I am having battery problem in my phone samsung j2 as i already shown my mobile at your service center which is situated at abi guzar lal chowk srinagar namely ohi electronics...
Your service executive seen my mobile and said it's battery is damaged need to be replaced with new battery but j2 battery was not available at that time till now they are telling me the same reason...
Please help me as i am following them since from 2 months...

    Have purchased new samsung led tv which is yet to be installed for the last 2 days. I have been informed that engineer is on outstation visit. Failed to understand or m in a state of shock for providing such irresponsible reply from your end. Don't tell me you don't have enough staff to cater to the needs of your customer. Such a careless approach towards customer. Please arrange installation at the earliest

      On 1st week of july 2017 i. Lodged a complaint on toll free number vide no. [protected] that there is cooling problem in the refrigerator part where as the freezer part was cooling.. The operator gave some suggestion to defrost the refrigerator to resolve the problem. I did that as per instructions but after few days same problem arises then again i lodged another complaint code no. [protected] on 14.07.2017 to send engineer to rectify the problem and i received a sms having name of engineer with his mobile number. When i contacted him, he refused to attend the complaint and told that he has given my complaint to an another person. I am sorry to point that no body has turned up for repair. Is it samsung service.? Shall i get it repaired from outside agency other than samsung or shall i go to social media to tell public regarding your service. Legal aspect. Is. Also open to me.

        My self dilip parikh resideing at anand. I had complain about my refrigerators is not working on dt.27 june 2017 vide complain no.[protected] to samsung india via toll free no.[protected]. Engineer came and change the pcb and charge me a rs.3550/. I have paid it vide bill no.21355 dt.28/6/17. But still today my refrigerators is not proper work. Every week i complain for that but they are not give me proper solution. My last three reminder complain no. Is (1) [protected] dt.1/7/17 (2) [protected] dt.5/7/17 (3) [protected] dt.12/7/17.           I have purchased samsung c9 pro on very first day of launch which was delivered to me in march and mobile was working very fine till now. But when i checked today i. E. 14th july 2017, there was no signal showing on phone, i selected restart phone option pressing power button to fix network, but now phone is not getting switch on..
          I am worried for my data and mobile too..
          Phone was not wet/ was not fallen down/ nothing happen before this incident.. This was all of sudden.

            Dear leaders of samsung'

            Samsung has its brand image globally for the quality and services too. Today i am the victim who is suffering with both bad quality product and service.
            I bought samsung fully automatic washing machine top load in oct 2013 and its not even four years and i had to replace three main parts of thw machine

            Pullgator in may[protected] rs
            Motor in july 2017
            Pcb (Technician mentioned this name) — both 6500 rs

            In three years i need to spend 9500 rs on replacement of the part which is more than half of the cost of the machine,. I mean what quality are we talking about. Not only that i have gone through horrible times of servicing.
            I have launched complain on 2nd july. The technician has taken the part (Pcb) saying that it will replaced in one to two days time. Inspite of lot of follow up with engineer and service centre i was not getting any satisfying reply other than part not available. Not even once i got call from service centre to update.
            On 13th july i got call from service centre saying not only pcb even motor also need to be replaced while that was not told by the first engineer.

            Its not only fooling the customer but also making maoney from customer,
            I had to struggle a lot for 13 days without machine and till date no solution

              Whenever i switched on the washing machine (Samsung front loading) the power for the entire house was getting cut off. I lodged a complaint with the service centre (Keerthanas mysore) a technical engineer checked the machine and opined that the power cable has to be changed. We told him to change the cable. He promised to come the next day with the power cable and replace the old one. Though more than three days have gone the techie has not come back. On inquiry we were told that they do not have the power cable on stock, that they have placed an indent with their central store and that the compliant will be attended on receipt of the spare. We wish to add that this is not the first instance of poor service

                Purchase center : pulse electronics, doha airport (Doh), terminal 485

                I was returning to india from jordan at 19th-may'17 after a business trip and during my layover in doha airport, i purchased one samsung galaxy s8 from pulse electronics in duty free section.

                After getting to know about the specifications and other facilities like warranty and insurance which were the part of s8 package, i finally purchased one for me and at the point of sell, store executive confirmed multiple times to me that phone's warranty will be covered across the globe with onsite warranty facility.

                One week ago on 9th-jul'17, i observed a very tiny crack around the left edge panel of my phone's screen which was not caused by any direct impact or fall off as the phone was with me all the time in my pocket or may be that crack was from the beginning but i did not observe, by the time i come to know about the crack i immediately contacted samsung support to help me out with this problem.

                Firstly samsung declined on my face to look into any matter related to international products (Which are bought outside of india), according to their policy, samsung does not entertain warranty facility for any internal product, which was confirmed by the samsung store executive in doha airport in the very first place.

                After pushing this matter from my side and having a word with around 8 to 9 different samsung support personnel (Including managers and team leads), samsung finally decided to send an engineer (Mr. Umar khan, goregaon samsung support, mumbai) to diagnose the product if it was physically damaged by any outside intervention/impact but samsung engineer confirmed it was not caused by any direct impact or fall off case, he collected the useful information like crack pictures and serial no, while leaving he asked me to re-talk to samsung support and push this matter to get it fixed.

                I feel like i am scammed by samsung because why would any one buy such product that even its warranty will not be covered in his own home country and as a matter of fact, i was totally intercommunicated from samsung.

                This crack is progressing rapidly on the phone's screen and has take a round shape even after taking care of it so much but samsung is arrogant to accept a tiny possibility of selling a faulty product from their side neither they are taking any accountability of warranty and crack issue but repeatedly saying same statement 'samsung does not cover warranty of international products as per the policies and i have to pay whole amount inr 14000/- to get my phone fixed which is not a small amount to pay for the damage that even i haven't committed.

                Therefore i am looking forward having my finger crossed that samsung will get my phone fixed and resolve this warranty issue, and also will take care of their global executives training on their very terms and policy conditions, so that customers will not trapped like me.

                          I am a samsung customer having lot of samsung products in my house but till now there is no complaint except my refrigerator which i have purchased 4 yrs back which is creating lot of problem. I have logged a complaint to your customer care number & the technician has visited so many times to my place but he is unable to locate the exact problem. Since last six months we have changed 3 parts ie pcb board, defrost sensor & door switch but till today there is absolutely no cooling, water does not get accumulated in the tray down close to the compressor, defrosting problem, side walls of the refrigerator does not get heated & some noise is noticed from back side of the refrigerator. I hope you can understand my problem & suggest me some solution as soon as possible.

                            I'm using a samsung galaxy s7 edge since last month. I brought it from hong kong. The model number is sm-g9350, imei number is 356156/07/790545/3 and 356157/07/790545/1, s / n r28h8053ftp

                            When i'm not using it its restating and home screen can not load. After several times of restarting a green page is there and something is downloading and
                            Do not turn off target it's written in there

                            None of the customer service in india was able to help me.
                            I mailed samsung several times but
                            None turn up
                            I tried to on the screen monitoring
                            I can not find the 6 digit number of hong kong customer service.
                            The 6 digit number for screen monitoring
                            So that the customer service agent can resolve my issue sitting in there. I managed to do a live chat with samsung hong where in he said to switch of the phone i somehow managed to switch off the phone then a page came

                            Reboot system now
                            Reboot to bootloader
                            Apply update from adp
                            Apply update from sd card
                            Wipe data factory reset
                            Wipe cache partition
                            Mount / system
                            View recovery logs
                            Run graphics test
                            Power off
                            After selecting reboot system now the display shows
                            Samsung galaxy s7 edge
                            Samsung logo
                            Again it's samsung galaxy s7 edge and again it's samsung logo
                            The whole samsung logo is not coming in the screen only sam is there and restarting again. After several times of restarting the home screen came.

                            Same problem is occurring again after a few hours or may be one day
                            I already backed up and reset factory reset settings but the problem does not resolve.

                            An early solution will be highly appreciated.

                              I had booked a verbal complain on toll free service number on 9/7/17 which was attended by f1 info [censored]ions & services, 24, mg road, halwasia court, lucknow on 10/7/17. We were told that cooling pipe to the fridge was puntured and set was not repairable.
                              We were shocked as the fridge was 5 years old and there was no past repair done.

                                I have purchased seven samsung led flat t. V. On dated 24 february 2017 out of seven one sl. No. Qa2f3znh929554v (Model no. Ua32fh4003r) was sent to kushinagar to mr. Sonu yadav, village harpur mafi, post laxmi ganj, u. P. 274306 contact no. Of the person [protected]. (Attachment 2 nos. Enclosed).

                                The above mentioned t. V. Screen is not functioning properly. I, sonu yadav had lodged complaint at customer care & the service center engineer has visited from deoveria u. P. Service center & told us that the water entered in the t. V.. I would like to inform you that the engineer visited to my place is giving completely baseless statement. Actually the t. V. Is installed by the samsung engineer at the safe room. How he can give wrong statement now.

                                Therefore, you are requested to instruct the deoveria service centre to get the t. V. Rectified satisfactorily.

                                Hope you will take an appropriate for the satisfaction of the customer.

                                    Hello Team,

                                    This is in regards to Samsung S8 handset which I purchased few days back on May 02, 2017. Couple of days back my handset fell into a jug of fresh water and was taken out in a second and since then soft key button is not responding and stopped working. Also the camera is not functioning and the phone is now dead.

                                    I immediately visited the authorized Samsung service center and they asked me to submit the handset for the investigation. After a days i get to hear from service centre that my newly purchased handset is not covered under warranty. Then i contacted SAMSUNG customer care where my call was attended by Mr. Sameer Jain one of the Manager at Samsung Head office. He again asked for couple of days to further investigate. On Monday I received a call from Mr. Sameer Jain & he also said the same that my handset is not covered under warranty and closed the case from their end without informing me. I was really unhappy with this casual approach.

                                    Per the Service centre executive & Mr. Sameer Jain from Samsung, I am the second owner of this handset hence, my handset is not covered under warranty. But i really fail to understand from where they got such fake information. I have the genuine bill from the authorized dealer from where i purchases this Samsung S8 handset.
                                    Please find attached the original copy of bill of the handset.

                                    Also on Samsung website its clearly mentioned that "Samsung S8 IP68 is Dust and Water Resistant and the device is protected against entry of solid foreign objects, and harmful ingress of static water at up to 1.5m, for up to 30 minutes."

                                    This absolutely wrong statement & misguiding to a customer.

                                    After reaching to everyone let it be Samsung service center or Head Office, no one was there to help. I am really very disappointed and unsatisfied with the services provided. I have spent Rs. 60, 000 on a handset and now when there is a issue no one is there to help from the company.

                                    SAMSUNG being such a big brand name has not justified its standard this time. Very very disappointing.

                                    I want my handset to be replaced with a new handset.

                                      I have purchased samsung f/l washing machine at vasanth & co. Purasaiwalkam branch chennai on 11/06/2017 vide bill no.[protected]. - model no. Wa70m4000hp/tl-slno.03vk5pbj601827.
                                      The samsung service engineer called at my house on 12/07/2017 and opened the box and kept the washing machine in the floor. As there is no sufficient washing machine hose in the box, the installation not done on 12/07/2017. The service engineer told me that the machine would be function after the fixing of length washing machine hose tomorrow i. E.13/07/2017 but he obtained my signature in all forms on 12/07/2017. I regret to note that even after fixing the sufficient length hose, the function of 'washing' not working. I therefore request to arrange for the replacement of washing machine

                                        I have purchased samsung a7 smartphone on 28 oct 2016. It started giving me trouble since long. It hangs up on various occassions. O ognored. Many a times it is very slow while downloading. Since last 2 months its censor is not working, it goes on hold automatically while on call. Took too much time for charging. Please help me out & let me know your authorise service centre. My handset is still in warranty period. So i would like to request your kind honour to please replace my handset.
