Hello all

Model : Samsung SGH – X820
Date : 04 July 2009


I had purchased the above Samsung mobile in the year Sep 2006.
Within 9 months o[censored]sage I had a software issue and had given to service center located in West of Chord Road, Mahalaxmipuram, Bangalore.
I collected the mobile and found that IMEI number was reset to [protected].
When I enquired the same with service center, I was told that no issue you can use.
I used it till June 2009, currently I am using Airtel connection, but all of a sudden the mobile stopped working when I checked with Airtel, they told that the IMEI number cannot be Zero’s so it has to carry the correct IMEI number. When I approached the
Samsung Service center, they took it and gave me a call after a month saying that Mother Board has to be replaced and charging 2000 INR. I also told that it was their mistake to not to load the IMEI number after the service for that they have no answer and asking me to pay 2000 INR.

I also have talked to the customer care and also to the managers of the service center, they are not ready to help me out of this.

dear sir,
i have samsung sgh g800 mobile...currently it loss disply...i went to the "guni service, basir ahmad complex, link road bilaspur(c.g.)..first it say noting parts of it there.and date 9/9/9 it take my mobile.and told me we have return in 2 days...after 2 days i m reach there and ask about mobile ...they say sry sir i cant repair it ...becocoz of nothin supply of thats part...and behave rudly...today is 15th sep...they not return my mobile...and not repair...its too late sir...and waist of my time...plz take some action about that...

Samsung Mobile — fraudulent service

Sir/Madam,

I have given my samsung mobile (model-Corby) for service at samsung service centre, Ghaziabad on 24/09/2010. They have told me to collect after 10 days and at the time of recieving they return my simcard, battery and back cover. When i have collected my phone on 07/10/2010 than my external memory shown disabled, Later on, i came to know that my memory card was missing and when i claim for memory card than the lady who recieved my phone start teaching me lesson that it is your responsibility not our to ask at that time and told me to do whatever i want. So kindly look into the matter, i will be highly obliged.

    sir we bought slpit air condition of samsung in may none of their serive manager came during our warranty period due to which our ac stop working since 1 month ago..as of i bought LG product they have given us quite well service...i want that you must get my split AC working as its your fault which iam bearing now

    I bought a samsung split ac in April 1, 2009 from M/s. Amaravathee Electroncs. Kolathur, Chennai 99. The ac purchased was 1 ton capacity. They have installed the ac latter. The ac was working about 20 days properly and after that it lost its cooling capacity. The ac machanic from your company attended and the cleaned the ac. But the cooling is not sufficient. Again I made a complaint. On 12.9.2009 a mechanic from your checked up the ac. He find the difference between the outdoor and indoor unit. The out door unit model is AS 12 UA X and the indoor unit model is AS 18 UA. That is instead of installing an indoor unit of 1 ton capacity they have installed a 1.5 ton indoor unit. The mechanic confirmed that due to the indoor and out door unit problem only, we are not getting sufficient cooling. He also requested us to replace the indoor unit. Immediately I informed the dealer who agreed to do the needful after checking the units by your mechanics.
    I now request you to kindly take this matter on an urgent basis and replace th indoor unit immeditely. Thanking you, Yours faithfully, R. Thangappan.

    samsung 1 ton split ac model 12UA — not getting cooling

    since last two month we are complaing about our AC is not giving cooling still probblem remain same i think samsung service is not good better change my whole unit & send to your research dept to find out cause of not cooling. AS my AC unit is having warrenty till 1st may 2010 .

      I had purchased Samsung 32'' LCD TV in Mar 2008 for approx. Rs.48000/-. During warranty period everything was fine. I had no problems with the television set. In this Aug 09, picture quality started deteriorating. In sept 1st week picture was not visible at all.
      As per the engineer from Samsung customer care, panel of LCD TV (i.e. screen) has developed some problem due to moisture.(Pls note my TV is at a distance of approx 18 feet from window) I have to get this panel changed. We were shocked to know that the cost of new LCD panel is as high as Rs.24000/-.
      So within 1.5 years the heart of the LCD TV has gone bad. So annualised cost of LCD is appox. Rs.32000/-.
      "Warrantee period is only 1 year" was the answer I received from them. So the company, itself expect that the product can be used for 1 year only. Also the warranty on the new panel will be just 1 Month.
      Rather than getting this panel changed i am planning to buy new CRT TV (Old TV). I can get a good TV at Rs.15000/-. Atleast it will work for 5 years.

      I SUGGEST NO ONE SHOULD GO FOR SAMSUNG LCD TV

      Samsung Lcd — owner talking to customer with feet on the front table

      My in laws bought LCD TV from samsung India located at city center Salt Lake Kolkata .When they approached the owner, the owner sat with his feet on the table .When my inlaws asked him to atleast put his feet down from the table while talking, he started abusing them .This was a shock for my inlaws and for me particularly .These are the unclulctured and illitrate people samsung hasgiven their agencies to ..I am so disgusted with this fact that i have pledged never to buy any samsung product .The retailer did not even have respect for the senior citizen.I believe if samsung wishes to protect its brand value it must take feedback from the people of their dealers and retail outputs

      Samsung Lcd — invalid reason for rejection of loan

      On saturday, 25th July booked a LCD at Thane-Vintage Vision with a down payment of Rs.9600/-We wanted to utilise the loan facility for which all the reqd.papers were handed over to the dealer. He too promised to deliver the LCD on Thursday after getting a clearance of the loan.We agreed to this. Today all of a sudden I recd a call asking me whether I am using any credit card which I flatly refused.I truly do not carry my transaction with Cr.card as I do not possess any.I use my ICICI debit card only which is my salaried a/c.I was finally sent a rejection SMS about the LCD.After enquiring with the dealer who too was shocked, as we have been their regular customer, called up the bajaj person named Mr.Praveen who inbformed us that We were rated with 630 seibel points hence not qualifying for a loan amt.On enquiring further Bajaj fellow stressed that we have a credit card and have defaulted many payments.
      This was a shock of my life.He said that this information is gathered by RBI.
      Now, I would like to know where the problem is. Also I just get a proper justification as to why I ws refused and on what grounds.The dealer did return the money back. But we as a customer would really like to know as to from where are the faulty information coming from and then harassing us in this manner.Request you to let us know if someone else in my name is utiising a credit card.we are not aware.Please give the full clarification with regards to the above.

      Samsung Lcd — dual representation of ECS for the last two months

      Dear Sir

      Sir I have purchased Samsung Wallmount LCD TV last year and my EMI is Rs.2112/-p.m. which ended in August 2009. But knowingly or unknowingly in July 2009 and August 2009 my ECS was presented twice to my banker (ICICI Bank, R.S.Puram, Coimbatore) which got returned and I was charged by the bankers twice for this @Rs.280/- per return. Also my bank statement unnecessarily got two ECS return remarks because your mistake. So I have gone to your Coimbatore R.S.Puram Branch and met Mr.Anand in Customer Service in this regard and asked for a regret letter to be submitted to my Bankers and also the refund of my ECS return charges debited by my bankers because of your mistake.

      He told me to mail him all details so that he (Mr.Anand) could send it to Bajaj Fin HO for necessary action. The mail with all details was sent to Mr.Anand 3 days before but till now no action was taken. Why? Also I have received a call from Mr.Vijay of your Coimbatore Bajaj Finance Office for making a payment which he mentioned pending for the last due whereas it was cleared in my bank during August 2009.

      What these guys are doing there in your Coimbatore office I don't know. I have now got a bad remark in my bank account because of the mistakes of your staff. Apart from these, Mr.Vijay from your office is calling me and asking me a pending payment which is not at all prevailing there.

      Also when we call your R.S.Puram office landline or cell numbers nobody is picking. I don;t know whether they are all there in the office all the time or not.

      Please look into the matter immediately and rectify my complaints immediately.

      My name Lalit Gandhi from Mumbai having similar problems. I purchased LCDTV 32" model no.LA32R81BM/XTL on 5th July 2007 spending Rs. 55, 000/- On 3rd Sep 2009 suddenly LCD panel screen become total white having blurred image. Samsung service person told me the same as you have the problem that LCD PANEL needs to change. The Samsung co. send me the estimate of Rs.25, 397/-. I feel that Samsung co. should think seriously & solve our genuine problems.

      This is to bring your information that in Januray, 09 I have taken Samsang make LCD on Finance from Bajaj Finance. On 5/9/2009 I have cleared entire loan amount. While
      applying loan you had taken one cheque no. 781283 for Rs:8772/- as security deposit.

      Kindly note that inspite of clearing my entire loan amount they are not returning my above
      security deposit cheque. I had requested no of times to their concered office, but no one is giving proper reply from their end. you are requested kindly look into matter and do the needful on this matter, with thanks,

      i bought a 42 inch LCD, it worked fine for the year and a half and now it refuses to start normally. It takes a long time before the picture comes up. Samsung charges Rs2000 to send in their technician. Samsung is known for low quality products. I also have a samsung washing machine which again is a cheap rip off. Ill never buy a samsung product ever again..

      I have taken a LCD from TMC Hyderabad and I have been receiving calls from a tele caller Named Ashra[censored]sing abusive languages. The employees must be taught some basic discipline and telephone ethics before they speak to a client. The client relation is arrogant. I have already stopped 3 of your major clients to buy from your finance

      Samsung Lcd — Exorbitant cost

      Hi

      I purchased a Samsung 46 inch LCD exactly 2 years back and now the panel seems to have developed a manufacturing defect which the company service people believe will cost approximately Rs. 25,000. This is highly unacceptable as one cannot even remotely accept a repair cost which is so high and that too within such a short period.

      Request you to raise the same with the appropriate.

      Samsung Lcd — Poor Service

      Dear Sir,

      This is to inform u that , I have purchased a samsung LCD series 4 three months back that is 31/03/2011.But it stopped working . I called customer care on 19 june 2011 for repaire or replacement . The person came and checked the LCD and said there is some problem in some part and that will be replace and it will take atleast one week .

      We said okay he came after i week with the part and same was replace but the system havent started working . We asked the engineer why it was working he said that there is no plroblem in this part we changed .

      There is some problem in some other part which is to be replace .We said okay and asked him that when it will be done and what is the suerty that after changing it it will be perfect . he said lets see

      I request him why u dont place a request for LCD change as its has been purchased two months back and is under warranty .

      He said this cant be done what ever u want do u do and started fighting with me .

      And i am still following with the samsung service center and they are not listeng to ne and say the persone will come within two three days and keep us waiting

      I called there customer center lot of time but no proper reply was gven to me

      Samsung — Poor picture quality

      Dear sir
      I bought a CRT of Samsung Model Number 21A551Sl Number ZB04033 vide Bill No. 10/3588 dated[protected] but the picture quality is getting detiriorated day by day while the other one running far better with same cable connection same point.       I purchased Samsung 40 Inch LCD TV Model Number : LA40D550K1RLXL, Serial Number : MPZP3PBB901149R for 40000 on 15 AUG 2012 from Reliance Digital in Phoenix Market City Bangalore . It worked fine for 1 year and then on 18 AUG 2013 just after 3 days after warranty expired, it developed a problem of Horizontal Lines on screen. I called Samsung service Complain Number :[protected], they said panel has to be replaced. Cost = approx 20000 Rs.

      It is just 1 year and 3 days guys and I bought the TV in 40 K and now it is worth nothing. It is a product defect and certainly Samsung should take responsibility for the screen,

      On this above context, I am requesting / appealing to SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS to take up this as very special / exceptional case and replace the PANEL at minimum cost as it is just 1 year old TV. It is my expectation from you, to look into this and show a way out, to solve the issue cordially so that the so that the customer satisfaction is highly appreciated.

      I am writing this post with lots of hope and a proper judgment from SAMSUNG side.

        i purchased an Omnia at the end of November 2008. i was given a window period of a week to come back and tell them if the phone is giving me problems. well it did not, till 3 weeks after the purchase. the phone was jamming, freezing,giving me all sorts of problems(and i know it the omnia has a reputation of doing such!!! people take them back all the time, i heard this from the very vodacare shop that i took my complaint to). it got very bad in january 2009, so i took it back. a few weeks later Vodcare calls to tell me i broke the phone and i need to pay R1700 of which i did not have and still dont. and i was not willing to pay such an amount for something i did not do. the omnia at that time was going at R13 000 something, and my installment is R443, i would have been a fool to sabotage it. i then told them that i will not pay because it was not my fault and their need to fix it or give me a new phone, cause i had had the phone only for a couple of months and it started to give me problems. i wrote to Hello Peter to help, which was unsuccessfull, vodcare would not budge. i then told them to fix it, hoping that their would come to their senses and give me the phone, without making me pay that ridiculous amount!!! i received a message after having waited almost 5months(and their had said it would take 17 days) for my phone to be fixed to come and collect it. i went and their are still telling my about the R1700(which i still do not have) i am paying R443 every single month for a phone that is collecting dust at the hatfield, Pretoria vodcare!! it saddens me that as excited as i was to be in possession of such a beautiful phone like that, it would come with such misery. i know i am not the first to tell you nor the last that the Omnia had factory faults therefor giving alot of people a had time. i am offerly disappointed in Vodacare for not having handled the situation rightfully and for their none professionalism, and in Samsung for bringing out a phone that brings such misery to people, instead of joy! right now i got a new job by South African Express, and having a proper working phone(their gave me a phone, which is giving me problems as well) is of high importance. i hope samsung will do right by me, so that i wont have to take this story to the newspapers. i am tryed of fighting vodacare, and especially because i am practically donating R443 every month. Samsung and Vodaworld is such hugh and well known companies that will not go out of budgets for fixing my phone that was broken due to Samsungs fault and not mine! hope to be hearing from you soon!

          I am so ashamed of myself for buying Samsung product for which I am still suffering.
          I bought 2 Samsung (double mistake committed) ACs from HomeTown (booked on 16th August 2009). The delivery of window AC came after 10 days and Split AC after 14 days (So much hype about after consumer service!!). Window AC could never be installed even after chasing for 10 days after which, having been totally fed-up, I got the AC installed myself through some outsider. Today is 14th September 2009 and in spite of vigorous follow-up, I am still unable to get the split AC installed through Samsung. One Mr. Manav from the service center (Mob no [protected]) who seems to be senior enough, keeps promising installation every day for the next day, but that next day is yet to arrive. Now that summer is at its fag end, I don't even need an AC. Thank you Samsung for such prompt and timely service as well as for saving my electricity bill as I could not use the ACs during summers for which I had bought them.
          PLEASE DO NOT BOAST OF BEING A 'CUSTOMER FRIENDLY' COPMPANY. YOU ACTUALLY DO NOT DESERVE IT.
          I AM TIRED OF CHASING SAMSUNG AND HOMETOWN
          WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER SAMSUNG 1 TON AWT 12 ZKA, FREE SERVICE WAS CARRIED ONLY TWO TIMES, TWO MORE FREE SERVICE IS PENDING. TRIED TO CALL THE PERSON, NO RESPONSE.

            i have requested your call centre with a request to fix the tv to the wall mount. your service centre by
            name m/s G.techno services sent one person by name mr. bhoopathi. afterwards i have a problem
            with sound of the tv and again i comlained and on 12th morning two people by name srikanth and ajay
            came and disturbed the wall mounted tv and could not fix the same intact. the second person is not an employ of the g.techno services. they further told me that again mr.bhupathi will come within an hour and fix it to the wall mount. so far i.e. 11.45 today 14th when i spoke to the service centre again
            service centre techncian srikanth tells me that bhupathi will come in the evening and fix it.mr. gurunath on whose name the service centre stands is not responding to my calls. his number as given by your call centre is [protected]. this is causing me both mental strain and physical strain and monetory loss over phone calls. I unable to understand how to solve the problem and to whom to
            appraoch for the same except seeking consumer forum help. I believe samsung will reply me positively by taking some action on the service centre i.e. g.techno services, dilsukhnagar.

              I bought this Samsung LCD LA40M8 on 27.04.08. For the past 15 days I have a difficulty in switching On. When I press On button, I am getting Tick Tick sound for 90 seconds. After that only it is getting On. I lodged a complaint in the toll free number. Somebody called me and told that they will charge Rs.1800 per visit and is it ok for me?. Why so much cost? One year only gone. It is a costly article. Why the problem arose in one year? Kindly do the needful.

                I have purchased this fully automatic model approx. 10 years back from m/s Vijay Sales, Goregaon on 10.07.1998. The investment was worth the product as it never gave any trouble all these years. But for the past few months we have noticed that when the machine changes the mode from 'Wash to Rinse' or 'Rinse to Speedy' it malfunctions with a fault code displayed. Once I reset the machines with power off is works properly. Sometimes we also need to rearrange the cloths in the drum even if they are minimum if they are entangled during the washing process for it to work. In my opinion this is not a overload issue.

                I want you to revert on to whom we should contact for such problems. May be it is a servicing problem of the machine. Do revert so that corrective steps can be taken asap before there is a complete breakdown which I want to avoid.

                I presume this is a normal complaint lodging process which I searched on the net, hence using it for the first time.

                  I made a complaint to the Customer Care Centre of above named company by phone to their phone No.[protected] on[protected] regarding water lekage inside the refrigerator. But sofar the company has not rectified the defects. In this regard I have sent a number of emails to the company requesting for removing the defects but no body has cared to rectify the defect. Besides, I have been requesting this company by phone almost every day since 16th July,2009 for rectifying the defect but it appears that the concerned responsible persons are neglecting delibarately.

                  Is there any one in the Samsung co. to look into my grievance and take an immediate action for rectifying the defect.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I am using this Samsung mobile SGH-U800E from 28th Jan 09.It started giving me troble from that day its front corner silver polish got off and when i approched the Samsung India electronic pvt ltd at Nehru place they told me that the new moblie cover was not available.
                    And now my moblie LCD screen got damaged, i gave my moblie to the repair centre on 1st sep 09 they informed me that i will get it back in 2/3 days only.Now when i apporched them on 5th sep 09, they again asking for more days as LCD screen was not available in their stock.Finaly they informed on 10th sep 09 i will get it back.
                    Today is 13th sep 09 and till now the mobile is not ready.They are saying it is going to take more time and whenever they received the part they will informed me which is totaly not acceptable.
                    From the last 12 days i am without any mobile phone, you can understand how can a person will manage without a cell phone in these days.
                    You are kindly requested to please look into the matter and do the needful.

                        I have a Samsung Mpower 309 handset. It is not working properly.I am getting Charging problem and handfree problem from last 2 days.
                        Today I went at Raj nagar Ghaziabad Service center to repair my cell, but the concern person Mr shobby was refused to receive my cell coz I m reached over there delay by 15minuts. He asked me that he can't received my cell coz the time is quater pass five at that moment. Can you suggest me How punctual you guys are coz on that moment some people were over there waiting for his cell to get back from last one month to over the month.If you guys are not punctual so how can you refused to receive my cell deu to time limit.

                          I have bought a Samsung ML-1640 Mono Laser Printer and there is an offer from Samsung that i[censored] buy this printer model before 31 Aug 2009 then u will get an additional onsite warranty of 1 year for free i bought this printer on 26 Aug 2009 and called the customer care on 27 Aug 2009 they said that the executive will come to your place on the next business day and today is 12-Sep-2009 and i have not received any call from Samsung team and i call daily to their customer care number[protected] and they say only one thing that wait today sir executive will come to your place i m totally pissed off and I RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT BECAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER CARE SUCKS . THEY HAVE A LITTLE CALL CENTER AND THEIR CALL CENTER HAVE NO CONNECTIONS WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. DON'T BUY SAMSUNG AT LEAST IN INDIA.

                            I purchased a Samsung split AC (model AN18 , 1.5 Tonne) in the month of April 2009. After the technician had left, i discoverd that the outdoor unit of the AC was lopsidedly installed. I immediately contacted the dealer, M/S Sangam, Duliajan, Assam, who simply washed his hands off saying that after sales service was the responsibility of the Customer Care centre at Dibrugarh town in upper Assam.. However he did give me the number of the Customer Care Centre and advised me to contact them personally. On calling them I was informed that a technician would visit me within the week and set right the problem.
                            Its now September and even after several reminders, that technician has still not surfaced.

                            I would request Samsung Customer Satisfaction Team (its what they call themselves) to kindly intervene because the noise level of the outdoor unit has definitely been increasing day by day.

                            Samsung - Split AC — Improper Installation

                            I have purchased a Split Ac of Samsung from Vijay Sales. They have installed the AC, but the installation is improper. The outer unit not fixed in straight line. Further, One clamp of the inner unit is not fixed properly. After daily calling to Samsung, one person has came to see the problem & he has accepted that the installation is not proper, but no one has turn up after that day.

However I felt that service during installation is very bad. The installation personels think in manner that every site will be ideal for installation.There attitude is also not help and problem solving type.

                            I have purchased 3 nos of 183Csb 1.5T split Ac two months back.recently I found During cleaning of filter that of three Ac two Ac were not installed with biosleep filter.

                            On 21st Oct 2010 I logged a call with Samsung for missing bio sleep filter and Cooling problem of one AC with complain number [protected]

                            I was shocked to see the response time towards the complain launched after two followups the engg. Visited on 25th oct leaving the complain half solved.he didn't installed the bio sleep filter and said it's not his look out and should have come with installation.(have mentioned in call slip about the same).

                            1. Why the commitment of giving service in 24 Hr given when the call is been addressed on 5th day from date of complain
                            2.Why installation team of Samsung didn't brought out of missing bio-sleep filter during installation
                            3.when will the organization arrange to install the missing filter

                            We had purchased Samsung Split Ac last jan 2010 .after the purchase the ac worked fine for few months but from may onwards its cooling started detoriating . since purchase around 5-6 engineers hav visited . 6 months back they told gas hs leaked out and it was refilled with out charge . now again last week i complained as the ac was nt coolin , this time they told again gas has leaked and they would charge 1800 fir it . Since purchase this ac has some or the other defect and it should be replaced by the company .                                 I purchased a samsung mobile phone to Hot Spot Showroom after one month his joy stick & Key pads are not working then I go to the showroom. They said me you go to samsung service center. when i go to samsung service center he checked my mobile and told me that your joy stick is broken and you have to paid the charges. Then i give him rs 500/- and after one day again my mobile get same problem and then
                                i again go to him and they told me again it is chageble and finally it have a same problem
                                The Samsung Mobile sets are really worst, I bought a mobile from Bahrain and with in warrenty period
                                I faced problem with the set, when I contacted the service Center and they told me that the warrenty
                                does not apply. Finally after I agree to pay, they changed the entire main PBA part number GH92-
                                02551, bill number 13442 dated 08/08/08. Again since last two months I am facing problem such
                                that NET WORK. This is what Samsung Mobiles are.
                                My name is Urmila Sharma, I have purchesed one samsung Guru mobile phone after getting the suggestion from my Korian colleague, after using it till one month (under warranty period) i found my phone starts switched off automatically, i have submitted my mobile to service centre (Vashi Branch, Sector - 3) to resolve the problem, but it is not resolved yet after 5 days and i dont have my mobile to use,
                                I as a global customer will not suggest anyone for Samsung in future as i am suffering after the advice from my Korian colleague.

                                  i had bought a Samsung Guru Muzik CDMA phone with reliance sim. The phone has such a poor voice quality that you cannot hear what the other person says in one go. you need to constantly ask the other person to repeat. Same goes on the other side. They keep asking you to repeat as they cannot hear you. This problem reduces when you use the hands free(earphone). But there are other problems also. While making a conference call i get disconnected but the other two persons continue to talk. While listening to FM radio the sound vanishes for 15 seconds and suddenly comes back irrespective of the network or signal strength.

                                  I went to Samsung service centre, they said they want to change the mother board of the phone. I cant understand if the phone is just one week old why do u want to change the parts when there are so many problems. Why cant you change the phone. Second there is no guarantee that these problems get solved even on changing the mother board or software.

                                  The behaviour of the service centre people is so bad. I am really pissed off. I promise never to buy any samsung phone ever in life and will make sure that none of my friends, relatives or acquantaince buys any samsung phone.

                                  I totally agree to Mukesh.. I too bought the phone and within weeks this problem started showing up. Initially i thought it could be a network issue or something like that.. A lot of my friends couldnt hear me at all properly.. Voice gets cut off in between. Another irritating problem this phone is showing is the call log count. When i clear the call log counter, the phone restarts on its own. And still the counter would not be reset, Pretty irritating at times. Especially wen i see a missed call saying so and so called 89 times. Am going to customer service within a week. Will update the details as to what they say.
                                  The complaints written above are very true. Do not buy samsung GURU MUZIK.
                                  1. When call log cleared it restarts phone immediately.
                                  2. When you receive message while talking on phone you cant read it without disconnecting phone which is not seen in other SAMSUNG mobiles. So the System programming is faulty.
                                  3. When you talk on phone without earphones, the opposite party can not hear anything clearly.
                                  4. Sometimes even in best network areas the voice of other party is shaky.
                                  5. If you get "SERVICE MESSAGE" (which is special message that does not store in phone) then the phone restarts.
                                  6. Call log is a real mess. It shows only 2 recent calls in which you can see the same number has called exactly 100 times with same date, same time and same call duration. So if there are 3 miscalls of 3 different persons then you cannot see 3rd (older miscall) in the log.
                                  These are my observations for GURU MUZIK.

                                  Yet there is a plus point for those who like talking on phone for hours using headphones and this the only thing you want then the voice communication with headphones is the best even in noisy places and battery backup is more than 3.5 hours for a continuous single call.
                                  oh my God, you people are also facing the same problem that i am facing and i stupid was thinking that only my piece is defective...
                                  i could have searched for this page in the internet before buying the phone..
                                  it really irritating me
                                  some other problem i am listing out:
                                  1. mobile prayer are playing completely. in the middle its stopping.i hope if some religious group will here this disgusting problem in mobile prayer they are going to put a case against samsung India.
                                  2. if you go to music player and for the playlist browse for songs in the hard disk then some times its comming alphabatically and some times folder wise
                                  3.u cant change the radio station in back ground musik mode
                                  4.if you turn on suffle in music player than your experiance is going to be horrible as some times the same songs will be playing for more then 3 times in a row.
                                  5.a lot of noise is coming while talking.the signaling system/ antena is not atall good i felt.
                                  6. through profile u cant change your ring tone to any thing that is in your sd card.
                                  7.you need to go to player and play the ringtone to set it.
                                  can any one please tell me how to get data in to phone memory or copy data to phone memory.
                                  8. this phone is really the worst mobile ever i have seen. the chinees set also never show this kind of bugs huh..

                                    I have aircel connection. I want to use my mobile as a modem but I fail to connect internet to pc. Your mobile company given me a pc suit software. But there is no option to connect AircelWeb internet connection. please give me a suggestion.

                                    i am using same mobile samsung GTS5233A and Aircel.I have connected my PC to internet by using this cell. Create interconnection using pc suit do not select India as a country select other, also provider "other", then you can set manually, set APN =aircelwap.pr, phone='*99***1#. It is working.
                                    You can create connection manually without using pc suit.

                                    Go to setting, Phone setting, in phone setting there are second last option PC connection.
                                    Set Samsung PC studio default for connection. After selection connect cell to pc and start PC suit.
                                    You can upload, download photo as well as other files to pc. And moving files from Phone to Card memory card not required PC, you can move files by phone. Go to my files, images, Select manage option and select move or copy, after phone shows all files from this folder select files to move or copy and select bottom option it ask for location select memory, againg it shows folder list from memory move or copy to one of the folder or can create new folder.

                                    I have been trying to get GPRS s settings for samsung modle GT S5233A from aircel custemer care, but aircel custemar care agent are just ignoreing with all excuses.
                                    should i cancel the canection and go to any ather cell service .
                                    It has been almost 6 months i have been using samsung gts5233 mobile phone with almost all service providers here in J&K. the only thing i found missing in this version of samsung was using menu based application during a call like record option. also u need to manuaaly "crack" throusgh the mobile software to manually install the java application whch i thnk was lil bit of nuisance.

                                    rest regarding the internet connectivity. the mobile web broser works smooth almost with all netowrk providers.

                                    when i used aircel, initially i was told by aircel cc that this samsung phone is not supported so i went for mannual settings, which worked really fine. also airtel gprs works good on this phone n so is BSNL n Vodafone n reliance gprs.

                                    even if i give it the right smtp and pop3 servers and ports also , it is saying that "DNS failed".

                                    i bought the mobile handset around three months.From that time untill three months everything was working good condition. now i have got problum for the key lock button.its not working.                                     Frequent Application crashes after update to Lollipop from 4.4

                                    Eversince i have updated my S4 from KitKat to Lollipop, the touchwiz and other applications crash. Even the contacts stop working and restarts. This make it impossible to use phone during office when i have to make calls or send smses.

                                      Respected Sir / Madam,

                                      My name is karthik, my father brought a Samsung Split A/C 1.5 tons from Rathna Cool House, Pondy bazar in May 2008.The installation for first time was done wrongly by Samsung service centre called New Cool Home.Later the different set of samsung service engineer properly installed the A/C.Since the day it has been installed, hardly one month passed the A/C gets freezed inside and the water gets leaked inside the unit. When we complained to the Rathna cool house they were least bothered to hear the problem and did not even attend the call properly. Later called the Samsung service centre, Engineers from New cool home were sent. They diagonised and told that the freezing of ice is due to dust congestion.I questioned the person that how come a newly bought A/C not even one month old can get a dust congestion. They were telling the same thing and promised that the problem will not exist again. Later few days after the problem exist again.When i complained again, the service engineers came again from new cool home, diagonised the problem and told the same reason. Again they did a basic cleaning process and told that will not be repeated.

                                      The problem existed several times, Various Service Engineers from different samsung service centre attended the fault and told various reason. One of the Service head engineer diagonised told that there has been a gas leakage inside, but the people sent by him to attend the fault told that there has not been any gas leakage, it is purely due to dust formation. This time the Engineers were from Vijay Ganesh Engineering. The cleaned the entire the outer unit and told that the problem will not come again. Just after 2 days, the problem existed again, this time they told that the inner unit has to be taken for cleaning. Later they placed the unit after 3days.

                                      Again the problem existed again.Whenever the engineers say that the problem is due to dust, the filter has been always clean there has not been any dust in the filters, and how come the issue been due to dust congestion for newly bought Split A/C.

                                      Finally again gave a complaint at Samsung service centre and strongly requested not to send Engineers from New Cool home instead kindly send a experienced engineers from a different Service agent.

                                      This time the fault was attended by Alfa Refrigeration Co. on 03.06.09. The engineer diagonised named Mr. Yadav told me that the problem is due to less gas so the gas has to refilled. Since the warranty expired, he charged me around Rs.2150 and assured a 6 months guarantee that the problem will not exist again.

                                      After 2 weeks passed the problem existed again.I gave a complaint to alfa refrigeration, Engineers from Alfa refrigeration diagonised the problem and this time they told me that the inner unit coil has to cleaned it has been due to dust.I clearly told the that if it is due to dust why did the previous engineer from your office unnecessarily filled up the gas for no reason. The engineer promised me that this time the problem will not be repeated and took the inner unit for cleaning.

                                      Later again after few days the problem existed again. I gave a complaint to Alfa refrigeration directly.A service Engineer Named Mr. Arumugham from Alfa Refrigeration came diagonsied and told that it is due to coil dust and the inner unit has to be cleaned. I asked how come ,your people have just cleaned up the inner unit about few days back , how come suddenly dust gets congested in the coil. He strongly told me that this is due to the coil congestion and the inner unit has to be cleaned.

                                      On 24.08.09, engineer were sent from Alfa refrigeration for collection of the uni, he is the same person who attended the fault on 03.06.09. He diagonised the unit again this time he found a new fault that the 5/8 " pipe has been damaged and has to be replaced. He strongly told that the problem is only due to damage of the pipe.And also mentioned that the inner unit has to be cleaned. He told me that he has to charge for pipe replacement. I told that i am not going to pay anything anymore. I also asked you were the person who diagonised on 03.06.09 and didn't see this problem on that day and why did you fill up the gas for no reason? He did not have an answer. he took the inner unit for cleaning and placed it without replacing the pipe.

                                      Again today on 10.09.09 i am facing the same problem.We are really fed up with this split A/C, The problem has been there with this unit since the day the we bought this product.we have undergone deep mental and physical pain all these days due this issue.

                                      I really wanted to issue a complaint legally against the Product seller and the service agents.

                                      I kindly request your goodselves let me know what will the be procedure to proceed with this issue further.

                                      I have a Washing Machine of Sumsang Company which is troubling me a lot.I had complaint in the service center of Samsung company in Agra.There still no correct action taken of my complain becoz the service engineer are not upto mark the washing machine is still not in proper condition .

                                      My first problem was that The tub of the machine was broken i compliant about it on 10 june.
                                      It went to the service center and when it came back on 26 june it wasnot assembled properly i complaint for it again the service engineer did not came to see it and after that when i tried to use it the ring of the machine was cutted/scratched and after 4 days(29 june)it went to service center again it came back .Making a lot of noise after even the ring cutted was repaired by the engineer.Mr Chetan Vikas the area manager And Mr. Khatpalia
                                      Mr.Turan Saxena i have talken all of them.Mr Khatpalia said that the part is not available till now It is till now in non working condition.
                                      The service center was changed because before that i used to talk to Mr feroz khan pervious center head.And the ghaizibad service center toll free number can't be dailied by my mobile it give an error.Mr Rahul PAndey the new service center head did not took our problem seriously.

                                      Samsung — ice & filter problem

                                      we bought a fridge from e-zone metro walk mall, rohiniDelhi (INDIA). on 23.9.2007it has a problem in it's filter, so we have sent our complaint to the e-zone people, but they havent done anything towards it so i m not very happy by your service..it's very poor.it means from next time we might not take your products.hope u will take some action towards it.

                                        i purchase my mobile oon[protected] after 2 months later i got battery problem on my cell phone. i go to samsung service center i told them about my battey problem. they take my hand set for 1 day. after 1 day later i go to samsung service center they told me battery is ok.and they told me not to memory card for 1 day.i follow there suggestion but there no differene for my cell phones battery back up.
                                        02/06/2009 i got many problem in my mobile 1) battery back up 2)camara on stand by 3)no memory card is show on my cell phone 4)massage memory is in built 500 but is show in only 250 massages(it include inbox,outbox,send items) for these problems they replce my phones mother board.my cell phones imei number is [protected]. and they take my hand set for 28 days. currnetly i am facing battery back up problem and massage problem.for this i go service center 3 july 2009 i told them about my problem they argue with me service center person whose name is MR ANAND SAHANI AND MR VIJAY DUBEY do what u want u r not ready to slove u r proble in rough toneing please help me............
