This is u to inform that my refrigerater was not working since 27/08/2016.I loged a complain on date-27/08/2016 comlain no is-[protected] same day executive came to my home & chek the refrigerater & find a problem that choc is not working.He told me that total cost for reparing & replacement of choc is around 2000 i told him to come urgentally if possible today to change it urgently so that my food products & my vaccines (I am a doctor & child specialist).I always keep some important vaccine & other injection in my refrigerater can be saved otherwise vaccine & food product may be destroyed due to not working of refrigerater. He came on 28 aug (Next day) & changed the choc & repairs the part the refrigerater started working properly for next 1 hr after that it again non functioning.I again logde a complain complain no-[protected] & he insured me that by monday same excutive visit your home & rectify the problem but today 31 aug no one visit to home.Problem is still continue & all vaccine & emergency medicine are destroyed. I think it was my wrong decision to purchage the samsung product.

    Dear Team,
    I recently bought a new samsung J-2 mobile on 08.07.2016. After using the phone one month the said instrument not working/ functioning smoothly. When I contact to your service center the executive of your center told to me that the same will repair or replace after 40 to 50days. If my mobile is in warranty period and according to company policy if any misshapen with the mobile during the warranty period the company will replace the same. If that type of reply/ feedback received from your side than how a common people believe or bear with your customer satisfaction. Your company said you are the no. 01 service provider in terms of mobile selling, in this circumstance how a common people believe in your products.
    So, I request to your good self please do the needful in this regards otherwise i will take further cursive action in this matter.

      I had purchased samsung j7 at ahmedabad in month of february 2016 and insrance was covered by syska gadget secure at that time.

      My mobile display broken due to accident and syska people directed me to place my mobile at samsung store on s g highway (Nityanand dealer)

      I place it there on 26/07/2016 till one month i chased and went couple of time to mr. Prashant looking there as syska person in this store, yesterday after lot of fight with syska person i come to know that parts are not available from samsung.

      My question is this product was new in the market and just 4 month passed how it can be unavailable? This seems a scam between syska and samsung no one answers the questions and taking responsibility.

      Whom to contact is a big question.

      My cell no is [protected], i request people to avoid purchasing this brand whose parts are unavailable immediate after a production.

      Also beware taking syska insurance which samsung stores offers they neither answers nor hand over your mobile back.

        Dear sir, i have purchased samsung plasma 43' tv @ 2 samsung 23' tvs from pai international udupi. 13 samsung 23' tvs from manipal agencies udupi. On 25 07 2016 samsung plasma tv audio is working so i give complaint to pai int udupi.They send samsung rep to our home and told me dat motherboard is damaged.So i orderered for dat.On 3 08 2016 dey replaced mother board replaced @ charged me rs 5500. On 20.08 2016 again same tv is woking i gave to complaint to pai int udupi. Dey sent samsung rep on 29 08 2016 .He checked tv @told me dat y main is to replace dat costing abt 8500. I asking you dat i bought tv at rs 35000.Within 2 years both mother board @ y main gone.What is your company manufacting dat type of quality of service to custumor.I am always going to buy your product.Like tvs a\c.Washing machine. Frigde.Now onwards i am not satified with u r product..So i cant replace y main.What can do for dat samsung plasma tv.I[censored] want display in u r showroom i wil give it to you for free .Give reply.

          I had purchased the above mentioned hand set bearing serial no. Rk1f50xea7p from one of your dealer in the year 2014. The hand set was functioning properly up to middle of july 2016, but thereafter it stopped working. The hand set was given to 'sanchi service" your authorized service centre at jharsuguda (Odisha) on 19th july 2016 for repairing the same. The said service center not only took 30 days to repair the same but also charged rs.1800/- vide cash receipt bearing no. 618 dated 17th august 2016. The hand set again became non functional (Blank display) on 18th august 2016. I again approached to the said service center for the same trouble. The hand set was again repaired by him and was returned to me in the morning of 30th august 2016 i. E, after a span of 12 days. But at about 7 pm on the same day the hand set is again giving the same trouble (Display blank).
          I ma facing a lot of difficulty. Please take the appropriate action against the said service center and guide me where should i approach to get the hand set repaired properly?

          Pathetic service and phone I wasted my 50 k on your billshit phone I was apple customer always first time I tried Samsung it was a bull [censored] experince it's getting switched off automatically and rebooting either change my device or refund my money [censored] Chinese mobile

            i have a samsung mobile model SM-G7202 Samsung Galaxy Grand Max 16GB. purchase on dated 28.09.2015 last purchase dated to till time i have problem
            with mobile hanging problem switch off problem, battery backup problem, presently mobile in your service center M/s Garg Trading co.Ghaziabad bill no [protected] & [protected]. my phone change the part front camera, back camera, mother board & senser .all ready defective mobile .

            as per service center mobile repaired but i need the replacement or money refund i am not satisfied with this model.as recevid last mail provided by you i do not understand why you do not replace or refund, customer are fool against your police, i will go to court with your last mail.

            i am unable to collect the repair phone, its your quality issued not my problem.

              Hi sir, sorry to purchase s7 edge & moving from my iphone 6s.. Within in 15 days of purchase (Dop 10th august) i got the dark transulent lines on my display, which is a serious hardware issue.. Took the phone to service centre, ; but the reply was rude & they accepted the defect but not willing to replace or refund.. Being sent to& fro to the customer care & service centre.. Job reference number : [protected].. Is this the way samsung treats it's customers?? Should i write off my 56k?? What's the status of my handset?? Step into my shoes - will u accept a screen replacement in 10 days for a manufacturing defect?? Is this the way a customer will be shunted?? I am sure samsung cannot near the service levels of apple.. Feeling bad for purchasing this phone & moving from my iphone.. Samsung - a company which doesn't care about its customers..               i have the same condition .. the service centre are fraud nd they took my for 1 month .. they said it is damage .. asking for 17k . nd there is no pics upload during 1 month to the custmercare .

                ​dear team,
                I procured a galaxy s7 edge mobile phone on 9th of july 2016 from ""poorvika mobiles pvt ltd, n. s. r road, coimbatore. while purchasing the mobile the sales executive (mr. vignesh) updated me telling that there is a special offer for the s7 edge. he said that i will be receiving a samsung"vr gear"after 30 days where i have to pay an extra amount of rs.999 after 30 days. then accepting that offer i procured that mobile. after 4 days when i went to the shop for a clarification of the product and inquired about the vr gear, he gave me a new story that the offer is closed and i will not be getting the vr gear. so should i take it as"fake promises " given to the customers to sell the product?. if the offer was closed before i purchased the product why should he be giving false promises.
                I would kindly request the team to look into this issue and advice the dealer to provide me with the vr gear. i am ready to pay the mentioned price (rs.999)

                Same here. They are just giving false promises. I actually bought S7 edge for sake of this offer !!! And i hate this phone for the sole reason of cheating me. Its been 3 months for me, and all i hear from samsung is CONCERNED team will get back !!! They are completely irresponsible. [protected] is my case reference number.

                  Really feeling sorry to say that this year we are facing lots of problem in terms of service which has impacted our business. This is one major concern for not doing good business with samsung. When we heard that one service manager has joined specially to look after the b2b service, we felt comfortable as we were disturbing you earlier for service issue though you are looking after sales.

                  But whenever we have contacted your service manager om kumar, we have not received any positive response. Often he does not respond to our phone call as he is very busy with some other job & having geographically large territory. Most important thing is that he doesn’t care about small customer like dbpl. We have to follow up several times for updating any escalated service issue as he has no time for us. Sometimes we get wrong feedback from him about escalated complaints. Maximum cases no technician visit to our retailer for 10-15 days in upcountry area. Sometimes technician asked money against service charge, transportation charge & spare replacement. Due to lack of knowledge some retailers used to pay them though all cases are not coming to our knowledge.

                  Technician visited but not able to resolve the problem. He asked customer to contact coca-cola directly. Still no action from samsung side as on date. But as per om kumar complaint is closed as retailer is not picking up phone.

                  No one has visited till the date i. E. 17/07/2016. Latest update is refrigerator has lifted by your service partner on 19th july for work shop job but not yet returned. But as per om kumar this complaint is also closed as retailer is not picking up phone.

                  Outlet name: mehnaj store, majherhat, sirakole
                  Technician has visited asked for compressor replacement on chargeable basis of rs.2500/- & given commitment to visit with compressor & other spares on next day. But no one visited after that since one week.

                  Requesting you to take necessary action to close the above three complaints urgently. Otherwise we have to go with alternative service solution as we can’t lose our customer.

                    I purchase a mobile phone on[protected], now its battery draining very quickly, i submitted phone to super infocom, pratapgarh, up service center on[protected], initially they said to change the battery after few days and submitted the phone, many times my person went to the center after 20 days they said that phone will be replaced, new after 40 days they refused. Mobile phone is still in service center. What should i do in such case???

                        Kindly be informed that we have registered a complaint request with bearing number#[protected], its been two days since we have registered and until now no response from their end,

                        we tried to ccontact telefonically but there was no response and the representatives dont even have the courtesy to give a proper feed back

                          Myself pranil narvekar from kdal (village ghavnale), maharashtra. i had purchased samsung mobile j7 handset on 5th nov 2015 from samsung store kudal it was working nicely then on 31st july 2016 i found that touch screen of handset is blur when i keep on low brightness so i submitted that handset to authorized service center to repair under warranty on 1st august 2016, (service center name-m/s murvne mobile, kanakvali). they took 15 days to repair the mobile as they said that display was not available and if display will not available then they provide me new handset within working 15 days it has been also completed now what can i do because from 1st august mobile handset is in service centre they gave me handreturn bill on first august and another online submission bill on 6th august i have both bill online bill no is [protected]

                            Since the date i Purchased Samsung Note 5 which Samsung claims to be there flagship product i have been suffering from problems like defective handsfree replaced 7 times bad quality of charger replaced 6 times and then a S-Pen problem repaired 2 times and now the battery has stopped working such is the poor functionality of the phone and then on top there is a total lack of transparency they do not let the customer voice reach the top management blended with Very Poor quality of Customer Service where they blame the customer for everything that goes wrong and immediately revoke the warranty of the product and slap huge charges for its repairs now i am forced to report the matter to the highest authorities and file a consumer complaint against the intents of the company and the quality of products being rolled out of them to fool customers.

                                This is to intimate you that on 25th of August I have purchased/received through Amazon Samsung new high end Microwave Oven and at the time of purchase I have been assured that the technician will come up for installation and demo within 3 to 6 hours after intimation to the call centres. To my utter dismay till date no technician has come up for installation and demo and I have been making calls to the Customer Care for the same from 25th August onwards on daily basis and whenever I contacted the customer care department they informs that the technician will be visiting shortly.

                                I have been using Samsung products like high end TV, Fridge etc. but the above pathetic experience from reputed company like Samsung is hurting me and I would like to return the Microwave oven back to Samsung. I will bear the courier expenses for the same.

                                Please look into and advise.

                                  First technician visit done. Technician opened the system and then said may be it is because of Gas leakage or Gas chock up issue so workshop team can handle this.

My friend who is working for Toshiba came to my home and inspected the issue without tempering any part and he informed me that your compressor is not working. So I asked Customer Care whether my Friend is right or you’re Technician? So I have informed them I do not trust you guys’ anymore so do your GAS FILLING from my home only and they accepted that.

I denied but they forcefully convinced me that I will get best service from your end.                                   Issue 3: How dare she cut the call in between? And did not call back till date.

                                    I have purchased a samsung led smart tv with good faith for a value of rs 33, 998/- during deepavali 2014. The tv was working well all along and suddenly we observed “ghost” pictures and white lines appearing on the tv. A service request was made on 17 th aug 2016. Subsequently, your service personnel came, inspected and to my shock, informed that the panel has failed. They also informed that the cost would be around rs 18000.
                                    Since the tv got failed within a short period of one and half years, i was under total displeasure and contacted customer care centre at chennai and requested for free replacement of the defective panel. The customer care personnel promised to do their best as the failure is very much premature red. Meanwhile to my surprise i received an sms from samsung stating that the issue is resolved which is not so.
                                    Hence i once again request you kind the resolve the issue at the earliest either by replacing the panel or the tv at free of cost as failure has happened so early, may be attributable to certain manufacturing defects.

                                      I am a user of Samsung Galaxy J7 which I purchased in the month of November 2015 having warranty of 1 year.

                                      On August 5, 2016, I downloaded and installed the software upgrade suggested by Samsung and soon after the installation when mobile reboots, the problem begins and it was not booting.

                                      Without any delay, the handset was taken to authorized service centre and the personnel over there did the factory reset (erasing all the data), but the handset again not booted. Then, I was given a receipt and asked to collect my phone on August 8, 2016.

                                      Meanwhile, there is no SMS confirmation received of any type about the phone status. On August 9, 2016, it was informed by staff of Service Centre (Ambey Communications) that the phone won't come under warranty because there is one component missing from the mother board. On arguing that how can this be possible as the phone is properly fastened with screws, there seems to be no answer from the service centre. The service centre personnel alleged that I have taken out that component which is stupid answer as no customer would ever do that and it makes no sense.

                                      There were multiple contradictory statements coming all the time from the Samsung Staff, at first (Aug. 9, 2016) it was one component missing, next day (Aug. 10, 2016), few components missing, after few days (Aug. 12, 2016), IC's got burnt and on Aug. 27, 2016, again they mentioned about breakage in the phone. All this is extremely hurtful and seems to be a plain lie because the fact is that I have been using my phone and satisfied with it too till the time I downloaded and installed the latest software upgrade. The fact that I downloaded the said update can be verified from the server.

                                      There were multiple email exchanges, phone calls and conference calls between Samsung E-Mail Support Team and the staff at Service Centre. But, the result is DISAPPOINTMENT as whenever I try to contact SAMSUNG, there was some new representative coming on line and just gave a standard response assuring to resolve the matter in 48 hrs., 72 hrs., etc. So, far 24 days have passed and I am still waiting despite the fact that I lost my valuable data too during this happening.

                                      I would like SAMSUNG to rectify the fault and return my phone in good working condition or else, provide replacement.

                                        My refrigerator rt60k2rsli/tl dop 1/1/13 has been repaired by an authorised service centre vide invoice no 142208on 16 may 2015. Again on 09/03/2016 the same parts were changed. By hcl services ltdvide bill no 5579
                                        However the fault is not being addressed due to an oversight, incompetence or spurious spare parts.
                                        The matter needs urgent attention as a company like samsung needs to pay equal attention to maintenance as to advertising.
