I am samsung brand ambesador(as I like Samsung products only also suggesting our friends) but fall in trouble as I purchased Samsung mobile metro S3600 & during warranty period my handset got 2 times problems & handed over to Samsung service centre Kota to resolve the problems but still having camera preview error problem network problem & getting hanging problem.So kindly give me appropiate suggession as I am too much suffered with the same set.I will be highly thankfull to you.

    Display of My set is disturbed by presenting unwanted line on the screen (display).So i submitted my set to the service center before 11 days but he said coolect your set after two days of submitting my set but at present day he said you collect your set next week not confirming days of next week and my bussines is harm due to this delay of set repairing.
    So its my humble request you to it repaired as early as possible.

        I am Indranil Dasgupta residing in Kolkata. I am having literal bad experience with Samsung after sales. I am using Samsung 1.5T Window AC purchased on 16/8/2009 from Kolkata. At the time of buying I was said that I will be provided 3 free services, which was never attended. I lodged a complaint of non-cooling on 30/7/2010. After every day followup, the machine was taken to Samsung's local service center on 7/8/10 saying that gas has leaked & will take 6-8 days. From one week later every 2 to 3 days I am calling the service center or the helpline no., but no one is responding properly. Every time I am said that it will take one week more. The helpline people every time says that they will arrange a callback from the service dept within a couple of hours, but in vain. Lastly, again when I called the local service provider of Samsung on 27/8/10, I was told by Mr.Tuhin Mondal that it will take another 15 days. I got the no. of Samsung's local Area Service Manager, Mr.Ismail Khan([protected]) & called him. When I called him, his immediate reply was to call after a few days. I asked him to give some other officials number if he is busy. He replied back in local language saying who the hell I was to ask for numbers. I was shocked to hear him talk like this. I asked him that I am suffering & need to talk with someone who can give me a better picture. He replied back saying to find it from whom I got his number. I again said him this is not the proper way to talk, he replied back saying me to do whatever I liked and disconnected the phone. I am really upset now & wondering what a wrong decision I have made purchasing three Samsung home appliances for my family during the last one year after returning to Kolkata. I have a son of two years who has developed rashes all over his body due to the hot & humid conditions in Kolkata. I never understood that this is the culture of Samsung. My last option remains to go to consumer forum.

          Samsung — Printer is not working

            i have a 46 inch lcd tv that needed some servicing and i called the samsung customer care centre . they sent a service guy who announced a part needed to be changed.this was around 20 days back. after waiting a considerable time i started to call the customer care people who would tell me that they would get back or send someone over... but no action was taken. i was told the part was not available. but i am not willing to buy that after selling so many tv's in the country a part is not available for so many days. so what samsung people would have us believe is that their after sales service is so poor that a simple part cannot be sourced. and to top it all the customer care would put me on hold if i asked to talk to a supervisor to lodge my complaint and the phone would get cut. this is the poorest or rather worst after sales service i have encountered and in future i wipe my hands off from buying or even suggesting anyone to buy a samsung product.

            Samsung-LCD TV — Non delivery of product

            I had made payment for the purchase of an LCD TV Samsung, Model No LA22A450C1 to NEXT outlet, Marol, Mumbai on 22.10.2008.Till date I am not delivered the product since the vendor doesn’t have it in stock. In spite of my constant calls to the Samsung’s support center, I was not given a satisfying reply regarding the delivery of the product and have made me to wait endlessly. Considering the losses in energy, time and money incurred to me, I request the consumer protection cell to take an appropriate action against Samsung India Ltd.

            SAMSUNG LCD TV — Not deliver tv after taking money

            Dear Sir,
            I have puchased a samsung LCD TV from Akai Exclusive Radio, Bangalore, payment made through my credit card. intialy dealer told they got a letter from HSBC Bank which is merchant bank to hold the delvery of product once they verify transaction detail and aprove.after one week HSBC aproved the transaction and mony transfer to mechant account. after that also the delar not delivering the meterial whenever i am contacting they are giving different reason and not giving proper response. totaly i paid 28350/- and iam waiting for the response. please advice me what to do.

            Samsung / Lcd Tv — Non wkg product

            We bought LCD Tv of samsung model LA 40 R8 upon payment of Rs 43500.00 from their dealer E zone at Raghuleela Kandivali west on 12.05.09... The LCD was delivered the following day and the LCD TV did not work.. It has audio problem and TV does not have the sound... For the past 17 days we have done all that was possible to chase samsung and E zone at all levels at all offices with all their rank and files almost on daily basis...untill date the problem is not resolved and we are sitting with a non wkg 40 " LCD at home for which 100 % payment is made..It is very frustrating and very irritating..God help ..
            do not any time get into this kind of situation where in u are left to giants like Home retail solutions ltd on one hand and Samsung on the other hand..

            SAMSUNG LCD TV — not delivered even after 21 days

            I have purchased a Samsung LCD TV from Big Bazar, Abids, Hyderabad on[protected] by paying Rs 16,650/-. They have promised to deliver it within a week. So far not delivered.
            I agree. We had similar experience as detailed:
            :We have a 37” Samsung LCD TV purchased in May, 2009. A complaint lodged on 17-Sep-2010 at their customer care number regarding a problem. Their Service Engineer from Faridabad Centre visited us on 18Th Sept. 2010. The defect required replacement of a part for which, an estimate was requested. The service engineer was also paid visiting charges for which a receipt is available.
            Estimate was delivered to us on 21st Sep and immediate confirmation was given. We were informed that the part would take 4-5 days to procure and the TV would be repaired soon.
            After that no response to our calls. Finally their Service Centre In charge informed on 27th Sept that repair would not be possible till the Ist of October as currently Samsung’s monthly closing is on and the details of the part cannot be entered.
            As we were keen to watch CWG 2010 opening ceremony on HD TV we repeatedly followed with Customer Care thru phones & email for an early repair. Finally Service Engineer from their Faridabad Centre called us on 30th evening & said that we are unnecessary complaining & set will now be repaired on 4th Oct as they will get parts on first & 2nd & 3rd Oct are holidays.
            I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT DEPENDING UPON SAMSUNG IF YOU ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO WATCH AN EVENT.

              i am , Achal Kumar Soni from Jaipur, have bought brand new SAMSUNG GT S-3310 from jaipur before same weeks. my problem is this that when i restart it it shows '33'H WIB Command Error' also after installing PC Studio, downloaded from www.samsung.com if i connect my mobile to PC. it don't gives any response to system. i mean it do not connect to my system. plz help me to resolve or guide me this error from my mobile.

                I have purchased Dual SIM Mobile Samsung Model W299 on 24 January 2010.
                Since 19 June 2010, it is showing error Battery Charging Problem.
                It was shown to Samsung Service Center on 23 June 2010 at Airoli.
                As per them the Battery is defective.
                This is the first Mobile Phone, of which the battery beccame devective with in 6 months period.
                In my opinion the Company should replace the battery free of cost. But Service center is refucing the battery free of cost. Also the Battery is not available in the market for replacement.

                If you can not arrange the spares, why are you bring newv models in the market.

                If it is not replaced free of cost, I will approch the consumer court for the replacement.

                Samsung — battery showing error

                bought Samsung Guru SCH-B559 just about 2 months back. the battery is already showing errors. It keeps telling the 'battery temperature either too high or low'. my daughter uses the same phone but that has so far not shown anything like this. Her phone is more than 8 months old. Kindly do the needful ASAP.

                  My name is Urmila Sharma, I have purchased a Samsung mobile phone (CDMA), arround one month back, and suddenly i found it start switched off automatically, after facing this problem 3 - 4 days i have submitted my mobile phone to service centre (Navi Mumbai, Vashi, Sector - 3 Branch) but i have not received my moblie phone even after 3 time visit to the service centre, they are saying that there is a technical problem in my mobile, i want to know why such a big company (Samsung) is delivering such bad quality mobile phones to our market,
                  I have purchased this mobile after the suggestion form one of my Korian colleague from Koria, i as a global customer of Samsung will not suggest anyone for this brand is future as i was suggested by my Korian colleague who think its best but in my openion it is "worst" in terms of quality as well as in service also.

                    I purchased the said model in 2007. Recently there was a problem with the appliance, for which lodged a complaint (Complaint No.: [protected]) in their (samsung) toll free number. But to my utter surprise, the company personel came after 4 days and in a very clumsy manner said the damaged part will be available after 20-25 days. Now tell me i am a man of well above 60 years, both me & my wife depend on microwave for cooking & if we get such an irresponsible response response - then what to do?

                      a permanent blue line is coming on my monitor which i purchased on 18/05/2010

                        I purchsed one Toner Cartridge for SCX-4100 laser printer of Samsung make. This was purchased from M/S Sai IT Hub, 225 (GF) Sant Nagar, East of kailash, New Delhi-110065. The printer was also purchesed from same vendor. Amount paid was Rupees Four Thousand only and amount was paid by cheque number 569886 dated 08/12/2009 drawn at Syndicate bank, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi .

                        When the new cartridge was in mid July 2010, it did not work. We called the service engineer of SAI IT Hub, who declared that the New Cartridge was defective. He advised that we should approch the Samsung company for changing the defective cartridge. In fact the Service Enagineer himself (Shri Ram Udgar Yadav) volunteered to carry the defective cartidge for exchanging from the original manufacturer. Howerver, after repeated complaints and three physical visits to Samsung Service Centre at Okhla, they just refuded to entertain the complanit on the plea that the cartridge was lying with us for about six months before it was installed.

                        In this regard, my argument is that the box containing cardtridge is showing the date of manufacture as September 2008. I purchased it in third week of December 2009. How the company had sold the Cartridge after one year and four months after the printed date of manufacture?. If there was any expiry date it should have been printed on the packaging.

                        We now approach the Consumer Forum to take serious action against M/S Sai IT Hub as well as Sansung India for having cheated us by supplying a defective cartridge.

                        Our work suffered and we were subjected to a lot of strees and waste of time and effort in taking up the matter we were subjected to harrassment by both - SAI IT HUb and Samsung India.

                        They have refused to replace the defective cartridge. ..

                        We pray for strong action against both these companies.

                          I have purchased a SAMSUNG LCD MONITOR (MODEL NO. SyncMaster 732N/932NW) and serial number PE17HHGP901138J and model code LS17PEASFMXTP on 16.12.2007 from GHG Softech Ltd, E-Mall Shoppe, Shop No. 14, 6, C.R. Avenue, Kolkata 700072. The same monitor went out of order on 19.08.2010, and I lodged a complaint on 20.08.2010 with their toll free phone, which was registered vide no. [protected] as confirmed by the sms sent on the same date at 13.19 hrs.
                          But till date (27.08.2010) company could not redressed the complain and not even inform when the service will be rendered to rectify the problem in the monitor.

                            when i m opening the settings of gprs on my vodafone no. it says incorrect pin...wht 2 do in that case?
                            My Samsung Corby shows White Screen. I am unable to Call or See my messages and all this is happening when the phone is barely 1 yr old. This is what enables Nokia to charge premium on their phones.

                              Dear Sir,
                              i want to complaint against the service center of samsung mobile in Belgaum(Exclusive samsung service centre). Due to some problem in mobie I went to above service centre for repair he told mobile got virus and asked for bill for free service. But I have lost the bill and he denied to repair without mobile bill. So I have asked him to repair on cash payment then he agreed and taken Rs. 150/- and denied to give proper bill for service charge. When I operated the mobile is not working he told your battery is down due to hurry I came to home and got it charge but still it is not working again I went him with complaint now he is telling the board is not working and handset observed water. Since 15-20 days I have harassed like any thing. So it is my kind request to give warning to repair my mobile and instruct him not happen such thing with any customer in future.

                                WHOVEVER IT MAY CONCERN,

                                I have purchased Samsung W 619 ( Dual Sim CDMA / GSM) mobile handset some 16 months back. Just after few days I learned that its battery is weak and gave it for service at Porvorim. They kept it for almost 2months and after complaining it to Incharge of Goa, Mr. Vaibhav, it was handed over to me. Problem was solved to some extent but not fully. I use that mobile charging it twice a day.
                                Now its not getting charged. So I took it to the same service station which is shifted to Panaji. They kept my handset for a day and returned to me without repair giving a ridiculous reason that they do not have a charger to test it. I called up some one Mr. Praveen from samsung and he advised me to visit their new service station at Mapusa. Even at Mapusa they returned my mobile after keeping it for 3days with them. The reason they stated is that the problem is with charger so I bought a new charger. Still the problem exists. I was fed up with Samsung service and went to private service enterprise. They checked it and told me that the problem is with the connector of the handset which is not available in Goa and only samsung company can provide you. Till now my cell is not repaired and my whole business contacts are trapped in the handset which is creating lots of inconvenience to me. How do I get a rid from this?

                                  I have finally decided to go public with this feedback, bought Samsung LED 40" 4 months back...Transaction no. is [protected]. I am highly disappointed with Samsung support, I have bought 4 Samsung products and have not got a single demo for any one of them. the BP no is [protected]. The LED TV I bought 4 months back is producing some crap sound. I may go public with such feedback. Support no keep chanting somethingin local language. It takes 2 hrs every time to reach to right person.

                                  We had purchased on Samsung Printer Model 1640 from Latest Computers, MPNagar, Zone I, Bhopal, some time in the month of August, 2010. When the engineer came to install the printer, it was going hot from upper side, then we had requested them to bring another piece and then installbut they told us that this is inthe warranty period, if something will be wrong, they will replace the piece. On this assurrance of the person of latest computers, we agreed to install the printer. The use of the printer is very ofter, till the iind week of this month probably 200-300 prints must have taken out from the ;printers and now the printer is malfunctioning and giving very light print. We have lodged the complaint to the dealer M/s Latest Computers _ Mr. Bhupesh, on 14th September, 2010, who had so far not tried to resolve defects except that saying the Cartidge is to be refilled. Here I would like to say the printer is new and no sufficient prints have taken out from the Printers, how it is possible that Cargtidge is to be refilled, if it is so, that mean the Cartidge in the printer is preused. Samsung is a very reknowed brand and have very much image. People like Latest Computers are affecting its image for their gains. May request the Samsung India, to look into the matter and arrange to replace the printer and if it is not possible, in that case at least new Cartidge be provided to us. Thank you very and awaiting your early action.
                                  I had purchased a Samsung 22 inches LCD TV only 14 months back. All of a sudden the picture screen went almost blank. Since the waarranty period has expired I agreed to pay the (stiff)service charges of Rs. 1000 plus taxes. The technician who inspected the set said the display panel had gone. The repair cost Rs. 10000!. My question is : When there is no user control on the same, how can the same get spoilt such a short time? It would have been cheaper to have purchased a China made set. My bad luck.

                                  I AM ALSO VICTIM OF POOR AFTER SALE CARE BY THE COMPANY. I PURCHASED SAMSUNG LED 40" ON[protected] AND PAID RS.1, 00, 000/= FOR THE SAME. IT HAD SOME PROBLEM ANDTHE COMPLAINT WAS MADE ON 05-09-10 BUT DESPITE MORE THAN TWO MONTHS NO FOLLOW UP FROM THE COMPANY SIDE .I CHAVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE MORE THAN 12 TIMES BUT SO FAR ALL IN VAIN. ONCE IWAS TOLD THAT YOUR LED REPLACEMENT DEMAND HAS BEEN FORWARDED ON[protected] AND WITHIN 15-20 DAY IT WOULD BE REPLACED BECAUSE IT CAN NOT BE REPAIRED.AFTER 20 DAYS WHEN NOTHING HAPPENED I AGAIN STARTED CALLING CUSTOMER CARE AND AGAIN I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT ON[protected] THE REQUISITION FOR REPLACEMENT OF LED HAS BEEN PLACED AND 15-20 DAYS WOULD BE REQUIRED. TODAY I AGAIN CALLED CUSTOMER CARE FOR STATUS BUT NOBODY HAS RESPONDED SO FAR. BEING AGGRIEVED I AM CONSTRAINED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AND TO MOVE CONSUMER COURT FOR THE REDRESSAL OF MY COMPLAINT. THE SLEEPING ATTITUDE OF THE COMPANY HAS TO BE GIVEN A LESSON.

                                    We bought a LCD TV Model 40R during March 2008 from a local dealer of Samsung. The unit suddenly failed during July first week.Our complaint No. is [protected]. We contacted the local support centre and after a few days they called on us and told us they need a spare part and it will take a few days. After 20 days, they said the spare is not available and that they will give us a refund after deducting 20% of the price we paid and give us a cheque. After followup and repeated phone calls we were told that the issue has been taken up with their principals and that the matter has been approved and they will issue a cheque within 10 days. Now it is more than 50 days and when we phoned them they said the would need a letter telling them in whose favour the cheque has to be issued. We sent a mail to them about this giving the name on the 12th Aug. Now after 15 days when we rang up they say an e mail will not do but the letter should be in writing. We were not told about this earlier. We see this clearly as a case of crass inefficiency not caring for customers and the support given is NIL. It is now 55 days since our complaint and we do not know when and if we receive the compensation. Surprisingly the company's website does not contain any procedure for such complaints or redressal. There does not appear to be any channel for this as per company's website. This also needs to be rectified. Can you please assist us?

                                      Dear Sir, I am Capt B. K Nandy and residing at 336, N.S. Bose Road, Verdant Appts, Kolkata: 700 047. I had purchased a LCD- Make Samsung, 32" Model No: LA 32 B 650T1RXXL on 24/03/2010 from your Authorised Dealer M/s Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd. Tollygunge Branch, Kolkata: 700 040. To my surprise, while viewing the LCD on 22/08/2010 in the evening hours, the LCD stopped functioning and went dead completely. I immediately contacted the Authorized dealer on telephone, who informed me that being Sunday they are unable to give the service and advised me to contact the Service Center on telephone. The complaint to this effect was lodged by me at the Service Center who informed me that the Service Engineer will attend the call on 23/08/2010. Since I am staying at Kolkata alone and working at Burdwan, I requested the Service Center to attend my call at late hours of evening e.g. 1900 hours. A call from the Service Center was attended by me who identified as Sri Arijit Shome, Head -Service Center, located at Lee Road Kolkata. I explained my difficulties & nature of complaint reg the LCD and requested him to attend the call on priority. He informed me that he will send all the necessary spare parts and ensure that the LCD is brought in working order. The Service Engineer attended the call on 23/08/2010 and was unable to exactly pin point the defect on the LCD and informed me that the Power Circuit Board is defective and hence requires replacement. He also informed me that the spare part is not available with him nor it is available at Kolkata. He informed through Service centre to procure the requisite part from Noida, Delhi. Further he informed me that he will again attend the set on 24/08/2010 with the requisite part on 24/08/2010. The same was informed to the Service Head immediately. I also requested the service Engineer to bring the standby set incase the my LCD is beyond repairs since there is no other TV available with me. Again the call was attended on 24/08/2010. The service Engineer after attending the LCD informed me that there is some other problem in the LCD & most probably the Micro-Processor Board has gone out of order. He further informed me that the this spare part is not available and it will take at least seven days for availability of the part and on insistence of self, he issued a work order and took the LCD to Service Center. He informed me that he will inform me the fete on 27/08/2010. My earnest request to the Concerned Authority of Samsung is that - my LCD was purchased on 24/03/2010 & under Warranty period now. Since, my hard earned money of Rs 44,500/- is involved and the set has stopped working after 05 months only thus warranting major repairs and spare parts not being available at a metro City like Kolkata, I sincerely request Samsung to replace my set with another new LCD or another new model of LCD for which if it exceeds the existing cost of LCD in question, shall be borne by me. Steps initiated at yours be informed to me immediately. Under no circumstances, I am unable to accept the present LCD in question since, I sincerely feel that there is a manufacturing defect in the LCD only & hence warranting repairs at your Service Center. Please arrange to hand over a new LCD as proposed. Complaint regarding above have been lodged at your Help line on 24/08/2010 also.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I had bought a 29 Inch Samsung CTV Slim TV (Model No. CS29Z40MVT/2009 ), Brand : Samsung, Equipment Type : CRT, ) from Kanha Trading Co. Delhi on 10th November 2009 for which I paid Rs. 12,300. After three days, I started experiencing problem in operating TV which I immediately brought to Samsung's notice ( Complaint No.- [protected]). One of the Service Engineers visited my premise after 2 days and suggested me to change Memory ICU. I changed the memory ICU the very next day. Again after 8 month, I started experiencing the same problem (No picture and sound). I called up the Service Engineer ( Complaint No. [protected]) and started making innumerable follow ups with him to check my TV. He kept on informing me that he would visit my premise shortly. Finally he woke up after a couple of weeks, visited my premise, checked the TV and suggested me to get the major part replaced. The service engineer told me the parts required for TV repair were not available and they will have to request parts from the HO. Finally I have decided to replace this defective TV. Now, I am regularly follow ups with Service Engineer and Kanha Trading Co to replace my TV. They are continuously making false promises to me that they would soon replace my TV. They are continuously making cock and bull story.

                                        This is for your information within 2 month the TV warranty period will be expiring and in 8 month this is the second time my TV is facing a same problem.

                                        No one from Samsung bothers to redress my issue. I am sick and tired of making incessant follow ups with them. No body is there to listen to me. This is the reason why I have taken recourse to you now because this is the only option available to me now. I want these buggers to be penalised for the pathetic products and services being rendered by them.
                                        I am looking forward to replacement of my defective TV now.

                                        You are the only hope where I have pinned all my hopes to get justice of this issue.
