    I have had complaints of Refrigerator's for 7 months but no action taken. Company took INR 8K as estimated but nothing was done.
    It has broken down 4 times within a year and every time I am told by the service agents that it is just a gas leak . After the claimed “fix” has been done it again stops working within a few weeks
    What kind of a fix is that ? It is more like you guys deliberately prolong the time just so that the warranty expires and you don’t have to actually repair or replace it.
    Also every time I did follow up with the customer service the agent only showed up after weeks, just wasting the time again
    It came to the point that after calling multiple times as well the agent stopped coming to my place to fix it
    Your customer service is just a scam to dupe us and not actually deliver what you promised .
    When I am entitled to 3months of warranty after fixed, why was it not fixed properly and why should I be following up for the same problem for months !!! And it still did not get resolved !!!
    I want a fix this asap or either replace the Refrigerator all together
    I have really run out of my patience with you guys and need a solution now .
    I won’t refrain from filing a case against you guys in consumer court. Kindly consider this as a legal notice reminder second!!!

    This is highly unacceptable and not expected from such a big and known brand name like Samsung.

    The worst service providing by service center from last 9 Month, The same issue is going on same what started at February 2021, When complaint first time, they came and told to change compressor, as it didn't completed 7 years they have to change at free of cost, then also they given bill of 1800 approx but when told it to reduce they agreed to do at approx 1300, they another complaint done directly to service centre on March'21, they came and told to change back Coil & taken amount approx 4000, when I told as it just replaced 1 month so you have to change in free, they told it is not fault of compressor, so it need amount, for that we given amount, but they didn't given any bill, they told they will drop bill next day, but after 15 days problem was continued same, when on continuing complaining they spending time for expiring 7 years warranty, after warranty ends they send another guy to check and told as it is looking some leakage so have to take at service centre, after 10 days they ask another 4100, when I complaint on customer care they came on 3150, I think they have made a customer for getting some regular basis amount for same problem in regular intervals

    I suggest not to take any samsung product as they will give you some offers but after few years on service they will take all that offers back with interest

      I have bought a Samsung washing machine in march 2021 but with in 3 months the drum is making some noise while spinning and I raised a complaint. They took the product and returned me without repairing and same problem raised after returning from work shop. I raised a complaint again and they took my product again to service center and while returning they took the rat mash and asked me to call Samsung customer care to order new one for free i did the same thing and they said it in in head office will deliver to service center and they will fix the rat mash with in 48 hrs. I waited mire than ten days but no one visited to fix the rat mash i contacted the customer service again they creates tickets but ni one visited in October i contacted customer service through phone they said they will arrage a technician to fix but the technician never visited my house and said all false statements that he will visit tomorrow since in been two weeks after i called him again but he is not visiting. Such a useless brand, the product is of worst, irresponsible and negligence.

        Product has been purchased on 12th may through amazon.

        On 21th Oct 2021, Refrigerator had an issue and have raised complaint on the same.
        Next day 22nd Oct technician came and said condenser is not working. On 23rd another technician came and replaced the condenser and said it will start working in 4-5 hrs but same not happened.

        I called customer care on 24th Oct and they said 25th Oct senior technician will visit, but that also not happened, When I called on 25th, they raised complaint no service request or anything and there raised of 24th Oct.

        Till now I have not received any complaint number in SMS or EMAIL

            also on escalation through Samsung customer care, Samsung authority failed to analyze the issues and blaming physical damage and traces of water in side the phone.

            My concern is no one is analyses the cause of the issue and blaming on silly things like water traces and small not visible dent on the border of the case.

            Please find the pictures of phone

            Now I think Samsung is not going to accept any phone to cover in the warranty as every phone will have small scratches and small dents on the outer body and also when phone is under moisture due to cold season water traces will be their inside the phone. Hence non of the phone will be serviced under warranty. Hence i am filing this consumer case
            Any one can reply if they agree my point or disagree lets fight for the justice

                Dear Samsun Team,

                I ordered Galaxy Watch 4 Pink Gold on 29 September 2021 through Samsung Shop App. As per the email received and Samsung Shop App, the delivery date is 21 October 2021. However, I have not received my ordered product yet. I have complained numerous times but have not received any update from Samsung. I have complained and followed up on a daily basis but nobody is bothered to address my complaint.

                Samsung executives are saying that there is unprecedented demand and that's why product delivery is delayed. However, if there is high demand then Samsung should not take orders and commit delivery date. This is a pure lack of customer service and a breach of customer trust. Samsung is utilizing consumers' money without delivering the product.

                I request for delivery of my product as soon as possible.

                  I was updated the software on last month. Mobile got automatically restart while I was accessing any mobile application. I went to service center they told board problem. It was an affected not only myself, 4+ my friends are same issue after upgrade. My friends are working in HCL, TCS, WIPRO and Infosys. We need right solution other wise we are planning to go with public/local media then file the complaint with customer court against samsung M series to stop this model.

                      I have purchased refrigerator from corma (Pacific Mall) Gaziabad, which is under warranty. I loudged complaint on 3rd October 2021, since then I'm getting dates on Dates for the repair (11th October, 27th October and now 11th November) as they only want to kill warranty period. I'm mentally harrased by samsung people.

                        My self Sabino Nunes [protected], After Mobile A72 Software updating I was having issues with mobile phone headphone jack no sound, charging issues (your phone's temperature is too low. Charging will continue when the temperate returns to normal), After switching OFF or Restart phone was taking to start around 10 min. So I took to Samsung customer care (Samsung Synergy) Address: Room No 106, 1st Floor, Sri Pal Plaza, Station Rd, NalaSopara, Maharashtra 401203. morning around 10 AM .They told me its Software issues while updating. After updating mobile still having same problem, So i have go back again to Samsung customer care that time it was 01:30 PM afternoon. They took mobile and told me to wait so they can check the phone .after 2 hours they told me to keep the phone for repair I took this phone on 07/07/2021 its just 2 month I m using. On 18/10/ 2021 Samsung customer care called me and told that mobile is repair .So I went on 20/10/2021 Afternoon around 02:00 pm .I took the mobile they told me that there was motherboard and mobile phone charging jack was having problem. So they rectified the problem . On 22/10/2021 morning I was facing again same problem.

                          Order #[protected] The total valuation was Rs.18, 999 and I have used Rs.750 Amazon Pay Balance. The order has been directly cancelled by the seller and the refund amount is shown as Rs.17727.40.

                          May I know who will pay Rs.1272.60? This is a cheating. Please reply back ASAP.

                            I have purchased the Samsung mobile M30S for the very 1st time in in 19 May 2020 exactly after 1 year 3 months the phone restarts itself automatically several times a day (7-8 times), when i went to samsung service center they updated the software and checked but same issue then they said its an issue with the flash memory so motherboard need to be changed and it may cost around 6000rs, after researching i came to know not only me having this restarting issue my friends have the same issue with samsung mobiles and its a SCAM from Samsung after their warranty period it happens and also may be after some security patch update. Thinking we cannot ask anything after the warranty period is completed,
                            I request samsung to please stop this type of scam and provide the customers a durable products.

                              I ordered a phone and was returned back as there was an issue with the exchanged product on Oct 8.Till now i have made several emails and phone calls for the refund but no update.Even there was no proper response from samsung and its support.I asked for savex technologies contact details and for more than 10 days, i didnt receive that information.Also the information provided is full of lies, for example i received an email that refund initiated on Oct 14 and i was happy to see that but again today the refund was initiated again yesterday which spoiled all my happiness.Samsung exchange policy is too harsh.I need the refund ASAP.Kindly do the needful.

                              its almost 12 days and a customer is trying for his money and samsung is not concerned about it.Is this fair?

                                i am a new customer of samsung
                                on 8 october I planned to purchase samsung m52 smartphone from samsung website and chose to pay through the icici credit card, the payment was made and transaction was successful Money was debited from my account but no order confirmation nor any order id has been given, this deeply concerns me and doubtful about the money i have lost.

                                Tried the tollfree numbers to enquire about this, but the registered voice asks for the order-id which is not available in my case.
                                today 19 october 8 30 pm i again call samsung customer care, customer care say my order incomplete show my order id[protected]

                                  Hi Samsung, I raised the complaint related to the Samsung washing machine. I had purchased Top load washing machine (WA70T4262GS/TL) on 6th oct-21 and delivered it on 9th oct-2021 from the Samsung website. But I had received a Front-load washing machine WW60R20GLMA and installed it on 11th-oct-2021. Further, I was raising the complaint on that date of 10-oct-21 to concern customer care Lazmitha with reference to online ticket number[protected]. She requested alive washing machine photos for proof and i share to team.

                                  But Nobody will respond to my complaint. very very worst service
                                  list of customer care person[protected] to online team), Selva, Lazmitha, saraya, rajeswari, Narayanan etc.,

                                  For the last 15 days, they are asking repeatedly to wait for some time, wait for some time, ...

                                  I am so getting tired, Please help to change the invoice for the front load washing machine instead of the top load washing machine.

                                      I have purchased a new Samsung refrigerator RT34T4522S8 1.5 months ago which s not working from last 15 days after it got repaired three times by expert Samsung service guy. I have spoke to Samsung support and customer care executives many times every body tells me Samsung senior team will contact me but nobody as contacted till today except third part repair guy.
                                      Even they have closed my complaint request saying successfully repaired without got repaired completely and not taking any feedback from me..

                                      service n quality is maintained by the Samsung s worst I guesa

                                        Sir, I have purchased a mobile phone model Galaxy M21 on 16.06.2020. From 12.10.2021 this phone automatically restart again and again without a reason. I approached service centre they said replace the board will cost around 5.5K. Actually this happened only after the software update given by Samsung in the month of September. They are not considering this issue and asking to replace the board. I used only this phone only 15 months. Please help me sir.
