    Address: Online Samsung Shop.

    1. I placed order for 1m25cm AUE70 TV online on Samsung Shop on 4th Oct 21
    2. TV was shipped through Delhivery which got delayed due to in transit Unexpected scan at location Kolkata Maniktala as per tracking ID.
    3. The material was delivered on 12th Oct 2021.
    4. The installation Engineer visited for installation . On opening he found the TV damaged. .He repacked the TV after taking a photograph
    5. The complaint was lodged by the installation Engineer in his office.
    6. I also lodged complaint on www.samsung.com/in/support/email/online -shop/ with photographs of damaged TV as given by installation Engineer with photographs of repacked Package of the TV.
    6. More than a month passed nothing has been done except issuing Samsung Ticket ID
    Now thinking to take up the matter to Consumer forum

    7.Every reminder issues a new Samsung Ticket ID.

    While online purchasing this the TV 20K Advantage coupon code did not work. While making payment online the amount automatically changed to pre coupon rate.Since OTP was filled full amount Debited to my account.
    Reported but no response .
    The TV on installed on 12th Oct 2021.
    Gift Bazel for the frame TV on to be sent through a coupan code within 10 working days.
    Till today nothing done except issuing Samsung Customer Ticket. against each reminder. assuring action with in 24 hours.
    Seems Samsung Ticket no is auto generated and customer care does not bother about it.
    Please resolve the issues immediately as under.
    1. Refund of excess payment taken with computer fraud.
    2. Send coupon code of the Bazel.

      I am trying to reach Samsung India, as it has been a real pain for me to get hold of them as I am not in India. I had sent a 55-inch tv for my elderly parents and as expected the tv received was broken. My parents are trying to contact them and they are making fool of them by asking them to wait for two days from last two weeks now. They once sent some inspection officer as the tv was already inspected first by their own technical guy who came for installation. They are mentally torturing my parents.

        Samsung ecobubble water inlet problem complained to samsung service. They changed sensor and pcb repair and charged me 3750.the next day itself the problem cropped up again. Not attending to my problem. Please resolve ASAP. ThanQ

          Regarding The Samsung Product Complaint -[protected] (A52S face unlock Issue)
          Regarding A52S mobile phone:
          Phone was purchased on 26th October 2021 in India and I am following with Samsung CEO desk team for the last 10 days on A52S face unlock issue. Visited 3 times in the service center and they reported that they didn't find any issue with face unlock.
          Although I had sent them multiple videos with issue but your people seems didn't trust me,
          The fact is your phone don't have dedicated sensor for face unlock and its relying on poor front selfie camera, I observed that selfie camera can unlock with face unlock mechanism only when there is kind of direct light on my face or unless I am in daylight
          In the video I have captured face in small room with tube light by showing back to tube light (This shouldn't be an problem since front camera is able to capture face for face unlock) and after that I have tried to unlock face multiple times but it did not succeed and when i turned my face in front of light, it started unlocking phone, again when i turned back, its failed to detect my face. I cannot have light on my face all the time while face unlock and that's why its failing to unlock face in 1st attempt most of the times
          I am not happy with inconsistent/unreliable face unlock feature and the way service center trying to justify themselves every time
          As end customer I am suffering with issue and your people are just roaming me to service center every time
          I need refund as i informed Samsung regarding issue next day of purchase

              I have purchased the Samsung F41 mobile on October 28, 2020.
              Since last week i have been facing auto reboot problem,
              I contacted Samsung support team they suggested some temporary measures that worked for that day. From next day reboot issue continued.
              Recently the phone got turned off and got struck at Samsung logo screen
              I took the mobile to service center they informed that there was motherboard issue and needs replacement which costs almost 8000 rupees.
              Many people of various models of Samsung have been this facing this issue after a software update pushed by Samsung.
              They have been raising their issues in Twitter.
              Company hasn't even accepted this issue.
              Due to a faulty processor and a bug filled update, the phones are to be repaired.
              Why should a consumer pay almost half of the cost price to repair price in 1 year due an issue from company end.
              Please accept that issue and atleast make arrangements for the phones to repaired free of cost

              Hi sir my name is Naveen & purchased a Samsung f41 as on October 2020 but a few days back i.e., 26-2-22 my Samsung stuck on logo & restart problem I went to the service they said that motherboard issue and it costs 8k rupees is it fair let me know, also inform the solution.
              *I have purchased the samsung F41 mobile on January 13, 2021.
              *Since last week i have been facing auto reboot problem,
              *I took the mobile to the service center. They suggested that there was a motherboard issue and needed replacement which costs almost 7600 rupees.
              *After that i googled it about this issue so many people of various models of samsung have been facing this issue after a software update pushed by samsung and also after the warranty period.
              *Due to a faulty processor and a bug-filled update, the phones are to be repaired.
              *Why should a consumer pay almost half of the cost to repair in 1 year due to an issue from the company. This is your manufacturing fault so you should take responsibility to repair it or exchange it with a new good one free of cost.

              Please accept this complaint and take action ASAP.
              Same issue with my samsung f41 phone and no solution or responsibility by Samsung to acknowledge, and solve the issue. It has been 6 months now and I was wrong that Samsung cares.

              Hi sir my name is dasthagiri & purchased a Samsung f41 as on jan2021 but a few days back i.e., 15-8-22 my Samsung stuck on logo & restart problem I went to the service they said that motherboard issue and it costs 8k rupees is it fair let me know, also inform the solution.

                I ordered refrigerator on 21st Oct and app showed the delivery time of 24th Oct. Product got delivered on 25th night. The delivery person came alone and asked me to help him in lifting the product. Something strange !! which i have never experienced. As i was not at home, so he took someone's help and delivered the refrigerator. When i reached home i saw the product was not able to stand and the leg was broken. I took the photograph and raised the complaint to Samsung via Twitter, Email and Chat option on app. I also ordered for return of this but that did not happen. Till now, there is no update on these requests.

                When i called the helpline today, they are also clueless. This product is lying at home and in this festivity when we want to use a new product we are left with this bad experience. More than 20 class have been made already. Several emails/sent but no reply

                Request your intervention here so that i can get this product replaced/returned and use this for the occasion i purchased for.

                  I have given my product to Samsung service center for repair on 23rd of Oct and it was to be repaired by mainboard. My product is in guarantee. They always say, " Part has been ordered but has not been come yet."
                  I haven't got my product yet. Worst repair service I have ever seen.

                    I placed an order for samsung galaxy f42 5g phone through their online store on 23 October 2021 and by mistake I placed for two, so I cancelled one on the same day, I got a mail stating that your money would be refunded with in 7 to 10 days. But still now, that is 12 November 2021 I didn't receive my refund.i contacted their customer service several times and even mailed them, but went in vain.

                      I bought a Samsung mobile (M32) just two weeks ago. But i am facing an issue with screen since last 4 days. So i visited Qdigi authorised samsung service center located at Noida sector 3. The service center didn't have spare parts for their customers to provide services with an immediate effect. So they checked my mobile and asked me to go home and told me that they will call in a day or two when the spare screen will be available for replacement....

                      I have purchased my samsung s21 plus 5g from Al anees Qatar on 01.04.2021.I am currently in Pathanamthitta, Kerala, India on a long vacation.My phone display is not turning on and tried many solutions like force restart, charging etc.But the phone display couldn't start. I went to the service centre in India and they told me to change the display for 12, 000 INR.I told them that this phone is under warranty.But they are not accepting it.Then I called samsung customer service and they told me to present supporting documents from Al anees to prove that the warranty covers in India.Since such a document never exist, I can't go back to Qatar only to repair my phone.
                      Since Samsung is an international brand, Why they can't provide international warranty to their products?
                      Kindly consider this issue and resolve it.

                        Within one month of Samsung TV installation I noticed mild cloudy patches at screen corners which is generally not visible while playing video or in shutdown mode and only visible with full white background.
                        Raised this case with Samsung stating that " accumulation of dust within 1 month of purchase is technically not realistic since the screen of this product was already tainted and dusty before purchase, I was conned by the samsung seller. citing this I demand for either replacement or the refund

                        10 days are passed and samsung customer team keeps playing tricks by passing pre drafted statements full of assurances.

                          I have cancelled my order with Bajaj market worth Rs 21999 and ordered new phone from Samsung shop worth Rs 23999. They have sent me the cancelled order which I thought has been sent by Samsung Shop and received it (since the outer cover of mobile box, date of delivery and delivery service company were almost same). After then when I realized that I have received the cancelled product worth(rs21999), I connected to Bajaj and they told that they will take the return and asked me not to even open the delivery packet and I did the same. The next day my original order( worth rs 23999) from Samsung shop also arrived. I received this order as I was promised by Bajaj that they will take return of cancelled product. But after few days they took a U turn and said the dealer( Savex technologies) is not ready to take the return and I have to contact SAVEX. When I contacted SAVEX they said that I have to contact Bajaj and they didn't listen even a word. In this blame game between SAVEX and BAJAJ, I have been trapped.
                          At the end, I would like to request Samsung and SAVEX TECHNOLOGIES to kindly approve return of the product worth 21999 since I have cancelled the order before delivery and have also purchased a new mobile worth 23999 from SAVEX only. The product is lying fully packed and unopened with me from last few days. I hope that Savex technologies will consider the genuine request of their customer and understand my situation. I have already bought a Mobile worth 23999 from you SAVEX TECHNOLOGIES and I am your current customer. How will I be able to pay loan of the product which I have cancelled. So please SAVEX TECHNOLOGIES approve the return. If you are concerned about the situation of product, then you can send your inspection team too but take back your product as a Goodwill gesture atleast. I won't be able to pay EMI of 2 mobiles ( for the product which I have cancelled. I hope you will understand my problem and approve the return.

                            Just two months back we bought the refrigerator and it got burnt on 15th Oct from the backside and I have raised a complaint about my refrigerator with registered mobile number [protected]/[protected] and name is Nageswara Reddy( my father). So many times I called customer care and the support team was not responding properly and not providing the details about the ticket. Everyday support team is telling the same repeated answer like you will get call in head of the department in 24 hrs and your complaint will be resolved . Even I sent our multiple mails to servicehead.[protected]@samsung.com but no response except auto reply mail from system. My father & myself are getting worried, getting irritation and feeling like torture.

                            Initially one technician came to home for investigation and took some pics of the burnt refrigerator and raised the complaint but no proper update on the complaint.
                            I got reference numbers :[protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected]

                            Could you please look into the complaint ASAP.

                            May I know the status on the complaint ? Nobody responding from Samsung to customer . They had sold defect product to customer and not responding when raise a complaint .

                            This issue is causing the mental torture to my father( customer) and he is not able to convince himself that he bought the defect product from samsung since he trust the samsung as a best brand but in his case they are behaving like worst than any other Brand.

                                      Have ordered a samsung fold z fold 2 on 26 october with which a samsung galaxy watch 3 bluetooth was given free to me when i paid the bill then it was shown that watch will be comming seperately and will be delivered on 4 nov the phone was delivered on 30 oct .
                                      But the said watch has not been delivered till today also . This is my 8 complaint with complaint no 31509476. Every time their lame excuse is we have forwarded their complaint to higher exclation level . Please take strict action to this company
