Sir/Madam
I have purchased a new mobile phone i.e. Samsung A32-Smart phone-6GB-128GB-Awesome Black, on the date 24/08/2021 with 1 Year Warranty Assurance from "New Siddhivinayak Mobile at shop no. 09, Vivekananda Arcade, near Dhanvantari Hospital, Badlapur (E)-421503" for INR 20500 (inc. GST).
As in the month of September 2021 the mobile had some issues with its display so i complained the "Samsung Gallery, S K Technology, Ambernath (E)-421506" they repaired the mobile & returned it to me but again on 24-Nov-20221 the mobile started giving issues like Switching on & off automatically so i visited the Samsung gallery again on 25-Nov-2021, they updated the software of the mobile but as the issues didn't get solved they are telling me to replace the mother board of the mobile.
So as I am facing such issues in the warranty period of the mobile & can't find any permanent solution over it I want a replacement of my mobile from the company "Samsung India"

    Initially the reboot started with one or two times after I purchased the phone and gradually it has now reached in a stage where the reboot is in a continuous loop, phone gets heated, it cannot be stopped till the battery is exhausted.

    I reached out service center and they said the issue lies with the motherboard, this might have caused due to some power fluctuation and asked to get the motherboard replaced which costs around 7000K.

    When I asked if they can assure that replacing a new motherboard will fix the issue they said they can't assure or guarantee that it will solve the issue.

    I do not believe the explanation that has been shared by the service center. If as they said that motherboard failure is the cause then they should have affirmed that replacing motherboard will fix the issue.

    I would really appreciate If Samsung can take this up, because I have seen many consumers raising this complaint. I am not sure if it's just about the geo-location that Samsung is not considering these many complaints.

    Would be really happy if they can roll a patch that can fix this
    reboot issue or provide a genuine solution.

      Dear Sir,
      It is with sheer disgust at your people in Samsung Delhi, that I pen my grievance to you.
      A brand is built over time by the honesty & integrity of the people behind it—the abhorrent & despicable behavior reflected by your people washes away the goodwill of your past.
      I have been an ardent & loyal consumer of Samsung electronics for the past 10 years till I bought my last Mobile Phone on the 7th of Nov 2021 from www.samsung.com, your dis-serving & nonchalant dealer in Delhi.
      My Complaint:-WIFI Speed drop down massively from 200mbps to 20mbps After using phone for 10-15mins —As is the norm I registered my complaint on the 15th Of NOV 2021(ref No as Above) with the intent that the problem will be resolved.
      I was laboring under a misapprehension since my problem still remains unresolved to this day and in the interim I encountered blatant lies from your Samsung staff in Delhi. The following is the process that ensued for the supposed resolution of my query which has left me feeling disgusted with both your system & the faceless but conniving people moonlighting as service providers behind it :
      i)Day -1 i.e-15th of NOV 2021 lie No-01| I was told that there is no 200mbps internet at hand at service center (Which in point of fact was available) so we have scrutinize your phone at 20mbps speed and its working perfectly fine you can take your phone back.
      ii)Day -2 i.e-16th NOV 2021 | Visited Service Centre Again And After Having Talk with Service Center Owner(Arun Tyagi) My Phone Got Connected at 200mbps Internet And within 10 mins showed issue to the owner which even he himself i.e- owner of service center (Arun Tyagi) Agreed that phone is faulty And Put off it for 1 more day.
      iii)Day -3 i.e- 17th Of NOV 2021 Lie Number -2 | Received counterfeit call affirming that my phone has no issue and I can collect my phone from service center.
      After that I decided To talk with engineer and got to know that I received a fake call from service center as they don't even know that my complaint is still under process.

      Visited service center 17 Nov 2021- And was told to wait for 3-4 days as they forwarded the Log Files to Samsung and only after 3-4 days they will issue my DOA certificate.

      iv)Even after waiting for 4 more days i.e till 21st-NOV-2021 I was told to wait 1 more day as they got no response from Samsung.
      Then I decided to wait 1 more day and then called the service center on 22nd of NOV 2021 and they told me to wait 1 more day.
      After that I decided to have a chat with higher management and after talking with Ravi Ghodiyal (Reference id- [protected]) who is right now handling my case I got to know that he wont make me wait anymore he will do the needful today onwards i.e 23rd of NOV 2021 So I waited for his confirmation call whole day and even next day i.e 24th NOV 2021 but received no call/confirmation from his end too.
      It is then that I realized that Ravi was both buying & killing time since he did not want to 'replace a defective product’ I was being harangued by this Liar & toxic human asset from Samsung.

      iv)Next day (24th Nov 2021) After receiving no Call from service center or Samsung head office (Ravi) I called Samsung customer care and got to know that Ravi will call me on 25th Nov 2021 Between 10am-11am that time I had no meetings so I agreed for that time. But today they called me at 9am instead of given time and mailed us that as we are not responding the call and they tried calling us even the secondary number they mentioned in the mail that they tried calling was not my number.
      After watching the missed call and mail I called customer care again and got to know that I will receive the call in an hour after an hour received call from Ravi and he told me that he needs 4 MORE DAYS now and not giving me any Final date of resolution from 15th of Nov 2021 till today my phone is still at service center.
      Sir, my experience constitutes ‘harassment with an intent to deceive’ by Mr Ravi of Samsung.
      Ravi has lives without fear of what consequences his ‘cloak & dagger’ actions might bring—is this because he is being shielded by similar human parasites like him on the upper echelons of the corporate ladder who feed off Samsung’s payroll. Have they forgotten that their salaries are being paid by products bought by consumers like me who refuse to suffer the onslaught of disgraceful & reprehensible service in silence.
      Is Ravi personality the Actual Face of Samsung?
      If Not then let the misdemeanors of this turncoat with unobservable leadership skills be taken to task immediately.
      I hope that you can get my Mobile Phone replaced, since I will not stop this escalation till I get my replacement and grievance are redressed.

        I have purchased last 5 month before brand new Samsung M31 mobile phone through Samsung app with one year warranty. last one month i am not taken this phone outside of home. But today morning i seen that my mobile screen color has changed in some area. i checked with samsung service center at crompet. they are refused to take service under warranty, they said screen change will be done with 4.5K charges. during the warranty period they are asking charges for manufacture issue. its not an user mistake. how you penalize your customer for manufacture faults on mobile. expecting your favorable reply on this. until i will go for legal action for unused mobile getting problem discharge your responsibilities.

            I am facing issue with my Samsung galaxy M30s purchased on 26th December 2019 from Amazon.

            The product worked fine till one month back and then i started Facing problem of auto restart.

            Then after Updating to Android the phone got stuck in a boot loop. Tried to charge the phone and restart, it was charging but still stuck on the main Samsung screen.

            I have checked it on Samsung community and i observed all users using M30s have been facing issues with the Device. And the problem is somewhat similar.

            I got software update notification and after doing it my mobile got stuck. My warranty period has expired. Service Center persons told that it is a motherboard issue and it will cost around Rs. 5500 to fix it. This is not at all acceptable and I am very much disappointed with this brand. I don't have any problem with that service center but from the Samsung directly because this M30s model has some serious Auto restart problem and issues in network department and I've read somewhere on samsung Community that this device has manufacturing defects.

            My request to Samsung please resolve it since it is come out as a serious manufacturing defect. It is very much required to bring back confidence on Brand Samsung.

              I have purchased one fridge (RT54K6558SL) price 72000, double door. Its been an year after purchasing the product. Fridge stopped working after 4 months, we complained for it but got poor response after a month an engineer came and refilled the cooling gas. It worked for 2 more months and stopped working again. Since that time we are struggling to get service from Samsung. We are very disappointed with the product and service.

                  I brought a front loading washing machine for my parents 3 years ago. Although it was hardly used it developed some noise and when complained with Samsung their Engineers identified this as a common problem with the washing machine.

                  The shaft and drum are corroded because of the detergents and it will be replaced with a cost of Rs.8000. The machine is meant to use detergent and Samsung has developed a product which will get damage by the detergents itself.

                  Innovative way of looting money from customers. I am using a LG washing machine for the past 6 years which have not developed single snag till date.

                  They have bubble technology and blah blah technology and they are building the product with cheap materials.

                  Really disappointed with the product quality.

                    I have bought an ac from flipkart and installation for the ac is 1180. And if there's an extra accesories/part is required I have to pay. Yesterday service person came and asked me to pay 7200 change for installation and for few other parts. He asked me to pay a total of 3600 only for installation and saying and pipe fitting an extra of 250/pipe. And for accesories he asked me to give an advance of 3000. So when I asked for the bill he says bill will have gst and it will be more and later he said bill will not be provided. I'm not sure whether he will give me genuine accesories or not. And he's compramising me saying we will take only 6000 and we will not provide bill for anything except for orginal installation bill of 1180. I didn't agree, he simply said I'll cancel the call. I don't know why your technicians are greedy. Even he scolding me for not giving money saying it's for company not for us. If it's for company why you are providing the bill? I have saved this money since 8 months and I still need to pay for installation and now your technicians are greedy and I'm not sure they give me proper accesories or parts. Do kindly help me.

                    He is saying in arrogance saying I'm the only person will be coming to install. You have no other option, I will be charging the amount which I have previously said and its final. So I changed the AC installation plan and there's no requirement to use ropes and no extra pipes required, still he is asking me to pay 8000 rupees. Even if you keep it for free he will be charging 10000. What kind of fraud is this. It's almost 2 weeks still you didn't provide me resolution.

                    And dear samsung please don't encourage these kind of local technicians they are totally fraud.

                    Send a samsung expert. I don't want any local technician. I don't want to be scammed.

                      I had purchased 324 liters convertible refrigerator from Flipkart in the month of January 21. We started getting issues with freezer in the month of October and a service request was raised on 25th October, but the service request was closed without resolving the issue. Instead entire refrigerator stopped working, now even refrigerator compartment is not working properly. Later it was escalated 2-3 times, and a new service request was raised, but again the same old story. I am worried about quality of this product from Samsung, hardly a month left for warranty to expire.

                            I have purchased samsung front load washing machine this year just to upgrade. Yesterday the machine started showing error while switching it on I immediately complained on Samsung customer care . Today an executive from Samsung visited my place and told me that wiring has been damaged due to rat bites I could not understand how this could happen to a machine being sold by a such reputed brand like Samsung. He informed that wiring has been
                            Damaged and the replacement will cost me rs 3200/-!!!. The
                            Technician told that the wiring is damaged due to the activity of
                            Rats (Rats have entered inside the machine and bitten the wires) and there was no solution other than replacement of the wires
                            The reason for The damage appeared really strange to me because i have never dealt with such problems in my last 3 old washing machine. I couldn’t believe that how a brand like samsung missed
                            Out the possibility of a problem like this and kept those sensitive
                            Parts exposed for the rats to damage it, if somehow they managed to
                            Enter into the machine.

                            The technician also told that this damages caused by rats will not be covered under warranty. Samsung has left big holes under the machine without covering so that rats can enter through it and damage the machine. A local technician near my place told that other brands machines dont have these kind of problems because they have installed a rat mesh in their machines to prevent the entry of rats, and this is a common problem for samsung machines.

                            It is like they have intentionally left the rat holes in the machine to get all that extra money for repairing after selling the machine. They are saying it may even cost more if other parts are damaged too. I am extremely disappointed and now i just want samsung to collect their horrible machine and return my money so that i never have to deal with their brand.

                              Our samsung ac stopped working and we launched a complaint with samsung on 9th November complaint id - [protected]. We had no update for next 2 days and after making numerous calls and Tweets to Samsung India we happen to get an engineer.

                              Engineer checked the Ac and said he will request for a part to be exchanged, he said he will ask her madam from repair center (Shilpa) to request for a replacement of that part, This happens around 14th Nov, I was told after the request has been put-up it usually takes 2 days for the parts to be delivered. My mother is a paralysis patient and she has to be in AC and because of samsung and their repair issues we have to let my mother be without AC since last 12 days, we are spending every single day in agony.

                                I bought a Samsung UHD LED on 20th March’19. Unfortunately 13th November’21, it is not working. Complaint on 14th November’21, Enginer visited on 15th & told mother board gone. No worries, technical fault can come anytime. He collected Rs 1200/- & told that will correct in next 4 days. I accept it. But unfortunate part starts after 4 days & now service provider are not giving me satisfactory answer, when they will make my TV?                                   No responses from the Samsung India team, after repeated emails about the product Samsung Tab S7 FE 4+64 GB wifi version .
                                  I got an empty box with just the invoice. All the images, proofs have been sent to Samsung India for their reference. But since a week there is nothing. No follow ups. Just one answer, issue is escalated.

                                  I have already paid 35, 899/- to them as well with a student offer. Even then such a worst experience.

                                      SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR IS NOT REPAIRABLE DECLARED BY SAMSUNG SERVICE PERSON. I NEED FULL REFUND FOR THAT AS I HAVE PURCHASED ON 1.2017. WITHIN 5 YEARS IT IS NOT WORKING. 10% of refund we can't accept. we need atleast 70% of our bill amount.

                                        5th Nov. Stops cooling. Raised service request. One person turns up 2 days later and confirms it is indeed not cooling. Comes back next day and replaces a board in the backside of the fridge. Still no change. Said it can be gas leakage and another guy turns up on 9th Nov and fills gas. Works till 12th Nov and agains stops cooling. After multiple follow ups, 2 guys come over and spend 4 hours and claim they found the leak and have set it right. Less than 10 hours later, no cooling. Have raised a request on 17th night.. still waiting for a response and a service man to visit and work on it. And a lady in their escalation matrix ( with an immeasurable attitude) said if it is internal leakage, the fridge is of no use. I[censored]nder 5 years, will get a depreciated value else it is junk. Bought in Oct 2016.. and the problem starts in Nov2021. How cool is that? Just 2 weeks after implies warranty date expires.
                                        Samsung service center is pathetic, response is non existent and their engineers are incompetent. Enough said. No amount of calls, escalations work. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS
