I have given my product to Samsung service center for repair on 23rd of Oct and it was to be repaired by mainboard. My product is in guarantee. They always say, " Part has been ordered but has not been come yet."
I haven't got my product yet. Worst repair service I have ever seen.

    I placed an order for samsung galaxy f42 5g phone through their online store on 23 October 2021 and by mistake I placed for two, so I cancelled one on the same day, I got a mail stating that your money would be refunded with in 7 to 10 days. But still now, that is 12 November 2021 I didn't receive my refund.i contacted their customer service several times and even mailed them, but went in vain.

      I bought a Samsung mobile (M32) just two weeks ago. But i am facing an issue with screen since last 4 days. So i visited Qdigi authorised samsung service center located at Noida sector 3. The service center didn't have spare parts for their customers to provide services with an immediate effect. So they checked my mobile and asked me to go home and told me that they will call in a day or two when the spare screen will be available for replacement....

      I have purchased my samsung s21 plus 5g from Al anees Qatar on 01.04.2021.I am currently in Pathanamthitta, Kerala, India on a long vacation.My phone display is not turning on and tried many solutions like force restart, charging etc.But the phone display couldn't start. I went to the service centre in India and they told me to change the display for 12, 000 INR.I told them that this phone is under warranty.But they are not accepting it.Then I called samsung customer service and they told me to present supporting documents from Al anees to prove that the warranty covers in India.Since such a document never exist, I can't go back to Qatar only to repair my phone.
      Since Samsung is an international brand, Why they can't provide international warranty to their products?
      Kindly consider this issue and resolve it.

        Within one month of Samsung TV installation I noticed mild cloudy patches at screen corners which is generally not visible while playing video or in shutdown mode and only visible with full white background.
        Raised this case with Samsung stating that " accumulation of dust within 1 month of purchase is technically not realistic since the screen of this product was already tainted and dusty before purchase, I was conned by the samsung seller. citing this I demand for either replacement or the refund

        10 days are passed and samsung customer team keeps playing tricks by passing pre drafted statements full of assurances.

          I have cancelled my order with Bajaj market worth Rs 21999 and ordered new phone from Samsung shop worth Rs 23999. They have sent me the cancelled order which I thought has been sent by Samsung Shop and received it (since the outer cover of mobile box, date of delivery and delivery service company were almost same). After then when I realized that I have received the cancelled product worth(rs21999), I connected to Bajaj and they told that they will take the return and asked me not to even open the delivery packet and I did the same. The next day my original order( worth rs 23999) from Samsung shop also arrived. I received this order as I was promised by Bajaj that they will take return of cancelled product. But after few days they took a U turn and said the dealer( Savex technologies) is not ready to take the return and I have to contact SAVEX. When I contacted SAVEX they said that I have to contact Bajaj and they didn't listen even a word. In this blame game between SAVEX and BAJAJ, I have been trapped.
          At the end, I would like to request Samsung and SAVEX TECHNOLOGIES to kindly approve return of the product worth 21999 since I have cancelled the order before delivery and have also purchased a new mobile worth 23999 from SAVEX only. The product is lying fully packed and unopened with me from last few days. I hope that Savex technologies will consider the genuine request of their customer and understand my situation. I have already bought a Mobile worth 23999 from you SAVEX TECHNOLOGIES and I am your current customer. How will I be able to pay loan of the product which I have cancelled. So please SAVEX TECHNOLOGIES approve the return. If you are concerned about the situation of product, then you can send your inspection team too but take back your product as a Goodwill gesture atleast. I won't be able to pay EMI of 2 mobiles ( for the product which I have cancelled. I hope you will understand my problem and approve the return.

            Just two months back we bought the refrigerator and it got burnt on 15th Oct from the backside and I have raised a complaint about my refrigerator with registered mobile number [protected]/[protected] and name is Nageswara Reddy( my father). So many times I called customer care and the support team was not responding properly and not providing the details about the ticket. Everyday support team is telling the same repeated answer like you will get call in head of the department in 24 hrs and your complaint will be resolved . Even I sent our multiple mails to servicehead.[protected]@samsung.com but no response except auto reply mail from system. My father & myself are getting worried, getting irritation and feeling like torture.

            Initially one technician came to home for investigation and took some pics of the burnt refrigerator and raised the complaint but no proper update on the complaint.
            I got reference numbers :[protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected]

            Could you please look into the complaint ASAP.

            May I know the status on the complaint ? Nobody responding from Samsung to customer . They had sold defect product to customer and not responding when raise a complaint .

            This issue is causing the mental torture to my father( customer) and he is not able to convince himself that he bought the defect product from samsung since he trust the samsung as a best brand but in his case they are behaving like worst than any other Brand.

                      Have ordered a samsung fold z fold 2 on 26 october with which a samsung galaxy watch 3 bluetooth was given free to me when i paid the bill then it was shown that watch will be comming seperately and will be delivered on 4 nov the phone was delivered on 30 oct .
                      But the said watch has not been delivered till today also . This is my 8 complaint with complaint no 31509476. Every time their lame excuse is we have forwarded their complaint to higher exclation level . Please take strict action to this company

                        Hi,

                        I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M30s phone about 1.5 years back, on 10th Aug 2020 . After a recent OS update (security patch update), my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. On looking up the internet, I was shocked to see, that a large number of people were facing the exact same issue, and all the failures were attributed to the same motherboard (Exynos 9611). This has been reported by reputable news channels such as Times of India, India Today etc. (Links attached below)

                        I have also attached a link to a complaint raised by a person with the same issue, to which Samsung responded that they were awaiting a larger number of reports to act on it. Here you have it, Samsung.

                        This issue is large and widespread enough to be reported by multiple big news channels.
                        On ignoring this issue, the only possible end result would be losing goodwill and faithful customers who believe in the quality provided by Samsung to other brands.

                        Kindly do the right thing by providing a free of cost fix for this, as people respect a company that owns up to its mistake, and provides a solution friendly to the consumers.

                          I had purchased a samsung Galaxy A52 8GB mobile from a offline store at Patna on 18.06.2021. It was promised a cashback of Rs1500 if purchased with HDFC Credit card within 90days. But 5 months has been elapsed, no cashback received. It was clearly mentioned in the HDFC swapping receipt. Therefore i request HDFC and Samsung to resolve my case and remit cashback of Rs1500.

                            Hi,
                            I purchased an M21 last year and I was satisfied with the product. Its warranty period just expired 2 months back. I have done an update. After the update, it reboots and froze on the boot screen. When consulting the service center they told its hardware damage. Need to change Motherboard.

                            Why I should pay 7-8k for new Motherboard.

                            Who is responsible if Hardware is damaged due to glitch in Samsung system update ???

                            I was using old Mi phone for 4 yr (and it is still working flawlessly just has bit old hardware config.) But because of Made in India & Anti-China sentiments, switched to Samsung, laterally regretting my decision.

                            I have checked lots of thread in the Samsung Community, its look like I m not alone with issue, there are thousands of customer cursing Samsung.

                            In there copy past reply they are writing: Please follow this path to register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application Get help Send Feedback Ask questions).

                            Just want to ask these support people, does this app supported on Non Samsung phones, as my Samsung is busted because o[censored]r #[censored]SystemUpdate

                            Never thought Brand like Samsung can cheat People like this.

                            Same was happened to me. To avoid china mobiles I bought Samsung M21 in Aug 2020. It was working fine. After 1 yr warranty Sep 2021 I got reboot issue. Service center was asking 8000 for motherboard issue.

                              1 year before I bought Samsung m21. I am facing restart issues from the last month. Exactly after warranty completion I am facing this. I have tried many solutions provided in the internet, even I have tried the solution given by the Samsung online support.

                              But no use. Now the phone is not in a working condition. Samsung service center is asking 8000 rs for motherboard issue. I found many of the Samsung M and A series users are facing this issues.

                              Please provide a solution for this. And Samsung don't loss your customers. A normal people buy a phone to use atleast 2 or 3 years. If it is get repaired in 1 year then what is the meaning of the brand "Samsung".

                                  I bought Samsung Frame TV 43' on 2nd Nov, though the service request was raised for its installation, the installer from SAMSUNG Authorized Service Center who visited, was not able to wall mount the TV, since the wall mount brackets were not provided with the TV.

                                  Even the Installer was not having the required brackets.

                                  Multiple calls were made to Samsung Customer support, they transfer my calls between departments from eSHOP to service
                                  and vice versa and kept on long hold.

                                  When asked to connect to seniors, the standard answers such as "Seniors not available" and " Seniors busy in other calls" were provided.

                                  Though call back was arranged, but never received.

                                  The call was transfer between departments w/o any resolution.

                                  Though everyone assured that the case has been escalated but never solved till date.

                                  This is not professional ethics shown by Samsung Customer Care.

                                    I bought a TV as mentioned above model no and Sr no. on last November 2020.
                                    It's not being 1 year also and USB stop working. Raised a complaint to the local distributor..still nothing response I got.

                                    After 5 days service guy came to. My home and checked he asked me there is some problem in USB board itself need to raise board replacement request that he did. He asked me wait for 10 days ince will receive the board from the company will replace it. After 10 days when I called then they are telling the fault part is not available with the origination you will get refund. Then they asked me to wait for 15 days within 15 days you will get refund.I waited for 16 days then I called to the service center guy then he told still your request is not approved..I asked him when it will get approve? He told me wait another 2 3 days, I waited for another 5 days then I called them after almost waiting for 1 month now I got a call from service center and they asked me we are arranging that part (USB board) wait for another one week

                                    My question is I was assuming"SAMSUNG " is one of the best option for the electronic but now I felt it's a very rubbish organization.

                                    After 1 month of raising the complainant still not getting the solution. Even not getting proper ans.

                                    I think this kind of big tycoon has already did the business and not interested to do business in small center.

                                    My question to samsung if samsung is not interested in small center then why you people allowing to open the outlet in small center.

                                    Why samsung making foolish to small town people.

                                    I am very disappointed with the Samsung service.

                                    Provide me the solution asap.

                                      I lodged a complaint to samsung customer care and a technician came and told to replace a fuse and charged me ₹6000/- including service charges and tax and orally gave warranty for two years, despite me insisting for invoice he told will get it tomorrow but until date i have not received and he is not attending my calls. He told to pay by cash or gpay. Now the same problem exists on compressor not working. What kind of technicians do you provide. Samsung technicians are big frauds i feel. If i dont get proper feedback i will lodge complaint to consumer court with all payment details
