    Sub: Samsung mobiles 'M31' series are complete CHEAP QUALITY with more features at less price.

    After purchasing and personally facing issues with M31, neither online support nor service centre respond positively but demand to pay additional amounts for repair for mobile in warranty period. This shows how cheap the service was.

    Attached the details to this mail.

    Read below mail clearly.

    Samsung.

    I am Ashok dvs, my mobile number is [protected],

    I purchased a Samsung M31 phone on October 24th, 2020 delivered on October 31st, 2020.

    The features provided are more at low cost.

    1) I received the mobile with low volume from beginning itself, but adjusted with low volume

    as I had a 1 year warranty for informing.

    2) After 3 months from purchase period, around February month onwards

    M31 frequently got switched off automatically though battery charging was done.

    3) Next there was no display showing on screen from April 28th, 2021.

    That Means The Mobile doesn't work for even 6 months completely.

    From April 29th I am not able to use my M31 Mobile, With Lockdown In Andhra Pradesh, India From April.

    In June Month, still lockdown was there, I raised the complaint online from this same mail id and after

    several mails and discussions with Niveda S, from Samsung, on June 19th Niveda mailed me and told me to go to Samsung service centre,

    but the lockdown was still there in Visakhapatnam.

    In August month, on August 21st, afternoon, I visited Samsung Service Centre, Dabagardens branch, Visakhapatnam

    I met P.Swathi, service representative on 21st August afternoon.

    She took the phone inside, brought the opened mobile and told some issue and informed me to pay Rs. 5000 for repair,

    She has not given an Acknowledgement at least to show that I raised the issue.

    Check with the person above. P.Swathi, dabagardens branch.

    She told that I should sign a Agreement that I received the mobile repaired and in Good condition, to receive a acknowledgement.

    The mobile was under warranty but still she didn't agree with me.

    I had a warranty, so I asked to give back the mobile they had opened.

    The mobile then started heating up after opening it from you after Samsung support P.Swathi took and opened the mobile.

    Now the mobile is heating up from the time they opened.

    Even though I am completely disappointed with the service centre Swathi and online response Niveda,

    I am still fighting for Justice as a Customer for my Complete money.

    To hell with the Samsung service, I demand a full refund and take back your useless dummy phone M31.

    Samsung M series Mobiles are cheap quality and the services provided are USELESS,

    How can Samsung and its services become so low graded?

    Samsung parts used in the phone are cheap quality,

    I want justice.

      Dear Sir/ Mam,

      Regarding the subject after so many follow up yesterday my phone was get collected from the centre as display installed and payment also done as per receipt that the time phone was setted under dark mode which is not reflect the defect of the display once reach home when i was change normal mode from dark mode setup two white showing on this display.

      Even after a long time, this type of service from the Samsung service centre was the worst experience ever.

      immediately service centre engineer - he said will arrange book new display and take another week time

      I request to - Please help short the matter at earliest.

          I have registered the Complaint No. [protected] of my Fridge on 3rd October 2021 and today is 16th October 2021. the Complaint has still not resolved by Samsung. We can't expect such a pathetic service from a company like Samsung. If such type of pathetic service is provided by Samsung then I will suggest not to buy any Samsung Product.

          What a Service from Samsung??????????????????????? yesterday received a call from Service Center and had a discussion, but after some time I am receiving a message saying that against your complaint we are unable to get in touch with you. Also the Person visited with the part for replace but after checking they found that the part is not matching with the actual one which was preinstalled in fridge. It's more than 13 days & still company is not able to resolve the issue. Ridiculous Service from Samsung Company. Company is least bother about their customer.

              I am writing this email to seek your assistance in getting my samsung S21 Ultra phone repaired today itself which was taken by Zopper team on Sunday - 10th Oct, which was handed to samsung service center on Mon - 11th Oct.

              Inspite of regular polite request to prioritize the service, I see no seriousness and service oriented approach from both the companies.

              Basis my follow up mails, I received a revert from Samsung stating that samsung service center don't have spare part... I am shocked to receive this update for a phone model which is the most recent launch of Samsung S series and yet they don't have spare part???

              Is this a service Samsung give to customers who trust and purchase their most expensive product??? I never thought that Samsung S21 Ultra mobile user will be treated this way.

              I need my phone today itself.
              Kindly look into the matter and do the needful

                I am from godhra gujarat. My jobsheet no is [protected]. I submit my A70 phone last month for display comnbo problem in under warranty of 3 months. I check my status on whatsapp on 6th oct 2021 and its shows product has been completed. When i visit samsung service center then they replied me that we cant get any payment approval from upper side so we cant provide you your ready product. Then i complaint in customer carw on 8th oct 2021 and they replied me that wait for 24 hours you get your handset. Am again wait and visit samsung care 10th oct 2021 but same replied from there side and again am connect on customer care and they replied me again for 24 hours. Like this all time they replied me same ans on 11th 12th 13th oct 2021 also. I have evidence also like phone call recording whatsapp chat with samsung support. Worst service i have seen ever.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I got my samsung tv delivered on 07th October 2021 but still it has not been installed.
                  They cancelled my earlier request for installtion citing that I was unavailable on call even though I had already told the technician that please visit the house my friend will be there and I won't be available to take calls.
                  I am having video call recording of the same.
                  Now they again called me today and told me to raise another request since this one has been cancelled(I did not cancel it btw).
                  I wonder if it will ever be installed or would I have to return the tv.

                    My order [protected] was due for delivery on 11th October. But till now, I do not have clarity on when the order will be delivered. I called Samsung customer care several times and they seemed to be clueless on when the product will be delivered even though the product has reached Mysore yesterday.
                    I am deeply concerned by the response provided by customer care as there seems to be no connect with delivery team. Request your urgent intervention to ensure there is no further delay.

                      Hi, this is regarding ticket id 28045257. I have ordered a product payment deducted from my paytm wallet and order not placed. This complaint was registered on 7th Oct 2021. It's been 5 days now no update from your side. Please refund my amount. So pathetic service from you guys.

                          Dear Sir / Madam,

                          I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Television

                          The issue that I have experienced was a line appeared on TV screen and i registered complaint on September 10. Techincian came after 2 days and checked everything and found that its a technical problem and product is in warranty so the display will be changed in another 4 working days. I noted and asked if they can take TV with them and get it changed after 4 days and return with a new display but they said we will change here only you need to wait for 4 days but after making many calls and requests they came after a month to change it but when they came this time line was bit more wider than before and they did not change and asked to wait few more days now yesterday they called and saying product is considered out of warranty because as per them screen is broken and demanding 45000 to change. I have assured them many times that there is not even a single scratch how can you claim that its broken but only they have answer that part is not considered in warranty because its broken. I dont know what to do ? As it can clearly seen that its not broken only technical problem is there but they are not even talking and telling truth that why and how they are claiming its broken.

                          Please send their professional and another team to recheck this and sort my ptoblem as its not broken and its in warranty and change part asap.

                            Dear sir,

                            I bought a washing machine of rs 22400 one month ago but it turned out to be a defective one so i returned it and i got coupon code instead of money so now again when im placing order by using coupon code it is showing error(invalid coupon code or please login with appropriate email or mobile no.) Even though my all detail are correct and when i called Samsung customer care they are just excusing themselves.
                            So please do something as soon as possible

                              I bought samsung M30s smartphone 1.5 years back. It just stopped working few days back and as I approached the sevice centre and they asked me to replace the charging port and the handset started working again. After 4 days it stopped working again and this time the service center executive told me that your phone has got an motherboard issue and you need to replace it and it would cost you inr 8k-9k.

                                Product tracing sight says invalid reasons like restricted area/CONSIGNEE NOT AVAILABLE, no one even contacted in past 2-3 days, it's supposed to deliver on 8th but still not received and giving all fake updates and making customers fools

                                  I have purchased m31s before 1 year
                                  now it has started automatically restarting
                                  when I reached Service Centre they said that motherboard is damaged
                                  this problem occurs after warranty period and the company refuses to repair it
                                  after spending around 20k and facing like these problem this in not good for middle class people

                                    I purchased Samsung M51 mobile from Amazon, but within 1 years 4 times mobile charging problems comes, I go every time Samsung service centers to resolve issue in every 2-3 month and every time problem coming, I think that problem was from factory but they did not understand that things and after repair provide me.

                                    But according to me if problems come every time it's factory issue and company should replace it, but they did not do it.

                                    Not last time it's problem again and I will go for service centers to repair it again but they told me it's screen damage and warranty finished.
                                    Also told me your motherboard also damaged without any proof.

                                    But how to problem within one year 4 - 5 times and also motherboard damage, screen damage etc.

                                    According to company policy they are not ready to repair or replace it.
                                    It's not fair with customer

                                        Extremely disappointed by the service, each reply to my queries is basically one of the three things-
                                        1. Please visit the Service center, they will provide the best resolution.
                                        2. No defect was found.
                                        3. Please Update your device / Perform factory reset / Know the difference between hot and warm / You must be gaming, hot device is normal

                                        Issue was found on a brand new device with no apps running, no apps installed and on idle. Just turning on screen is enough to heat up the part where the keyboard cover connects a lot.

                                        So many people have said they have the same issue as well as other people saying they don't have the issue - which proves that this issue is not normal to have. But in the end all I receive is the same replies regardless like you people don't read the content at all.
