    SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR IS NOT REPAIRABLE DECLARED BY SAMSUNG SERVICE PERSON. I NEED FULL REFUND FOR THAT AS I HAVE PURCHASED ON 1.2017. WITHIN 5 YEARS IT IS NOT WORKING. 10% of refund we can't accept. we need atleast 70% of our bill amount.

      5th Nov. Stops cooling. Raised service request. One person turns up 2 days later and confirms it is indeed not cooling. Comes back next day and replaces a board in the backside of the fridge. Still no change. Said it can be gas leakage and another guy turns up on 9th Nov and fills gas. Works till 12th Nov and agains stops cooling. After multiple follow ups, 2 guys come over and spend 4 hours and claim they found the leak and have set it right. Less than 10 hours later, no cooling. Have raised a request on 17th night.. still waiting for a response and a service man to visit and work on it. And a lady in their escalation matrix ( with an immeasurable attitude) said if it is internal leakage, the fridge is of no use. I[censored]nder 5 years, will get a depreciated value else it is junk. Bought in Oct 2016.. and the problem starts in Nov2021. How cool is that? Just 2 weeks after implies warranty date expires.
      Samsung service center is pathetic, response is non existent and their engineers are incompetent. Enough said. No amount of calls, escalations work. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS

        Dear Sir,

        I have purchased Single door Samsung refrigerator with model number RR20R182XU8/HL on 12th January 2020. 1 year product warranty has expired.

        Problem with the machine is cooling is not happening.

        I raised an service request. Technician visited our home and said that there is a gas leakage problem and we have to pay 2200+400 service charge for the repair. and also this problem has come due to electrical fluctuations.

        My first question is - this machine is stabilizer free. how come issue came?

        - we have washing machine, oven and other electrical items in the house. How come issue only to this refrigerator?

        - we used Godrej Refrigerator for almost 10years without any complaint.
        How come issue arises in Samsung refrigerator within 1 year 9 months?

        - we are middle class people. How can I bare this charge?

        I politely request you to waive off the charges for the service.

          Hi Team,

          This is to draw your kind attention that I have purchased a Samsung A22 5G model mobile on 20 September 2021 and from the first week onwards, I was facing issues with regards to the SIM Card not getting detected and later once the Samsung Service Centre resolved the issue later from the day end, the phone speaker was not working.

          As such, I deposited my phone to the Samsung Service Centre (Address : Phoenix MarketCity, Shop Number G5&G6, Velachery Road, 142 Velachery, Chennai - 600042) on 27 October 2021 (Bill Number : [protected]) and they are harassing me saying that either the speaker part is in "Transit" and they were about to repair and provide me the phone today(19 November 2021), but still now it is not being resolved from their end and saying that the mobile display is not working properly.

          Moreover, I would like to draw your attention that the number provided by the Samsung Service Centre is either not reachable. Neither do they bother to pick up the phone after calling 10-15times.

          Please could you let me know How long I should wait to get a phone repaired although the phone is within warranty period!!!

          I would request you to please go ahead and replace my phone at the earliest convenience or else I have to take further action to escalate this matter to the consumer forum because without a mobile phone for around a month is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

          Please could you look into the above matter urgently and get back to me at the earliest.

            When the installation engineer visited on 18th November and tried to open the box where he found the screen damage.

                I bought a samsung GalaxyA22 5G mobile phone from Poorvikammmobiles
                Mogappair east Chennai on 14 .11.2021. with in one day i found the phone charging system has some problem ( irregularcharging). i brought to the attention of retail shop Poorvika mobiles, Chennai 37 for replacement of phone on 17.11.2021. They replied that i have to contact Samsung service centre for replacement.
                I contacted Samsung service center Annanagar 2nd Ave.Chennai on 18.11.2021 and requested for replacement of phone. After checking the phone they said that the guarantee is not applicable as the phone charging socket and cable socket are rusted due to water entrapment and hence replacement is not possible. For repair also they wanted to charge Rs 2050 for sockets also it may be more if they open and see the phone.
                I request you to kindly arrange for replacement of phone also advice me to whom I should contact for replacement.

                  I brought my samsung galaxy s20 to one of samsung costumer service center of my city korba chhattigarh.
                  Phone has some issues in charging and its back cover started coming out.
                  It took them approx 15 day to partially repair it. Even after that it water resistance was pending.
                  They told me to bring back the phone some days later for remaning work.

                  It has been 4 days now since I gave the my phone 2nd time and its still not fully repaired.
                  They even cannot the fixed time or date till which it will be repaired.
                  I am just making rounds to Samsung Service center daily.
                  This 50000 rupees phone is worth less.
                  I would a mi or realme. Which is 1/3 the price with same features

                        I lost the bill of my Samsung dual door fridge and its compressor is not working properly as told by the samsung engineer who was assigned to rectify the complaint registered by me.. I had purchased the refrigerator from Unilet Store Hanumanth Nagar Bangalore in April 2015.. The management for the store has been changed so its not possible for me to get the bill copy from them. But I have all other documents like Bajaj Finance Consumer Loan statement where Model/Serial No is mentioned. So it would be great if Samsung can arrange to get my compressor exchanged as it is under the warranty period, because Warranty for Compressor is 10 years and Year of manufacture and Purchase is 2015 only.

                          When I was bought this phone, I had complain about problem to dealer he said update software, ur problem will get resolved however problem continued. After some month visited again dealer he asked to visit customer care st Nal stop. When I visited they refused to solve the problem without payment . My phone still under warranty. They said ur phone is damaged due to fall not due to heating. I am still using this defective piece if any thing happens to me because of this phone company will be responsible. And I urge people don't listen to dealer if you find any problem in good which you buy ask for replacement.

                            Hello team,

                            I have placed an order through Samsung online store active watch 2 on 30th October, and used HDFC credit card for making the payment. As per the offer mentioned on the site I should have received 10% instant cash-back for this transaction. I have not received any cash back yet. I tried reaching out to your customer care, and they are not able to give any resolution for this. My order I’d is : [protected], order was placed with my wife’s name ( Krit Rani).

                            It's been almost 20 days, at least 20 calls to your customer care team, and many emails. Each time getting a new surprise and different reason.

                            Can you please look into this on urgent basis? Highly disappointed with with your customer service response on this matter, and the experience you guys are providing overall. I would not like to proceed with this order in case cash back is not getting processed. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and try to create a better customer experience for an individual.

                              Am going through a mental agony because of this samsung product, Reference Number: [protected] i just updated my phone which is provided by samsung itself and from then my screen got green lines and its getting dull display due to that software and I submitted it in samsung service center and they also said the same its due to software issue so its not even a physical damage or anything els i even wrong many mails to samsung and am having all those profs with me.                                   2. TV was shipped through Delhivery which got delayed due to in transit Unexpected scan at location Kolkata Maniktala as per tracking ID.
                                  3. The material was delivered on 12th Oct 2021.
                                  4. The installation Engineer visited for installation . On opening he found the TV damaged. .He repacked the TV after taking a photograph
                                  5. The complaint was lodged by the installation Engineer in his office.

                                  While online purchasing this the TV 20K Advantage coupon code did not work. While making payment online the amount automatically changed to pre coupon rate.Since OTP was filled full amount Debited to my account.
                                  Reported but no response .
                                  The TV on installed on 12th Oct 2021.
                                  Gift Bazel for the frame TV on to be sent through a coupan code within 10 working days.
                                  Till today nothing done except issuing Samsung Customer Ticket. against each reminder. assuring action with in 24 hours.
                                  Seems Samsung Ticket no is auto generated and customer care does not bother about it.
                                  Please resolve the issues immediately as under.
                                  1. Refund of excess payment taken with computer fraud.
                                  2. Send coupon code of the Bazel.

                                    I am trying to reach Samsung India, as it has been a real pain for me to get hold of them as I am not in India. I had sent a 55-inch tv for my elderly parents and as expected the tv received was broken. My parents are trying to contact them and they are making fool of them by asking them to wait for two days from last two weeks now. They once sent some inspection officer as the tv was already inspected first by their own technical guy who came for installation. They are mentally torturing my parents.

                                      Samsung ecobubble water inlet problem complained to samsung service. They changed sensor and pcb repair and charged me 3750.the next day itself the problem cropped up again. Not attending to my problem. Please resolve ASAP. ThanQ

                                        Regarding The Samsung Product Complaint -[protected] (A52S face unlock Issue)
                                        Regarding A52S mobile phone:
                                        Phone was purchased on 26th October 2021 in India and I am following with Samsung CEO desk team for the last 10 days on A52S face unlock issue. Visited 3 times in the service center and they reported that they didn't find any issue with face unlock.
                                        Although I had sent them multiple videos with issue but your people seems didn't trust me,
                                        The fact is your phone don't have dedicated sensor for face unlock and its relying on poor front selfie camera, I observed that selfie camera can unlock with face unlock mechanism only when there is kind of direct light on my face or unless I am in daylight
                                        In the video I have captured face in small room with tube light by showing back to tube light (This shouldn't be an problem since front camera is able to capture face for face unlock) and after that I have tried to unlock face multiple times but it did not succeed and when i turned my face in front of light, it started unlocking phone, again when i turned back, its failed to detect my face. I cannot have light on my face all the time while face unlock and that's why its failing to unlock face in 1st attempt most of the times
                                        I am not happy with inconsistent/unreliable face unlock feature and the way service center trying to justify themselves every time
                                        As end customer I am suffering with issue and your people are just roaming me to service center every time
                                        I need refund as i informed Samsung regarding issue next day of purchase
