I bought my samsung s7 edge in october last year. Four months after buying it started heating. Shown to service centre. They did a factory reset and it was okay. But moment i downloaded apps. It started heating again upto 56 degrees. It bis easily the worst phone i ever bought and going to be my last samsung phone. I bought previous flagship s2 at launch and it was damn good. This is just draining battery in heat

    Service centre bill no.[protected] dated 19.7.2017 and customer care ref. No.[protected]
    My phone j72016 is under warranty as purchase date is 5.8.2016. There is no display in the phone. There is no physical/external damage showing as such. While visiting customer care, they refused to take it under warranty in assumption that there may be external damage state that i[censored] reluctant to pay cost of led i. E. ₹5000+, you have to pay inspection charges around ₹250. This is highly unjustified. I told them to write their assumption in remarks column of job card which they refused. Please do needful.

      Congrats for you hectic customer service.
      I got samsung tablet a in december 2016. And i am facing huge problems from day one. I has been updated software twice but still problem is same. My tab doesnt work even for a single second. And now i has been given up that i will get any resolution from samsung. I was huge fan of samsung brand. I always used only samsung brand. But now i cant trust anymore due to this incredible service. You are doing really fantastic job that's why new brands like vivo and oppo defeating samsung brand. Excellent keep it up.

      The feature of “FindMyMobile” which helps to find your device in case it is lost and also helps you to protect your data, the same needs to be activated by the customer on his/her own by login to Samsung account and enabling the required options on the mobile.
      We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
      As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.

      This is to escalate the issues of Process Gap in your service operations leads to customer dissatisfaction.
      I would like to share that I have Samsung mobile devise Galaxy on max purchased between September 21, 2017 and October 21, 2017(It’s covered in Never Mind Offer). The screen was accidentally broken and which was shown in the authorized service center - AADRIKA ENTERPRISED, Geater Noida on 24th Feb 2018. I wanted to share issues and process gaps in your services which actually agitated me as I regarded Samsung as one of the best companies in world. Please find the issues and process gap as below:
      1. When I have shown my mobile the screen part was unavailable on 24th Feb. So the device was not submitted. Issue of inventory was clearly a gap.
      2. Also on 24th Feb 2018 they told me that it will take 10 days to avail that offer as there is lengthy and bureaucratic process of approval where is there No TAT. When I highlighted this issue the present Service center supervisor -He communicated to me to deposit Rs 4750 and get the screen repaired in 1 day and once approval will come they will return the money after deducting the Rs 990 (offer price for screen) Which looked strange to me as I am sure that Samsung has not laid that such process.
      ISSUE: No TAT for approval and Service center has their own process defying the Samsung policies.
      3. On 27th Feb 2018 I got a call to that screen is now available and I can deposit the devise for repairing. I could deposit the mobile on 28th Feb 2018.
      4. On 27th Feb 2018, when I asked about time line there was no communication the service executive shared that once screen will be repaired then they will start the approval process and it will take 7 days to 10 days.
      5. I tried calling the service center number which is[protected] on 1st March 2018 to confirm if they started the approval process. No one picked up the call after my repeated efforts at least 10 -times on the above service center number.
      3. 2nd March 2018 was holiday therefore I called on 3rd March on the same number but there was no body was picking up the call . After frustration due to this non response that I called up call center number 180040-SAMSUNG . To my utter surprise even call center executive was clueless about approval process and time line and neither there was update on your CRM about the same. Senior Call center executive- Mr. Robin committed me to escalate this issue to the service center and Area service manager also. They assured me that I will be getting the update about resolution of this within 24 hours.
      Issue and Process Gap: Information Gap even at your call centre and there is no sync between your CRM and update about the approval process status.
      Team, I am writing this note after mental torture from your service center / customer care team for last 4 days.

      I have Samsung S8 + mobile phone brought in Manila Philippines. I am currently in India (Mumbai) & on 26th March accidently I broke the display for this phone after which I decided to visit your service center in Mallad & Kandivali West . On both the service center in spite of the fact that i have original receipt, all accessories & box for this device I got response that this product is not registered in system so we cannot help you instead call customer care . I called customer care & I get to hear that how can service center deny service if you have bill so we will take your complaint to highest level & you will get support here is your complaint number ( [protected]) expect resolution call in 24 hours. Now its been 4 days & am still waiting for call / any solution .

      On purchase Samsung had promised international support but its sad to see such pathetic customer service, inefficient internal coordination process map & not trust worthy customer service people. I am expecting response from some responsible SPOC in Samsung on [protected] ( Vishal.[protected]@Hotmail.com)
      I have a samsung s7 edge with extended warranty upto may 2018. The screen has a crack dsunce thebphone heated up and fell down from the hand. Service centre is not ready to even listen or helpm please replace the screen in warranty. We are a loyal samsung family

      your engineer done the job on 21-2-18 and confirm the guarantee by 90 days,
      yesterday i start my AC, but cooling is 0
      today 3-4-18 i again registered my request clam no. [protected], your engineer visited and confirm gas leakage issue, he confirm service will be done on chargeable for gas refiling and cheeking charger ..

      i have already paid your service charges as your billed on 21-2-18 and give 90 days guarantee so why you again charge on same work .

      The worst service ever got so far from any other elections manufacturers expect samsung. Bought qled tv and found on installation that Arc is not working and it has been sequence of follow ups from customer and ridiculous response from Samsung service and no updates so far. Not sure this is the way you provide service and handle customer. This is highly dispointing experience ever got.

      It is regretted that SAMSUNG is not honouring warranty and EXPECTING CUSTOMER TO BEAR HIGH REPAIR COST EVEN IN WARRANTY. I had lodged my complaint to Samsung and engaged with them for past 25 days without satisfactory solution. After exhausting various complaint redressal mechanism and failing any positive response from SAMSUNG, I had approached consumer helpline. SAMSUNG STANDS STILL SAME. Received a phone call from SAMSUNG asking to bear 75 % repair costs even though customer is not at fault. I am still offered a discount of 25 % rebate in repair cost. Samsung has not provided satisfactory solution to its customer and expects to bear 75 % of repair cost even in warranty. CONSUMER VOICE NEED TO BE HEARD. SAMSUNG OUGHT TO :1. Honour warranty.
      2. Repair cost is almost close to the product price. Provide economical repair.
      3. Provide component level repair.
      4 SAMSUNG DONOT LISTEN TO THE VOICE OF CUSTOMERS AND IS UNETHICAL IN ITS APPROACH POST SALES.
      5. I regret for engaging and approaching SAMSUNG for 25 days without any convincing solution. They donot have any Consumer Grievance redressal Mechanism and consumer is left NOT TO BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT IN FUTURE.

      Hi i have placed an AC order on 1st june, but once payment completed order got cancelled due to technical issues, but refund not yet come its been 38 days now. Order number [protected]. I got email on 9th june saying refund is initiated.but till now refund not come. I have called again customer care now they are not able to identify the order detail even though i have order number and service req number everything seems use less. no body is able track the issue. It means my moneybis gone fot toss now.

      Its so disappointing that customer care team is not able to trace the order details though they have all references given by samsing only.

      I even escalated to India service head. Its again useless they are again forwarding to customer care team who is not able to resond only.

      Please try to resolve my issue and get the refund processed immediately.

        With due respect, i would like to inform you that i purchased a samsung galaxy s8+ by pre booking through one hrough one of your authorised outlet, bm squarre at silchar town dist cachar, assam. I got it on 03-05-17. But instead of the free offer, wireless charger, a free tumi cover was offered in my galaxy app. When i approached the my. Galaxy team at their website, i was asked to submit 1) the pre booking mobile no. 2) the pre booking sms screen shot 3) the invoice copy. I forwarded them all. Then they stopped responding suddenly.         With due respect, I am to inform you that after submitting my complaint, the next day ie 20th july17, probably a fraud called me to give him my bank account details so that the company could put the price of wireless charger into it. On 24th July 27, BM SQUARRE your authorised outlet at Silchar called me to forward my MY Galaxy APP .I did it through them . Now it is written as RESOLVED against my complaint.

        Now, may I humbly request you to the pain of explaining the whole phenomenon, if possible including the earlier happenings because I am really confused.

          I have purchased a refrigerator from great eastern, kankurgachi on 30.07.2017 and got it delivered on 07.07.2017. On 8th july some person from samsung co came to install the fridge and he was shocked to see the condition of the fridge (After unpacking), he asked us that you have purchased the product second hand/used or what??? We said no, wr have paid for a new fridge. Becoz there were a big mark/ damage on the front of the fridge andmore shocking thing was that the compressor behind the fridge was rusted. Now from last 7 days samsung co is saying we cannot do any thing u please contact great eastern and great eastern is saying we cannot do anything you contact samsung co.             Its been 2 weeks we have reported a complain for the repair of refrigerator, a person came and inspected and said he will bring the parts soon but its been 10 days no response from them, and no one is picking up the phones at samsung service centre and no one has come to repair very bad service. If this is my experience i will never suggest samsung again. Please do the needful orelse i have to escalate it to next step.

              I have already raised a complaint regarding this to samsung and they are still asking me to wait for more days. I am using a7 2016 and suddenly there was some fault on my handset's screen, the service centre have repaired it, however they have damaged the handset as there was several scratches on the home button and they didn't bother to fit the back glass properly. Now, i want a full replacement as they have already damaged it but they ate denying to replace the handset. It is a 3 months old handset. Please suggest.

                they both said that they are from samsung and they will collect our printer from our native place ...
                but they asked me for my card details and the otp which i get
                WHAT THE HELL
                I GUESS I M NOT SUPPOSED TO SHARE MY CARD DETAILS WITH ANY ONE
                THEY WERE CONTINUOUSLY ASKING MY CVV NO. AND THE OTP FOR SOME ONLINE TRANSACTIONS

                u guys are a big team atleast you should have a link so that we can pay any freaking online payment by ourselves
                even we are educated and we know how to do an online transaction ...

                please consider it seriously because
                this is the thing which a consumer will never like

                  I am raviraj singh, live in jabalpur (Madhya pradesh) already mail after some day regarding samsung mobile a710 fd zmodel no. Discusse led display relayed gap and not work back button. Jabalpur gate no. 4 samsung service center. You call me and i am another go to service centre. But another same report. Your services is very bed. Service center person my mobile submitted 12/07/2017 and service center sms me last sunday 16/07/2017 your mobile is repair and next day i gone but person is tell me, sir please come 10minutes and after 2 hours please sir come after 45 minutes, then i gone 5 pm 3rd time and he told me sir please came tomorrow i will call you. What is this. So please solve my issue. And i dont go another time your sevice center in future. Please give me my mobile.

                    I bought a samsung s7 mobile phone in name of my wife mrs archana mohanty in march 2017 with emi plan for 18 months. As per plan and specifically mentioned in the bill, i am entitled to cashback of 10% and should be posted in my credit card with in 90 days of the purchase. I have tried reaching the company but still have not received the requisite cash back and it is well beyond 90 days.

                    I have all the payment receipts and all the related documents where it has been clearly mentioned that the cash back would be credited on to my a/c within 90 days. I want you to take immediate and necessary steps to ensure that i get the cash back at the earliest.
                    Please give me a feedback at the earliest. I am awaiting a quick response.

                      I had purchased a Samsung TV about two years back .The Samsung TV that I have purchased is not working upto the mark . the picture quality has reduced and this is the fifth time I m filing a complaint. I failed to get any response for the complaints filed before .I don't find the picture as it was when I bought it . kindly send some technical help .

                        I am aashish singh, by profession journalist in news 18 india, network -18,

                        On 19th march 2017 i have bought samsung galaxy j7 prime from vijay sales...

                        After few days my phone started showing problem on optional key so i went to samsung service center (J. B. Nagar branch) so they told me we have to keep it for observation then will tell you what a the problem, after keeping on observation they have told me that there has a hardware issue and they need few days to replace the hardware key... After one week i got my phone.

                        Again after some days phones keys stopped working so again i rushed to the service center again they have kept it for the observation and i got another reason that optional key has some issue and will short it out soon... Again i have to wait one week for my phone...

                        After few days again my phone stopped working and this time they have told me it's a charging point problem will keep it for observation. Their is a software problem in the phone you have to submit phone once it will get repair will call you also that charging cable is not proper that's why it's showing problem. They have again kept it for some days. And this time i didn't got call from the service center for collect the phone so i call on the customer care and asked them and i got surprised that they didn't got any kind of phone, so i rushed to the service center and told them everything so they said we had kept phone in our service center only that a why their was not any record of it... But they refuse to give any specific reason for my quiery

                        After that on 16the july 2017, my phone got drained and when i kept it for charge phone was not charging so today i went to service center and again i got surprised with the answer that phone's inside liquid went that's why it's showing problem and we can't repair it in warranty period because it got liquid and you have to pay for service charges. But how come liquid will go inside i was at home only since last many days and also it was not raining in mumbai since last 2-3 weeks so how come?? Also if liquid went inside so phone was waiting when all the battery will low and it won't charge?? Many questions are coming but samsung people just blame on the customer and never accept fault that you have issued faulty piece to me.

                        I don't know that i have bought new phone or second hand phone on actual price!! In 4 months 4 times my phone showed problem, this is very ridiculous, samsung is making customer fool and selling default pieces to the customer and they don't have replacement policy so customer have to suffer because of you stupid people.

                        I am going consumer court to file complain against samsung that they just fooling people with default pieces of mobile and in the court expert will see that the phone is faulty or liquid went in the phone

                        I am attaching all the details about the service center invoice numbers [protected] & [protected] and also about the phone... My phone went 4 times in the service center but they have record of two only including today visit... I want to know why???...

                        And i will teach the lesson to them... I m journalist and know the handle such bully company and the rediculas policy.

                        last two days still waiting for resolution...still suffring because of your faulty product and one thing i tell u that my 2nd hand 5 years old motorola phone is performing much better than your new handset in these days...

                        I don't want to give my phone again to service center, better replace it and issue me the new handset because in 4 months of period 4 times phone is going to the service center means it's not my fault it's the company fault that you issued me faulty piece.

                        i[censored] cant do this then i have no issue with u but i know my consumer rights and will do the needful...

                          It's been almost 10 days since i'm complaining on the toll free no. They send me details of the technician but the technician do not take calls nor do they bother to call u back. They say we r busy n will call back.. But no use. I have a frost free refrigerator.. But there is a lot of ice formation inside and hence water continuously drips down. It's a pain to clean the water.. N it's not the first time but problem after ever 6-8 months. Technician says defrost.. But why should i defrost manually. The problem keeps occuring all the time. Can an executive kindly look into the matter as none of the technician r taking this matter seriously. I live in pune.

                          Matter still not resolved. Has occurred once again... Even water has started to drop from the led light inside the refrigerator. Even after placing complaint no technical help is der. Only service charges r asked to be paid.. but problem has never been solved. What is the use of this expensive defrost refrigerator when malual defrost has to be done.
                          Please help. Last time I was very clear if the problem still persist I would want the company to replace the refrigerator. Yes it still persist but that too too soon within a month.
                          What remedy do u have Samsung India.

                            I have purchased new samsung j5 prime sm-g570f/dd 32gblast week and found the product upto the mark as par samsung brand.
                            But the problem is there with sound quality. It very poor as compaired to the my old model galaxy i9300 model. I have seen other models too but same is condition with the model. How can the sound level can be imoroveto a well listening level i am not satishfied with this quality. Can it be replaced by any other models with same range or i have to bear the problem till the phone j5 last with me. A panic from samsung india ltd. I feels that i am cheated by a good brand name like samsung

                              I am from bangalore, india. I own a samsung galaxy s7 which one month back i accidentally dropped and the lcd panel got broken. The side panel had a minute dent which is barely visible.
                              I visited an authorized samsung galaxy service center located in marathahalli where i was advised that i will have to replace both the lcd panel and the side panel which will roughly amount to 14k inr. I agreed since i found the phone useful and wanted to use it more.
                              Side panel was not available in the service center and i had to make 3 visits and 5 phone calls over a period of 3 weeks to get the same answer that the side panel of samsung s7 gold was not available.
                              I was not facing much issue since the touch functionality in the phone was still working and the visible area was not affected since only the upper part of the glass has a small crack.
                              I was about to travel our of the city for a while so i finally decided to get only the lcd replaced since the side panel was not available.
                              The same service center now tells me that no data will be lost since it is just the panel replacement, delivery time will take maximum 1 hour. I waited for 3 hours and then called and was informed that my phone was ready. I went and saw that the touch was not working at all, i was not even able to unlock the phone using a basic cross pattern which i had set in the locking screen.
                              The engineer advised me to upgrade the software which i had to reluctantly agree considering the loss of data i had to bear however i had no choice. He said the procedure now will take max 30 minutes. I went back to my work checked after an hour where i was informed that the software update has not worked and the new lcd panel is faulty and there was no stock left to give me a replacement!
                              This is now dejavu for me considering the fact that i know my phone is completely gone now and i am not going to hear back from these # again in the coming weeks, may be even months.
                              I have written a lot so i am going to cut it short now. I have been a proud user of samsung galaxy note 2, samsung e7 and now s7. This is going to be the last time i am going to use any samsung product or recommend one to any of my acquaintances.
                              I am sure that i am not going to see any actions being taken against the service center who do not even have the minimum decency to talk to a dissatisfied customer and instead was treated with insulting words like "stop arguing", lies like the entire shipment of lcd panel was faulty and we tried a few of them.
                              Yes, these are the actual quotes by the manager mr robert.
                              I have ranted on for a while now and i am going to stop. I will expect the same from a reputed org like yours to stop cheating customers in a similar manner. Teach the service engineers some basic oratory and soft skills and i am sure that will help them become better humans if not better engineers.
                              Nokia was once the king and had a fall. Samsung is going down the same road. I know i am not the only customer and it is equally applicable that "samsung" is not the only mobile company!

                                Iam kawalpreet. I had purchased samsung galaxy s8 cost 57900rs on 30 june 2017 from day 1 itself its screen was defected showing some white and green lines moving from left to right and while playing website videos screen was distrubing.
                                I went to service center sec15, gurgaon on 14 july 2017 they said we will do software update and it will resolve the error and on next day they continously update my s8 2 3 times on a single day.
                                But after that problems even get increased now while charging my phone gets very hot (About to burn)! And after some times it gets complitely dead.
                                I asked them to replace my phone but they said u came on 15 day rather then 14th day
                                Please help me to replace

                                    This is for your kind information that i have purchased led tv on 15/09/2016 model ua40k5570aumxl serial no. 0a563zeh800682 from haldwani (Uttarakhand).
                                    I found problem in hdmi port which is not working, informed to customer care, done all activities as instructed by technical staff of samsung through phone like software up gradation etc. Finally they decided to visit service engineer for physical checking.
                                    In april 2017 mr. Chet ram (Samsung service engineer) visited khatima for checking. And conclude that 1 hdmi port not working. So he talked to service centre and ordered board.
                                    There is no conversation by samsung till one month regarding this board replacement, so i called to mr chetram on 18 june for board replacement.
                                    On 23rd june mr. Chetram visited again with board for replacement. He didn’t have proper tools to open led (Chetram told me that he didn’t have proper tools) so he damage led display during his work and also damage my personal 1 tb hard disk attached with led. He talked again in service centre and ordered led display for change.
                                    Regarding this i talked with samsung persons many times named mr. Pranay & mr. Shafi ([protected]), mr. Puran ([protected]), haldwani service centre head mr. Rehan ([protected]), mr. Kamal for replacement of led and hard disk as both are damaged by samsung service engineer.
                                    But nobody respond well with solution. They told me that due to gst samsung couldn’t change back cover as this is having serial no. As time going so finally i agreed with led and board replacement and ask to give solution for hard disk and extended warranty on parts changed by samsung but they refused again.
                                    On 10 july after much conversation with samsung service centre and above mentioned persons, mr. Harish arya visit khatima with led display and board replacement only, and no solution for my damaged hard disk and extended warranty of led. During replacement he found back cover also damaged. He ordered again back cover.
                                    As i found this is matter of irresponsibility and negligence of samsung service provider, so i talked with mr. Rehan (Service centre head haldwani), about this matter and mutually agreed to put damaged led display part with me in khatima up to complete resolving of this case. I gave him a written note having complete history and requirement from customer side which is mutually agreed with him.
                                    On 12th july 2017 i visit haldwani service centre which is 100 km from khatima for conversation with mr. Rehan, but his response is very poor and disgusting, he behaves very badly, he refuse and misbehave for everything i asked. I talked with mr. Puran (Asm samsung) also on phone but no solution again; i send all pictures to mr. Puran regarding led, hard disk.
                                    As samsung representative service engineer mr. Chetram is completely responsible for damaging my led and hard disk. I agreed with led replacement but after samsung service response and misbehaved by mr. Rehan i feel completely fed up, harassed and wasting my time by samsung service so i want replacement of my led tv with new one with warranty and replacement of my 1 tb hard disk damaged by samsung engineer.
                                    I mail to ceo desk many times they call me 2 -3 times and study about case and finally i receive call ([protected]) on 15th july 2017 from samsung head office but she told me this is technical fault which is done by mr. Chetram manual mistake completely and no solution in this matter. She refuses to accept anything.
                                    In this matter i feel samsung doesn’t have any responsibility after selling his product.

                                      Sir mere pass samsung ka a7 2016 mobile h.. Jiski screen june mein change hui thi samsung service centre se.. Screen mein fir se internally problem aa gyi h.. But service centre wale bol rhe h ki ye internally damage ki wajah se hua h.. Iska vost apko pay krna hoga jabki mera mobile under warranty h.. Or koi damage nhi hua h... Please help ne sir.. Samsung is fraud..
