    Samsung — Samsung Galaxy m30s
    My phone reboots by itself. And gets stuck on the boot screen. I visited the Samsung service centre and was told the motherboard was faulty needed replacement. Cost 6000 rupees. I don't want to spend money without knowing the reason for the motherboard failure. I have been using Samsung phones since I started using a smartphone. I have upgraded 6 times with Samsung phones but never have faced such an issue. I want to know why such a failure has happened from Samsung India.

      I need your help to clear the payment I made towards the Samsung smartphone.
      Issue:
      On 24 Oct 2021, 7.55 PM, I have selected SmartPhone F42 5G for purchase from the Samsung shop application, selected Paytm as a payment option, and made a Payment of Rs 17, 999 from Paytm Wallet. The Samsung shop application hung and there was no response. I have got a message from Paytm that Rs 17999 is paid to Samsung (see attachment) from the Paytm Wallet. I did not receive an order-id or any other response from Samsung regarding confirming or rejecting my order. Not able to trace what happened to my money.

      As I made this payment as a guest, I don't know what to do. I made WhatsApp calls to support, They couldn't solve my problem. They suggested calling the Samsung helpline. From the helpline, I could connect to Samsung Shop Support by mail (support.[protected]@email.support.samsung.com) and convey my problem along with payment details from Paytm.
      From Samsung Shop Support, On 26 Oct 2021, I have received an acknowledgment mail with the ticket id 29961608.

      On 27th Oct, I got the following mail.

      "Dear Customer,
      Thank you for reaching out. This is Sonu from Samsung Shop Support.
      We are sorry to inform you that we are unable to address your concern as we did not found any order number shared by you.
      Please share the order details or the invoice, which will help us to assist further.
      We deeply value your relationship and hope to see you at the Samsung Shop again very soon.
      Best Regards,
      Sonu
      Samsung Shop Support"

      I tried to explain that I did not get any order id or invoice but the payment is made. There was no further response to all my e-mails.

      I contacted Paytm and got the following message.

      "Kindly note that the delivery of the products or services solely depends on the merchant's service and delivery policy. In case you did not receive the service for this payment, we request you to kindly coordinate with the merchant helpline number for the order confirmation as the payment has been processed successfully to the merchant from Paytm's end"

      I lost all hope and on searching the web could locate a similar issue reported on this page.

      I have received the full money back from Samsung to my Paytm account. But I expected a reply mail from Samsung.

        I have received damaged washing machine and now i want replacement for the same but samsung is not providing also replacement.

        Its been 10 days. I am frustrated with samsung support. Engineer from samsung came two time and both time both Engineer told me to get this replaced still not getting ...

        I have not received any update yet, i am not sure what kind of escalation matrix they use. There is no one who can confirm the status of any case, everyone is keeping forwarding calls and case but didnt get resolution yet. Its been 12 days .

        Is there any way to get this resolved asap.

          This is Sharda Goel. My order id is [protected] . I have observed this that after buying a product, only a customer suffers. I am loyal customer of Samsung since my early days and this is the first time I am having this worst experience of life with Samsung. I bought a Samsung Note 20 (Rs 44999/- ) and an extended warranty for 9999/- rs . I canceled the order only in few minutes of buying the order. Samsung refunded me only the partial amount of 9999/- to me whereas 44999/- rupees is pending from their side. The problem is that the refund is not yet initiated. I had a home loan interest payment on November 1 and because of Samsung first time in my life my payment got delayed because Samsung didn't refund me my hard earned money. This is pathetic experience from Samsung India

          I received the refund on 11th day, one day before Diwali. I had raised a consumer complaint as well through the national consumer helpline. Thanks Everyone for who helped me in this.

          My entire Diwali got spoiled because of Samsung

            Hello,

            I have ordered Samsung Galaxy A52s on 29th October 2021 via Samsung Website (order Number [protected]). The website had confirmed the delivery date of 31st October 2021. However, I haven’t received the phone and not even I am very disappointed regarding the missed delivery.

            I have raised a multiple compliant (complaint number[protected]; however, I have always get a same response “Our back end team is working on it”.

            I have requested a call back or any inputs on delivery but very disappointed due too the cold response from the support executives.

            In era where e-commerce companies are offering a same day delivery this sis highly disappointing.

            Please look into this matter and resolve it ASAP otherwise I have to cancel my order and will impact future loyalist towards the Samsung Brand

              Hello Sir,

              This is Rishi Kumar. I have been an active user and follower of Samsung Mobile devices since last 5 years from the era of Samsung Galaxy y young to Samsung on5 and Samsung M series now. One of my Samsung M series mobile M30s ran into issue of auto restart and after few days it became dead.

              Earlier I thought it could be just my device which got screwed up in a short while but after exploring the web, I found that millions of people are there facing same issue and holding device with Exynos 9611 processor. This is not a minor issue as service center people recommend to replace new mother board for 8-9K INR bucks.

              Currently I hold 3 Samsung device- M30, M30s, M32, etc and In past, I have used Samsung on5, Samsung On5 Pro, Samsung Galaxy Y young etc. I never had to visit service center for such a major problem but M30s and all other models built on Exynos 9611 having same issue for millions of people. After writing to CEO help desk couple of times, I visited service center again and they investigated my handset and submitted it without saying or mentioning anything on receipt but after a day they put allegations on me that they found water logging inside. All other customers visited for same issue, for everyone they are telling water logging inside phone and hence we can't do anything about it . This is not expected from Samsung rather than helping your loyal customer, It is harassing them and saying that no, you dipped the phone into water that's the problem not Exynos 9611, In fact as per Samsung Care, everyone having Exynos 9611 device, dipped their phone into water. This is really not the expected response from Samsung. Here in I am attaching my service center receipt please take a look.
              This is my humble request to you please look into this subject matter and listen the voice of middle class people who really try hard to purchase Samsung device as if dream come true. As a responsible and reputed brand, this is expected that Samsung will certainly do something about it and bring the smile back on the face of the people who have been frustrated with device having Exynos 9611 processor.

                To concern sir/madam who’s in charge,

                [protected] Is my first reference number later again they changed it. Its been a month i have submitted my mobile in samsung service center and i have got a call saying sorry and they will make sure they will replace the display and give me back in good condition but its been 20days and now again no response and yesterday again I mailed them and they were saying i have to pay them. Is this some sort of scam or what? They send me a update and after updating the screen doesn’t work. I just need justice for this please

                  I had purchased this product on Amazon where is promised that I'll get 3+2 years warranty as per some festive offer. I can claim this warranty until 15th Nov on the Samsung website. When i tried on the website, it gives me the error that serial number is not valid.

                  I contacted Samsung customer care on chat and they asked me to contact their toll free number. I contacted the number and they said they can't help me with monitors, so they transferred my number to another helpdesk, and there they asked me to contact b2b.[protected]@samsung.com. I emailed at this email address and they asked me to visit the service centre. I escalated it to their service head as well as CEO desk but no satisfactory response.

                  I contacted the service centre and they told me that they confirmed with HQ that the warranty offer is not applicable on monitors. I contacted customer care again and they said this is false information and I should be able to claim the offer and they asked me to contact b2b.[protected]@samsung.com again. When i told them that i already contacted this email address and they asked me to contact service centre, the customer service person said that this should not be the case.

                  It's clearly mentioned on their product page on Amazon as well as their website, they are making me run around from team to team and not letting me claim the offer. I contacted all the below channels but keep getting template and contradictory responses:

                      Now it has crossed 100 working days and i have not received any cashback yet

                          We called service center, they received and send a engineer next day he told 1 part is destroyed he have replace the part and will come and replace the part .. But he didn't come he called they told after 2 day he will come but now its 15 days still they are not coming

                            The worst service providing by Rajnandgaon service center(Pin Code : 491441) from last 9 Month, The same issue is going on same what started at February 2021, When complaint first time, they came and told to change compressor, as it didn't completed 7 years they have to change at free of cost, then also they given bill of 1800 approx but when told it to reduce they agreed to do at approx 1300, they another complaint done directly to service centre on March'21, they came and told to change back Coil & taken amount approx 4000, when I told as it just replaced 1 month so you have to change in free, they told it is not fault of compressor, so it need amount, for that we given amount, but they didn't given any bill, they told they will drop bill next day, but after 15 days problem was continued same, when on continuing complaining they spending time for expiring 7 years warranty, after warranty ends they send another guy to check and told as it is looking some leakage so have to take at service centre, after 10 days they ask another 4100, when I complaint on customer care they came on 3150, I think they have made a customer for getting some regular basis amount for same problem in regular intervals

                            I suggest not to take any samsung product as they will give you some attractive offers but after few years on service they will take all that offers back with interest

                              I am facing issue with my samsung galaxy M30s purchased on 4th October 2019 from Amazon.

                              The product worked fine for initial few months and then i started Facing problems after updating the Software. At times it used to restart automatically but that happened once or twice in a week.

                              Then after Updating to Android 10 the phone got stuck in a boot loop. Tried to charge the phone and restart, it was charging but still stuck on the main samsung screen. Took it to the sc and they performed their software update and after that too same problem persists.

                              I have also noted that on multiple forums/communities and so on people have been facing the same issue with the m series phones post the software update for Android10.

                              I have checked it on Samsung community and i observed all users using M30s have been facing issues with the Device. And the problem is somewhat similar.

                              Ideally when an Android update is dispatched user can update that on there own, but the samsung Service Centre team informed that the update needs to be done From service centre That shouldn't be the case. I have been using Android since ages and have never faced any problem after an Update.

                              I don't have any problem with that service center but from the Samsung directly because this M30s model has some serious Auto restart problem and I've read somewhere on samsung portal that this device has manufacturing defects.

                              I got software update notification and after doing it my mobile got stuck. It happened very soon after my warranty period expired. Service Center persons told that it is a motherboard issue and it will cost around Rs. 5500 to fix it. This is not at all acceptable and I am very much disappointed with this brandI don't have any problem with that service center but from the Samsung directly because this M30s model has some serious Auto restart problem and issues in network department and I've read somewhere on samsung portal that this device has manufacturing defects.

                              My request to Samsung please resolve it.

                                I placed order of z flip 3 on 15th october through hdfc debit card emi transaction. My order id on samsung.com is [protected] and my contact number is [protected]. The generated loan agreement with loan account number[protected] is showing on my hdfc NetBanking website. Its already 13 days over and i did not got my refund by samsung. The loan amount is still showing on my bank site and first emi deduction date is 5 nov. Samsung customer care is not responding well and after mailing them again and again they just said to me that they have initiated the refund on 21th of oct and it will take 5-7 days to get reflect in your account. This is request to help me in getting my refund.

                                  I have purchased samsung 55 inches LED curve Tv during the year 2018. Two months back there was a problem with the monitor. The images suddenly stareted roling upside down and finally only audio was working and the monitor was completely blank. I immediately lodged a complaint with customer service cell and a service engineer attended the problem the next day. Without even opening the tv system, he told us that the problem will be with the screen only and it was supposed to be changed and he added that for that particular model, spare is not available with the company.
                                  I confirmed it with the customer services and they also told me that spare for that particular model is not available. You just imagine the situation of a consumer who bought an expensive television from a top branded company which eventually failed to serve its purpose within a short span of 3 years and even if the consumer is ready to change the spare, it is not available with the company.

                                  The company had supplied a defective good and hence you should make good the losses suffered by me
