    I have done a complain regarding my 32 inch tv samsung on date 20th july 2017, they assigned me engineer on date 21st july, engineer come to my home and checked my tv, he told a power problem in your tv and ask for part replacement, i allowed him told to bring the new part and apply in my tv and make it run soon he taken the request and i got a message in 3 to 5 working days your part will come with engineer, now its more then 11 days no any engine visited again also no any update by engineer, many times i called samsung customer care no any support from them only they use to tell your part is not yet delivered, i asked for the final date they gave me 31st of july again today 1st of august i called them now they given me a date of 3rd of august, now i am totally in stress, please help me.

    Now i am too much in stress, Samsung giving me Too much Stress, no any help i am getting from Samsung team just they call me and tell i am calling the service center to visit with your part but no one come till date, so please help me, Now please suggest me what to do? from now i will not suggest any one to use Samsung product very poor experience facing a problem suffering from big stress, today also i called them but no any response

      I given my samsung phone on 27/07/2017. Model no:-sm-j200gzdhins... To your customer care centre @ a-180, groung floor kotla. New delhi:-110003.
      And he gave me the date to collect the phone on 31/07/2017. But when i went there they denied to give the phone. Everday i spend 3 hours in this process in service centre. And still they said come another day... Please look in to this matter.. Why they do, nt give satisfactory service to customer...

        I bought samsung digital inverter technology in december 2016 from tata cromo, delhi. After operation of one month we observed that all vegetables freezes in the vegetable box even if the temperature settings is on minimum. Its been 8 months i am struggling with samsung service engineers. They have replaced pcb, temperature sensor, duct wall of my refrigerator but we can see no sign of improvement in the vegetables. Even water kept on the vegetable box shelf freezes within 5 - 6 hrs. Samsung is doing hit and trail method by replacing all the parts one by one in my refrigerator.
        I would suggest you to please rethink before buying any product of samsung as they are compromising with the quality of parts.

          As soon as we filed complaint with you, we received a call from some caller Mob No. [protected] and he promised to refund total amount of LCD instead of repair. For this he asked for ATM card, CV and the OTP. On passing of the information and amount of Rs. 9999/- was debited to account No. [protected] with SBI. Card No is [protected].
          It means that some body has hacked your site and cheated us of this amount. This has happened due to your insecure site facilitating such a fraud and you are liable to the loss we have suffered since you never informed us about your site having been hacked.

            I am kapil khandelwal purchased a samsung new phone j7 prime @ 17/6/2017, but within a month one side speaker of hands free is not play properly. Saturday i went to samsung authorized service center (Ranjit hanuman road, mhow naka, indore). Firstly there was no attender to tell me that you will have to take token for your turn, after 30-35 min one of your executive told me that plz take token and wait for your turn. I said ok and after 40-45 min min. My turn came (Because of no attender i waste me 30-35 min.).
            When i told to my complaint to your executive, he checked ear phone and said yes there is a problem & we will change it. But he said that drop ur phone min. 2 hours. I said why 2 hours its too long time for a small problem. So his reply is today is not rush thatswhy i am taking ur phone for 2 hours otherwise we take phone for whole day for same problem. And sir take backup o[censored]r phone data because it may be loss. (So plz can u tell me what is connection of handsfree and phone data??). I said no i cant take backup of my phone data right now. And also can't drop here my phone for 2-3 hours. After asking my phone data may be loss he said that because we attach ur phone to system for finding imei no and check that this is the right phone and u r the original owner o[censored]r phone. I said that i have original bill with my name and no. U can check. But he told we believe you but company not believe they want proof. Finally i decided that i wouldn, t change it. And surprise is that at the time of leave i request to your executive that plz do it fast because it's not to possible come again here. Then your executive said me sir actually we do not have ear phone right now. So we have to order for that so u have to drop ur phone for tuesday. What nonsenceis that. Now i decided to that there r many reason to say no to samsung...
            (1) some members was busy in chit - chat, if any one be attender i could save my time.
            (2). Why i spend 2-3 hours for just change my handsfree.
            (3). What is connection between ear phone and my phone data. Why i take back up for it. That mean i waste my time again for back up my data.
            (4). If comapny want to know that i am the right person, they can be check my all id proof like pan, dl, aadhar, passport etc. I have original bill with imei no. Printed on bill. I have original packing box also. So why samsung company don't believe on that. Is all are fake?
            So its my request to you that plz resolve my problem.

              Sir i buy a samsung galaxy j7 prime and tell them that i am giffting this to my brother who will use this in australia 17/7/2017
              He use this cell phone here 3 days with indian sim.
              When in australia he use his vodafone sim its shown regions lock. I complent it to samsung by mail and toll free no. They geve me some suggestion only by mail. That suggestions was not valid.
              Australian samsung care demand a regions code but samsung india not provided it and do not contact me on my mob. No,
              My brother face a lot of problems. Vodafone store to samsung store.
              On phone box its clearly written "since this product is ment for sale in india only, this product should be activated with a sim card issue frome a mobile operator within india. To use sim card frome other reigon, cumulative calls over five minutes must first with the sim card frome indian operators"

              I have bill and box in india.

                I submit the phone samsung galaxy y mobile in the maa service center, kotla mubarak pur, delhi on 26.07.2017, and the executive told me that i will get a call from the samsung service center about the expenses in repairing the same, regarding the expense in the phone repair, but i didnt get any call and yesterday i got msg that my phone has repaired and collect the same, when they didnt ask me about the expenses accepted to me, whether i want to repair the same with the price, the charges they didnt told me, how come they can proceed further without my nod.

                The phone was given to service centre to fit the display in 2days without any reason the display got damaged hence it was taken back to the service centre as they refuse to change the same.

                  I am shocked to learn that 2-year double door - 325+ ltr-old fridge (High-end - model - invertor technology) has gone unserviceable; which was, never moved from its original place.

                  Warranty told by help-line-to be 1- year? Fridge reads 10-years - compressor warranty?
                  In my 50 - years o[censored]sing various brands of fridges, its the first fridge to have packed up in 2-years.
                  Plz remember other fridges were loaded - unloaded - located - relocated while moving on transfers from one-corner to other-corner of india, in military moves.
                  Non of those 5-fridges gave trouble - each for 10-years atleast "trouble-free-services".
                  Shocking design, product quality, quality control & customer care.
                  I am told visiting charges rs300/- +gst + gas charging all-extra —

                      We bought a new refrigerator on 15th july (Bill attached). It was delivered on 24th july. The refrigerator has damage (Swellings on one side) and the freezer door is a little loose.
                      Two technicians have already visited and have registered the complain.
                      We have spoken to the dealer but he is not ready to replace the fridge. He said he will repair and give it. As this is a new fridge, we require a replacement.

                          I order for 32 inch led tv through amazon.in on 26th july, i was very much happy to receive the delivery of product before 24hrs and it was delivered on 27th july before 9.30 am. I called customer care on 28th july as i was asked to call on toll free number - i registered my request with request number - [protected] for arrange the engineer for installation, no person turned on 28th july, i called again on 29th july and i was assured that engineer will report for installation by 7 pm but no 1 turned, 30th july i again called and was assured to wait till 7 pm, details of engineer was received by msg but when tried calling on that number it was continuously switched off. Family members were waiting till 7pm for engineer to visit for installation but no one turned. Such a poor service in not at all expected for such a reputed organization from samsung. I can say this is pathetic as it is taking 3 days for installation of a simple led even when the service station is just located 6-7 kms from the delivery address... Poor communication, wrong commitment.

                          I have raised request for my washing machine not working 3 times since past 7 days but service engineer did not responded and the sms show phone no of service engineer but that no is always switched off. I'm facing lot issues due to this please provide timely service and resolve the issue.

                            I allways been a fan of samsung phones, allways bought their newly relased phone. I had a love for their technology. Unfortunately everything busted to ground ever since i bought the galaxy s7 one of their flagships,.

                            Its only been around 8 month since i bought it, around 3 month before the battery started acting weird. Some time gets back of ony 3 to 4 (Screen on time) when the offical tested backup (Screen on time) is around 6 to 7 hours. Not just that while charging attimes i had noticed battery jumping to 100% from 97%. I been for a while now. I recently had to replace my display since it broke.

                            During replacemnt time i told the service centre guys about this problem but they didnt rectifyed it. Now problem is increasing day by day.. Phone over heating while using (Simply browsing for few minutes it heats up heavily).

                            Shame on you guys.. I always loved your phones thats the reason for purchasing s7
                            Not because i didnt liked iphone.
                            Despite your note7 disaster i thought. You guys value customer.
                            Now i am afraid if my s7 gona explode due to execessive heating.

                              The service centre at nit5 faridabad haryana has such poor service they are not able to resolve my issue since the last 1 week they even blamed me for the issue the behaviour of the employees is disgusting they donot even provide a standby device, they were having the device and they blamed me for the unauthorised software, the pathetic employees and service is what is my main concern and i want to inform i bought the galaxy a5 2017 model which i bought 1 month ago only no replacement not my issue resolved

                                A letter from my father, emailed to samsung more than 12 hrs ago, no response from them. It is regrettable that samsung should harass a couple who are both senior citizens, in this manner. The names from the original email have been deleted.

                                I had called the complaint centre yesterday (At~ 1725hrs) more than 24hrs ago and spoke to -, he was helpful and assured me that some senior would get in touch with me, in one hour. But obviously they are too busy to attend to our problem, i had asked him if i need to take up the matter with some consumer forum, but he said that it would be addressed.

                                Dear sir, i had purchased a samsung tv, led tvs 40j5100 from “girias” in 2nd block hrbr layout, bangalore 43, in aug 16.

                                I have had minor problems with the set from the start, my wife first called the complaint center in nov 2016, but unfortunately did not ask for a complaint number and so though it shows on your system we do not have a complaint number. Now for the last 3 months or so the problems have worsened and become quite severe. My son had logged a complaint on jul with the above mentioned complaint number.

                                We have had the following main problems;

                                1. On putting on the tv, many times, the screen gets suffused with a purple colour. Then the programme also shows against that colour. We then have to put off the tv and put it on again, for the normal colour to return.

                                2. Quite often the sound system goes off while the tv is on and we are watching a programme, for no apparent reason. Again we have to put off the tv for a while and put it on. At times this has to b repeated even twice.

                                3. A small white dot (Led dot) appears on the middle of the screen. We have been calling the local office to which we were directed., ie. Samsung services at[protected]. Subsequently “technicians” and “sr technicians “ have tried to repair the set.

                                The screen was changed and the led dot disappeared. However the other two major problems have remained. One technician changed the “mother board” but with no benefit. Recently one - came and changed an l shaped, blue coloured wire connection. On putting on the set the entire screen was purple in colour again. He said that it was “factory setting”!

                                My wife and i have been speaking to the office so often. We have interacted with the multiple people:

                                All this has been of no avail. Persons named above have come and gone but the tv has remained the same. We hear that the head of the office is one -. He has not bothered to speak to us and the office will not give his number!

                                I served in the indian army for 35 years.

                                I have rarely encountered such callousness, inefficiency and indifference with other firms and service providers either in the public or private sector.

                                I hope you will be able to do something and make our samsung tv work well. I am now 78 yrs old, and when i got your tv set last year, i was hoping for a few years of trouble free service. I hope i was not wrong.

                                  A microoven (Model 731 kds sl no. 0344) was purchased on 09 apr 14 at durgapur (Wb) india. The machine was working well till 25 jul 17. On the day i observed that there is irregular power supply in the machine and for that sometimes it is working and sometimes not. I registered a complaint at samsung delight service[protected] on 28 jul 18 vide service request [protected]. Service engineer (Mr sanjib) attended the complaint on 29 jul 17 pm hours. Without opening the machine, he opined that pcb of the machine is u/s and same is to be replaced. He estimated expenditure about rs. 1800/- for repair (Mentioned in writing at my home documents). As i was not satisfied with his assessment and not agreed for repair, he left my house immediately. Very surprisingly, the machine has started working from night on 29 jul 17. If the pcb of the machine is u/s, how it has started working from 29 jul 17 night. Without opening and checking the machine properly, how can an engineer assessed fault on pcb?

                                    I had bought a samsung led tv model ua32f5100ar in 2013. I rarely used my tv and in total it won't have been used more than 6-7 months in last 3.5 years as i usually am not home for long. Few days back my display was not coming, however, the sound etc. Was fine. When the samsung engineer investigated, they said it would cost rs. 22 thousand to repair this. I was shocked because i had purchased this tv in 31k and now a days this kind of model from samsung costs 25k. I asked him whether anything else can be done or can be changed, he said entire display has to change and there is no other solution. I didn't go for repairing and thinking how these company loot us and make mockery of customers in india. They don't care about product quality or customer satisfaction and are just dumping third class product in india. I'm sure this won't be the case in usa where they have to maintain the quality.

                                    This is absolutely not acceptable and i swear that going forward i won't take any product of samsung company and i'll publish this everywhere to ensure that customer understands how this company has just one intention of making money and not ensuring quality of the product. I feel cheated by samsung and their products. Others should be aware of this situation and look for good quality product in future.

I am a very satisfied client of yours, when we talk about samsung the first thing that comes in mind is that the samsung in today's time is the most leading brand and no 1 brand. My whole family is using samsung phone from a very long time we have a7, s7edege, a5 and so on. When somebody ask me to refer a good brand for the anoriod phone i always say's samsung is the most trust worth company and a well known brand.

                                      But this time i am really disappointed with samsung. Why??? Because last month i purchased samsung s8 in black color, and was really happy with the phone and you people also gifted me a wireless charger which i received after 25 days of my purchase. When i started using the wireless charger, i found that its charging is really slow, i called your customer care and they told that i need to update my software after that my phone will be comptable for the fast charging, so i updated my phone and after some time when i was using my phone i realized that my camera is not working at all.

                                      I called your customer care department again then they checked it through tweeter technically and it started working and next morning again i faced the same problem and called the customer care again and this time they couldn't sort the issue so they asked me to take my phone in service center. I took my in service center they ask me to deposit my phone with them for a day so i did, next day when i went back to service center they told me that even after updating the software the camera was not working so they changed the camera then they come up with new thing saying that the problem is in motherboard we need to change that and i refused to take my phone back.

                                      I am really tired of all this, and very disappointed with you people this time. I paid 57000/- for this phone and come up with this unknown problem in just a month's time, after paying this huge amount i'm not going to use a repaired phone at any cost as the fault is not from my end. I want my issue to be sorted asap. I need a replace for my phone (New phone) or else refund me my money.

                                      Otherwise i'm going to take legal action. I seriously can not suggest anyone to buy an samsung.

                                        I bought a fridge (320 lit) from sales emporium (South), kolkata on 26.04 2016 for rs 34500.
                                        It started to malfunction (No cooling in refrigerator due to main pcb and d/sensor defect which was replaced on 20.09.2017.

                                        The same problem recurred in may 2017. On 30.6.2017 the service centre was called for. The service engineer states that the unit must be shut down and kept open at regular intervals to prevent blocking of the vents with ice.

                                        Is this the standard operating procedure for samsung refrigerators?

                                        If not i want a proper check-up by a qualified engineer, otherwise i would like to have my defective unit replaced.
