I have purchased a Fully automatic Washing machine of Samsung from Pazhayakadavil Audio Vision, Thalayolaparambu, Kottayam District, Kerala on 06.05.2006 vide Bill No.459. Now it is not working. As suggested by the dealer, I have registered a complaint at Kottayam Service centre on 15.07.2009. My complaint Reg.No. is [protected]. Till today, I have'nt got it rectified. The service executive who attended (Mr. Bineesh) said the problem is with PCB and they are waiting for the spare to receive from Chennai. But, unfortunately, they haven' t got the same till today. Whenever I enquired about the status of my complaint, I am getting very silly excuses.

Please make available the spares to Kottayam service centre and do the needful to get me the washing machine repaired at the earliest.

    I had purchased Samsung LCD monitor in Aug-07 with 3 years of warranty. The monitor had started behaving weird in just one year and I had raised several complaints with the Samsung customer care. Samsung had tried to repair the monitor several times but it still have same issues. Even after wasting so much time Samsung refuses to replace it.
    On top of this the service managers (Mr. Rajendra [protected]
    & Mr. Paresh [protected]) are the most unprofessional set of people I had to deal with. They would promise they will call me in 10 minutes and would never even call in 10 days unless I call them back.

    This shows how much unethical the company is

    I would advise all the folks to be very careful while choosing a brand. I had 3 samsung mobile phones (CDMA) and all are piece of junk. I had to purchase it because that was the only brand supported by Tata Indicom. Else if Nokia can be rated 9/10, I would rate Samsung nothing more than 3/10

      Unpleasant Odor from the fridge.

      We purchased a Samsung Refrigerator ( RT 27 ) from Dass Electricals, Pune on 06/06/09. We bought the Samsung Refrigerator thinking that it will give us the quality product, but we are totally disappointed with its performance. When ever we open the fridge door, it emits an unpleasant order, that even fills the room where the fridge is kept. .       I made a complaint long back for not received the drivers along with Mobile S3310.
      I am unable to transfer any data from my mobile to PC.

      There was no reply for the complaint or any drivers were sent to my mail id.

      Why you people r not responding to the complaints.Please reply back with drivers immediately.

      I have purchase samsung metro 3310, but not received cd, after some time i saw cd with set in another shop, plz give me correct software on my id .

      samsung cd drive — change of cd drive

      i bought a dvd drive from south delhi stationers , g-5 , siddhartha building -96, nehru place , new delhi 110019 . on 17 aug 2011 and was given a warranty period of 6 months and the same was out of working order after 12 days ,as the computer was in pune it was not possible to bring it back . now i submitted it to the shop keeper on 28/10/2011 and he had given me five dates and all time i had spent my time +money in vein and he has put me in great trouble , i humbly request you to take necessary action agnist the shopkeeper so that it should be a lesson to all the shopkeepers . as an army man i don't have time to go again and again and was humiliated a lot by him .he is also in a practise of selling goods without bill and when i asked for bill he told , it is not there and wrote the gurantee on a business card .

        Dear Sir,

        I have purchased Samsung Make Mpower-569 (Sl.No.[protected] mobile pohone on[protected] from Electro World Communication World, Noida. After 20 days mobile get problem in speaker that i can not recieve calls properly, then i submitted this mobile to samsung service center GSM TELECOM SERVICES, Noida then this problem rectified with in ten days. Now again after repairing of few days then this problem occurs again, I submittted again this set on 23 July'09 now today is 10 Aug'09 and i did not recieve mobile handset. and service center is saying it will take more days but they did not know howmany. now I want replacement of my hand set because of this problem and sevice center didnot want to do replacement.aqccording to service center mother board of handset gets problem due to this i get problem again and again. so please do the needfull for replacement.

        I am a daily passenger of railway from Palwal to Okhla. Today (10.08.09)morning at 7.34 am I stand in que for my pass and one ticket from Palwal to N.Delhi for my cussain Brother at 7.54 I reach at window no 3 through que where a youngman was sitting who refuse me rudely for ticket. due to which I and my cussain miss the train. I reach late to my office for which I punished my half day leave and my cussain miss his interview.May I know who is responsible for this. Plz do some needful.

            I have baught samsung AC from SHAKTI Electronics, Naherunagar, Ahmedabad.

            I have a really bad experience from this vendor and the company service it self.

            Now, I have one year warranty period. Can anything can be done to this AC?

              Dear Sir,

              I Have purchased Samsung Window AC on 31st Mar 08. As of now around 800 Hrs was running time of this AC. Now i am facing the problem in GAS leakage. Service person told me to gas line and gas to be checked. And also front panel in AC not working. Hardly i have pressed that panel 20 times from the date of installation. I am only using AC Remote. I didnt expect these type of very very poor product from Samsung. I want to know the standard lifetime of these "GAS" things. Now samsung telling to pay Rs. 1850 for the above repair and additional Rs. 175 for replacing the digital panel. ( Is this fine for not using the panel ??? :( ).

                I have purched samsung mobile phone model no. SGH-F 270 on 7th july 09. from frist day phone having problem with its mic, also battery not charged fully and discharged with in 1 hrs.

                i have contacted to service centre at vashi navi mumbai. they asked me to check the mobile from their engineer at service centre. after that they have found problem in its board and asked me that they will send phone to the H.O. for repair. I have given phone on the same day 25 th july and was told to collect the phone after one week.
                i have contacted service centre to collect my mobile phone but tilll date my phone is not repaired and they are not able to inform me that when it will get repaire and return to me.

                i contacted to mr. prashant A.SM. to get the information, but it is surprise to me that he is also not able to tell anything about the same.
                It is very sad that company having high brand equity but having very poor coustmer service as well very poor product quality.

                    We own a Frost free Refridgrator SR34EMB.It is 10 years old.Suddenly it stopped working and the local service engineer said a part ie timer and bio meter has to be replaced.He procured it after 3 days from Bangalore.Now he says it does'nt suit and get another one or cut the size of the part to suite it.
                    I wonder how you can not have a part for a refridgerator ?
                    Now it almost 15 days it is yet to be repaired.I called the Customer care and registered the complaint.But again no one bothers to call or visit.What a shame on Samsung.Third class after sale.

                      I have bought Samsung split AC 1.5 T from Asansol 'Reco' dealer and installed two months ago by the authorised service agent headed by Mr. Bagchi.of Asansol
                      The Installer didnot repaired the portion damaged by them during installation. This was more than 10 times informed on the cell no. [protected]. Will Samsung company will set right the customer demand.

                        Samsung — Cheater Fraud company

                        With reference to my Samsung Mobile SCH W299, I purchased this handset on 24th Sep 2009.
                        On 26th Sep i found problem in Phone. I contacted 30308282 , they told me a procedure for that problem. I did what they told me , but nothing happened. On 30th Sep 2009 i called up 30308282 and asked for service center so that i can get my handset changed, They gave me address of Cariano Telecom (P) Limited which is situated in Roop Nagar.

                        On 30th Sep they took my handset for checking purpose. I called them many times but they always replied that it will take more time. On 3rd Oct 2009 i again visited to Samsung service center and got my handset. Then i got information of Moti nagar Service dealer.

                        On 3rd Oct it was off day for Moti nagar branch. I visited there on 4th Oct.

                        They simply refused me that we cannot give you new handset as you came late. We can only do if you come to us within 7 days.

                        Now My question is where is am wrong?????????????
                        Is cariano Telecom is not Samsung Service center? If not how dare 30308282 gave me address of that.

                        Who is responsible? Samsung n ow started cheating people by these acts?

                        Story not ending here...........

                        After a long argument, Mr Parmajit Singh , Manager of Moti Nagar branch, told me that we will repair your handset today, and you have to wait.

                        They gain tested the mobile and told me that it needs software reload process.
                        Mr Mohit an engineer told me to roam around for at least 1 to 2 hours, and then collect your handset.

                        I did the same, after 1.15 hours i approached to Mr mohit, he gave me handset and told me that your handset is ok now.

                        At that very moment i checked my handset and reported him that problem is still there.
                        He replied don't worry just charge this mobile and its ok.

                        Now when i cam back to my office, I charged my handset, after 5 minutes handset is saying that battery fully charged, and when i pull out the charger, low battery indication and mobile shut off.................

                        What is this?????

                        They gave me handset without removing the problem, why?????????????????

                        I need reply from your side asap.

                        I will file complaint in consumer court that how samsung making people fool.
                        You think we are fool, we have enough time to go to service center daily???????

                          I purchased a samsung mobilr phone model E250 from Ankur electronics, Chembur, Mumbai, on a genuine purchase bill .On 12/07/2009 the mobile phone, all of a sudden became dead .The very next day i took it to Vashi Services, Sec-2, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, which is a authorised samsung service centre .On the preliminary check they reported a display failure and no other reason for mobile disfunction.The service centre then sent the mobile for further check and told to collect after a week, but they returned it after 16 days, on 29/07/2009 and with a reason of water logging. Despite the mobile being in the warranty period the service centre has said that it will be repaired out of warranty, i.e. on charges.

                          I brought GTS-5570AAAINU Single SIM GSM mobile phone on 17/02/2012 from
                          A House of Telecom Solutions, B-85A, Shyam Park EXT. Sahibabad, U.P by paying Rs. 7850. It is screen touch phone.
                          i took on the samsung brand name but sorry to say i m copletedly not satisfied with it.
                          my hanDset is completely proper. BUT incoming, outgoing, mp3, video sound is not working but when i use in airphone then listen to sound slowly.Reason when went to ur SRS TELECOM SERVICES CENTER, E-3, LOWER GROUND FLOOR, KALKAJI NEW DELHI-110019, CONTACT NO-[protected], [protected].firstly they started giving change the motherboard reasons and later he says there is DEMAGE IC.
                          u can collect i the evening. he ask us change the motherboard, charg as Rs. 3, 800/
                          you tell me what do you mean by warranty.
                          if there is some damage to the handset from my side then i m liable to pay it. but i dont think there is any fault from my side. them your person asked me sign a paper. it was just show you all that see i have attended these many customers.
                          what services you have.
                          my hanset is RS. 7, 850/ and the repair charges are RS.3800.

                              I am Mr.VithunKumar from Banashankari, Bangalore. My samsung model no is SGH-E840..I had submitted my mobile on 4/7/2009 at Samsung mobile service station at Jayanagar, #102, 7th main, 4th block, Near Jaynagar Police station.(PROBLEM-LIQUID LOGGED & NO DISPLAY).I expected date of handset return in two weeks.But last week wen i visited the service station they told me that it wil take 3more days and they promised me that they wil call me. but i have not got my phones yet.it has been almost a month.I have tried to make calls in the regard, but they do not bother to pick up the phone

                                This is Dr Imran Ahmed Khan from Vivekananda Polyclinic, Lucknow.

                                I have purchased a samsung mobile. SGH-J700i at 20-05-09. I faced some problem with it`s woking and reported at SHREERAM Tower, lucknow. They asked me to contact at Niralanagar service center, where they deposited my set at 15-07-09 and asked me to contact at 17th of this month. then they asked for one more week, i followed but in vain, i got another due date after 10 days. I reported on 3rd aug, they called me next day. I visited today but they are saying parts are not available and it will be available after indefinite period.I am a doctor posted in ICU it is not possible for me to trace their every next date . kindly please see in to the matter and solve it with set replacement or job completion. By fixing new fake dates they are wasting my warranty period.

                                I purchase my mobile on 1-7-2009.I faced some problem in my phone set my phone is SGH-F270. i went to samsung service centre and told them my problem regarding my phone. They told that my problem was solved in 10 days after deposit my phone. i Deposit my phone on[protected] and they told me to recieve my phone on[protected]. I visited service centre on[protected] but they told me to come on[protected] . i went on[protected] again they did not return my mobile phone and me for two days more and ask me to come on 8-5-2009 ie today but today they did not return my phone and ask me for 3 days more . service centre name CELL CITY SEVICE and my work order nmber is 201.

                                i bought a mobile SGH J 700I on 25/10/2009 and it stopped working ( white display) so i submitted it at Vashi services, Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 05/01/2010. The mobile is still in the warranty period. Now more than a month has passed but my mobile is not repaired. I even called the 24hrs helpline and also made complaint on email at their website several times but no action was taken to solve the problem. This is my worst experience with any company. I do not know what to do. please guide me. How can I claim my money as i am not getting my mobile repaired.

                                  Hi I had purchased samsung mobile(C-300)At the price of Rs.6100/-From Sound of music shop at ulhasnagar -421003, at the month of march.I got 1-Year Guarantee/Warranty.From the dealer but unfortunately within a one month this mobile had stopped charging, I rushed to samsung service center for repairing as my mobile comes under Guarantee/Warranty.That person in service center checked my cell Phone said that there is connecter problem in my handset.He said that this piece cannot repairable .Till now i m not using my mobile fone.Its a hands folded request to samsung company kindly replace my mobile with new as i didn't used my piece more then 2-months.Kindly revert. Nd the Needful.

                                    WITH respect to above subject.I purchased SAMSUNG DVD WRITTER-IDE 20X, MODEL SH-S202J S.N.P9826RBQ507539E. on date 06/09/08 from RYTHM ELECTRONICS (BARODA).
                                    As the DVD was not working properly and as it was within a guarentee period it was sent to its AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE (SUPER COMPUTERS SERVICES, 5 SAMPIYA FLATS, OPP WELCOME, URMI DINESH MILL ROAD, AKOTA, VADODARA, PH[protected].It was sent to service centre on Date:01/06/09 with Work Order no: 1858 .I would like to complain that till today they are giving fake replys of the product and since it has been two months, i am not getting any good response and i am highly dissapointed, with the service and product of the company.

                                      I have purchased Samsung Mobile S3500 on 7 June 2009 at Croma, Mumbai.
                                      From day one it is observed that :
                                      1. The battery life is very poor. It drains off very fast that is within 4 hours even though any usage of mobile done, the battery is completely empty within 4 hours.

                                      2. The signal strength is very poor.

                                      3. The phone disconnects many a times while making a call

                                      4. I have put 4 GB memory card in the mobile. And whenever I tried to store any data in the card, I get the message that the Memory card is not found.

                                      I contacted Samsung Service Centre at Santacruz, Mumbai. I have been told that the battery is need tobe exchanged but not available at the Service Centre currently.
                                      I have been hearing this answer from the Service Centre perosn since last one month.

                                      For Memory Card problem the official there told me that the software is need tobe loaded again.

                                      Every time whenever I visit the Service Centre, I observed many customers with some or other problems with newly purchased Samsung mobiles.

                                      My question to Samsung officials are as under:
                                      1. How come from day one, the problems are arising in a mobile which is a brand new piece ?
                                      2. Do you make any quality checks of your products before send them to market for sale?
                                      3. Why the software is needed to reload agin for a new piece?
                                      4. In case, if there is any problem in the product, why the necessary parts / accessories are not available at the Service Centre within due time?
                                      5. Why it is taking more than a month to make available a very common part of mobile i.e. Battery?

                                      As a customer, I am absolutely unsatisfied with the quality of Samsung product and services of the company.

                                      I have purchase Samsung S3500 on 19.06.09 and earlier I knew that the battery back up is very low so went to samsung service center in Gurgaon Sec - 14, on 4.07.09. They checke the battery and found that the battery is not working properly and he assured me to replace my battery in next 4 days, I have called him after 10 days and he is saying me to wait. and they are not picking up the phone, and this type of problem in all samsung service centre. what should I do???
                                      i have purchased the s3500 samsungmobile, the battery life is very poor, if any operation is done the charging is going down, i am purely dissatisfied with this s3500 product.so how ever the phone is slim but the battery creates the difference from other phones like nokia

After 2 months i.e on 4/8/2009 i m having problem regarding this cell phone so submited my phone at ur samsung care center at borivali named master cares. and then they have return back my cell phone after one month on 4/9/2009 and then also my total problem is not solved and network for that cell is not come at any places. There is some problen from ur side and mr sudhakar at mastercare told me that i can refund back my money. so i have given photo copy of my bill to thenm and even after submiting that thing i m not able to get my cheque as on 13/10/2009 so i have call mr. sohaib at ur new mumbai center. They told me that my query is going from one department to account depat.so let me tell that when can i get my cheque. or i[censored] r nt able then i will go 4 any other legal action.                                       Same case with battery. It vanishes very fast. SAMSUNG PEOPLE WHY ARE YOU STILL SLEEPING. Wake up now and act fast .
