This is to inform u that i deposited my samsung note 3 neo (Model no. - sm n7505) at s. P. Communication, shop no. 16, 1st floor, manglam tower, golaghar, gorakhpur on 1st july 2017 for repair as its display was not working but the repairing was not done and i have not received my mobile till today.
Firstly, s. P. Communication told me to give my mobile on 11th july then 21st july then 28th july and then 04th august 2017 but i have not received my mobile till today[protected].
You are requested to provide my mobile as soon as possible.

So far there has been no action from your support team, the issue still remains on the same status. The worst thing is that, you never respect your promises. I was told that it would be resolved by Monday, but then when i called upon the team on Monday after waiting till noon, they said it will be resolved only by tuesday, and they also set up a call back within 4 hours which never happened. Now this is tuesday and when i call the customer service, i get the same old dialogues and now they even don't have a timeframe within which it will be resolved. The executive also promised a call back by 6PM today. As per your lower standards of treating the customer, i don't really expect a call back.
