I purchased samsung refrigerator on june 26 from pai electronics whitefield branch. On july 12, i noticed water dripping into the tray which is placed above the vegetable tray, so i called customer care. The engineer krishna came on july 13 and checked it, and said that my fridge model (47t6358 - 465 litres) has problem of ice formation, and a software update will resolve it. He suggested me to keep fridge switched off for 48 hours so he can come on july 17 and update the software. Krishna didn't turn up on july 17 - i followed up with him twice and he said he'll come on july 18 because the device needed to update software is not available. I waited for him on july 18 but he didnt turn up, and upon calling he said he's on leave and called his supervisor nandakishore[protected], who mentioned that company will provide replacement since the fridge is less than one month old. I accepted the suggestion - nandakishore said he'll get new fridge delivered by friday (July 21). Between july 18 to 21 i called nandakishore twice everyday to check status - he kept saying i'll receive fridge by friday. Never did he care to update me on the status - i've called krishna and nandakishore 15-20 times till date. Today is july 21 - i called him again to check when fridge will be delivered. Then he dropped bombshell by saying that pai international doesn't have stock of the fridge. He connected me to his superior raju ([protected]) who asked me to visit dealership for resolution. He said replacement has been approved but same model is not available so need to check other models. I visited dealership, who showed me the updated model (Rt47m623) but said i will need to pay extra money to get replacement. I refused. Now raju says i have 3 options
1. Wait 20 days for either replacement or refund
2. Pay extra money and buy another model
3. Get pcb board changed and see if problem goes away

This is absolutely ridiculous - its been 10 days since i lodged complaint, and four days since i was promised replacement. All false promises. Hopeless service team which doesn"t care one bit about customers.

If samsung knows there is no way of replacing, then why commit replacement without checking inventory?

If samsung cares about its customers, it would have apologized for inconvenience and as a compensation for the same, given the latest version of the refrigerator as replacement without any extra cost being borne by customer.

Clearly, samsung doesn"t seem to care and i will take it to highest levels in samsung. They need to know how customers feel cheated.

    I sold my 30 year old voltas fridge and 14 yr old whirlpool fridge thinking i will buy a new age more modern looking one. My wife decided to surprise me and purchased a side by side samsung 600lt fridge for a whopping 85000 rs. Whopping because it is a huge amount for a middle class family in india. The biggest trick pulled in the customer is the misleading sticker on the front that says 10 year warranty on bold letters and once u get a problem u realise it has"on the compressor"written in small letters.in the 13th month of my purchase the freezer side of the fridge stopped working. Have been calling the samsung toll-free last 2 months to no avail. Initially a technician came and said that it has a gas problem. I was shocked to know that and asked them to replace the fridge. And that i will not let them repair as it is a high priced new fridge. I have been harassed by samsung company for last two months as i'm calling them almost daily and they say they will get back to me. Such inferior products at such high prices. I will never buy a samsung product again. Also i am left with no option but to approach the consumer court.

      My name is dr. Manish karna and i brought s8 + mobile on 08th july 2017 using hdfc credit card because there was cash back offer of rs. 3000. I had to register the same hdfc credit card which was used for purchase with samsung pay. When i tried registering the card, it showed error as "invalid card". When i enquired from samsung call centre, they said since it is a dinners card, it cannot be supported as per the terms and conditions. When i enquired about terms and conditions their response was that they cannot share. This is against the fundamental right of customer. When i enquired about the email i'd on which i can raise complain, they also deny that. Anyways, i read terms and conditions through samsung store, nowhere it written that dinners card is not supported. This is absolutely cheating with customers and moreover how can samsung deny sharing terms and conditions. This is also against the honourable supreme court ruling in one such case.in view of the above, my prayer is to not only refund the cash back but also compensate me for the mental trauma i have suffered through.

          Greetings for the day.

          This is with regards to - samsung led - tv - which i have purchased on

          July-09-2016. (Model - [protected]) -

          First when i purchased in pai showroom - vijayanagar - bangalore,
          With the price of around (24k) - the sales persons gave all the wrong information about the tv features.

          When it fixed in house and checked what ever the features the sales persons told it is not available.

          And if you people would have tell that the samsung tv - will work only
          One year., that time only i would have go and buy other tv (Like lg etc..). This is full of cheating and giving wrong information to the customers.

          And regarding warranty - got message and i called to the customer service - as i have been told that one of your executive will give a call and collect money on july 1st week. He has not come and my warranty is not available now.

          I think - samsung tv life is only 1-year. Please announce this to the customers with immediately, so that others will not get cheated like me.

          Exactly 1-year of purchase (July-2017) have problem with the color and now - on the screen one line is coming.

          When i contacted to the customer service engineer he is saying the screen will cost - around 12k.

          I just want to ask you, that - am i a mad person that again to spend that much of amount for the low quality tv's - samsung.

          I am using - samsung - washing machine also from quite a long time. But i did not expect this worst experience. It is good that i can inform this to my well wishers / friends / colleagues

          Do not ever never buy any samsung products, and i tell my experience.

          Now - i am asking you, what is the solution to the screen replacement / and want to go for the warranty.

          If not please tell - that your products will work only
          For 1-year / and after one year - we have to throw it in to the dustbins.

          I am not at all happy with your product/ wrong / false and cheating promises to the customers.

          Request: please do not cheat and give wrong promises to customers like me -
          As (24k) worth product willwork only
          1-year means, it is a lot problem for us. To bear and buy other product.

            Please note that i purchased a refrigerator, ref-sd-125 l to 200 l, samsung rr1915ccasa/192ltr ref, sl no 0837 on[protected]. During defrosting (For taking out raw food ingredients from deep fridge for cooking), the water accumulates in the non-detachable container attached outside the fridge. It is supposed to be evaporated, as told to us during fridge installation, when fridge is re-started & run for quite a long time. But this does not happen & the container has become water reservoir. It has become a ideal place for mosquitoes to increase their nos. I think it's a design fault & some remedial measure (Modification/ rectification/ attachment/ detachment) to be implemented to get rid off the problem. Please treat the issue as a major problem.               On checking with the service center for the replacement of the screen (Samsung j7 prime), it was told that the screen can be replaced in a week. Later there was no response from service center for more than a month. Not easily reachable through phone as well.

              First time, it was told that order can be placed without surrendering the phone and an order was taken. After a week the screen reached the center, i was told that, there is some issue and cannot be replaced. I was asked to wait for another week so that they can place a new order. But its been a month later, i was checking on how long can i wait, and now they ask me to surrender the phone only then they can raise an order for the screen.

              Is this how, they say different things at different point of time (1 mnth before and after)? Also how can i surrender a phone and be without it? This service center employees are hardly reachable and poor service and poor response!!

              I sent my samsung galaxy grand quatro mobile Model No.GTI 8552 in completely dead condition.for repairs to Sabri Mobile Service, the authorised service centre of the company at Forbesganj, Dist Araria (Bihar). After their thorough checkup they estimated the cost of repairs Rs.620=29p which I agreed to pay..After their repairs they delivered the mobile to me on 21.06.2017 and took the payments vide their inv no. 1643 dated 21.06.2017.When I brought the mobile to my home I found that WiFi is not working.They again kept the mobile for 2-3 days and finally
              told me that WiFi will not function and they demanded extra cost to the tune of Rs, 6000=00 for its repairs. When I protested as to why I was kept in dark on the first day when they accepted the phone for repairs and gave me estimated cost of repairs they turned a deaf ear.I lodged a complaint with the customers care centre vide reference no.[protected] and on their advise I deposited the phone vide service request no.[protected] dated 06.07.2017. The Customer Care is only for saving iitheir service centre and to lodge complaint with them is a wastage of time. My phone is still lying idle with the service centre. Will higher authorities of the company look into the problem and save me from the illegal extra charge of repairs beyond their estimated and paid charges.

                I have visited authorised service station of samsung solution provider at vidhyadhar nagar jaipur for display replacement of galaxy a7 due to damage service station got it replaced and delivered the phone.

                Eight days later the phone screen went black all of a sudden while i was on a call i went back with the request to change the display as it is under warranty for three months but they denied the plea saying it is damage not covered under warranty however there were no damage on screen as mentioned in report also i have already paid 6000 rs for display change. The part should be covered under warranty.

                The screen display assembly was replaced for rs 5580 on 08.07.2017. All off a sudden the display got blank while talking on a call. The service acknowledgement request mentions No Physical Damage Found An Crack On Screen Internal Damage. How is it possible to crack the inside without any physical damage on outer. The tamper glass is also fully intact . I fail to understand this. The images of Bill dt 08.07.2017 and receipt dt 21.07.2017 is attached. Please resolve at earliest as I am unable to use my phone.

                  I have bought a samsung refrigerator with convertible freezer on 13th of july 2017 from master world, gandhi marg, railway road, aligarh, up with model no. Rt37m37245l and i have complained several times to the customer care about the faults in this refrigerator but i have yet not been given any solution. It takes 6 hours or more to make ice and water droplets start dripping from everywhere in the freezer and it becomes all wet inside the freezer every now and then. Every engineer that comes only tell me that its normal and does nothing. They all are trying to pass the time so that it gets out of warranty. I want a permanent solution asap.                       I purchased my phone (Samsung galaxy a5 2016) on 15th may 2016. From the starting days but buying it, my phone was showing heating issues. I approached the nearest authorized service centre of samsung but the person assured me that it happens with this phone. This issue of overheating became persistent which lead to other problems within phone.
                      Now from april last 2017 my phone battery started draining very quickly.
                      I was unaware about the fact that my inbuilt battery was damaged so badly because of over heating that it was about to burst.
                      Now i approached the service centre of samsung and they told me that my phone's warranty has been expired and now there is no laibility for the company and i have to suffer the expenses as well as the risk of my phone. I need affirmative reply and satisfaction from samsung as i bought the device and i took good care of it and now i have to suffer the loss. This is pure negligence of the company and the service centre and i want my device repairing cost as well as the assurance that my device is good for further use. I am attaching photos of my phone and company can see its condition. It has become threat for me as battery can explode at any time seeing the history of samsung phones.

                        I have been calling samsung for the past 1 week to send a technician to repair my fridge and washing machine. And all i get told is" we are extremely sorry that no one has come, someone will definitely come today" this is total bull #. Horrible service i have ever received. How difficult is it to send your person to repair my fridge and washing machine. I realised there are so many people complaining about the service and there is no help from samsung. I mean you are cheating your customers. The least you can do for me is send someone to repair my fridge and washing machine. If you cannot do that just tell me. I had taken three days off from office to stay at home as i was told by samsung that someone will come today. I am writing this email with so much anger that you have no idea about. Disgusting service. Would never recommend anyone to buy samsung if my problem doesn't get fixed.

                          Humble request to you, please to take a notice on some illegal work to customer product and wrong information and wrong norm created by mobile service center no-[protected], baidnath electronics, patna -800020.
                          1. That, when customer go to the service center for adapter problem, service center check it and only problem in adapter not in mobile or data cable.
                          A. Then after service center say, "short out of your adapter problem, submit your mobile and wait for a while"
                          Customer say "why submitting my mobile only problem in adapter"
                          Service center say"company norm, any problem in mobile accessory like adapter etc submit your mobile phone"

                          Whether it is really a norm of company or just illegal norms created
                          By service center for tempering and other illegal work with the customer product.

                          2. That the service center has been taken all the information of customer, customer product and take signature on document. But service center cannot provide any documentary receipt to customer who take service from it.

                          I humble request to you please to guide me:
                          A. Whether it is violation of customer right or not.
                          B. Whether it is transparent behavior follow to the customer or not.
                          C. Whether it is samsung service center guide under the norms and rule of samsung (Brand).

                          I am pavan. i was online shoping in whaaky.com. the company delevered 2 samsung guru 1200 refurbished mobiles and duplicate chargers. the company advt in the not show the word refurbished. but delevered product was refurbished.

                            The samsung company has harassed immensely with regard to giving the compensation reg an irreparable fridge which is within the 5 year warranty. The bill is with us and it has been serviced several times in a span of 4 years or so. The mechanic called debashish refused to gv a written report and advised that a new fridge would be needed. The senior staff/managers too were negligent and habe a couldn't care less attitude. They say one single sticker is missing which was pasted inside refrigerator but bill and all other stickers like back sticker are there. Besides how come they serviced the fridge for tears if it was not their product??? It is a reflection of not wanting to compensate. The consumer protection forum is close at hand for a solution

                            Countless emails and calls hv gone but Samsung does not care for its brand image and is not disbursing the compensation nor is it replying properly to emails sent
                            The company serms to be interested in greater sales without attending to faulty products like this refrigerator which is irreparable before the 5 year warranty period.How do we know the new products sold will not get dysfunctional before time and how do we know thar Samsung may again in those cases avoid or neglect paying compensation!!!

                              Pls note i had prchased samsung tv wih built - in airte dth set up box model uak05570 on 24/10/16. Initially tv was working but recently im not able to view any airtel channel. Accdgly i got it checked fm airtel for my dish antenna performance and i was told that the tv software is outdated and needs to be upgraded.
                              Samsung cust. Care was contacted and a complained was lodged on 13/07/17 no. [protected], and was assured that the tv software will be upgraded withing 24hrs. But most regretably no one has called or attended fm samsung inspite of everyday calls to cust. Care and being promised that the issue will be resolved by day end.
                              Plse kindly assist ot take up this issue with samsung to get my tv repaired or i need to be reimbursed the entire cost of tv with interest at the earliest

                              regarding the above mention complaint till 21/07/2017 I have been only getting calls with false promises given to me that the technician will attend to resolve the complaint. Hence I keep waiting all day at home but no one turns from Samsung. Kindly compensate for the harrasment and reimburse the entire cost of the TV & Airtel Recharge amount with the interest at earliest. Sorry & Regret by the Samsung India is not helping me resolve my complaint.

                              The above mentioned complaint is still not resolved. The engineer viisted the site twice but was not able to resolve the complaint. Since Samsung is not interested in resolving the complaint I insist the TV to be replaced asap or compensate the Price of the set with interest. This is nothing but harrassment to the customer. I hereby humbly request the Akosha team to help me with the replacement or compensation.
                              Waiting from last 3 days and visited 3rice at Behror Service centre.
                              Till no solution. The defect in my phone is Ear phone is not working.

                                I bought a samsung mobile last year and it hasn't been one year yet and the samsung mobile battery has gone faulty. They said that i would be charged rs. 1500 for the battery even though the battery is covered under warranty. They are saying that there are scratch marks on the battery which is totally untrue. The marks are on the copper plates which are due to the plates fix on the copper protuberances on the phone. When i talked to the manager in samsung, she was rude and declared that i tampered with the battery, so there would be a charge to replace the battery. I would never buy another samsung product and never would i recommend any samsung product to my friends, family or colleagues.

                                        I am writing this mail on not getting due redressal from the normal mode of calling samsung helpline (Called 3 times), service centre and writing 2 no. Email to customer support.

                                        I had lodged a service complain no. [protected] for my samsung side by side refrigerator 591 ltrs. Model rs552nrua7e purchased on 25.09.2016 on samsung helpline number[protected] on 19.07.17 morning. During registration of complain i was informed that a service engineer will visit to attend the complain on 19.07.17.

                                        However later on 19.7.17 i received a call from sh. Amit kumar, service engineer samsung from landline no.[protected] that he will make a visit for the said service complain on 22.07.17 i. E. After 4 days. I had again contacted customer support for expediting the visit & repair, i was provided the name of another engineer sh. Deepak upadhyah (Mobile [protected]) vide sms with proposed visit on 19.07.17. However the engineer has not visited and the mobile number given in sms is switched off. I have again contacted the customer care today morning and was given another mobile number [protected] of, on this mobile number too there is no response. Subsequently i got a call from service centre that complain will not be attended today because of manpower problem & the lady at the other end hung up before explaining anything further.

                                        This type of after sales service is not expected from a very reputed company like samsung. Firstly i am facing quality issues within 1 year of purchase that too for a top line model of samsung, secondly instead of promptly attending to the complain i have been informed by the service engineer that he will visit after four days to look at the problem & then probably take some more days for attending to the same. Redressal mechanism at samsung is not working to resolve the issue and i am stuck with a non working refrigerator which is within the warranty period and is not being attended to.

                                        Please advise concerned, for promptly attending to the complain.in all probability, the after sales service in noida are outsourced by samsung, but samsung bears the full responsibility for the products it sells, more so, considering its global presence samsung is expected to maintain global standard in after sales service in india too.
