Hi Samsung, I raised the complaint related to the Samsung washing machine. I had purchased Top load washing machine (WA70T4262GS/TL) on 6th oct-21 and delivered it on 9th oct-2021 from the Samsung website. But I had received a Front-load washing machine WW60R20GLMA and installed it on 11th-oct-2021. Further, I was raising the complaint on that date of 10-oct-21 to concern customer care Lazmitha with reference to online ticket number[protected]. She requested alive washing machine photos for proof and i share to team.
But Nobody will respond to my complaint. very very worst service

For the last 15 days, they are asking repeatedly to wait for some time, wait for some time, ...
I am so getting tired, Please help to change the invoice for the front load washing machine instead of the top load washing machine.

Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The worst service providing by service center from last 9 Month, The same issue is going on same what started at February 2021, When complaint first time, they came and told to change compressor, as it didn't completed 7 years they have to change at free of cost, then also they given bill of 1800 approx but when told it to reduce they agreed to do at approx 1300, they another complaint done directly to service centre on March'21, they came and told to change back Coil & taken amount approx 4000, when I told as it just replaced 1 month so you have to change in free, they told it is not fault of compressor, so it need amount, for that we given amount, but they didn't given any bill, they told they will drop bill next day, but after 15 days problem was continued same, when on continuing complaining they spending time for expiring 7 years warranty, after warranty ends they send another guy to check and told as it is looking some leakage so have to take at service centre, after 10 days they ask another 4100, when I complaint on customer care they came on 3150, I think they have made a customer for getting some regular basis amount for same problem in regular intervals
I suggest not to take any samsung product as they will give you some offers but after few years on service they will take all that offers back with interest
