Sir,
I had purchased a samsung refrigerator model no-0gcj4abj200059, for which i paid a amount of rs. 106000.00 on 15th may, 2017.
Two weeks later, the instrument gave problems related to the 'ice and water dispenser'. Accordingly i informed' great eastern treading co.', red stone, g. S. Road, guwahati-6 from where i had purchased the refrigerator. Promptly the agency sent a mechanic to examine the instrument and do the needful. He expressed his inability to find the solution. However, he filled up a form and stated that the service center would in day's time depute a technician to give a demo, fix the problem etc. This happened around the first week of june. Now it is almost close to two months since i have not been able to use the particular facility.
Having invested a sizable amount on the refrigerator, it is disconcerting to see the indifference and negligence of ' great eastern treading co.'. Besides reflecting utter lack of professionalism the agency has inflicted hardship on an innocent customer who has enormously busy work schedule. To say the least i would question whether this agency should at all be authorized to deal with sales of dignified company like samsung.
My experience with ' great eastern treading co.', has become eyeopener to a number of acquaintances about the quality of service being rendered. I request that the matter be attended on priority, so that no further escalation is required.

The screen display assembly was replaced for rs 5580 on 08.07.2017. All off a sudden the display got blank while talking on a call. The service acknowledgement request mentions No Physical Damage Found An Crack On Screen Internal Damage. How is it possible to crack the inside without any physical damage on outer. The tamper glass is also fully intact . I fail to understand this. The images of Bill dt 08.07.2017 and receipt dt 21.07.2017 is attached. Please resolve at earliest as I am unable to use my phone.
