I was updated the software on last month. Mobile got automatically restart while I was accessing any mobile application. I went to service center they told board problem. It was an affected not only myself, 4+ my friends are same issue after upgrade. My friends are working in HCL, TCS, WIPRO and Infosys. We need right solution other wise we are planning to go with public/local media then file the complaint with customer court against samsung M series to stop this model.

      I have purchased refrigerator from corma (Pacific Mall) Gaziabad, which is under warranty. I loudged complaint on 3rd October 2021, since then I'm getting dates on Dates for the repair (11th October, 27th October and now 11th November) as they only want to kill warranty period. I'm mentally harrased by samsung people.

        My self Sabino Nunes [protected], After Mobile A72 Software updating I was having issues with mobile phone headphone jack no sound, charging issues (your phone's temperature is too low. Charging will continue when the temperate returns to normal), After switching OFF or Restart phone was taking to start around 10 min. So I took to Samsung customer care (Samsung Synergy) Address: Room No 106, 1st Floor, Sri Pal Plaza, Station Rd, NalaSopara, Maharashtra 401203. morning around 10 AM .They told me its Software issues while updating. After updating mobile still having same problem, So i have go back again to Samsung customer care that time it was 01:30 PM afternoon. They took mobile and told me to wait so they can check the phone .after 2 hours they told me to keep the phone for repair I took this phone on 07/07/2021 its just 2 month I m using. On 18/10/ 2021 Samsung customer care called me and told that mobile is repair .So I went on 20/10/2021 Afternoon around 02:00 pm .I took the mobile they told me that there was motherboard and mobile phone charging jack was having problem. So they rectified the problem . On 22/10/2021 morning I was facing again same problem.

          Order #[protected] The total valuation was Rs.18, 999 and I have used Rs.750 Amazon Pay Balance. The order has been directly cancelled by the seller and the refund amount is shown as Rs.17727.40.

          May I know who will pay Rs.1272.60? This is a cheating. Please reply back ASAP.

            I have purchased the Samsung mobile M30S for the very 1st time in in 19 May 2020 exactly after 1 year 3 months the phone restarts itself automatically several times a day (7-8 times), when i went to samsung service center they updated the software and checked but same issue then they said its an issue with the flash memory so motherboard need to be changed and it may cost around 6000rs, after researching i came to know not only me having this restarting issue my friends have the same issue with samsung mobiles and its a SCAM from Samsung after their warranty period it happens and also may be after some security patch update. Thinking we cannot ask anything after the warranty period is completed,
            I request samsung to please stop this type of scam and provide the customers a durable products.

              I ordered a phone and was returned back as there was an issue with the exchanged product on Oct 8.Till now i have made several emails and phone calls for the refund but no update.Even there was no proper response from samsung and its support.I asked for savex technologies contact details and for more than 10 days, i didnt receive that information.Also the information provided is full of lies, for example i received an email that refund initiated on Oct 14 and i was happy to see that but again today the refund was initiated again yesterday which spoiled all my happiness.Samsung exchange policy is too harsh.I need the refund ASAP.Kindly do the needful.

              its almost 12 days and a customer is trying for his money and samsung is not concerned about it.Is this fair?

                i am a new customer of samsung
                on 8 october I planned to purchase samsung m52 smartphone from samsung website and chose to pay through the icici credit card, the payment was made and transaction was successful Money was debited from my account but no order confirmation nor any order id has been given, this deeply concerns me and doubtful about the money i have lost.

                Tried the tollfree numbers to enquire about this, but the registered voice asks for the order-id which is not available in my case.
                today 19 october 8 30 pm i again call samsung customer care, customer care say my order incomplete show my order id[protected]

                on 8/10/21 i try to purchase SAMSUNG M52 MOBILE

                on 8 october total 21, 872.66 amount block from my credit card .
                and . EMI charge 1, 716.66 + 42.65 + 236.95 debit from my account, on 12 october, i attach bank statement . kindly refund my amount, i not got order id, so i not want mobile,

                  Hi Samsung, I raised the complaint related to the Samsung washing machine. I had purchased Top load washing machine (WA70T4262GS/TL) on 6th oct-21 and delivered it on 9th oct-2021 from the Samsung website. But I had received a Front-load washing machine WW60R20GLMA and installed it on 11th-oct-2021. Further, I was raising the complaint on that date of 10-oct-21 to concern customer care Lazmitha with reference to online ticket number[protected]. She requested alive washing machine photos for proof and i share to team.

                  But Nobody will respond to my complaint. very very worst service
                  list of customer care person[protected] to online team), Selva, Lazmitha, saraya, rajeswari, Narayanan etc.,

                  For the last 15 days, they are asking repeatedly to wait for some time, wait for some time, ...

                  I am so getting tired, Please help to change the invoice for the front load washing machine instead of the top load washing machine.

                      I have purchased a new Samsung refrigerator RT34T4522S8 1.5 months ago which s not working from last 15 days after it got repaired three times by expert Samsung service guy. I have spoke to Samsung support and customer care executives many times every body tells me Samsung senior team will contact me but nobody as contacted till today except third part repair guy.
                      Even they have closed my complaint request saying successfully repaired without got repaired completely and not taking any feedback from me..

                        Sir, I have purchased a mobile phone model Galaxy M21 on 16.06.2020. From 12.10.2021 this phone automatically restart again and again without a reason. I approached service centre they said replace the board will cost around 5.5K. Actually this happened only after the software update given by Samsung in the month of September. They are not considering this issue and asking to replace the board. I used only this phone only 15 months. Please help me sir.

                          Today is 20th Oct, there is no update on my order it has not been shipped as well. I have made multiple calls to their customer care support but they have never provided a proper update.

                          They keep saying to wait for 24-48 hrs and repeated same in every call. This has been most pathetic behaviors I have seen from any e-commerce platform. They still don't know where my order is and how much time it take to get it delivered.

                            Samsung Washing Machine Repair: Registered complaint and Service personal came and said it is a valve issue. Then He brought a new valve. It didnt work. Then he brought a board after 2 days, It also didnt solve the issue. So he took back the valve and board. Then he asked to register a new complaint and left. ALSO CHARGED SERVICE FEE. Obtained the invoice for the service charge.

                            As instructed by him, Registered a NEW (Second) complaint for servicing Washing Machine on 29th September 2021. Complaint number is [protected].

                            Service Personal came again on 1st of October and informed the complaint is with some wiring kit and dismantled the machine and left. Today, after 20 days, the machine is still lying in dismantled state. Service guy Mr. Vipin wont attend the call. He had sent me contact of the main service guy. Last week he told he is waiting for wiring kit, will fix it by late on 18th Oct, MONDAY. Today is WEDNESDAY[protected]. No response from the service center. Both of them are not lifting my call. What is the remedy?

                              Hi,

                              I recently bought a Galaxy Buds pro from the Samsung online site for Rs:- 12, 128.40, but surprisingly, after the OTP feed to complete the online transaction, the amount debited was 13, 476.00.

                              When I asked Samsung the reason for this, they came up with some Discount stories and denied the differential refund.

                              I was misled with the wrong amount until I input the OTP; I also have an Automated online notification mentioning the transaction made is 12, 128.4. I never anticipated this sought of fraud from Samsung company.

                                I had placed a order of samsung f12 128gb model from samsung on 6th October.Ihad paid the total amount of 10499 using Paytm.But samsung cancelled my order saying that the payment didn't go through.As the amount had been deducted I decided to call them to initiate the refund.the said that they will do the same in 48 hours.But as I didn't got the refund I call them again and got the same answer.it been 15 days since the cancellation of my order and I am yet to recived my refund.so I request samsung to please do the same quickly.All the proof are attached below.

                                  I placed the order for a Samsung watch on 5th October, 2021. As per the order confirmation mail from Samsung, the delivery was to be made by Savex Technologies (Chennai dealer) by 12th October. I waited till 12th but the order confirmation status didn't move from 'confirmed' to 'shipped'. I tried to contact Samsung customer care by call, which never went through. I finally used the chat option to connect with their customer care. The said executive said that he wasn't able to retrieve the order details. He asked me to fill up an online form, which I did. In addition to that, I also forwarded a complaint to their support team id. Except for a ticket generation, I received nil response. Again, I had a chat with one of their executives on Whatsapp, he gave a number and asked me to raise the complaint there. I called on the said number and the executive said that the issue has been escalated. When I requested for a tentative date of delivery, he said that he could not give a date. I waited for a few more days. Again, I raised the complaint via email and I received similar automated messages from two executives, without even bothering to respond to my problem. 15 days have passed and my order status remain unchanged. I again called them up and this time the lady executive said that the said product is out of stock but it would be still delivered, though she doesn't know when.

                                  I am really appalled by Samsung India's customer service. I ordered this product from their official website in order to ensure smooth service and delivery. There were festival offers going on other popular ecommerce sites. Still, I went ahead in placing the order on their official website.

                                  I would not recommend anyone to order from the official website of Samsung. They never respond to your queries. All that you receive is an automated response. I placed the order on EMI. And they clearly mention on their site that any interest or closure fees assessed on EMI will not be borne by Samsung or Savex (which I happened to read now). So I am in a fix now.

                                  You never expect this sort of service from a brand like Samsung. I expect the company to address this issue ASAP and deliver the product.

                                    I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31s phone about 1.1 years back, on 27th Aug 2020 from amazon . After a recent OS update (security patch update), my phone started freezing and turning On now. I went to a nearby Samsung service center (Samsung Service Centre Rajapalayam) and they told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced. There were over, at least, 10 people with the exact same complaint in the service center regrading their phones (all Samsung M-series phones). The update caused the motherboard to fail, and of course it was never mentioned by Samsung that "Hey, this update might make your phone completely unusable, so update at your own risk!" and now they're expecting us to pay Rs. 8/9k for the motherboard replacement? Shouldn't Samsung take responsibility for this huge blunder that they've created, causing a loss of both time and money of thousands of its trusted users?

                                    Thousands of M30s / M-series users are facing the same issue, and there's not a single word from Samsung other than "Send error report through their Samsung Members app" ! How is someone supposed to do that when the phone keeps restarting and it's already declared a hardware fault caused by an update? Is this what a brand is for?

                                    Please, have a look at the disaster the updates have caused. And kindly provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount, caused by your updates or its going to social media, and will definitely file a case.

                                    I even seen lot of other customers were cuased with the same issue. its like new a degital strategy for samsung to money launder from customer.

                                    let all custemer unite and raise voice.
                                    Yes, even i have faced the similar problem as raised by Mathumitha Raj. Even i forwarded my grievance to Indian CEO of samsung, but nothing workout. We need to take it up further.

                                      Hi,

                                      We bought a 58 inches TV in the month of Jan '2021 and the same TV display has stopped working since 25th sep'2021. Complaint has been raised on 27th September and till now it has not been repaired.

                                      Even after 22 days if the company is not providing the proper service to customers then why should we go with your brand by spending a good amount of money.

                                      Now I dont want any repair of my TV just give me my money back or replace the TV immediately as you have crossed your service TAT

                                      Kindly look into the matter and do the needful

                                        I have raised Service Request for repair of my TV on Sept 23, 2021 and SR number is [protected].

                                        Engineer visited on September. 25 and confirmed that TV panel needs to be replaced. After that, I am following up from Samsung Support and I am not getting satisfactory response from anyone and Service center has closed the service request without my consent.
