I had placed order for samsung j5 online on samsung estore on 20.07.2017. The order no is :[protected]. The delivery time was 5-7 days. Today 7 days have passed and they have still not shipped the order. When i call customer care they just say that once the order is shipped i will get a sms but they don't know when this is going to happen. There is not reply for my mail sent to samsung also. I am regretting of not buying the mobile from flipkart where the delivery service is excellent. I have prepaid for the order so cant think of cancellation as of now as looking at their service my refund will take more den a month i think. Will never buy anything from from samsung e store and will not recommend it to anybody.

Today 9 days have passed and I am getting the same reply that order has not left their warehouse. There is no reply to my mail even after 72 hrs have been passed. I have gone for order cancellation. Now i don't know how many months I have to wait for refund. Regretting very much for placing order for samsung product. Would advise everyone not to buy a single thing from samsung e store.

    I smt. Lakshmi rani. P, have purchased samsung tv 46h7000 from sonovision, guntur, andhrapradesh bill dated 7-1-2015 wide number se-5130. For rs 119900/- and it was suddenly not working from 1-1-2017 and a complaint was lodged and immediately, and the set was under exented warrenty of bajaj aiiianz wide policy number oc[protected]-00273480 dated
    [protected] a man named amanullah came and inspected saw the documents and told me that the tv is under extended warranty from smart care and asked me to give delivery of my tv set at vijayawada to his office on very next day i went and gave the delivery of the set which he acknoeledged.
    From that day i have been in touch with him regarding the tv. He has been tellingthat it will be done in one week, like that till april.in april mr amanulla gave the cell number of mr. Srinivasa rao who is owner of smart care. Srinivasa rao was telling me that the part was not available with the compaly, everytime and lot of money he had to receive from bajaj also and his personal reasons...
    I srinivasa rao of tirupaty and he also playing the same drama like it will be done in one week and so on till now. And he told me at that time if it is not going to be settled in a week time you can file a case against samsung, bajaj also. Also till that time they have not taken care of my tv and in april he gave in guntur samsung and told me that they have put indent to samsung company and till now the same position by telling me and as because i am a women harrassing me that no mail is received from samsung company till date.
    More over i told him very clearly that he has been harrassing me and it caused mental agony for me that i bought the tv for r119900/-. With all my savings.
    Now i need replacement of my tv with the new one
    And now i consulted the lawyer and he asked me to go for lokadalath. And file a suit..

      Hi had placed an order on samsung e store order[protected] on july 11th 2017, even after 15 days its not shipped, on chat they say to call, on calling customer care they say to email, on email there is no reply, even i have asked for cancellation but that also has not happened, disgusting services by samsung store, my money is stuck with them, i have called numerous times

        Dear samsung

        Today i got my 1time free screen replacement done for my s7 edge.
        I have belw query:

        1. Was unaware that it extracts processing fee/ labour charge as not informed before while buying & 1st day at service centre.
        2. Why was i charged for screen replacement with amount rs 692 additional to 450 labour charge if its one time replacement (Gh97-18533b - mentioned in bill & explained as plastic/ sticker charge)
        3. If its in warranty, then why labour charges n this that.. If offers are there make it attractive to attract again, else dont give offers.
        4. I was charged rs1105 on paper, but for card additonal 2%. (Total1130).
        I have experienced this situation only in low class & sub-standard palces where there is no brand.
        5. Lady at service desk who gives service after repair is highly untrained/ without ethics & manners. Rest staffs lousy as well. (We go to other places for service as well, so there is comparison)

        But of all points i want clarity on why i was charged of rs 690 above labor charge. U cant fool by mentioning any charge as per your conditions. There needs to be transparency. Also if mobile is under warranty i shouldnt be paying any cost.
        Giving offer is not a favour. I[censored] give maintain it & dont be a sub-standard circle

          I am kapil gohel i bought a samsung inverter ac on 7 nov-2015 after 1 year and 8 month i complain samsung service station ac not cooling and led continue blinking problem. After 2 days engineer visited the side and checked the ac he is not found problem and he said you have to reached outer unit in our office for problem found. So here i get the charge for gas. And after few hours he said me ac circuit pcb need to change i agreed all things. After few days i got the call from samsung service station your ac is completed so they told me please carry your outer unit, again i agreed so far all things. And when engineer come for installation and when engineer start ac then i got same problem (Not cooling and led continue blinking problem) engineer open the outer unit and i am shock circuit pcb installed is old. Here i am not expecting this kind of service from samsung service station. They are using reparable parts.

          My concern is this if company policy says that any part goes faulty it would be replace not be repair, so why samsung engineer using repairable part, why he not replace new part.

          Now i don't know what should i do and where i have to go. Please help me to resolve my issue, because i frustrated with the support of samsung.

          between our conversation Miss. JYOTI working from Veraval Service station she is give me roundly answer.
          and after all not solve my problem. I think Samsung employer need to learn how to talk with sense with customer.

          I registered complain from last 23 days engineer parts order two times and still they are not resolve my AC problem again they want to carry outer unit at him office
          i already payment for part and service charges but still they are not resolve my AC problem can you help me out?

          If Samsung company not capable to resolve the problem then exchange to me New Outer Unit.

          Dont buy Samsung product they are not capable to repair there own product,

          Still my AC problem not solve.

          I registered complain from last 26 days engineer parts order two times and but still they are not resolve my AC problem again they want to carry outer unit at him office

          The mobile is getting switch off and on by itself. the battery is also draining too fast without even using the mobile much. so much options and applications in the mobile are not working properly like the option key.
          I had purchased samsung product from vanay enterprises. There is some issue
          regarding pasting issue from neck plastic and rubber side. I visited at
          service center they are told me that we can''t exchanged your product.And i already speak with customer care they also told me that we can' replace your product.

            I have purchased a galaxy s7 edge in feb 2017. Now it has a problem in display.
            When i went to the service center, the guy over there told me to give 15 k for display repair.

            I said my phone is in warranty so he replied that it is damaged, don't know the reason, my phone doesn't have a single scratch on it. How even could he deny me to repair the phone. That is insane.

              Sir / madam, this is to inform you that i have purchased two samsung tvs from m/s meharsons electronics pvt. Ltd., sco 1096, sector 22-b, near indusind bank, chandigarh. Model of tvs are ua40k5570 and ua32k5570 on 29th jun 2017. At the time of purchase i repeatedly asked the dealer - mr. Satbir singh, whether both the units were display units or fresh. He, confirmed me that both the units were new and company packed and not the display units. He also assured me, that he is not authorized by the company (Samsung) to even sell display units and if there is any problem, he would replace the same with new units. After believing on mr. Satbir's words, i made full payment to the dealer and brought both the units at home. At home when i checked them, both the units were very loose packed and not seemed to be company packed units at all from any angle. One unit 32"(Ua32k5570) also having many scratches at its back. It was clearly seem to be display units. Within 2-3 hours of purchase, the same day, we brought the tvs back to the dealer's place and showed him. He again confirmed that both the tvs are fresh and there is no issue at all. However, he assured me to replace the 32" tv due to having scratches, within a week. We again called him after a week but he again given 10 days time. After 10 days time, he again asked for next one week. I requested him to install the tv as i had already disposed off my old samsung crt tv two months back. The dealer sent a technician to install 32"tv with an assurance that he will replace the same within 1 week even after installation.in couple of days after installation, we also noticed that the tv (32") was displaying 2-3 thin black lines at the bottom, when it is on, which looks some manufacturing defect. Today, i called the dealer again and made him aware of my concern. But still dealer is not replacing the same even after approx one month of purchase and again and again deferring the replacement of defective unit. Sir, i believe, that when i am giving full value of the product, i should be given new and fresh units. But the dealer mehrasons electronics pvt. Ltd. Cheated me by selling old display units as new units and also not replacing the same. I am using samsung tv from last 16 years and trust the brand and its products. Request you to kindly look into this matter and arrange to get my both the tvs replaced with new fresh units as soon as possible. Also please take some strict action against above dealer who is spoiling the reputation and goodwill of a brand like samsung. Hoping for an immediate action from your side.

                I amit kumar gautam i bought a samsung split ac on 18-jun-2016, after few month later on 20-apr-2017, i logged a ticket for ac not cooling issue in samsung call center and after 2 days engineer visited the side and checked the ac and found some leakage problem. Same day he forwarded the call to gas filling engineer and gas filling engineer visited the side and checked the leakage and found that cooling coil was leaked and he repaired the same and resolve the issue (As per the samsung policy they never repaired any part if product is in warranty). On 18-jun-2017 my ac warranty goes expired. Again in the month of july same cooling issue persist and i followed the same steps but this time engineer visited on chargeable basis because product was out of warranty. I reported the issue on 11-july-2017 next day engineer came and checked the ac and he found some leaked problem and forwarded the call to gas felling engineer, he collect the visiting charge and left the site. Next day gas filling engineer visited and checked, he found again same cooling coil is leakage and this time the coil will not be repairable because it has already repaired, only it would be replace and the cost of the new cooling coil is rs 11000.

                My concern is this if company policy says that any part goes faulty in the warranty period it would be replace not be repair, so why samsung engineer repair the part, why he not replace the same. Also samsung gives a 3 month warranty after filling the gas and same issue again persist within 3 month so why this time they are forcing to conveyance me that my product is out warranty so we will not support any would be on chargeable basis.
                If this is samsung engineer fault he repaired the cooling coil in the warranty period, so why should i bear the cost.

                Same issue i have been escalated in samsung escalation department on same day and from the ho side one person appointed to handle my case. But from 17-july-2017, i am chasing with call center person for the resolution, but till yet i have not get any resolution. As per the call center person they have send the multiple reminder to the person who appointed to handle my case. But that person never respond. Every day and twice in a day i am calling to samsung call center to know the status of my complaint but every time i got the same reply from call center people (Like: sir, i have send the reminder to the concern person and he/she will respond you today only but i have not received the call yet).

                Now i don't know what should i do and where i have to go. Please help me to resolve my issue, because i frustrated with the support of samsung.

                  Washing machine motor replace which is under warranty to be replaced as a priority since its almost a month we raised the complaint. However when i speak to samsung guys, they say that since that particular model motor is not available they are asking me to forget it and by new one which looks very worst to any dumb guy, but not sure how come those guys can speak such kind of language particularly am dealing with one guy who is not letting met to speak to any other folks of samsung called sundaram. He neither solves the issue nor gives other contacts to escalate this issue. Surprised seriously how samsung is working. Could you please help me out if you can.

                    My last visit in samsung service center (Okhla) for my galaxy s6 problem touch is not working but service representative said it’s working but some key is not working when i come out from your service center i never go after 28-june-2017 again your service center and this time my screen is totally black mood
                    One minute my phone was working the next the screen was black and unresponsive after i locked it, however the blue notification light is flashing

                    My phone mother board change

                    I just want to buy galaxy s8 but this time i don’t want any samsung product. I know samsung is big brand if i leave samsung, samsung not going to any loss.

                    When i buy this phone i’m so happy but after one month i’m lost of problem in my phone than i go samsung service center and called samsung call center than i mailed service support but no response.

                    So please help me on this issue i can’t pay repairing money again and again.

                    i have received call from samsung and he said i forward this issue to service team. today i submitted my phone in samsung service center that time he said sir your phone repairing estimate 8600 but i have received call from Samsung Service Center (okhla) he said now your phone repairing cost is almost 12000.

                    when i buy this phone cost is -40000
                    First repairing cost is-17000
                    and this time cost is--12000
                    Total cost is[protected]
                    so please tell me how many time i paid and whenever i visit your service center service representative said sir there no issue in your phone but when i buy this i'm always facing problem in this phone.

                      I regret to state that that i am very disappointed by my recent purchase of a samsung refrigerator and it is getting frustrating to get the problem resolved with the company.

                      I purchased a samsung 670l double door refrigerator from sahil electronics in humayun pur, new delhi vide invoice no. 276537/2017-18/642 dated april 20, 2017. It was delivered and then installed at my residence in #138 r-3 huda colony cheeka, distt. Kaithal, haryana on april 30, 2017. Right from the beginning, the display screen on the door that shows inside temperature, did not work. Also, the refrigeration was low too. On our complain, the company’s engineer visited and fixed the display but did not do anything about refrigeration.

                      As the cooling in the refrigerator was low, i complained again. The engineer who visited could not find any fault with the machine. The hot weather and having to drink warm water from my brand new refrigerator compelled me to call for help again. The guy who visited this time found a problem with some sensor that they replaced after a week. Even this did not improve the refrigeration. The fruits, vegetables and other groceries continue to spoil due to lack of cooling.

                      To add to the confusion, the different service engineers that come to try solve that problem have different diagnoses. One said that the machine is fine and we are paranoid!! Another told us that double door refrigerators always give trouble and buying is the same is not a smart choice. The last person who visited said that they will have to take the refrigerator back to the company to rectify the problem.

                      In the end, i would like to state that i want this ordeal to end. The company has a policy that they would replace the refrigerator with a new one if they can not find a timely solution and if problem is detected in the first month. I have been calling the helpline since may 2, 2017 and can provide you a detailed list of the reference numbers of my complains. I humbly request you to replace my refrigerator with a brand new one.

                      I am attaching a copy of my invoice.

                          My microwave needed some spare and the service engg. Informed me that it would take 3 to 4 days to get it done. I received a message from samsang stating the same. Request no. Is [protected]. It is now more than 10 days and nothing has been done till date, despite having tele talk with service center. Phone[protected]. I am 75 and face a tough time for want of this device. I had told the same to visiting service guy. Now i am set to to leave in couple of days. Wht will be the use if the microwave gets its part? The company immediately asks for money for visit of service man. Spares are only available with the company (Samsang). Hence can not do anything. Unless ready to buy new one. Deplorable.                             Greetings!! My wife was using samsung galaxy note 4 model no. Sm-n910gzkeinu; imei no. 355306/06/693139/7.

                            In april 17, the phone started behaving erratically, automatic shut downs, off and on problem of non-responding touch and display. It was shown and deposited at samsung service center at lucknow. Our employee mr. Amit had more than 7 visits to the service center in duration of more than one and half month because every time after he went on due date, he was told phone was not ready as part not available.

                            We not only faced problems and mental trauma for more than a month due to unavailability of phone but also repeated visits and calls to service center. Eventually we were told that phone was not reparable and such problems has occurred in other note 4 sets too after software update.

                            We have used note 2 in past and never faced any problems. We had faith in samsung and the note series, but now it's shaken. Note 4 is an expensive phone and such thing to happen out of the blue is unacceptable. Kindly look into the matter and help us.

                              I am complaining again through this portal for the second time as my issue is not resolved yet with the purchase of samsung refrigerator with convertible freezer model no. Rt37m3724sl 345l that i bought from master world electronics (Biggest frauds), gandhi marg, railway road, aligarh up, on 13th of july 2017. Since then i have made more than 5 complaints about my freezer not working. On 22nd of july an engineer sandeep sharma came and told us that freezer door gasket is faulty. He adjusted it and told us that it will work fine now. But, as i suspected it isn't working again and there is water dripping from everywhere. I am having the worst experience of my life since i bought a samsung product. I just want a replacement of this faulty refrigerator so i can focus on better things in my life. I am fed up of samsung and wish i would have bought a whirlpool or any other brand product.

                                  Then i took my mobile and went to the Samsung Mobile Service center( Ashok Electronics) Jamnagar Location on[protected] Morning around 11 AM.

                                  The Service Centre Person checked the my phone with their charger it is not getting charging then they replace another battery it is getting charging and showed me it is working fine.Then they checked the board they said it is liquid damage there is Water clog on charging Point area so it is not cover able Under Warranty we will do service on chargeable basis. So i discuss with service centre if it is Liquid damage the mobile battery should get damage due to short circuit and also mobile device also get damage but nothing is happened to the my mobile, there is no bulging and no physical damage on mobile battery. The Battery is looking good and only the issue is mobile battery not getting charging.

                                  i am try to explain them the scale formation is occur only prolonged period and it will not occur with in a day.
                                  I am using this mobile phone as use well everyday suddenly it is not getting charging so i came here. You showed me the scale formation, but i don't know how it is happened.

                                  The Service Centre People directly denied. So i try with Samsung Customer Care[protected] i explained everything to Customer Care Counselor they suggested me to go Again Samsung Service Centre. The Customer care counselor give me a complaint number for future Reference purpose. The Reference Number is [protected]

                                  I went Samsung Service centre then i called Samsung customer care again i explained everything to customer care counselor and she want to speak with service centre person after long conversation with service centre person the customer care counselor denied the warranty of my mobile due to water clog.

                                  The Samsung customer care Called me twice first time full ringing second time just missed call only later they send one mail we have tried to contact you several times on your number [protected] on, Friday July 21’2017, but unable to reach you as your number was not responding. Then i Called Samsung Customer care number[protected] i am explained everything about the mobile battery not getting charging finally the customer care counselor told me to go Samsung mobile Service centre handover the mobile to the service centre and take Job Sheet.

                                  Today i went Samsung Mobile Service centre they not responded me so again i called customer care i spoke with customer care counselor again i explained everything about the mobile battery not getting charging. After long conversation she asking me to wait for discussion with senior Executive. I discuss with senior Executive and i explained about the mobile battery not getting charging she told me there is water clog on charging area it is not cover able under warranty. I am explained to that madam about my mobile charging issue. I told to the Madam if there is water clog on that area really the battery as well as mobile device also get damage and i said the scale formation may be due to possibility of moister. Then she said water and any Physical damage it will not come under warranty. I said to the Madam I strongly agree your statement but this one no physical damage and water log only problem is scale formation on Charging area for this kind of issue what can i do. For scale formation how can i take precaution, Every one using the mobile phone same way i am also using in that scale formation what can i do please tell me. She suddenly disconnected mobile connection in the middle of conversation.

                                  Then immediately i called again to the Samsung customer care they said your concern is already escalated we will contact you shortly.

                                  I am kindly Requesting you please, I need solution in the positive way. For the Past 5 days i Couldn't use my mobile phone.                                   Today i went to the Service centre, Service centre persons not responded me so i call again the Customer Care, and i speak with customer care person about not responding my problem. i already speak with customer care on yesterday she only asked me to come service centre for handover the mobile, but the customer care person not listening my words and keep on asking basic information about mobile problem only, then customer care person asking to wait for some time then the customer care person told me i will transfer the call to Senior Executive. After few seconds the Senior executive came to the line asking basic details of mobile problem then he said the problem is already escalated with in few days the problem will be solved so i asked the customer care person what is the time line for this solution because it is already 8 days completed suddenly the customer care person disconnected the mobile connection in the middle of conversation.
                                  immediately i called again the customer care some one picked and asked the basic details of my mobile problem then he told me your problem is already forward to Aswathi Nair Madam.

                                  I called Aswathi Nair Madam about my mobile phone problem and she directly denied for warranty service due to water clog. I explained I told to the Madam if there is water clog on that area really the battery as well as mobile device also get damage and i said the scale formation may be due to possibility of moister. Then she said water and any Physical damage it will not come under warranty.                                     I have a samsung double door refrigerator which stopped working on 9th july 2017. I called up the complaint department and was given a service order number [protected] on the same day and was confirmed that the service technician would call me the very next day. I never got a call from the technician and when i followed up with the complaint, i was given the name and contact of the technician (Ravi) who was assigned the complaint. Next 2 days i kept trying to reach the technician without success and the only response from the complaint section was that the technician would call me by 8pm next day. Eventually on thursday (July 13) a new technician was assigned who came for inspection and confirmed that the compressor is not working and a fresh complaint number will be raised and the compressor shall be replaced in next 3-4 days.

                                    On 17th i called up samsung complaints again to understand the update and by when my refrigerator would be rectified. To my utter surprise, i was informed that my issue has been resolved by the technician and i was forced to raise a fresh complaint (Service order number [protected]). The next day i called up again to understand the status and my worst fears came true when the same unresponsive technician (Ravi) was assigned. I have since then been calling up daily (The comlaint department - and ravi) and have got the standard response "that the technician will call by 8pm" and no prizes for guessing that mr ravi has never bothered to call nor pick up our call.

                                    Dear samsung authorities, i am out of my wits and have no other option but to take this up here in a public forum for the callus attitude and service delivery.

                                    If samsung is not interested in complaint redressal, i suggest you to kindly let the consumer know so that the consumer can take appropriate action.

                                      Hi myself shiva from hyderabad i purchased a samsung mobile in the month of september 2016 model samsung j7 16 gold, on 18-july - 2017 suddenly display got blank i can hear the sound but display not working i went to service centre at secunderabad branch and they checked the handset kept for one day they said will call u and udpate but i have not received any call from service centre very next day eveening i visited the service centre and asked about the status on my mobile they hand over my mobile and said sir dispaly gone syou need to repalce new one i asked its only a 10month old mobile how display as gone they said its cost 5500/- to replace the display, i asked it is in warranty period y i should pay no sir for display we cannot replace for free u have to pay 5500/- this is response i have received from the service centre people then what is the meaning of warranty they what reason i should purchase a samsung mobile. Please justify on this

                                        I am customer and using samsung monitor. From few days ago the said monitor has been creating problem i. E automatic on and off. The monitor has been rooted out from your service center and stated that after 02 to 03 days my monitor will be returned from service center, but not yet been received by me.. I inform to you kindly look in to the matter and replace by a new against my exiting monitor
