    Samsumg galaxy j7 max procured from 3g mobile world calicut on 17/7/2017 invoice no. 1/kin/4014. It got sucked and not even to power off the system. It happened within 13 days of procurement and we have given back the system on 29th /7/17 and they have collected the entire box with charger and assuring that we
    Will replace the set. After two days they informed that it is software damage and we have replace the software. But i requestd them to complete replacement of the piece with other model and iam ready to pay the any changes in rates byt they deined and compelling me to take back that produst. Being a normal citizen i dont want that set which is not a emiting heat also. They told me tha they changed the the software. But ilost the faith in that set and kindly replace the set with anew one.

      We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
      As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.

        More than a week and samsung is not able send their technician on time.. After continuous followup they send a technician and he goes back after checking the fridge because for the problem my fridge is having they will send some other one on next day... Again 2-3 days passed no one came and contacted me, while this i was mailing and calling them. After 2-3 days of calling and following i receive a call from their technician who was talking so rudely as i was calling him for free favor. He disconnected my call in middle and said that he cant confirm whether he will visit in a day or not... Total experience was really humiliating leave apart that the fridge can be repaired or not... They all are untrained and liars in samsung.

        still not rectified...lots of confusion..technician changed and new one not having the update..really pathetic service level by SAMSUNG..don't know how they manage .Customer care still is clueless, even head office is involved now and they all are showing their capability to resolve the issue from last 1 week... don't whether they are arranging a technician for gas refill in my fridge or a scientist to refill a rocket...i think i should now ask help from a local technician now. - star rating

          I registered a complaint for defect in led panel for 32 inch smart led tv.
          Till now it has not been resolved and service center makes new excuses very week and postpone to a new date.
          Within 8 months of purchase the led has defects in it.
          Tv is within warranty period and i am not getting any satisfactory response from samsung. Request number - [protected].

            Respected sir,
            I had already registered a complaint in indian consumer complaints forum on 22/6/17, with complaint no (Samsung india complaint status update [id: 1608472]). Today when i visited the site & i found that it is marked as resolved. This marking has done without my knowledge, that's why i'm registering this as a new complaint.
            I have been registered a complaint about the refrigerator which is not working properly on 09/06/2017, the request no. [protected]. The complaint is that the food and vegetables that we keep in the fridge is getting frozen. The temp. Setting is -20 and 3. I bought this fridge on 20/12/2014. One of the engineer visited my house on 12/6/2017 and ask me to off the fridge for 24 hrs., & i did the same & inform them it is showing the same complaint. After that they told me that the sensor is having the complaint and they changed the sensor on 06/7/2017 and i paid for the same. After half an hour the fridge had completely out of service. Again i made a complaint and the request no. [protected]. After one week the engineer visited the house & inform me that the pcb is having the complaint & they bought a new pcb on 24/7/17 & service person understood that it was not working properly.
            Yesterday (2/8/17) again they visited and connected a pcb and ask me to pay rs. 3520/- and i told them i will pay the amount after 2 days, let me make sure the fridge is working properly. But still the complaint is there. Yesterday night i kept a bowl with full of water inside fridge, by today morning it had become ice. The compressor is not getting off, full time it is on.
            I can't able use the fridge properly for the last 2 months. Please do the needful.

              Samsung service center given me wrong commitment and till now from the past 1 month there is no proper responds. I gave my led tv for service. They said main board problem to proceed further they need advance payment for the part. I gave advance rs.4000. Then again they sai plasma prblm again rs.3000 part have to change. I declined the service and asked for my advance back. At the same time i made a offer to take the tv without servicing at the cost what the decide. They said the tv is worth only rs.2000. I agreeed that price. They promised me to give back my advance amount rs.4000 and tv price rs.2000 total rs.6000 in two days. But for the past one month there is no proper responds from them. The excutive always telling have to ask to manager. 2 days back i received advance amount 4000 only. Still they keep my tv and not paid for my amount rs.2000. My mobile number [protected].                 I was facing many difficulties without my phone. My phone creating the problem in mother board. I was submitted my phone twice in last one month last i was dated 27th july 2017 submitted in service center : [protected] maa communication address?: a-180, ground floor kotla delhi-110003.

                The customer care said that your phone crating some motherboard problem we solve this problem one or two days. But still i am spending my 3 or 4 hour in sum sung customer care centre. I am working in private job. I survive my job for this kind of phone creating problem again and again. I request you that solve this problem as soon as possible. If this problem create again in future i will see in consumer court.

                Sir, I myself barred my handset from incoming call by going through call setting for some reason but now I wish to deactivated it n wants to allow incoming call but it didn't work. It say network fail or SIM card error or call barring rejected. I contact with network service provider(Jio) n replied me they had no option regard with call barring

                  This is a complaint against bir electronics pvt. Ltd. Guwahati and samsung service centre for their terrible handling of customer service towards repairing my refrigerator with model number rl41wcps1/xtl. I had problem with my refrigerator as the top portion of the fridge was not cooling but the freezer below had no problem. Few samsung people have come and checked after repeated calls but the issue wasn't resolved and then the fridge was finally taken to the service centre and i paid almost 4000 for it and got back the fridge on 20th of july but the fridge started not working immediately from the next day. I called the people from samsung and bir electronics and they have been making false promises each day about visiting once again. I demand justice for all the inconveniences caused to me or give me a full refund of what i had to pay. Now the refrigerator doesn't work at all after coming from the service centre. Hopeless samsung service. Resolve my issue or i will not hesitate to sue you all on to the consumer court. I am attaching the service bills along with this complaint.

                    Reference: complaint reference no. [protected] of samsung a7i model mobile phone amounting to indian rupees 26, 900/- (Registered mobile no. [protected])

                    It is needless to mention here that i am a citizen of gwalior (Madhya pradesh)- india and having registered mobile no. [protected]. I am very much fond of your renowned samsung company. Really, it is a worldwide and reliable company in the world. I feel proud to say that not only me but whole of my family as well as relatives and friends are impressed with all product of your esteemed company.

                    Even the above narration, i have suffered by company and details are as under:

                    1. I had purchased a samsung a7i model mobile phone amounting to rs. 26, 900/- (Twenty six thousand and nine hundred only) on 04/09/2016, from reliance degital, deendayal city mall, gwalior (Madhya pradesh)-india.

                    2. That, i was very much pleased to have a samsung a7i model mobile phone with me upto febrary, 2017 (Five months only). At the end of february, 2017, one day, when i saw on using its battery upto 90% and it has gone switched off. Days had gone ultimately in the month of may, 2017 after using its battery by 50% and got switched off. During these days i had contacted to customer care several time but they always stated that there might be software updation problem and get it updated to resolve your problem.

                    3. That, on 25, may, 2017, i rushed to authorised service centre of samsung a7i model mobile in my city (Gwalior) situated hello enterprises, padav, gwalior to resolve my above problem, there i met to an engineer who was on day and he had received my mobile and he started software updation but all of a sudden its battery had gone bloomed and averted that my mobile is under “battery and pba problem” he said that they we will replace or reform within seven to ten days as my mobile is under warranty period. But, i am astonished to state that even inspite of one month while i am in touch with officials of the mobile service centre, gwalior (Where i am residing) as well as customer care at toll free no. [protected] for repairing or replacing of my mobile, they are fail to satisfy me because i am receiving only one or the other reasons from there end on complaint reference no. [protected] (My registered mobile no. Is [protected]) the official who have received my calls on toll free no. [protected] have forwarded my calls to senior officer of their department and they further forwarded to responsible heads viz asm, bsm and rsm but upto now neither i have got my repaired mobile nor replaced mobile. I am now fed up what to do and suffering from mental, physical and monitory agony for above reason only.

                    In this peculiar circumstances, i have to approach to the competent authority of samsung mobile company for resolving my problem and aspiring for justice at the earliest. Otherwise, i will have left no option except to approach before the appropriate court of law for demand of justice.

                      We are complaining from last 3 months (Dated 17.05.17) but the company didn't take any responsibility. Still we get call from company for technician visit. For last 3 months number of technicians had visited but problem has not solved.
                      Now why another technician wants to come? They couldn't found problem yet? How many people will come to see the problem? And how many months we have to wait? Do you feel that we have to wait till warranty period will expire? Company technician already changed pcb for 2 times & also modify door. Why company is not excepting that their product is faulty.
                      We wait a lot. We are requested many times to replace my fridge but all time company wants to take a chance for repair. We agreed for that also. From company service department mr. Umang told us that give them a chance to repair fridge & they will give us 5 months extended warranty, but my problem has not resolved yet. Now i want my money back & i want your decision within 24 hours. Otherwise i am going to complain consumer court.

                        I have given my samsung j2 mobile on 19th july to samsung authorised service centre at aashiana lucknow, they said come after 2 days then they said came on 29th july.
                        Then today on 2nd august i bring my mobile without repair due to service centre misbehaviour.

                          I have bought 8 samsung acs in oct 2016, and requested the first free servicing under warranty as one ac is defective and 3 others are not cooling / leaking water.
                          The first call for servicing was made on 30 july and have been followed up with multiple calls to the service center.
                          Each time, the response has been to assure that the technicians would visit during the day. Thus i have spent 4 days at home just waiting for the technicians who failed to arrive.

                            I buy samsung site online mobile phone model no on5. But this phone function and camera is not good as expected and universal samsung. I talked to samsung company they refuse to return it. They told that if there is any damage in phone we will return it but in this case we cant return that even if having camera issue so go to the samsung service center and repair it.

                              It's been 17 days since i ordered a pair of gear iconx from online samsung shop on 15/07/17 and been checking the status of the order regularly, but in vain. It's still reflecting "processing" since then. I've made several calls to the customer care and haven't gotten any help from them either. Each and every one of them say that they're putting it on priority basis and it would get dispatched within 24 hours, but several 24 hours have gone by. This is ruining the credibility of samsung. It being an mnc, such sloppyness is not expected.
                              Please revert with a solution to this issue asap.

                                The complaint no. [protected] has been escalated to hq, as per toll free number - complaints.[protected], as per status at 19.00 hrs on 1 aug - so they are helpless..
                                On 1-aug around morning hours, mr mayank from social media complaint escalation was very polite & thorough gentleman, who had all intentions to help resolve problem & get fridge repaired today itself.
                                Later-on on 1-aug mr sandeep (Of same team) called up to hear same problem de-novo from me.
                                I narrated again. Mr sandeep was more harping on, "it is a normal failure" after 2-years & was not ready to listen to resolve.
                                On reminding, that as per mr sandeep, fridge will function only-2-years? He was adamant, ": its a normal failure in 2- years".
                                My question remained un-answered that after 2- years i keep wasting money on repairs. He was reminded that during last 50-years - all my 5- fridges gave trouble free life, each more than 10-years.
                                Behaviour of mr sandeep was again, un-becoming for a hq/samsung employee-customer care deptt.
                                Now; last 96 hours, my fridge is un-serviceable — naturally, torture to my wife/family, since food has started getting awfully wasted.
                                .
                                Chairman plz help repair fridge, under compressor 10- years' warranty
                                Give training to call center supervisor, for not attending call, in-spite of repeated requests by me.
                                Give training to supervisor who did not attend my call, after requesting more that 10 times.

                                    I had taken my mobile to your secunderabad p. G. Road service center my phone is on always on opening page of mobile showing only (Galaxy note 4) and when connected to charger it start working. This was my complaint so they said that battery is gone so i asked replace the battery and show me and the problem is same after changing battery i asked that show me in your battery gadgets that my battery is not working they said we don't have that facility then they said that connector problem so i said when connecting to charger it is working so no reply for that then they said that after this repair also we can't guarantee that your mobile will work it may require further more repair so i could not able to understand what your service center is asking for my complaint. I told them that then first check the defective part and repair that part instead of guess repair that battery is gone or connector is gone and simply raise the bill. Then i told them that please inform me the total repair cost of my mobile before repairing my mobile then they said that if you will not repair and your mobile back as it is then we will charge rs.170/- as service charge which i agree for that. They were very clear on this issue at least.
                                    You have such a big service center and don't have equipment to check the the basic parts of mobile. Like battery etc.,
                                    For selling your product you have very good promotion and for service very poor working.
                                    My request you to please look into this matter. Feel free to call me any time.

                                        I have purchase new samsung suhd smart led 49” model 49ks7000 on 9th july 2017 from reliance retail limited times square, andheri-kurla road, sakinaka, mumbai 400059i. Invoice copy is attached.

                                        The item was delivered to me on 10th july 17 evening and subsequently installation technician of reliance visited to fix the wall mounting and install the tv.

                                        During power on it was clearly identified that the remote unit supplied along with tv is not pairing, the observed problem was mention in the installation report carried by the reliance technician. Service complain was registered at samsung by reliance and confirmed there is problem in the remote and will be replaced by new remote.

                                        Samsung technician have visited number of times with different types of remotes to resolve and could not succeed. For interim period reliance offered basic remote which works with limited tv functions.

                                        On regularly follow up with samsung and reliance, now i have been given to understand there is some problem in tv set and requires change of pcb/ up gradation in software. Earlier i was told since the problem has encountered during installation i should be getting brand new set, and as days have passed away there is change in approach.

                                        I rest my case, and now demand replacement of tv set or refund of the full amount along with compensation,

                                        Please refer to the trailing mail. And like to put on record, yesterday 3rd Aug.2017, Reliance Retail technician had visited to our residence to inspect the TV, without intimation, and presented himself in my absence and taken signature of my Wife on the report he was carrying.

                                        I would like to once again highlight and maintain my statement, the remote supplied with TV is not pairing nor any other remote brought by Samsung technician are working till date.

                                        We don't have any copy of the report on which my wife has signed and disregard that document.

                                        Mr. Viswadeep of Service Manager Reliance Retail Times Square has advice not to accept replacement as he will be processing replacement through Samsung.
