My Name is Maninder Kaur

I Purchased SAMSUNG M31 phone in MAY 2021 which is in warranty. The screen Hangs and doesnt respond. I went to SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER 2 times. First time They resolve the issue by replacing the screen. Then Phone worked fine for next 1 month. Then again the issue came up. I went to Samsung Service Center 2nd time, I requested them to change the device. But they didnt replaced the phone, but changed the screen and issue was resolved. After 20 days, again I have started experiencing this issue.

I want to complaint against SAMSUNG for not replacing my phone. I want this phone to be replaced by a new one.

    Respected Sir/Ma'am,

    I purchased a Samsung mobile from Samsung Cafe from New Digital Gallary ( D. P. Road )-Cafe. The purchase was fine and the salesman had taken my previous phone to make me a member of samsung smart club. The purchase was done and I returned home. Today as I was checking my email in general, I found an email IN MY TRASH FOLDER from samsung wherein a wired earphones were purchased in my name. There was no such purchase by me. On further search I found my smartclub points were used for this.

    I would like to understand what kind of service is this from samsung? What if I had not noticed that email in the trash which the salesman had deleted? I am not looking for any kind of refund but what if the earphones purchased in my name were used for some wrong activity? Is samsung so irresponsible?

    I would like the invoice to be invalidated and recieve an email from your official handle stating the same. Failure to do so would lead me to seriously considering approaching consumer court because it is such a serious issue. I would request you to take prompt and immediate action from your side.

        This is with reference to the above-mentioned subject I would express my dissatisfaction with the Samsung product. I bought Samsung Samsung 125 cm (50 inches) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV, 50TU8000 in the month of Oct'20 where after some months I got to know that there was some screen issue in the device. I contacted the service center and they have changed the screen. I was also continuously facing the network issue in the device where at the same time I would not face any issue with my other device on the same network.
        Now with the newly replaced screen, within months I face the same issue and also with that my TV is not switching ON. How is it that the newly replaced screen will cause the same problem within a few months?

        I am really fed up with this device and many times I think why I bought this Samsung TV, instead of this I could have bought some other brand TV. I did a blunder mistake to bought Samsung.
        Is this a cheap trick handled by Samsung to get the users to pay their hard-earned money for services and spares costs.
        Hence I request you to please arrange for the reversal of TV cost or allow to me replace the new device of Samsung with another model if any excess amount is there will make the payment of difference amount for the same.

        Hence requesting you to please look into the matter and arrange for a quick resolution.

          Uncompleted installation, I don't know why your Technicians are this much lazy and not having any work ethics. My details have been shared on Samsung Facebook page inbox, I have given complaint twice, still they have given unfinished/ half finished installation. My Ac installation hasn't been completed fully, I have asked them while doing the Installation, but they said it is ok, but my machine will be damaged if it is left like that in open air. Rain may corrode the pipes

            Dear Sir,

            I had bought Samsung Model A52 5G (8GB RAM) under our Corporate plan. I had received the phone on 1st Dec 2021 and immediately on 2nd Dec i had raised ticket with Samsung support about the quality issues.

            Service center team had taken my phone and did some repair. But the quality is still the same as it was earlier.

            Since then i am doing rigorous follow-up with Samsung support to process my refund or or help me to replace this phone with other good model.

            Today, I fortunately got call today from Samsung Escalation team after a rigorous follow-up from last 30 – 40 days. The person on the phone said that the phone cannot be replaced neither refund can be processed.

            I am very disappointed with this statement. I have been using Samsung phones from last 10 years, this is the first time I had unfortunately bought a bad quality phone Samsung Model A52 5G (8GB RAM).

            I am not at all happy with the quality of Samsung Model A52 5G (8GB RAM) even after the repair. Please process my refund or help me to replace this phone with other good model.

              Samsung is cheating buyers in india.. 7-8 years back i bought TAB 2 for mere 15k and within a month the screen turned black and not turning on. it only vibrates and nothing on scree, this was almost 8-10 yrs ..

              in mid 2021, june i bought S21 plus paying 70000+ assuming flagship phone and yet again my screen turned black and only boots and can hear incoming calls.

              Service center / padma communucation / 500087 hyd said screen replacement. This is again a cheating my samsung .. This brand is looting people .. I spent close to a lakh and you guys have cheated again. will take it up on social media / and explore legal options

                I bought a samsung refurbished phone from Samsung Website. It has 6 months warrenty but On 18th Nov 2021 my phone locked and from 19th Nov I am suffering from this. I visit Samsung service centre but got no help from them. So I called to Samsung Help desk but also got no help from them after that I mailed to Samsung India but there also got no solution. From that date my phone locked.

                  I have been using a Samsung J8 mobile phone for the last 3 years & recently its battery was getting drained out very fast & taking a lot of time to get charged.
                  I took it to Samsung authorized service centre- SABSONIC, 12 UN Bramhachari Street, Kolkata-700017 & they have replaced the battery.

                  However even on insisting, they refused to show me which battery are they replacing & carried out the operation inside.

                  My phone was handed over in about 3 hours & I was charged Rs 2189/=.
                  The Invoice No is [protected], dated 11/12/2021.

                  Since then my phone battery is even worse & I am almost unable to use my phone as it is draining out of charge very fast every now & then !!

                  When I approached SABSONIC again they said it may require an investigation & they need to keep the phone to troubleshoot it.

                  When I asked them that while replacing the battery they could have checked it up & let me know about any other areas of concern, they had no answer !!

                  Please help out with a proper solution.

                      I bought new phone Samsung M30S. It was working fine for more than 1.5 years then issue pops up. I just gave a software update then i am facing issue like continuous restart and stuck up in Samsung Galaxy M30S logo page.
                      Then i went to service center, they are asking me to change the whole mother board, cost is around Rs-7000.
                      There is no mistake from my side (Eg; like damage, water issue etc...) how can i pay Rs-7000.
                      If any mistake happened from my side i will agree to pay but in this case what customer will do. Due to that i lost my trust in Samsung product.
                      If some body is asking to suggest good mobile means how can i suggest the Samsung mobile product.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I purchased a new mobile phone from a corporate shopping website (Samsung M31s from Employee Purchase Program). Since the day I purchased it, I have been facing a lot of problems. I contacted the authorized Samsung service center multiple times, Initially they detected a motherboard problem and they replaced it. On the second visit they found the display and charging port faulty and replaced.

                        Again today i am facing a lot of network and voice disturbance issues, Mobile is unable to connect to WIFI network, Automatically Mobile network goes down like in airplane mode(intermittent network issue). I have tried with all workarounds suggested by customer support executives but in vain. Iam completely dissatisfied with this mobile set, inspite of spending a huge amount I have received manufacturing defective items. I was given an ADLD plan and also it is under full warranty.

                          Samsung pay mini app always shows one animation on home screen that I doesn't like. Please remove that animation otherwise I will change my phone and I don't recommend Samsung phone to my friends.

                            I bought Samsung S21+5G phone in July 2021 along with the insurance from Mall of India outlet which is in Noida.
                            My phone broke, so I took it to Samsung Service Centre, Okhla Branch for repair on 10th Dec 2021.
                            As per your policy, i went to Samsung service center, there they told us to raise the claim, then only your phone will be taken in by the service center for further procedure.
                            We paid additional 2000/- at the time of phone submission to raise the claim, whereas we had already paid 10, 000/- for insurance at the time of phone purchase.

                            The Service Centre told us that the Display and back panel is damaged, and it will take few days to repair it.After 2 days we got a call from the centre saying, our phone has been repaired, and they were asking for the address where the phone needs to be delivered.
                            Next day, that is 13th Dec, I went to the service Centre to collect my phone but they said YOUR DEVICE SERIAL NUMBER IS NOT MATCHING, so we can't hand over the phone to you, and told me to call the Customer Care.
                            BUT, AFTER 7 DAYS OF MY COMPLAINT, THE SERVICE CENTRE SENT MY "UNREPAIRED " PHONE BACK TO MY HOME, AND WAS DELIVERED WITHOUT MY PRESENCE.I HAD AN IMPRESSION THAT THEY HAVE REPAIRED MY PHONE, THAT'S WHY THEY ARE SENDING IT BACK.

                            After long discussions on phone with the Customer Care Executive and their team leaders for almost 5 days, one of the Executives told me, that you should go to the Dealer, from where you bought the phone, As YOUR INVOICE IS INCORRECT.

                            I went to Mall of India Dealer from where we bought the phone, they also have a service Centre, so I told them to check my status.
                            There, they told me that INVOICE IS OKAY BUT, I AM TAGGED AS A SMART CUSTOMER, which is why there is a delay in my phone repair.
                            Then I called Service Centre Manager again asking, why they are not repairing my phone when my INVOICE is also correct.
                            He told me that, MY PHONE'S DISPLAY'S SERIAL NUMBER IS NOT MATCHING AND WE CANNOT REPAIR YOUR PHONE.

                            I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL SAMSUNG CUSTOMER since year 2000
                            Me and my family has been using Samsung Phones since ages now.I have never faced such a problem .
                            BUT NOW I AM REGRETTING MY DECESSION, AS I HAVE BEEN HARASSED BY SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE AS WELL AS THE SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE AND NONE OF THEM IS HELPING ME, INSTEAD THEY ARE SAYING THAT MY PHONE CANNOT BE REPAIRED UNDER THE INSURANCE. AND I WILL HAVE TO PAY MONEY.
                            I AM UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE DELAY IN THIS PROCESS.

                            I have a humble request.
                            It's been 25 days and my phone is still UNREPAIRED. I request you to please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible as it is affecting my work also.

                              I am facing problem in my Samsung galaxy M31s after updating. I updated my phone in the month of August 2021 and after that my phone gets auto restart. In the process of restarting my phone''s screen stopped on logo of Samsung galaxy M31s..i tried many time to start but failed. These problem in continue on my phone very frequently. I have contacted Samsung service centre but they don''t even listen the problem carefully and refused any kind of help and told me that the motherboard of your phone is damaged. You should replace it. I was shocked as this happened just after the expiry of the warranty period. I am not only the single person to face these issues, this is happening with many of like me and all over the world. For changing the motherboard it costs approx INR 9000. How can all of a sudden so many M31s have same problems when the people using are different places and lifestyles.
                              These issues started after updating in the month of August. Before updating my phone was working very well. So I reached to this conclusion that all fault generate by your side and I found that this problem is common in almost every set of Samsung galaxy M31s. So why I am liable to pay these cost to repairing of my phone

                                There, they told me that INVOICE IS OKAY BUT, I AM TAGGED AS A SMART CUSTOMER, which is why there is a delay in my phone repair.
                                Then I called Service Centre Manager again asking, why they are not repairing my phone when my INVOICE is also correct.
                                He told me that, MY PHONE'S DISPLAY'S SERIAL NUMBER IS NOT MATCHING AND WE CANNOT REPAIR YOUR PHONE.

                                I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL SAMSUNG CUSTOMER since year 2000
                                Me and my family has been using Samsung Phones since ages now.I have never faced such a problem .
                                BUT NOW I AM REGRETTING MY DECESSION, AS I HAVE BEEN HARASSED BY SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE AS WELL AS THE SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE AND NONE OF THEM IS HELPING ME, INSTEAD THEY ARE SAYING THAT MY PHONE CANNOT BE REPAIRED UNDER THE INSURANCE. AND I WILL HAVE TO PAY MONEY.
                                I AM UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE DELAY IN THIS PROCESS.

                                I have a humble request.
                                It's been 24days and my phone is still UNREPAIRED. I request you to please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible as it is affecting my work also.

                                He told me, that he will call back after discussion with service Centre executive, but it's been 5days, and nobody followed up.
                                My phone is UNREPAIRED and sent back home in my absence, it's been 30 days and there is still no response from your side .
                                I will suggest everyone, NOT TO BUY Samsung products as your AFTER CARE SERVICE IS NIL & not to buy your INSURANCE ALSO as after spending 10, 000/- on insurance and 2, 000 /-on insurance claim. Still nobody is repairing my phone.

                                WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED BY SAMSUNG STAFF AND ALL THE EXECUTIVES.

                                  My phone stopped working after recent software update the mobile repair guy said motherboard died and there are soo many people with same issue

                                    Greetings!!!

                                    I have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator from Croma on 6th Nov’21, I found it faulty as there is noise during Door Opening and Closing time. I have complained Multiple times to Croma regarding the same issue, every time Samsung Technical Person Visits and says this will remain Same and there isn’t any solution to this, so they are ignoring this issue. Even without my confirmation they are closing the complain and Counts their visits. After many complains, I have decided to bring you notice about the issue. Here I am attaching the Videos also. I am expecting the support here.

                                      हमारा सैमसंग फोन कॉफी हैंग करता जिसकी शिकायत हम सर्विस सेंटर और कस्टमर हेल्पलाइन नंबर पर भी किए थे लेकिन इसका कोई निष्कर्ष नहीं निकला सर्विस सेंटर पर जाते ही एक सॉफ्टवेयर फोन में डालते हैं और बोलते हैं 24 घंटा इंतजार कीजिए और यही प्रोसेस लगातार इन लोगों का होता है जब जब शिकायत हो करते हैं मैं इस फोन से बहुत ही परेशान हूं कंपनी से मैं अपना पैसा रिफंड चाहता हूं

                                        I bought the samsung m31 on march 2020, past few weeks my mobile started behaving abnormally, freezes while using and auto restarts continuously. i visited customer care for the same, but they flashed my software and told me that, if the problem persists then motherboard has to be replaced newly. Since many other users of same model mobiles suffering same issue, how can it be a fault from user side? and i doubt it to be manufacturing defect from samsung side. I request to take necessary actions to rectify the same by either recalling the mobiles or bringing up free service for all affected mobiles.

                                        Hello Kumaresh, I have same issue with my Samsung M31 where it is freezing and restarting. This all started after software update provided by Samsung. Let's unite and file a consumer court case against Samsung.
