Iam working as headmaster at govt hss cottonhill TRIVANDRUM.I pirchased SAMSUNG GALAXY MOBILE A32. on 18/04/2021 worth Rs.21000/- After 4 days mobile functions has some complaints and informed to the store they mad some settings and returned .Now the phone is dead.and informed to the store they directed me that go to authorised service center and clear the mistake on 01/10/2021 . At service center they format the software and returned the same, after one day the phone is not working .Now the phone is not working . pls replace or RECTIFY the problem immediately with guarantee otherwise i will register a complaint against it

    We had submitted a Samsung Galaxy Tab bought on 2017, with a complaint of charging issues. The service center person said that, if we open the tabled there is a possibility of display get defect and we have to change that too. For changing the charging connector and display she asked for 4, 000/- and I said the display is perfectly ok, why should I pay for that, she returned the tab and said we cannot provide service.
    Now we had given outside and got it repaired in local shop, working perfectly.
    Is the service center person un experienced?
    Why your person lied that display also will get damaged if opened?
    Is this what Samsung trains their employees to make more money?

      Dear Sir/Madam 29.09.2021
      I purchased a refrigerator (as per copy of make & capacity attached) in May 2016. It was showing some cooling issues from sunday i.e. 26.09.2021. I called the Samsung helpline no.[protected] on monday i.e. 27.09.2021 & a guy named Mr. Irshaad ([protected]) visited our residence and after checking declared that there is gas issue & suspected that one motor was also not working. He advised that some other person will visit for gas refilling & repair work and also advised to switch off the fridge for 24 hours for further diagnosis. On Tuesday 28.09.2021, we called the service centre for resolution of the complaint then an engineer ([protected]) from QDIGI Services limited Noida visited our place and after checking the fridge declared that motor is okay & there is gas & coil issue, (copy of job card attached) image of coils also attached. while enquiring from him it was revealed that the issues will be resolved after one week due to non availability of coil. I also talked to the team leader of service station-QDIGI Services limited Noida, Mr. Vijai Singh ([protected]) He also informed that it will take 5-6 days for procurement of coils & he can not help in the matter.
      Above were the facts. My COMPLAINT IS AS UNDER-
      1. At the initial stage why was the problem not detected?
      2. Already 3 full days are completed and no early hope for redressal of the complaint
      3. I can noy understand that procurement of coils in Delhi/NCR will take such a long time.(Then what will be the condition in other cities)
      4. You can understand how difficult it is Living without a fridge in such hot weather or otherwise.
      5. Such acts may dent the image & reputation of the company. Mind it.

      Therefore I request you with all humility to kindly ensure its earliest resolution, say in 24 hours. I will be grateful to you.

      Further to appraise you that nobody is responding from your service centre-QDIGI Services limited Noida, from yesterday till now a number of times ranged to them.It is the height of customer service. I think service centre name should be changed to TROUBLE CENTRE. I have tried to contact the following staff & their team leader QDIGI Services limited Noida as under, today a number of times but nobody bothers to even respond to the call.

Very sad state of affairs.

        Dear Samsung Team

        I Abhinav Mishra from Gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh India, one of the long time loyal customer of samsung mobile.I recently purchased a M31 mobile and M51 mobile from Amazon .

        I am very sorry to say that, samsung is playing dirty game and foul practices with their loyal customers

        My 02 mobile M31 mobile and M51 mobile stopped working in 10 days and 7 months respectively leaded to wastage of time and money as well as caused unneccesary pain, stress and irritation .

        The samsung service people refused to repair m51 mobile in warranty period by showing moisture (might be due to sweat or humidity).

        The M series mobile is having a lot of display related issue.

        After this, i bought M31 which was deliverd on 13 sep 2021, also stopped in 10 days.Now will go to service cemter again. .

        Not only these 02 mobile, one more mobile M31 which was owned by my relative also stopped within 1.5 years .

        From now, i will not buy and recommend the 3rd grade samsung mobile .

        I think samsung need to focus on the quality and need to rethink on the design and components used in these useless M series .

            I'm also facing the same problem what most of the samsung customers facing. My samsung m31 mobile getting rebooted frequently. Where service center climes its due to mother board issue and says mobile was Water damaged but there is no sign of Water damage in ldi sticker.

            And they are asking me to pay 12 thousands to change mother board, display and charging port.

            Hello Kandhan, I have same issue with my Samsung M31 where it is freezing and restarting. This all started after software update provided by Samsung. Let's unite and file a consumer court case against Samsung.

              I have ordered refrigerator from samsung shop app on 22nd sept the fridge was delivered to me in defective condition. I raised a complaint on that same day then the company said that the defective part would be replaced but as i was worried about the condition i said i want complete replacement of the fridge then after 3 days they mailed me that they do not have any another peice so they will give me refund once they pick up my product. Then after fighting with the company for 6 days my fridge was picked up on 28th sept 2021 but still no any refund has been initiated from them and they are saying that i need to wait hut they are not sure when will i get the money. I want my money as soon as possible

                Hi we bought a new Samsung refrigerator 380 L and within 9 months it's stop working and many times there technicians come and fill the gas but it's still not working and now they are saying pcb and compressor is not working.what kind of this service is. They are saying they will change these. But we asked them to change the fridge and provide a new fridge as all the parts are not working.                   Dear sir,

                  I had bought the Samsung Galaxy M31 last year through Amazon. Almost after one year we got some problem in the phone and took it to Samsung Service center. Then we came to know that mother board is not working and asked to replace it. They said its chargeable as Warrenty period got over. We complaint about it on Samsung Facebook page and got the call from their call center and they asked to submit the phone again to service center. After that they replied that it was already opened outside before so we can't do anything, u will have to bear the cost. This was something I felt so bad as it was a new phone and we never took it outside for repair as if we wanted then we could have gone to samsung only as it was new phone and under warrenty .. it was a false statement made by them. I genuinely felt so bad on this incident and felt cheated. I have been using samsung phones from last 15 years but after this incident I genuinely lost the faith in samsung. I will surely share my experience with as many as people and as many as online platform and will aware the people on this. Never expected such kind of experience with highly recognised international company.

                    We as a family are struggling to get our Refrigerator repaired since 16/09/21.

                    There have been repetitive assurance from the Samsung team . Few of the interaction are captured below ..

                    Initially time peirod for service was 15 days however it is being extended to 30 days more .

                    Unable to understand the service level exhibited from Samsung team .

                    Non of the Samsung team members are having empathy towards customer complaint or resolution . I am completely clue less whether my Fridge will ever get service ..

                    Or my pain will continue .. We are family of 5 with elders and kid .. All are part of the pain and our life is completely distriubed .

                    You being the last resource for HELP hence expecting a quick response

                      We have raised a repair request for the Samsung fridge . Whenever we are raising a repair request, service centre people are closing it without taking any action.

                      We have raised multiple requests and all are closed without taking any action. It has been 15 days now till now issue is not resolved.

                      iI is horrible and unprofessional behavior from service centre people which need to be dealt with seriously.

                      As a customer I have faced very unprofessional treatment and I am unhappy with Samsung services.

                        I have complained of my refrigerator on 15.08.2021 to Samsung on phone please note the contact no. [protected] for my refrigerator not cooling properly. They booked my complaint. Same day two person came to my house and said their is a gas leakage issue in your refrigerator. The total charges of gas reselling 3, 200 . I have paid the amount and receive the bill to the name of Shree Balaji Aircon Service.

                        After 2 or 3 days i have faced another issue of water leakage i have called to customer care and share my problem he said the service boy will come again and resolve my issue but no one come till date into my house i also call to the service agent regarding this they misbehave with me and my wife too using bad words

                          People buy a smartphone from a trusted brand like Samsung by their hard earned money. But it seems like Samsung doesn't care about its customers, in such difficult situations, online work has increased and smartphone plays an important role in fulfilling that, but due to some fault many Samsung phones with Exynos 9611 soc, are failing, becoming unusable. The problem generally occurring after warranty ends, then at service center, they are charging Rs 9000 to replace the motherboard. The problem is caused by company, then why should customers pay for that??? My A50s just started restarting automatically after 1 year 1 month and is completely unusable, my whole data gone, important files gone and at service center they straightaway asking for Rs.9k. Same is the case with more than thousands of customers. I want free motherboard replacement as soon as possible. Samsung is already losing as People are now not buying their phones because of auto restart issue.

                            I would to express my dissatisfaction with Samsung product & its services. I bought Samsung in the month of Oct '20 where after 8 months i got to know that there was some charging issue in the device. I contacted the service center and they have changed the motherboard.

                            After some days i am continuously facing the network issue in device where in the same time i would not face any issue with my other device on the same network. I have submitted my device twice time to the service center and it was there for more than 30 days in service center at one time but till now my problem is not yet resolved.

                            Service center executive saying there is no problem in device, if there is no problem then there is no mean i am contacting the service center. I paid the full amount to Samsung then i bought the device it is not one rent something like. If i m facing issue then only i am approaching to the service center and moreover for this i m spending my time and money to submit the device in service center again & again.

                            I have changed sim of network provider but this is not problem of network moreover 2 network (airtel & Idea) team has been already visited to my place and they confirmed there is no network issue. if it is network problem i would definitely face the same problem with my other device which i have but i would like to tell i m not facing any issue in calling or data in other device which is in my family.

                            It has been almost 2 month, however i m in touch with samsung team but sorry to say there is no resolution has given by samsung.

                            I am not able to understand why i am facing only issue with Samsung device where i am living in same place more than 2 years and truly speaking never face any issue of signal in my one plus or Apple or other device.

                            If any network issue with the sim then it should come with other device as well where at a time & place I can speak clearly & able to use data inside my home thru my other device but not able to use call & data properly with Samsung device.

                            I have complaint in Idea and airtel for the reversal for amount which i recharge due to bad signal but they said our network is good in your area.

                            I am really fed up with this device and think many time i think why should i bought this Samsung instead of this i can buy any brand phone cost of 5 to 6 k might be i will not face any problem. I did a blunder mistake to bought Samsung.

                            Moreover i am not getting any proper resolution from Samsung.

                            Hence I request you to please arrange for the reversal of phone cost or allow to me take the new device of Samsung in other model if any access amount is there will make the payment of difference amount for the same.

                            Hence requesting you to please look into matter and arrange for the quick resolution.

                              Dear Samsung.
                              I have been using Samsung since the time you'll launched s4 black edition and have been immensely happy with the S series phones and have had no complains with it. I did not even feel like switching to any other brand or OS because you'll aggressively bought new innovations with better camera and gave premium feel. I have been a fan of S series and have been using the s4 to now s20 plus but unfortunately I think this relation has come to an end with complains with the phones every year. I was very happy until my s10 plus. It gave a screen issue i gave it to the service centre and they took about a week and gave the phone back to me after repairing it. I then sold that phone and bought the S20 plus which i felt its the best camera phone even compared to an iPhone 12 pro. Today i.e 30th September i see faded marks of the icons of other apps on my phone which happens to be a screen burn in issue. Now again i have to go to the service centre. Take a backup of my entire phone. Again take the pgone back and login to all the apps. It's now becoming a headache. I was all set to buy the s21 plus 256 or 512 gb since you'll removed the memory card slot but i think its time to explore some other brand / OS because I can't keep going to the service centre all the time to get the pgone repaired. Moreover the pain is to take the backup and waste hours behind that.
                              So thank you for a beautiful long relationship and hope to buy Samsung in future if im bored of the other brand i try.

                                We have purchase a Samsung 40'' inch tv through Amazon and after 30-35 days only the TV stopped working, we called the call centre and since then they are just passing the time, the last update was that the TV will be repiared by 29th sept, however today we got call from GURGAON that i t will be done by 22 October, i mean is that a way to deal with the issue and that too from a company like SAMSUNG, we did choose samsung because of the quality and the post sales service but now looks like it was the biggest mistake, we are continously calling customer care and even sending mails but all is going on deaf ears, everyone is just passing the time and ultimately we the customer as usual are the suffers, why cant samsung just replace the TV when its a faulty piece being delivered, hoping to get a timely resolution now atleast .PFA the communication from your samsung call centre which is a bunch of all lies only

                                    HI, I have a Samsung M51, Under warranty.
                                    It stopped charging suddenly and i took it to a Samsung service center, they change the mother board(took 3 weeks).
                                    I used it for one day and when i put it on charging it was not working again and screen also went off. I took it to same service center aging .
                                    They said need to change the PCB. aging it took them almost 3 weeks and i got the phone back yesterday. Now it is having trouble with sim cards and screen.
                                    I ma tired of running to service centers and waiting a month and not getting the resolution .I asked them to get it replaced but they cant do it as well.
                                    What do i do ?wait for the warranty to end and then pay the service price again and again

                                      Problem:- display damage started with lines and blur on screen and finally blacked out.
                                      cause:- happened in regular usage, without any accidental drop or contact with liquid.

                                      service center shared pictures of sky blue color fungus (in their words) claiming it as liquid damage and denying any service because once it is liquid damage any other damage (like screen damage in my case) will not be covered under warranty.

                                      I know that I haven't dropped it in liquid and from the pictures it is clearly visible the display liquid seeped inside the device and with gravity it came down accumulated in the corners.

                                      exactly on left bottom corner the display got leaked and the green color starts exactly from the same location inside, but service center wont listen and wont provide any proof of test to the same.

                                        Bought a Samsung note 10.1 in the year 2013. Now the motherboard is having issues. When I asked can we repair the board, they said no. Then I was decided to buy new board, but the service technician said the motherboard was stopped by Samsung and can't be replaced.

                                        I am decided to log a consumer complain against Samsung India and the service centre.

                                        Spent 40K for a tablet and unable to repair it. Isn't it disgusting???
