I have purchased galaxy a7 2016 in the month 23/03/2016. (Invoice enclosed).

Unfortunately my handset fell from my hand and touch and display was broken. As the damage do not come under warranty i got it repaired sai keerthika electronics (Samsung servicing centre) in srikakulam district, andhra pradesh, india., by paying the amount for the damaged part. (Invoice enclosed)

At the same time the personnel at the centre advised me to extend my warranty for one more year upto 22/03/2018 by payment of amount and i took it. (Invoice enclosed)

Two days back my handset display blurred and i approached the above servicing centre to get the fault corrected under warranty. But the personnel at the servicing centre said that it was due to internal damage as there was no damage externally.
I was shocked. It can also be presumed that company is deliberately trying to avoid the coverage of damage under warranty.

I have great regard for the samsung brand and we are currently using samsung ac, two samsung washing machines, s7 edge mobile, samsung j2 and metro mobiles within our own family.

Such disregard for such a loyal customer is unbecoming of samsung brand. Therefore i request you to rectify the mistake and get the damaged part replaced under extended warranty at the same servicing centre which is nearer to me. I repeat that there was no damage externally to the display.

    Sir my name is sanjeev singh from bachan singh colony. I went samsung customer care 15 days before (11/07/2017) to change the display of my j5. A staff member named vishal told me if i did not demand any bill the samsung customer care offer me the display in 2500 which price was 3100. But i told him clearly that i want original samsung display with bill he try to mislead me but i refused. After that he told me if i don't demand bill it will be delivered within 2 days and if i want a bill it will be delivered after 12 days. I say that's ok. He gave me a token no 58 but not any complain no. After 12 days i called him he said due to some gst issue it will take one more day... But he did not delivered it on next day. I received my phone in 27/07/2017 after 16 days then i retraced my complain then i came to know that there was no complain related my display in last 15 days... So in request u to stop this non sense behaviour with customers...

      My double door refrigerator stopped working two weeks ago and i complained immediately to the customer care
      The technical person did not even contact and moreover came after three days. He left saying a part has to be replaced for which i placed an order, at that time he said it will come in three days and it is now ten days. I'm calling customer care everyday, they say the technical person will contact and there is nothing from them. My complaint reference number is [protected].

      We buy from the company believing there will be good service and they assure us of that at the time of buying. But how should we rely on them.

        My name anurag mehrotra. My wife pinky mehrotra bought a samsung tab sm-t805ntsainu date 21/10/2014 in 44000/₹ with two year protaction plan extra charge 6600 from chodhry interprises chudhry complex bazar ganj moradabad.
        I have visited date 17/3/2016 samsung mobile sevice center c-8 pandit shanker dutt sharma marg opp. Police station civil lines moradabad to get my mobile phone repaired as i was facing problem of mobile going chrging problem. There was no other problem in my mobile. On my first visit to samsung mobile office samsung officials told me that there could be estimate of around rs.2000/ rupees for repair of mobile just for charging pin. I pay rupees 2000/rs and he give me reciving slip. It was manual not computer genrated after that i visit again
        On my next visit to samsung mobile service center for recive my mobile but they told me part are not available. Till now i had sevral round of service center but now there was no response from the service center. I visited the company office to know about my tab this time company officials gave me a fresh estimate of rs. 5000/- along with a long list of problems in my mobile whereas there was only one problem of hanging charging. If my mobile is not on then how can he demand 2000/₹. Company might have done lot of experiments on my tab.
        Now more than one year four month have passed but company is not willing to get my mobile phone repaired and handover it to me. This has caused me avoidable inconvenience, mental harassment and cut off me with the acquaintance which has put me to financial loss but management of samsung is totally indifferent and unconcerned to my harassment and mental torture.
        I therefore pray that the company may be ordered to replace the mobile set and pay rs. 50000/- for inconvenience and harassment caused to me.

          I ordered samsung gear circle on shop. Samsung.com on june 16 2017, i haven't recieved my product from shop. Samsung.com and even any information also from samsung.com website. When i am calling the customer care they are asking me to wait for 72 hrs or 48 hrs. But i am not recieving any information from them. I want the details of my order. Hope i will get my order....

          I submit phone with charging problem in date 19.7.2017 then only mobile charger jack is changed but data cable of charger not replaced.. Then charging problem continue then another time i give data cable to service centre ramkatora date 25.7.2017 but in service centre my data cable not replace in given time... My phone and charger in warranty period.. And i given all bill in date 19.7.2017 but my problem not resolved

            my name ia manoj sejwal from new delhi, , i bought a samsung phone model no A-7 2016 from croma saket on 3 dept 2016 . on 25 july 2017 i am not able to excess my phone because i can see blue ink on my phone screen, , i took that phone and ask service center okhla to help me .instead of helping they said you have drop this phone and will not change the screen at same time they said if you want to repair your phone you have to pay rs 8000. my phone is still in warrenty and i have never dropped this phone . they said do whatever you want but will not chane the phone screed, , this is bad and rude behaviour from samsung team .there is not even a scrach on my phone .i will file a complaint in consumer court if imy matter will nto get resolved . i have already make to phone call and file a complaint and did not get any call back from anyone, every time just get assurance that will get a call back from samsung team, , my complaint refrence number is : [protected].

            samsung is spoilng their image or people are spoiling sansung image by their rude behavious .i will never bought any product from samsung .

              We purchased new refrigerator on 18.10.2015 from vijay sales gurgaon. Since last one week we are facing problem that it is not working. On tuesday: 25th july we lodged complaint with customer care. Engg came next day, on 26th and checked the problem is with sensor.
              This is quite surprising that in just 20 months this problem has come in from such a new product.
              We need immediate attention to replace this part (Without any additional cost to us).

                I have visited samsung service center tarnaka hyderabad, 6-7 times and still facing the same problem of overheating issue not able to access any application every time. Earlier i asked them for device replacement but they denied. But i have been facing the same problem again and again although they repair every time but they are not replacing the handset. My warranty will be expired in oct 2017. If the problem doesn't resolve permanently then they will charge for it after warranty expired. Since there is mistake from samsung side then why i'll bear. They should replace it

                  Sir/ madam,
                  I purchased a 2 door refrigerator in october, 2016. Ice is logging in bottom section. I called your customer care on 10th july, 2017. They suggested me something. I followed that, but did not work to solve my problem. So, i called again to your customer care on 15th or 16th july and request him to send a technician/service engineer. I got a message, listing that my product request number is [protected] at 8.15 am on 17th july. At 12.37 pm again i got a message saying that service engineer sachin, contact[protected] has been assigned. A call was recieved fron nashik canter on 19th july. They asked me about the problem and said that someone would reach at my place soon. But no one had come. After 2 days on 21st july i called to the above number. A returned call was received. A person said to switch off the machine prior so that he can check. We did it. But after 2 days i realized they are just lingering the matter and no one is serious about the topic. I cant leave my food to be wasted. So, i switched it on. Till that time i called twice to customer care. Everyone assured us that within 24 hours the problem would be resolved. But sorry to say that till now no one has visited us. On 24th july again i called yor customer care. They promised me and repeat the same thing. Still i request him to take complaint against nashik service center. But he refused. I called on 26th july. He gave me another reference number [protected]. But surprisingly i got to know that according to your database nashik service center's person has already visited us. Kindly look into the matter so that we can trust on a brand name samsung.
                  Otherwise for us there is no difference between a local made and a brand name.

                    I have purchased samsung refrigerator last year 2nd oct.2016. From last 2 days refrigerator is not working. Samsung sent their engineer and he checked and found gas leakage. He told me that another engineer will visit and fill the gas. When i asked reason of gas leak in such short period, he told me that due to karbon in your area it happen. My question is why and how gas leak in such short period however we have another refrigerator of different company in my family and working well since last 3-4 year. Samsung gave me faulty refrigerator and seems there was already manufacturing defect in product. Samsung is very reputed company but not sure how they sold me defective product. They should replace my refrigerator instead of gas refill.

                    For white goods companies to know

                    1. If some one is graduating from lower price segment of a costly product of a leading brand, his expectations of services from that product vis a vis cheaper earlier product increases in more than same proportion.

                    Mechanical (no emotion) response to the complaint increases the pain and agony of the customer. This directly decreases the perceived brand value. Adversely affecting the future sales in the customer's circle?

                    Solution: 1. Please avoid services through big retailers (like Reliance Digital) within warranty period, for them a sale is one time affair and the quality of service is an expenditure not emotion. This kills your brand value.

                    2. You must have excellent after sales service team. They must listen to the complaints carefully and logically resolve the issues.

                    I must give more than 100% marks in this matter to HP Printers after sales service. I have become great fan of their issues resolving and attention to customers complaint.

                    On the other extreme the worst possible after sales services "Reliance Digital". They are hell bent to spoil customer's confidence in any brand with their after sales services.

                      Dear sir,

                      I have been a samsung well wisher before but not now because of the sick service and rude manner behavior of your team members who has been providing service to me. I bought samsung 40inch hdtv on 17th of this month form one your dealer qrs in trivandrum, kerala. Unfortunately my bad luck the tv was not working which i launched a complaint on 22nd of this month which i received the service order no as [protected].
                      Where as been following up for 3 days and on 25th a person has come and mentioned that there is complaint of the board which need to be changed it seems and he left and has intimated that he will call me and update when we will receive the board. There was no further information from your team where as today when i spoke to your executive in trivandrum, he has spoken to me on rude manner and disconnected call stating that dont give a cal to us and we will inform whenever it is coming itseems. I again launched a complain on the your team behavior to the customer care. They have mentioned one of the person will call me back. I received a call from the trivandrum service team stating that it will take 1 week to get a spare itseems.
                      It has just become 10 days that i purchased a new tv, for 2 years warranty you are giving and this is the kind of service which you are offering.
                      I demand for new tv from you in this case as your dealer has given us the one which was already damaged i believe. I expect a favorable reply from your side as the others are hopeless for me.

                        I have purchased samsung — 25000 mah vt power bank, + 64gb samsung card few days ago and when i opened the box and try to see by swtiching it on, the light was flicking but when i tried to recharge my samsung mobile with it was not charging. But when i tried to charge the powerbank it was showing that it was not charging.

                        So i would kindly inform the samsung enterprise to either replace it or send my moneyback. I would say that samsung is the best company but for the powerbank wise it can be better.

                        Galaxy S7edge advertised as IP68 phone. Which states that S7 edge is water resistant under 1.5 mtr water for 30mins.
                        But my phone got water damaged in 1/4th bucket of water within a second.
                        This makes IP 68 promise fail.
                        Now the company is not ready to take the responsibility.

                          My samsung note 3 is going through with several problems such as,
                          S pen not not working on phone, but used on other note phone pen is working
                          Media storage stopped - this window appears whenever opened gallery, files.
                          Memory card not readable.
                          If removed memory card and data kept on phone storage, still music, photoes are not visible in gallery nor player
                          From past 2 -3 months i have given my phone in service center
                          Still i got same issue, and now from past 1 month my phone is at service center.
                          I am calling and asking, they telling me that parts have not come yet
                          The parts which they received, after repairing same prob they facing
                          Past 2-3 days they telling me to come next day. But they not providing my phone
                          Long do i have to wait?
                          If it is not possible to repair, kindly provide replacement of my phone.
                          I am just roaming around without phone past 1 month.

                            Maine samsung c9 pro mobile liya hai 20 june 2017. Ist day se mera phone main problem aa rahi hai jab main mobile data on karta hun phone apne aap lock ho jata hai. Is problem ne mujhe pareshan kar diya hai. Main care centre bi gaya tha uno ne software update kar diya par fir bi koi solution nahi nikla. Samsung smart tutor se baat ki jo jo uno ne karne ko kaha sab kiya. Ab main kya karu samsung wale kahte care centre jao care centre jata hun woh software update kar dete hai. Problem unko bi pata nahi chalti.
                            Agar ham samsung par trust karte hai une meri problem samjni hogi.

                              I have been using one micro oven of samsung product. Recently following a trouble viz. 5e cropped up, we sought the help of your company through bsnl [protected]. Accordingly a product service request vide no. [protected] was registered on 21/7/2017 and that was sent to my mobile number. A phone call came from samsung office i. E. [protected] on the same day as to the information of sending an engineer when we categorically told him to send engineer along with necessary parts so that the job is complete. There after an engineer named shri subhajit saha came on 22/7/17. He discharged no service, even he did not touch the machine. Based on the type of trouble displayed in front (As was explained by us while registering service request) he told that machine parts are to be brought and costing will be around rs.2500/- (Mpcb & sm) and for which an advance of rs.500/- only is to be given and no other charges claimed. We (I myself, my wife & my daughter) repeatedly requested him to be sure as to availability of parts. He categorically answered - "why question of non availability? Of course it will be available." he further told that he would be coming within 2 to 3 days and micro oven will be set right. Naturally we tendered rs.500/- to him with receipt of samsung cash receipt no. J 2137, book no. J 43 (Asmit's exclusive samsung service centre) dated 22/7/17. The said cash receipt has been clearly mentioned as advance for mpcb & sm rs. 500/-. On 26/7/17 he expressed information of non availability of parts and forfeits the cash paid by us. I wonder how an engineer, from a internationally renowned and famous company i. E. Samsung, dares to defame the dignity and reliability of samsung with such unmannerly and utter indecency. I have been using several products from samsung viz.ac, micro oven, mobiles but never experienced even a bit indecency. My request is to take the matter in proper perspective and arrange for set right of the micro oven or to refund the cash taken categorically as advance.

                                This is absolutely scam always telling something or the other reason and grab money from the customer... Products are not at all... They never agree the fault.. Always blaming customer... My j7 display liquid was bleeding.. Even though there are multiple reasons still they blame customers.. It was never broke.. It was in my hands and the liquid started bleeding, even im explaning they never bother to listen and updated job sheet as internal crack..

                                I got call from neha from samsnug manager it seems, she was rude even she never listened the me only claiming that job sheet is updated as broke she also telling the same.. I dont understand what is an escalation matrix means.. You cannot tell its an escalation team...
                                If you want only money or revenue then tell customer will pay rather blaming customer looting money from them. I dont think samsung lasts long if they follow money minded..
                                For this i have to wait further without my phone.

                                  Sir, i had bought a new samsung s8+. I had bought it due to the samsung no.1 brand, better quality product with excessives techniques and innovations. But i got frustrated when it gets technical default just within a month it stops charging. All my perosnal data get lost from it. As i have invested a huge money on this smartphone i didn't want to repair my phone i wish to replace it.                                       We purchases a samsung wf550b0bkwq 5.5kgs front load washing machine on 22.10.16. Its hardly five years and the machine has already started giving troubles. The drum gets struck and sometimes doesn't move at all. This does not happen always but. I had booked a service call and it was diligently attended by a service engineer.

                                      The engineer just switched on the machine, took a photo of the serial number and then said the problem is with the pcb.. We don't need a service engineer who repeats the problem/complaint we lodged. We would like him at least make a sincere attempt to see if any minor changes would help and not alert the customer about the cost. What i don't understand is if this service engineer cannot open the machine and check for problem why should we pay them rs 295 as visit charges??

                                      I believe there is another team who will visit (Pay the charges again) to identify the problem and resolve it.

                                      Customer care in samsung is a great flop.

                                      The most annoying part is the service engineer could not explain the reason why the PCB was damaged. He was more keen to say the cost involved to replace the part and the service charges associated with it. He further commented that Samsung machines are generally good he has come across a similar problem 2 years back. How funny??. At the time of installation a service engineer sold us a decalcification salt Rs 750 and wanted to use it atleast once in 2 months to keep the drum in good condition. But the service engineer who came in yesterday says vinegar should be as the salt spoils the drum. How come service engineers have two different opinion on the products sold by them??
