Complaint No - [protected] Model No - GT19152 (Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8) I have registered compliant on 23rd Nov 2013 however yet I have not get any satisfactory resolution on that.Every time I need to call to samsung customer at least 5-6 time.Everyone giving me same answer that we will get back to you with best solution but no one yet reply. Now Samsung help desk are saying we will extend your warranty for 2 month but what is use of that warranty & what if my mobile warranty is finish then again I have to spend money from my pocket.so I request them to replace my mobile. Please find below email which I have written to samsung on 23 Nov 13 : Hello Team, Whomsoever it may consider I am Swapnali Uttam Rane customer of Samsung mobile very disappointed with your service. On 11 Aug 2013 I have purchase Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 (White) mobile from Alfa market which is located at Vile- Parle worth Rs.21800.00.In this period for 2 month my mobile is working very smoothly however since 7th Nov 2013 my mobile is switching off continuously if I removed battery from mobile & again insert then only my mobile get started but that is for very short time may be 15-20 min, On 12th Nov 2013 I went to U-TECH Sion Samsung service center for this issue, they have updated software version after that mobile start working till next evening & again it become switch off . On 16th Nov 2013 again I went to U-TECH Sion Samsung service center that time they have change my Battery & gave me new battery.I took that battery & came to home.When I insert that battery into mobile then its get stuck into that (i.e.its large battery which is S4 battery). Again on that same day I went to same service center & informed them this battery is not fit into my mobile then they have given me another battery saying its new battery.while during conversation they have confirm its testing battery for us & its original.However I noticed that this battery is same which I replace in the morning.(I have noted number of my original battery) so I got to know that this is mine battery only, which they are saying testing battery.while inserting this battery only for 5 min. my mobile start working & again its switch off there only.So I refuse to take this battery then they confirm we need to order New Battery for this mobile. On 20th Nov 2013 they have given me new battery however still my mobile is not working. On 23rd Nov 2013 again I went to U-TECH Sion service center.They have informed me there is some Hardware problem with this mobile so you keep your mobile with us atleast for 10-15 day then it start working.I refused to keep my mobile over there because service center person making fool to customer.They are not giving new part, what they do they just replace one customer mobile part with other customer mobile part.For this reason I am not ready to keep my mobile in service center so I took customer helpdesk number from them which is [protected]. At 1:00 pm I called up on that Number & informed them problem of my mobile, they told me to submit my mobile in the service center & they will replace the mother board however I request helpdesk to replace my mobile & give me a New mobile because its only 2-3 month complete & its in warranty period & its continuously switching off then what is use of my Money I have spend 21800 Rs. for that.Finally helpdesk person say do not keep your mobile in service center we will get back to you with Best solution within 24 hr.Even helpdesk person had conversation with Manager o[censored]-TECH sion service center. Yet I haven't received any call from helpdesk. Please give my New mobile its become very hectic every day to go in service center & that too for no use even though it is in warranty. Its west of my money for Samsung mobile & what is use of that mobile if within 2-3 month its not working.So May I request you to please replace my mobile & give me new mobile.Still my mobile is completely switch off so its very difficult for me.       Hi, This is deepak here from pune, my problem is i buy a mobile in a month of June 2013 from telephone shoppee pune samsung mobile model 7562 in 11500, after one and half month it has network problem and then model is hang every time i visited the service station they reply me it has software issue they take my mobile and updated the software but my problem is not solve. my mobile have lots of network issue when i visited again service station they not agree that handset had problem and they not accepting my complaint pls do the needful thing to solve my problem.       I purchased SAMSUNG mobile model no 7562on 08/06/2013 from pune telephone shopee j.m. road.
      First I purchased the mobile with respect of your brand name of your company. After one and half month of purchasing I faced the problem of charging, hang and network in the same Handset. I know this is the Electronic item and technical problem is genuine in the same. The handset was repaired by your service centre deccan pune. The claim no. i don't have because they take my receipt.
      Again in the same month I faced the same problem of in the same handset except charging. On same month I went to your same Service Centre deccan pune to confirm the problem of network that was since the purchasing of Handset. I am very surprised to the behaviour of that service centre employee regarding the same matter. He was not accepting the problem of the handset, so company does not repair the same.
      The network problem I faced from day of purchasing times the mobile of your company SAMSUNG. First thing I am facing the same problem since the purchase of Handset so this is the Technical problem and may be production or manufacturing defect of your company which I do not pay at any cost.
      In This matter I really felt very negative in against of your company and the behaviour of your service centre Deccan pune.
      I will appreciate the urgent action regarding the same complaint to replace of the Handset or do the needful thing as there is production or manufacturing defect in the handset.

      Kindly take the action in the same matter and arrange to change my handset

        I purchased SAMSUNG S 7562 on 08/06/2013 Telephone shoppee Pune. First I purchased the mobile with respect of your brand name of your company. After one and half month of purchasing I faced the problem of charging in the same Handset and network issue. I know this is the Electronic item and technical problem is genuine in the same. The handset was repaired by your service centrer in Deccan Pune . I don't have the claim no. because they take the receipt from me. Again in the same month I faced the same problem of network in the same handset. I went to your same Service Centrer to confirm the problem of network that was since the purchasing of Handset. I am very surprised to the behavior of that service centre employee regarding the same matter. He was not ready to accept it that the handset problem, so company does not repair the same.           Very disappointed with this printer. I work as a IT-Technician for a company where they standardized printers of this model. Repeatedly these printers are having issues. 3 of our 4 Samsung ML-2851ND printers stopped working in space of 15 days. When we sent the printers to Samsung service centre on 14th of November, they said we need to replace the fuser as well as gear. Firstly, the part was not readily available. Secondly, we were given a budget of Rs 2, 700 for the parts. On 19th of November they gave a bill of Rs 4, 062, the bill was 50% more than the estimate. Since we desperately needed a printer, we got one of the printers repaired. Our finance head asked to confirm these 3 simple questions as the repair part cost was coming to 35% of a new printer. 1) Was the price charged by service centre correct? 2) How do we know if the part replaced is original? 3) What is the warranty Samsung is giving for this expensive part? These are very basic questions anybody asks while purchasing a product. We have followed up at service centre level, Hyderabad service manager level, Samsung service centre online, Samsung top management and finally escalated at Samsung CEO level. But there is no reply. They just ignored us. It is very disappointing to see a global company like Samsung not able to answer few basic questions that are related to their product. The customer service is dissatisfactory. After seeing all this, do you really want to buy a Samsung network printer for office?

              Hi, I am Debabrata Pradhan.I live in Bangalore.My home town is Sambalpur, Odisha.I newly got a job so I wish to give a surprise gift to my parents and hence bought one Samsung Grand from it's official store/service center from Bargarh, Odisha which is own by Ganapati enterprises, Khajurtikra Bargarh(owner and the person I talked to is Siddharth Mishra ph:-+91-[protected], ph:-+91-[protected]).I do have the transaction no of full payment as AXISI[protected] for INR-14500/-.But they have not delivered the phone yet.They are not receiving my calls too.I am now clueless about what do I need to do.It's been over six months and I am really worried about my first salary that I received should not go in vain.I can't believe such a fraud happens at Samsung registered shop.I am afraid of doing online payments now a days..I am desperate for help.Thanx in advance.

                I bought a 40" Samsung Television for Rs. 57, 000. Just after the warranty got over horizontal lines started coming up on the TV and it became virtually impossible to watch. Samsung said it would need Rs. 22, 000 to fix the TV since there is a "loose connection"! Since the TV was not in warranty I would have to pay. I was shocked that such a costly TV should go bad in such less time. Just when I was thinking that I was unlucky, I researched on the internet that this is a problem with Samsung TV and many customers are facing the same. The electronics store from where I bought the TV confirmed my doubts. In fact Samsung had a "class action lawsuit" against them sometime back and they had to fix the problem of all customers who faced similar issues. It seems that Samsung's LED technology is not as stable as other brands like Sony, but they are selling half finished products at the same prices. I tried telling this to Samsung folks including mailing the CEO office, but they said nothing could be done and were horribly insensitive to my concerns. Now as consumers I think we should not keep quiet and do something together. 1) People in Bangalore who are facing the same problem, let us get together and file a consumer case against Samsung and get them to fix this problem. This is not acceptable, since we are being taken for a ride. Mail me at [protected]@gmail.com if interested. 2) I am planning to make black T-shirts on which it would be written in white. "Samsung LED TVs are crap" and at the back would be written "Ask me before buying, don't waste your money". Then would roam around all electronics showrooms in Bangalore over weekends. Would put same displays on my car window so that everyone in Bangalore traffic can see the same over weekdays while going to office. @Samsung folks, I have tried to get in touch with you many times to get this issue fixed, but please note you cannot keeping selling your sub standard LED sets and expect that the consumer would keep quiet.                 samsung is cheating customers
                I am with you, I bought Samsung 6600 LED TV in 2011 for 126000, suddenly my TV stoped display and only sound was coming, I raised a complaint last week( 2nd April 2014) they replied to me a week later and say that I will have to replace the Faulty PAnel and would cost me 35k .

                Please contact me on [protected]. Lets Fight Against this... Lets form a group and help some people from getting duped by them.
                I have same issue, try this, twist panel or press top left of panel, the bar disappears for some time..

                Looks like only one component is fault..

                Samsung should fix only the defect part!

                  Dear sir I had lodge complain with samsung customer care on phone as well as on line & on email so far there response is poor unclear.Every one has recorded answer as company policy, which by large mean nothing is to be given under warranty or the company as no more responsible for warranty as term used tamper not covering underwarranty. I had given my mobile for repair in their gallary vide bill number[protected] dated 24/10/2013 thay are asking me to pay rs1526 toward repair charges I am demanding replacement as it has manufacturing defect for reason below 1)sim card clip broke as there no proper way for removal this was repaired on charge 2)now screen vanished of reason told that water penetraited. this show there should be gap in body showing bad workmenship for which they are penalising consumer.how water penetrated they have no answer How can we know about company policy.Who will control branded companies it is observed matrial sold are of poor quality.noproper answer kill time consumer get fusturated & leave chasing complain for time.My complain is one month old still no proper answer.What should we do till than please let me know thank you

                    I am purched samsung laptop on 28.10.13. from flipkart. Since 17.11.13 windos 8 not working.
                    What Happened : I am looking picture on laptop after closing face plate system got slow and no any command taken so did it power off after that power on i am trying to do start recovery but not started.
                    I do complaint every day to samsung custmer care no.[protected] from 21.11.13 (give me complaint refrence no. [protected] from samsung) he said that our service engineer come at your address and solve your problem but no one came till date. Pls do need full as soon as possible.

                      I have complain for samsung microwe oven...i called call centre for repairing my microwe in mid of nov 2013...they send thed technician and he coated price for that product-600 and service charge-260... Now for the same product they are charging -760 and service charge 300... I spoke to them but there respons was not at all good-From this no i spoke to them[protected]...i am not happy with the service of samsung microwe people...i request you to take immidite action as i m not able to use my microwave...thanks

                        I purchased a Samsung DUOS GT-S7562 model phone in July and I had to go to service center 3 times with multiple issues(Slow performance, Audio jack issue Battery backup and frequent hanging issue). where they are simply performing a factory reset and still the issue persist. Since, I am working for a corporate company, I cannot afford to be with a phone that doesn't work properly as I have to keep calling people, attend meetings and much more from phone when required... I am truly disappointed to have got a faulty product and no proper service. Kindly help me fix this issue or replace.

                          I have talked to Samsung customer care and CEO's Email Desk for a problem resolution regarding Order Id 1196408 and nobody has resolved it hence writing over here. When I placed the order, with Samsung eStore, there was a cash back available for three banks standard charted, hdfc and icici. I used a icici debit card and made the payment and successfully placed the order. I called up the call center to check when the cash back would be transacted into my account and at that time he said that the cash back is available only for standard charted. I had taken the screen shots before placing the order which state otherwise. The customer service sucks and people are incompetent to resolve issues. This is case of cheating and fraud.

                            Dear Sir I had purchased SAMSUNG TV -UAF 32EH4003RMXL-S.L.NO-22833ZND901446 From M/s.Santhosh Stores- Molakadai, Chennai with Warranty card. They have made on line registration with Samsung, then Samsung people called and installed after 16 hrs one Vertical code coming in TV. It will make uneasy and makes big problem. I astonished about product complaint with in 16 hrs. Immediately called SAMSUNG TOLL FREE NO AND REGISTED COMPLAINTS-[protected].                               My phone Samsung S duos GT-S7562 is under warranty. I have spent Rs. 15000/- for the phone. I have submitted my phone for two times for the same problem lines on LCD displayand slow working. Samsung kept my phone for more than two weeks both the time and failed to give committed service. I asked samsung that is the model I purchased is faulty? Is the part not manufactured on large scale for my model? Is Samsung compulsory required more than 15 days to solve any problem especially in Mega Metro like Mumbai? What will happen if the same or any other problem occurred after warranty period when I am getting such harassment in warranty period? Should I always have to call or email service center to get my phone back or to get feedback, Samsung don’t have any call/sms system? I have submitted detail on Samsung website to track my phone status. But my complaint is not registered on Samsung network to track the status neither it was found to samsung officials who called me from Samsung. My city doesn’t have any official service facility. The nearest service station available is at 70 km from Dapoli i. e. Chiplun and if any problem occurred in future I have to visit there only for repair which is not economical for me. Presently my mobile is in samsung customer care in Malad Mumbai with no repair from last 18 days. If it is not possible to rectify the problem I asked samsung to give me a new phone of the same cost of different model with duel sim having no faults and availability of spare parts. I request you samsung not to give my same phone back with the issues with the remaining warranty period. But they are not giving positive reply and taking tie to delay the case.                                 Tirunelveli -1, Tamil NAdu.

                                I have purchased a Tab SM-T211 at tirunelveli poorvika mobile on 01/09/2013. Within 2 months it is not functioning properly. I have given it for servicing at Tirunelveli service centre ( Centre code - 3487140, Bill no: 1167) on 11/11/2013. Till date (21/11/2013) my mobile is not serviced. Every day they are saying that tomorrow we will call U, but they they never call me but every day I can check the status. Again they are saying that they want to change the board. I don't know how this happens. It earned a very bad name from the customers about the Samsung mobile phones as well as their service. I have given two more samsung phones bill numbers 1147 and 1220. Bill nO 1220 is a new phone purchased on 01/09/2013.
                                Hope that this feedback will help to improve your product quality as well as your service center credibility.

                                  From past 1 month I didnt get any resolve my complaint number is [protected]. 16 days back from head office mr.daivnder . HR. From nodia they have told me with in 15days max I will solve your problem 19/11/13 they told me please again replace p.b.a (mother board) . Already mother board and touch panel is replaced ...now they are planning to waste my time ...again they are telling me to go and replace mother board... that means they still want to waste my time ...for 20days ... please take action ... I dont need tab 3 t211 to use again... Samsung service is too worst
                                  Samsung customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Still now samsung has been not able to solve problem...simply they always ask time...

                                    I have a samsung Galaxy grand smart phone. The touch screen was broken so i called 30308282 to know information about service station in chandigarh tricity. The executive told me that there are only 2 customer care centres in chandigarh i.e. one in sector 18 D and another in sector 44 D. since i live in panchkula, i asked her if there is any centre in panchkula to which she said no. so i took the details of service centre situated in sector 18D of chandigarh which are as followed - Durga Communications, SCO 23, sector 18 D and the timing was 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, she also gave me the contact no. i.e. +91-[protected] which i tried many times before leaving my home but no body picked so i decided to go directly to the service centre. when i reached there, i told them the touch screen of my phone is broken so he told me that it will cost me Rs 3700 so i said ok, please repair it but he roughly told me to come tomorrow as i am late and they are closing. i told them that the closing time is 6:30 pm and there is still one hour left and i have come all along from panchkula to get my phone repaired so he that they are closing and i should have got it done from service station in panchkula. i said that the customer care executive told me that there is no service centre in panchkula so he said its not my problem.Great, wat a supportive behaviour.. Now what m i suppose to do? firstly i was given wrong information about the service centre by the customer care executive, secondly, the executive of durga communication, sector 18 d refused to take my phone even when i reached there well within the time. now i think that the customer care executive who gave me wrong information should be taught to search her system well and the executive at durga commmunication should be taught how to behave with the premium cutomer..totally pathetic, ill mannered people. secondly, when the timing for closing was 6:30, why did the executive refused to take my phone

                                      I bought a samsung galaxy note n7000 10 months back and it heats up and shuts down, happens a lot of times, took it to the samsung customer service but they said that there is no such fault on it, told them that it happens a lot of times, but they are not reay to take action against it reporting here because it is today that i came to know of theis forum.

                                        i have purchase brand new samsung refrigetor m.no.REF-RT26FAKMASE dated:12/04/2013, from yr auth.dealer M/s raghukul electronics, jwalapur-249407, i have login complaint yr c.care dated:13/06/2013 complaint no.84524860 for ice storage box leakage, i have repeat the same 15/6, 26/6, 28/6, 02/07, 18/07, s.centre replace box on30/07/2013, then dated:23/08/2013 i have login complaint at c.care no cooling in refrigerator yr service centre attand dated:29/08/2013 & replace censor cooling was normal, again dated16/11/2013 same complaint was repeat no cooling in refrigerator again i have login complaint yr c.care dated:16/11/2013, till time no responce from yr side. i am very upset for yr side &amp quality of product, may i requested pl replace my refrigerator with new one .                                         My complaint was still pending till time no responce from samsung india i have regular remind samsung ceo office by mail but no responce.
                                        today i have sent mail copy of mail given below:-
