Today is 20th Oct, there is no update on my order it has not been shipped as well. I have made multiple calls to their customer care support but they have never provided a proper update.

They keep saying to wait for 24-48 hrs and repeated same in every call. This has been most pathetic behaviors I have seen from any e-commerce platform. They still don't know where my order is and how much time it take to get it delivered.

    Samsung Washing Machine Repair: Registered complaint and Service personal came and said it is a valve issue. Then He brought a new valve. It didnt work. Then he brought a board after 2 days, It also didnt solve the issue. So he took back the valve and board. Then he asked to register a new complaint and left. ALSO CHARGED SERVICE FEE. Obtained the invoice for the service charge.

    As instructed by him, Registered a NEW (Second) complaint for servicing Washing Machine on 29th September 2021. Complaint number is [protected].

    Service Personal came again on 1st of October and informed the complaint is with some wiring kit and dismantled the machine and left. Today, after 20 days, the machine is still lying in dismantled state. Service guy Mr. Vipin wont attend the call. He had sent me contact of the main service guy. Last week he told he is waiting for wiring kit, will fix it by late on 18th Oct, MONDAY. Today is WEDNESDAY[protected]. No response from the service center. Both of them are not lifting my call. What is the remedy?

      Hi,

      I recently bought a Galaxy Buds pro from the Samsung online site for Rs:- 12, 128.40, but surprisingly, after the OTP feed to complete the online transaction, the amount debited was 13, 476.00.

      When I asked Samsung the reason for this, they came up with some Discount stories and denied the differential refund.

      I was misled with the wrong amount until I input the OTP; I also have an Automated online notification mentioning the transaction made is 12, 128.4. I never anticipated this sought of fraud from Samsung company.

        I had placed a order of samsung f12 128gb model from samsung on 6th October.Ihad paid the total amount of 10499 using Paytm.But samsung cancelled my order saying that the payment didn't go through.As the amount had been deducted I decided to call them to initiate the refund.the said that they will do the same in 48 hours.But as I didn't got the refund I call them again and got the same answer.it been 15 days since the cancellation of my order and I am yet to recived my refund.so I request samsung to please do the same quickly.All the proof are attached below.

          I placed the order for a Samsung watch on 5th October, 2021. As per the order confirmation mail from Samsung, the delivery was to be made by Savex Technologies (Chennai dealer) by 12th October. I waited till 12th but the order confirmation status didn't move from 'confirmed' to 'shipped'. I tried to contact Samsung customer care by call, which never went through. I finally used the chat option to connect with their customer care. The said executive said that he wasn't able to retrieve the order details. He asked me to fill up an online form, which I did. In addition to that, I also forwarded a complaint to their support team id. Except for a ticket generation, I received nil response. Again, I had a chat with one of their executives on Whatsapp, he gave a number and asked me to raise the complaint there. I called on the said number and the executive said that the issue has been escalated. When I requested for a tentative date of delivery, he said that he could not give a date. I waited for a few more days. Again, I raised the complaint via email and I received similar automated messages from two executives, without even bothering to respond to my problem. 15 days have passed and my order status remain unchanged. I again called them up and this time the lady executive said that the said product is out of stock but it would be still delivered, though she doesn't know when.

          I am really appalled by Samsung India's customer service. I ordered this product from their official website in order to ensure smooth service and delivery. There were festival offers going on other popular ecommerce sites. Still, I went ahead in placing the order on their official website.

          I would not recommend anyone to order from the official website of Samsung. They never respond to your queries. All that you receive is an automated response. I placed the order on EMI. And they clearly mention on their site that any interest or closure fees assessed on EMI will not be borne by Samsung or Savex (which I happened to read now). So I am in a fix now.

          You never expect this sort of service from a brand like Samsung. I expect the company to address this issue ASAP and deliver the product.

            I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31s phone about 1.1 years back, on 27th Aug 2020 from amazon . After a recent OS update (security patch update), my phone started freezing and turning On now. I went to a nearby Samsung service center (Samsung Service Centre Rajapalayam) and they told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced. There were over, at least, 10 people with the exact same complaint in the service center regrading their phones (all Samsung M-series phones). The update caused the motherboard to fail, and of course it was never mentioned by Samsung that "Hey, this update might make your phone completely unusable, so update at your own risk!" and now they're expecting us to pay Rs. 8/9k for the motherboard replacement? Shouldn't Samsung take responsibility for this huge blunder that they've created, causing a loss of both time and money of thousands of its trusted users?

            Thousands of M30s / M-series users are facing the same issue, and there's not a single word from Samsung other than "Send error report through their Samsung Members app" ! How is someone supposed to do that when the phone keeps restarting and it's already declared a hardware fault caused by an update? Is this what a brand is for?

            Please, have a look at the disaster the updates have caused. And kindly provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount, caused by your updates or its going to social media, and will definitely file a case.

            same issue i have faced and even spoken to the custer care and got a reply as go to any of the service center bring the job then only we can say anything.

            I even seen lot of other customers were cuased with the same issue. its like new a degital strategy for samsung to money launder from customer.

            let all custemer unite and raise voice.
            Yes, even i have faced the similar problem as raised by Mathumitha Raj. Even i forwarded my grievance to Indian CEO of samsung, but nothing workout. We need to take it up further.

              Hi,

              We bought a 58 inches TV in the month of Jan '2021 and the same TV display has stopped working since 25th sep'2021. Complaint has been raised on 27th September and till now it has not been repaired.

              Even after 22 days if the company is not providing the proper service to customers then why should we go with your brand by spending a good amount of money.

              Now I dont want any repair of my TV just give me my money back or replace the TV immediately as you have crossed your service TAT

              Kindly look into the matter and do the needful

                I have raised Service Request for repair of my TV on Sept 23, 2021 and SR number is [protected].

                Engineer visited on September. 25 and confirmed that TV panel needs to be replaced. After that, I am following up from Samsung Support and I am not getting satisfactory response from anyone and Service center has closed the service request without my consent.

                  I purchased two of these phones onJuly 29, 2021 from Samsung. The camera has a serious problem - the video recording shows malfunction of auto focus and the camera has heavy breathing within a shot. It also has major light changes everytime the light changes even a small amount within a shot. This was not expected from a Samsung product. Cheap, low quality phones do not have this issue. I have been to Maa Communications on saturday 15 Oct. but they claimed there was no problem and refused to accept the phone. I have made four complaints with your online service centre but no one has helped. Please do something failing which I will go to the consumer court for refund as well as damages.

                      Hi Sir,
                      Good day
                      As an affected customer I would like to give you a sincere suggestion. It is high time you review your replacement Policy. I agree that there will be defects in technology products but the way you respond to such an issue and the time taken for rectification makes the whole experience good or bad.

                      Kindly plug the issues at the various customer points:-

                      1. No proper support from the Customer Service centre
                      2. No information from your call centre regarding the replacement even after repeated calls. No call back arrangement or anything
                      3. When contacted service centre the guy told that his only duty is to issue the DOA Certificate
                      4. For a product returned on 9th I am yet to receive the replacement

                      Due to the worst experience I will never ever purchase a product through the online Samsung Store. I will share this information through various digital channels also. If this is further delayed I will file for some compensation amount as the payment for the product is made long back and you are not providing me any information.

                      I purchased and activated a Samsung Tab A 7 LTE on 03.10.2021 through Samsung Store. But due to echo problem I surrendered the product for replacement through the authorised service centre. They have given me the DOA certificate telling that I have to give this certificate when the product is delivered.

                      Also I am not getting any confirmation as to when I will be receiving this product although I made end number of calls to your call centre. Kindly understand the inconvenience caused by this to me. I have done the only mistake of purchasing the product through Samsung online store.

                      Please help me to get a definite reply as to when will I get this replacement.

                        The company has completely failed to resolve the problem with faulty TV set and remote even after 90 days of making the complaint. The product bought from Sargam electronics Narela in March 2021 (still in warranty period) started giving problem initially itself when we noticed that the TV remote was not syncing with DTH set top box as well as DVD player. A minor issue like this was intentionally neglected by the RVSolutions Samsung service center Sonipat. The complaint was left pending and unresolved until over 03 months of complaint. Over 3 times different complaint numbers were changed (for the same complaint) whilst complaint remained pending and unresolved. The RVSolutions send untrained technicians without ID card or Job sheet and one of them came over with motherboard to change without even initial identification of the problem. They also kept insisting the customer to change their set top box. After over several phone calls to the Samsung customer care no., Over half a dozen emails and several phone calls to Sargam electronics from where the TV was purchased, the TV was declared defective and needs change of original motherboard and bluetooth PCB. When the service of the company is so miserable during the warranty period for defective product, how can the customer be assured future service after the warranty expires. After all the mental agony and stress caused by the company, with no effort made to contact the customer despite of several written complaints, I have absolutely lost my trust in Samsung, I want to return the product and refund of my hard earned money.

                          Hello, I have been using Samsung Galaxy S20 for a while. I thought it is water proof and dust resistant. I was using it take pictures in swimming pool. Accidentally I slipped my mobile in water and after that the phone is dead. I tried switching on the phone but it did not respond. Today I went to the nearest service center located in vijayawada and after checking it thoroughly they said everything was damaged and suggested me to buy another mobile. The cost of repair is more that the price for which I bought my mobile. My mobile is still in warranty but they said this will not be covered in it. When I asked about the water proof feature, they said that "it is not water proof, it is water resistant, so we cannot do anything about it".
                          I am a fan of samsung brand and S20 is an IP68 rating mobile. I don't know why the water went in side of my mobile. So, please do the need full for me.

                            Behavoiur of staff's is rude and irritating, they recommended me a service centre ( downstairs samsung kollam high school junction showroom ) for sticking tempered glass for my s21ultra mobile and they are charged Rs 1300. After a day I came to know that fingerprint is not working . Staff's behaved rudely when I informed them about this problem .

                              HI Have purchased A71 mobile in Dec 2020. I am facing issue with camera . I have shown my phone to customercare . They as saying due to water mobile is not working but there was no water shown in mobile even no spot of water .Even they have opened the mobile as well but there was no water shown .You can ask pictures of my mobile with them as well . this is not the first time we are facing challenges with service centers of Samsung. I have worst experience with samsung customercare. I have purchased mobile with 30k and its really funny that samsung service has given me 22k bill amount to service my mobile which is still in warranty . Can you please look in to this issue ASAP. This is a harassments of clients . waiting for valuable solution on this.

                                To my utter surprise & disappointment after lot of people suggested not to go with Samsung phone i brought Samsung A50 S & to my surprise within 16 months o[censored]sage Mother board - Damaged wrote mails to the respective heads that after shelling out 18K from the pocket the phone gets damaged within 16 months o[censored]sage wht type of quality products your are selling in the market & the cost of mother board is 9K, this is the least to be expected as it was my fault even after so many people telling dnt go with Samsung gone ahead & brought it.After you escalate you get response that your phone warranty has expired then i came to know that the warranty given is only for 1 year after that u have to through ur phone out.Customers like me feel cheated as we buy these thorough our hard earned money.Big companies have seen lots of them which are not customer centric have gone in drain.

                                  I purchased my refrigerator in 2014 with 10 years warranty but had problems with my compressor in the 3rd year itself .it was replaced twice but the 3rd time the company refused to change it quoting an internal tube leakage and and that it was irreparable. They are not responding to my e-mails. My complaint no. Is [protected]. Its pending from first week of August and they are refusing to put me on to another repair Center also.

                                    With reference to my complaint no.[protected]..which is pending from August, not received any responsible reply. One Mr. Tejahai mailed me on September 21st but has not replied to my emails sent on September 28th and october 11th. I need an immediate reply or will need to seek legal aid for a solution.                                       I tried to order on 4th Sept. but the order was not successful but amount deducted of Rs22999 WITH
                                      TRANSACTION ID by debit card-(OTHPG[protected]Savextechnologies PriGurgaon)
                                      BUT NOT RECEIVED ANY ORDER ID. on the same day I raised complain and found that it was credited to Merchant SAMSUNG shop.

                                      On 12th Sept they send an email of refund initiated and they provide me order ID [protected], but still not credited, again I reached to them
                                      Then again they send me an email
                                      On 17th Sept from your side refund was initiated but not credited till now, again I reached to them
                                      Then again they send me an email
                                      On 15th Sept refund was initiated but not credited till now, again I reached to them
                                      on 28 I again reached to them, the same email with the new date this time 23rd Sept refund initiated but not credited till now,

                                      I have reached to SAMSUNG via (https://www.samsung.com/in/support/email/online-shop/) multiple times they are coming up with a new date and the same thing is a refund initiated, and they are trying to make me fool this is not expected from BIG REPUTED SAMSUNG BRAND.

                                      I have also contacted my Bank Branch of SBI and they said we don't have to do anything with this, if they initiated the refund it will automatically be credited to your account.
                                      My mode was a Debit card and as per rule it should be credited within 5-7 working days, but even after 43 days, I have not received my Rs22999 of an unsuccessful transaction.

                                      Please resolve it as they are just fooling me and whenever I reached them they email me a refund initiated with a new date.
                                      They just call me we r looking into the matter but not doing any thing even after 43days. Please resolve it.

                                        I have reached to SAMSUNG via (https://www.samsung.com/in/support/email/online-shop/) multiple times they are coming up with a new date and the same thing is a refund initiated, and they are trying to make me fool this is not expected from BIG REPUTED SAMSUNG BRAND.

                                        I have also contacted my Bank Branch of SBI and they said we don't have to do anything with this, if they initiated the refund it will automatically be credited to your account.
                                        My mode was a Debit card and as per rule it should be credited within 5-7 working days, but even after 43 days, I have not received my Rs22999 of an unsuccessful transaction.

                                        Please resolve it as they are just fooling me and whenever I reached them they email me a refund initiated with a new date.
                                        They just call me we r looking into the matter but not doing any thing even after 43days. Please resolve it.
