[Resolved] Samsung India — refrigerator - rt28k3043s8 (gas leakage problem in under warranty stage) | |||
Samsung product request/complain number is [protected]. I purchased this refrigerator rt28k3043s8 from samsung flagship store ishita enterprise ahmedabad in rs. 23900/- on date:[protected]. It’s still under warranty. Last week it has cooling problem. I had complained about it in customer care and they sent technician to check the refrigerator and he said it has gas leakage problem. Next day they took my refrigerator to their service centre and keep there for testing. After that they delivered it back to my home and said, start it after 1 hour. I started it after 1 hour and after 3 hours i checked it and there is no cooling at all. Now they are saying they will send the technician again to solve the problem. That’s very strange. I have lg refrigerator before samsung for almost 15 years. Lg gives onsite service for any problem in refrigerator. Why to take refrigerator to service centre, i don’t understand. I want samsung to give my money back and take your faulty product back, which is useless in under warranty stage. Very disappoint with samsung refrigerator product. No cooling in refrigerator
Dear Samsung Team,
I have purchase 265 ltr Samsung Digital Inverter double door refrigerator 22 Month back from your samsung outlet at patrakar puram Lucknow and till date fridge gas is leaked and I contact your customer services and he appoint a engineer and when he comes he told me that gas is likeage in this fridge and we have to refill the gas and it would cost you around rs.1500 to 1800 but my consern is that why I am giving money if my compressor is in warranty if you guys not solving my problem then I have to knock the door of consumer court due to that kind of issue I have already face before on my ac...
Now this refrigerator is not giving any cooling,
So please help us to solved our refrigerator problem.otherwise I can take another option...
