This is to inform you that i have bought 01 new television (Ua43m5570aumxl-panel sno. 0a5s3zej500251) from your authorized dealer m/s classic electronics, mla house, 2nd mile, sevok road, siliguri 734001, west bengal vide invoice no. D682 dated 19.07.2017, they have assured me that the service man of samsung will be visiting at my residence and install the television set within 24 hours. Also i got a message from your side that mr. Sanjiv, service engineer (Mobile no. [protected]) will contact me for installation. Today i, e 20.07.2017 i have called mr. Sanjiv requesting to come to my residence for that purpose but he has not only refused to attend but also behaved very roughly and cut the phone call. I am very much upset at this type o[censored]nexpected behavior of your service engineer.
I am requesting you to please look in to he matter and take necessary action at the earliest.

told me that WiFi will not function and they demanded extra cost to the tune of Rs, 6000=00 for its repairs. When I protested as to why I was kept in dark on the first day when they accepted the phone for repairs and gave me estimated cost of repairs they turned a deaf ear.I lodged a complaint with the customers care centre vide reference no.[protected] and on their advise I deposited the phone vide service request no.[protected] dated 06.07.2017. The Customer Care is only for saving iitheir service centre and to lodge complaint with them is a wastage of time. My phone is still lying idle with the service centre. Will higher authorities of the company look into the problem and save me from the illegal extra charge of repairs beyond their estimated and paid charges.
