    myself rajendra jain,
    i bought a washing machine model no-80HAG WO4252CXCO1353D @ 12700/- FROM MAHESHWARI SALSE,JABALPUR CLUB COMPLEX,NAUDRA BRIDGE, JABALPUR(MP)482001 ON[protected].
    after purchasing the machine we got regular problem in its panel board,and within guarantee period the service center change/replace that parts but it was a regular problem and occured many times.after some time on MARCH 2009 we had that same problem and we contacted to service center again,they told us they dont have that part that time and suggest to wait for some time,but after waiting 4months they told us that company has stopped producing that part and company will change my machine after dudcting some depriciation and will provide a new machine with diffrence amount.then we agreed and order for any new available model and ready to pay diffrence amount.but since that day (approx 2.5 month) we are continiously in contact with mr viplav(head jabalpur seevise center)mob. no-[protected] but he either not attend our call or response irritatly then he forward us to contact indore office to mr prashant(mob. no.-[protected]) but we had same irresponsible response there.
    we are very puzzeled couse of that matter. pls solve my problem as soon as possible or i will be oblige to contact consumer forum.

    Im suresh verma #1686 aman coloney Dhanas i pruched washing machine 12th oct, But no body come to my home (regarding instal the matchine) coz i hve no knowldge for product. i aslo complant so many time no body responsible. Plz suggest what can i do. and where i connect the right persong whon instal the matchine. it is very poor service. i dont nvere purchies Sumsun product.

    My complaint no is [protected] . I had given complaint to the samsung service center on 31/3/11. After that 2 times i reminded them then they sent technician on 5/4/11. He checked & informed that Gasket has to replaced. I asked him pl. check it correctly, it is gasket or anything else, he told gasket only. Then i told him to replace it.He told it has to be done in service center only. He pick up the washing machine on 7/4/11. I called him on 8/4/11 & requested to do it fast, & he informed that We ordered for gasket It will take 2 days & i told ok. He called me on 12/4/11 & telling that drum has to replaced, It is drum problem. Then argument gone between us sometimes.He told me that if you are ready i will ordered the drum & replace.I donot know what i have to do for this.He has taken more than 15 days just for telling these things, i donot know when he will repair the m/c & upto what extent he will do. If he informed me about the drum problem at the time of visiting I could have find the alternate solution now i am not in the position to do anything. Pl. tell me what i have to do & do the needful.

        Dear Sir,
        I have purchased Samsung mobile i200 at jabalpur by dealer Time Art who has wrongly promoted the features of the mobile phone about downloading facility which is not available with this model.
        no softwares available or designed for this model.
        No body at dealer point is available to demonstrate about the phone.
        My phones mic is not working & dealer diverted to service center & service center does not have the required spare parts available with him at jabalpur assured to call but did not implemented.
        I am worried as my warranty period will be expiring & facing problems during communications as i am not audible other side while talking on phone.
        Is there any solution ?????

          I had purchased Samsung LCD TV in Nov-07. Since May-09, i.e. One year and few months I am experiencing volume related problems. The unit starts with a volume ranging from 150-200. The highest volume is 100. I contacted the dealer who sent a Samsung authorised repairer. He said there is something wrong with the panel inside and the cost of repair would be around 2500. He would do it for less if done at personal level. We asked for a day or two. Now he is not picking the phone. I think Samsung as such is bogus. The picture quality is also very poor. I am strictly recommending non- SamsungTVs to my friends.

            I totally empathize with ankit, since I am also facing the same problem with SAMSUNG for over three months now, I had bought a Bluetooth in july first week and till date nothing has happened in this.

            And the saddest part is that no one is even bothered to talk on the subject forget about helping us with the same.

            SAMSUNG OMNIA HD (I8910) MOBILE PHONE

            Dear Sir,

            I wish to bring to your attention my experience with regard to the above mentioned phone over the past two weeks in the paragraphs below:

            1 I purchased an SAMSUNG OMNIA HD (I8910) MOBILE PHONE on 22nd September 2009 from SMART COMMUNICATION. Phone IMEZ No. [protected].

            2 I observed from the first day that the volume/ talk quality was very poor and that the time taken to find a number from the “contacts” unusually slow.

            3 I took the phone to the Samsung Service Centre in Sector 31 Gurgaon. Was attended by technician Mr. Deepak. He said that they do have the updated software for this phone and that I should go to The Samsung Service centre In Nehru Enclave.

            4 Meanwhile I spoke to Samsung Customer Care on 30th of September who said that someone will attend to my case within 24hours. However, there was no response so I again spoke to them on 5th October . The complaint number was [protected].

            5 I was told by Customer care (Mr. Ravi) to go to Samsung Service care and specifically meet Mr. Rakesh Kumar Roshan. So, on 6th October, I went to meet this person and was given a token at 11:21am. After about 2 hours, I managed to meet the person. Mr. Rakesh, the technician said that he would install the new software but it would take one hour. I returned after one hour to be told that it will take another one hour as the software has to be downloaded from the internet. It finally took close to three hours of waiting and after deleting all my data, still did not solve the problem.

            6 On Thursday, 7th October, I was on work to DLF, Gurgaon when my mobile phone suddenly "hanged" I immediately took it to the Samsung Service centre in Sector 31 Gurgaon and met technicians Mr. Deepak and Mr. Pradeep. They too could not figure out the problem and advised that I either leave the phone for a few days or alternatively take it back to Mr. Rakesh at the Nehru Enclave Service centre in Delhi as he had installed the updated software.


            7 So, I took the mobile again to Samsung Service Centre in Nehru Enclave and explained the situation to Mr. Rakesh. After a wait of about two and a half hours. The technician Mr. Rakesh was quite helpless as he was not familiar with this newly released phone. I left he Service centre at 7pm without the problem being resolved.


            8 Whether this is a software problem or a hardware problem or a problem of inadequate technical knowledge is not clear. I have spent over 8 hours of personal time, made 4 visits to the Samsung Service Centers (Two times to Gurgaon and two times to Nehru Enclave) but the problem still persists.

            Some of the many problems I am facing with this mobile phone piece are as under:

            a) Very slow it finding “contacts”
            b) Poor sound quality –incoming as well as outgoing.
            c) Volume keeps fluctuating
            d) Keeps showing “insufficient memory” to carry out function when 14GB memory is free.
            e) When replying a sms message shows insufficient memory to carry out function.
            f) Poor touch quality and scrolling
            g) Sometimes, if I press a “contacts key”, the display shows a numeric key pad or other some other screen.
            h) Needs several presses on a key to activate a function.

            It is a matter of concern that Samsung has released a phone without adequate technical back-up or service support. I do not think it is fair for a customer to keep running around to different service centers and to waste time like I have had to do personally. I am also surprised that a newly released phone requires a software update within 3 weeks of its release in Delhi and am also very disappointed about the non familiarity with the phone by your service technicians.

            In my opinion, there are a number of glitches in this supposedly “high-end” phone that should have been sorted out before introducing the phone in the market. Or, if I have had the misfortune to get a defective piece, then it should be replaced with a new one immediately.

            I am writing this letter as I cannot spend any more time trying to get the problem rectified and to keep experimenting with the “settings” as was suggested to me by your technician, Mr. Rakesh, who himself could not fugure it out.

            Kindly take appropriate action in the matter. I would like to inform you that my family and I are active users of various other Samsung appliances and mobile phones ad this one experience has left me completely disillusioned and disappointed. This is a very unreliable phone and can let me down at any time.

I submitted set to shopkeeper on Saturday evening and he sends it to Samsung service center with service number WA[protected]. From Tuesday onwards first I call to Samsung customer care number then they gave me number of service centre. I am continuously calling but not getting any proper response. Instead of doing my business I was abusing myself to purchase this phone which irritated me a lot. All of your executives give promise of calling back in fifteen minutes but doesn’t call back. It is really ridiculous. I am having very busy schedule and my all work runs on mobile phone. I bought this set because of its so much advertisements, facilities and goodwill of company. Instead of being comfortable, this phone as well as your management wasted my lots of time, money, concentration, and most important thing is faith on Samsung electronics.
            Please take proper action against this problem otherwise I will take help of consumer court as well as paper and electronic media.

              Respected Sir,
              I bought Samsung Star Phone form one your dealer in Ahmedabad but after 15days the PCB of the phone was damaged, i gave it for service the service person told me your phone will b replaced by new one , it took almost 30days and i have not received any satistying answer from your side this shows how carless you are about your client , and they had also not provided any stand buy phone which any other reputed company use to provide.
              I m looking for a satisfying reply from ur side.

                  I have a Samsung TV model CS30A9GNV sl.No 3ZAN100108R.On 18th sep while watching TV screen suddenly went blank.On 19th the TV was sent to Smart Tehnologies,samsung authorised service dealer,20 kalappakkaran str,Balaji nagar,fairlands,salem 636004.A workorder note issued by them No 326 dt 19.9.2009.Last 10 days we ontated many times in phone and personally,everytime they say not yet checked.It is very unfair to make such long delays and poor response.Kindly advise them to attend and rectify at the earliest.Thanking you,

                      I have purchased one Laptop on 16/02/2009. Unfortuanately it key board is not working from August'09. As I am living in Guwahati presently I have send the laptop to guwahati service centre on[protected] vide work order no. HC/444 which under warranty.

                      Till date they are telling me that Keyboard has not come though the one month is. Now please tell me how long time will you take to repaire the same.

                        I had purchased Fridge in April,2006 of Sansung make 345 litres. After serving me only 3 years it has lost cooling while the Fridge of Kelvinator make which I bought in1986 April is still working.I think company is paying more attention towards ads than that of their products.What should I do? I have alsolodged my complaint through phone.

                          DEAR SIR ,

                          MY NAME IS ANIL AMBADAN MY MOBILE NO WAS [protected]. I HAD PURCHED ANEW HAND SET FROM TATA OUTLET AFTER ONE MONTH IT HAD ACHARGING PROBELM.SO ICALLED ON121THAT IS TATA COUSTMER CARE NO. THEY GAVE ME ASERVICE CENTER ADDRESS AFTER VISTING THEY ASKED FOR THE BILL AFTER SUBITING THE BILL THEY TOLED TO COME AFTER ONE WEEK. AFTER ONE WEEK THEY TOLED THAT IT CANT BE REPAIRED IT WAS IN AWARRANTEY PERIOD.THEN ICALLED THE NODEL OFFICER ALSO SHE ALSO WAS NOT ABEL TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.THEN I CANCLED THE LINE.
                          NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN ON THE SERVICE STATION GUY.AND MY HAND SET HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED.

                            I have purchased a samsung mobile (Star Touch 5233) and the default password as listed in the manufactorer's documentation is not working. I am not able to activate the Mobile Tracker due to this.

                              Dear sir,

                              We have purchased SAMSUNG SPLIT AC from SAMSUNG dealer SARGAM at Jail Road, Tilak nagar
                              & after one month of purchase we have called their service center that noise in blower (indoor Unit) & noise of FAn (Outdoor Unit) is very high but till date We have got no response despite of 100's of Phone call & Reminders & no of e-mails at their service support center. Couple of time their Engg comes & tells us that their is defualt in Blower & Fan as mentioned above & we have no stock at this time we will change it as soon as we receicve it. Now 3 months have been passed but no body has turned up. Service is pathetic no response till date

                              My self Sunita Arora ( [protected] ) from vishnu Garden New Delhi , Need our sepeical attention on the following issues which are pending from samsung and want you to have a look what kind of service your Engineers are providing. The Service Engineers which u are sending how they are cheating to customers and declining the samsung reputation.

                              1) Two months back we have purchase one Samsung Splitt AC , one month back water was leaking , we called up for complaint and for service as well , your Engineer Mr INDERJEET SINGH came he said its not our job called the person who has installed the AC and for Service he said Abhi teen months hue hai service is not required and he gone.

                              2) Then there was some noise coming from the AC , I Called up again at your service centre and they send the same Guy Mr Inderjeet . He just clean front panned nor check an the GAS , Filters etc and he said service is done ...............Just want to know also this is the Samsung Service for the A/C . For Noise he said blower need to change and it will take 2 - days . Now today its two weeks no call from your service centere and from anyone for this pending complaint. I have been calling your service dept but no one is updated on same.

                              I have calling your Sevice Manger Mr Sanjay from last three days but i think he is two busy cant attend my call , not interested even to call back even
                              The major problem is this on the call report on both visit your Engineer has not ask even me to sign the report . forcebly when i ask him to show his call report i have seen he has written service done ( which was not done at all ), By hand i have written on call report that i am not satisfied with service and no service is done.

                              Please take this matter seriously otherwise very soon we will be going to the consumer court against the service head /manager and against samsung too.

                              SAMSUNG / Split AC — NO Services Support

                              We have been calling atlest 5-6 times in last 2 momths to SAMSUNG service station for routing service checkup.

                              Company gives 4 free service for first year.But so far they have not done even 1st service.

                              They have booked all over complain but non of there technicians have visited to attend complain.

                              Below are the detaisl when & how many times we have booked a complain related to service of Split AC unit.

                              All the complain have same complain number & is booked under service.

                              We hope by sending this complain to you we get some solution.

                                sir,
                                i got a samsung guru e1410 mobile as a bday gift from my sister on may month this year,after one month the phone started getting switch off automatically.then i gave to a service centre in trivandrum they told its the problem of software they try to reload that and said that its not accepting the software after one moth they told they vil send the fone to cochin to repair,again it tuk one month now they are telling its board is having the complaint and the fone is send to bangalore,its unfortunate to see that a reputed firm like samsung is having poor service and the time delay they are causing.kindly give me a feed back about wat shud i do to get my mobile back as soon as posssible

                                  In just a matter of about 2 yrs from the purchase of the cell phone have serviced it for nearly 3 times at a period gap of 6-8 month and every time the problem is with the slider belt. Have nearly spent an additional Rs.1500 on the cell phone. And a new service always cost me Rs.700 for changing the slider belt. I just cant understand is it our fault that there slider belt get fault with a span of 6 months. Is there a solution to this. Am really fed of of servicing the mobile

                                  Since date of purchase I have been facing Network problem in my Handset. For your reference, I am using Reliance network.
                                  Very often, I am loosing network signals in my handset, whereas at the same time, same network has been working fine in other handset of my colleagues.

                                  On 8th Feb10, I visited Ghaziabad, Vasundhara based Service Centre of Samsung, which was even more disappointing.
                                  I am enlightened to receive the response from CC Executive. I was clearly refused to provide any solution and out of the Thoughts and excuses were given to me.

                                  I hope, you would have understood my concern regarding such services and performance of your product.
                                  This made me assume that I had made a mistake by purchasing your high quality products, which are useless.

                                  Can anyone provide me solution to this??????

                                      This is with reference to complaint number [protected] dated 26 Sep 09 I have registered with the customer care of Samsung India Ltd.

                                      I had purchased fully automatic washing machine Silver Nano, model no.WA82HAG with the capacity of 6.2kg from a Samsung authorized outlet in Chennai on 4 October 2006 (original bills and receipts are safely kept with me). I am sorry to state that it is not even three years that I purchased this machine and the machine has crumbled down because of multiple and heavy layers of rust in the body and base of the machine.

                                      A representative from your company had visited my house on 26 September 2009 (on the date) against the aforesaid complaint number. I had a word with Mr Varun, a customer care executive also. But none of them could provide me with a justified answer. Nevertheless I was informed that this model’s metal body does not exist in the market anymore, so they can not get the body replaced. Samsung India being a biggest name in the electronic world can not be expected to provide such an inferior product in the market. I have Samsung brand fridge, window AC, microwave oven also at home. Your customer care executive and the visiting service engineer blatantly refused to give me this statement in black and white that this body of the machine is now not available with the repair department of Samsung whereas they verbally told me this fact in as many words that this body is totally out of production and is not available all across the country. He also suggested that we better get this machine repaired from a local mechanic outside in the local market which puts a big question mark on the very utility and sanctity of your customer care cell/department. Coming from a big firm like yours it sounded extremely unprofessional and unethical.

                                      In light of the above, I wish to state that this particular machine is a defective piece and suffers from an acute material failure. Keeping these facts in mind, I should be provided with a new machine in lieu of my old machine or I should be paid a proper compensation against the damage else I shall have to move to consumer court and look for a suitable justice. An early reply to this mail is eagerly awaited.

                                        I had given my Samsung Mobile M200 to Service Centre at Mulund, Mumbai for repair on 21.07.2009 vide Work Order No. WA[protected].

                                        But whenever I call at service centre, they told me that your mobile is beyond repair & you will get refund. But till now I had not received refund,Service Centre & Mr.Upendra who is ASM tells me that within 8 days/15 days I will get refund.

                                        Then on 21.07.2009 I had lodged complaint at your call centre,they give me Complaint No. BP[protected] & told you will receive call within 3 working days.

                                        But still now I had not received any call, further when again called they told me that it will take another 3 days.

                                        Please give me refund within 7 days.

                                        I have purchased samsung mobile phone(metro gt s3310) from Real Mobile gallery which is in Dombivali(E) on 21/04/2010. It worked properly for 4 month. after that it got a hanging problem. i had given my phone to authorized samsung mobile service center at Dombivali(E) on 1/11/2010. They Said it will take harldy 12 days to repair. after that i approached to samsung mobile service center at Dombivali(E). they said that there is problem in your Handset. My Handset is undergo replace. when we will receive from company we will call you. But Now After one Month till i didn't got any call from samsung mobile service center. Please take immediate action.

                                        I have purchased samsung-3310 mobile on[protected]. Within one month my mobile started acting weird. I encountered problem in charging my mobile. Even if I connect the mobile to my charger,it doesn't charge! Since we have warranty for the battery,when have exchanged it for a new battery. It worked fine for few days and had the same charging problem again!

                                        This time we I to Samsung service center at Rajahmundry and they said the samsung-3310 board is faulty! I told him to replace it with new board. He has taken my complaint and asked me to come within five days. When I went after 5 days,the service guy responded so ill. He said "it may take another 15 days or month,all you can do is to wait till I telephone you" . Do I have to wait,having my mobile switched off for so long?

                                        I have purchased a Samsung mobile model No.S6012 on 26.05.2013. But, Hands-free mode noise problem, I approached several occasion to repair or replace the product. But they informed me that the mobile could not be repaired due to manufacture problems as such I am not able to use the phone. Kindly refund my cost or repair it immediately.
