I purchased a samsung mobilr phone model E250 from Ankur electronics, Chembur, Mumbai, on a genuine purchase bill .On 12/07/2009 the mobile phone, all of a sudden became dead .The very next day i took it to Vashi Services, Sec-2, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, which is a authorised samsung service centre .On the preliminary check they reported a display failure and no other reason for mobile disfunction.The service centre then sent the mobile for further check and told to collect after a week, but they returned it after 16 days, on 29/07/2009 and with a reason of water logging. Despite the mobile being in the warranty period the service centre has said that it will be repaired out of warranty, i.e. on charges.
