to again give the laptop to them.

                                    Another week gone.

                                    Even this time, I had to inquire about the replacement. Those guys never bothered to call me up.

                                    When I arrived at the service center and they were about to replace my hard disk, I just realized that they were going to replace my 160GB hard disk with a 60GB version.

                                    I intervened and came to know that the part had wrongly arrived.

                                    The part had to be ordered again.

                                    This time I was told to take back the laptop with me and that I can use it till the time the replacement arrives again.

                                    Its to be noted that more than a month had passed till this time.

                                    At my home, when I started using the laptop, i realized that the battery life had dropped drastically from earlier 5+ hours level to less than 40 minutes.

                                    I called the customer service and I was told to go through a battery recalibration process, which I did and still the results were bad.

                                    This thing was notified to Shamshad Ali and he agreed to fix the battery as well.

                                    The laptop is still with the service center. More than 6 weeks have passed since the item this issue was reported to the service center folks.

                                      I purchased a 22" Samsung LCD TV Model LA22A450 on 04 May 2009 form Vijay Sales, Opera House, Mumbai. Exacly in 16 months, the TV screen started showing faded colours and there was no video output. I lodged a complaint with Customer Care immediately on 12 Sep 10 and the Service Engineer visited our place on 13 Sep 10. He examined and told us that the LCD panel has gone bad and needs to be replaced. He said this would csot Rs 8000.

                                      I bought this TV for Rs 16,500 in mid 2009 and within less than a year and a half if I have to spend 50% of the cost of the new TV for repairs, it sounds rather ridiculous.

                                      I am a serving officer of the Armed Forces, presently posted at Mumbai. My complaint ref no is [protected].Would request you to look into this issue.
