Dear Executive

I bought a new SAMSUNG S4 on 29 Jun 2014.Is been only 3 days old.
I am facing over heating problem in the handset near the speaker
which we put near ear,

I am unable to talk more than 15 min, its get so heated that I feel like something is burning. Due to this overheating problem i am suffering from severe headache.

I went to the nearest service centre but those people are of no use.
They didnt help me and saying this is general problem.
If it is general problem, I cant take it any more.
I am using smartphones too, none of them has the overheating problem like this.

If I am spending 30000 bucks, I am not expecting this bull phone.

I want you to replace my phone, and issue me a new SAMSUNG S4 or new SAMSUNG phone which is totally ok.

I complained to my nearest samsung service center Joda fatak dhanbad (jharkhand) 15 days ago. But not yet response was came from the service center. reply immediately .

      Dear sir/madam, This is to inform you that the Samsung Phone model no. gt-e1282t I had purchased 3 months before.its too irritating to me .I am facing problem that phone automatically on off by showing low battery although its not like that battery is full.If I make any call then it gives a beep &amp switich off .This type of product from such a reputed manufacturing company not accepted.If with in 3 months the product fails like this then how samsung will gain the confidence of customer for a longer period.I don''''t want this product to get repair I need replacement as I loose the confidence over this product.         My Samsung Mobile Tab2 purchased on 21/11/2013, IMEI No. [protected] S/L : RF1C9BNW43L This mobile still in warranty, my mobile getting problem is always it is showing out of service area, Battery Low, display is flickering sometime, I given this mobile in Samsung Service Center in Malleshwaram Branch. Branch Manager Mr. Guruprasad is saying this is not cover warranty, they are asking Rs 5500/- for service, they are not showing any damaging part of inside, they are giving outer panel scratch reasons,

          We had purchased above TV from Sec 18 NOIDA Samsung Show Room considering it international brand and as advised by your salesman of your best after-sales service and excellent product quality.Within one year It's Main board was changed by the Company. which charged us about INR8000, 00Now we are unable to see picture, it has turned blank again. Your engineers have visited our house and charged money also but three people giving different opinions. One says replace LED screen which will cost some INR38000, 00 and another says main board is defective. Third person says only Display chip worth a few hundred will solve the problem.To my complaint Dtd 25.06.2014 I received a call from Samsung Ho.No.[protected] at 16.30 Hrs, Ms Priyanka was on line, who got me connected to another lady from Samsung Service Centre Phone No.[protected] call received at 17.26 Hrs., who assured me to get my problem resolved by next day but even after 4 days I have yet to recieve any response.Due to unprofessional attitude of Samsung my INR1.20Lacs worth TV has been reduced to Garbage and I feel Cheated.I request highest authorities to resolve my complaint immediately by replacing my above substandard product sold to me by misrepresentation.I reserve my right to take the matter to appropriate forum.               Respected SIr,
              Problem Description - My phone was shut off automatically after power on.
              Phone model - Samsung ACE Duos.
              Its warranty is expired on[protected].
              On 2-6-2014, i went samsung service center and show them the problem.On 4-6-2014 i get back my phone but the problem does not solved.
              So i again went samsung service center on 6-6-2014, They returned my phone on[protected] and but my WIFI does not work.
              I again went to Samsung Service center, they are still working on the problem.It is now almost one month. My many professional tasks are dependent on the phone and i am getting problem without the phone.
              If i will not get reply in next 24 hour than i will go to consumer court.

                no -GT-I8262MBAINS, SERIAL NO - RZ1F41DLKPN, ([protected]) of your
                company on dated But after purchasing 7 days it got started problems.


                1. Some times showing low battery and then switched off.

                2. Some time showing high/full charged but going off automatically.

                3. Some time it showing blank display / display white.

                4. It going off at the time of talking automatically and then on automatically.

                5. Some time it hangs.

                6. Some time showing no tower.


                I
                visited your service center named on dated they received my set and
                later informed me that set is repaired and PCB change now it is ok.

                But I told them at the time of hand over the set at 1st visit that not to repair the set without inform to me.

                After
                that when went to your service center to received the set at that time
                of delivery set found faulty and not on at that time and they

                said it has to be Software updated.
                My question is that 1. Have I done a mistake to buy a mobile hand set such a reputed band like SAMSUNG.
                2.
                Have I done a mistake to visit to your service center, because they
                have no common sense to intimate the customer before changing the part.

                In spite of telling not to change any part with our permission.

                If
                the set gets troubled from the beginning. Why don’t you changing it from
                the first day? I request them to change the set but nobody give any
                response

                In lieu of they are changing part in it without any intimate to me. What type of service is it, I don’t know.
                It could not be a good service such a reputed company like SAMSUNG I expect.
                So, It is request to you to look in this matter, and grateful to you if replace the set as soon as possible.

                    I' m Shanthosh from bangalore, i have been using SAMSUNG Refrigerator . it as some compliant started low cooling I Have lodge a compliant on your customer care Telephone Number [protected] on 21/06/2014, I got Compliant # [protected], after 2 days one technician visited my home his Name Mr Kiran Kumar from Your samsung franchisee ( SAMRAT SERVICES ) Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore, He tested My Refrigerator and told me that frezer have problem that should replace it cost Rs 3600/-…ok I agreed to replace, he told tomorrow our other technician will bring new frezer and he off the switch of fridge “till this time it was working in low colling” and he told now you pay me visiting charge Rs 225/-, I paid him he given invoice its number 15748, after this no one turn with frezer to home, again I called this Franchisee people they don’t know who came to my home according to my Compliant number I was wonder now days Samsung have good Software system they don’t know to whom my service call allotted they asking me how was the person looks? what is his mobile Number? it is my first expernce the question was asking to customer who came to my home from service center, my luck our home CCTV is working imdatly I taken footage so I can idnty his ID card name it was Kiran kumar, same I told them than they told we will arrange the frezer in 2 days we don’t have stock now, ok I agreed, next day 24/06/2014 one person call me I am coming with frezer …I ask him from where you are coming ? he told from Rajajinagar ! I told him already Kalayn Nagar Branch people attend and told me to wait for 2 days, he told we also from same, I told ok go head, I was not there at home I inform my wife that service person coming to repair after finishing job give his amount, once he came to home my wife shocked he was look like unclean with full of studs and bangles in his body, he told I came for repair …she allowed, he started brooking frezer unit for removing lot of gas leakage and smell came out, and he goin back of fridge removed all compressor parts and copper pipe cutting, and he told my wife he need Rs8000/- also to change compressor, my wife called me I talked with him he told lot of problem in fridge, ok I told him make it in same condition I will send for exchange for new fridge, he told ok also he asking me petrol convince Rs 100/- I asked him its Samsung rule he told yes I told ok give invoice take money he don’t have invoice he told and he goin, I came at night I saw my refrigerator is full tamped all the parts is in floor I was shocked, I checked in CCTV record the person was don’t have id card or uniform he was look like rowdy, I thought something wrong I called customer care I told this happen at my home your customer care person told me to hold call and they talked with service center, he got feed back no one they send from service center for repair, again big shock for me and your customer care person told me by tomorrow 10am 25/06/2014 the service people will and get detail from me regarding this, but I never got any call, next day I called customer care I request them to connect to senior person they connected my call to Mr Saran, I told all issues happen to my fridge at my home and he ad me in conference call with service center person there also I shocked the report was update that estimation Rs6000/- given to customer it not agreed for repair, all with out my knowledge they closed my service compliant with out my or my wife signature, also they not have any update who came to my home, so how can they close my service compliant, where is job card we have paid visiting charge, and Service center person told I will check by today who came to your place and make the problem solve…I agreed, Mr Saran told me if they not solve your problem by today you please get back to me I will take care, same happen no one turn, again I called your customer care told to connect Mr. Sarasan they put me on hold for 5minutes after some time they told me he his in leave its 27/06/014, they told me we will aggange make call back from him, I was waiting for his call and today 28/06/2014 at 10.30am I called they say same he is leave I told ok connect some senior person I told also note I to recording this to my evidence, they connected to Mr Karthikan “ Suprivisor “ he started shouting on me to stop recording or he going cut my call I told him your company also having training purpose recording its not wrong I want to talk with Mr Saran because ha have taken my compliant, Mr Karthikan told Saran will come by 11.30am I will arrange call back from him, But now i wonder Samsung team fully playing game with me when there is no proper response, so I am sending this mail to your attention if you also the same team I don’t know ?, but also I am attaching to all Samsung seniors some one can take care they can response me In mail, or I need to lodge a police compliant on that service center on my issue with the evidence of CCTV footage, God I am safe what about poor people cheated from this Samsung service team, Regards Shanthosh Cell [protected]

                      To Whom it may concern Sub:- Worst Quality of LED TV Panel used on samsung tv 40' Model No- UA40F5000. Sir/Madam I had purchased 40”LED TV From Indra Sound & video Ltd Partnership, Bangkok, Thailand On 21/7/13, believing samsung is the best Quality product, I had installed the above tv on 20/3/2014 On my house, because my house under construction, But after 3(three) month (16/6/14) tv was not working only sound is found. When I purchased the above tv set the seller told me the above set cover International Warranty but today the Samsung service center demand Rs 22, 000/- (Twenty two thousand ) as a repair of above tv. For a Tv purchased for Rs 40, 000/- of Samsung brand i did not expect to spend Rs 20, 000 just after 3 month usage proving that my belief in Samsung was wrong I am surprised that most expensive part Tv (LED Panel) of Samsung brand T.V Should fail in such a very short spain According to manufacturers a LED Tv life spain of approximately 60, 000 to 1, 00, 000 hours ( Continous use) representinting between 4 to 10 yrs (active use) Please do the needful to replace defective, poor Quality LED panel at free of cost (on warranty) as good faith in Samsung products . please do help me and want international warranty.                         I had purchased Galaxy Note 3 Neo through Samsung eStaore under corporate program for ABB Ltd on 28th May’14. Invoice date on cash memo is 5th June’14 and the handset was delivered to me on 6th June’14.

                        I observed a issue with ear piece while answering call or calling to someone. Same was reported to service center on 12th June’14. Service center engineer accepted the issue with hand set and informed me that I am eligible to get a DOA certificate to get new phone in replacement. They also informed, since it was seventh day from the date of invoice and delivered through SAVEX (for which Samsung gives 3 days relaxation for DOA over and above seven days) it would require approval which takes three days. But i got it on 12th day (24th June’14) and since then i am waiting for Samsung estore person to pick the faulty phone. It has been already a month since I have purchased this phone but couldn’t use it.

                        I am also informed that during the process of replacement from Samsung eStore, it may take another 10 – 15 days of time. i have requested Samsung to process the money refund instead of replacement as neither I have standby phone and patience to wait for another 15 days nor I want to be in to this process again i[censored]nfortunately I have problem with replaced set as well.

                        Kindly extend your support to get my money refunded from Samsung.

                              Dear Sir / Ma'am, I purchased Samsung washing machine model no. WF8754CPG on 30 July 2010 for Rs 29, 800. Recently, I had been facing issues with the machine and hence I informed Samsung service center. My machine is at Samsung workshop since 17th June, 2014, as I was told the drum need too be replaced and expenses would be in range of Rs 4000 to Rs 5000. Yesterday, I got a call from the service center informing me that part for my machine is unavailable and cannot be procured. Now, Samsung service center is saying machine cannot be fixed due to aforementioned reason and offering me a refund of Rs 15, 100 only. Firstly, I am really surprised that Samsung is selling products that they are unable to fix. Secondly, if I want to purchase a front loading 7.5 kg with similar features it will set me back by at least 30 - 35 thousand rupees. I cannot afford to shell out that kind of money.                               As a Samsung Customer, we can not accpet this type of poor services.

                              We purchased a washing machine before 10 days, and we complaint on 3-4 days before. but till now they didn't resolve it completely.

                              they commit on sunday that we will come to solve it, but they spoiled our sunday and did not resolve it...
                              Very bad customer service
                              I have purchased a SAMSUNG front load washing machine MODEL –WF8558NMW8
                              on 14/06/2012.The purchase was a replacement for my IFB unit which had
                              given me a trouble free service for almost 10 years. My usage was
                              moderate and initially things were going on smooth. Then suddenly one
                              day, i think it was in October2014, the machine stopped working. Upon
                              registering a complaint in SAMSUNG toll free number, a technician was
                              send to check the machine and after inspection he told that the belt

                              the damage, may be true, appeared really strange to me because i have kept
                              the machine in the same place where i had kept my old IFB unit for
                              almost 10 years without any problems and it is hard for me to believe
                              that no rats have passed through the proximity of that machine for all
                              those 10 years. I couldn’t believe that how a brand like SAMSUNG missed
                              out the possibility of a problem like this and kept those sensitive
                              parts exposed for the rats to damage it, if somehow they managed to
                              enter into the machine.The technician also told that even during warranty period this damages caused by rats will not be covered under warranty.SAMSUNG has left big holes under the machine without covering so that rats can enter through it and damage the machine.A local technician near my place told that IFB machines don't have these kind of problems because they have installed a rat mesh in their machines to prevent the entry of rats, and this is a common problem for SAMSUNG machines. For all my doubts, the technician came up with some explanations, but since i was not convinced i was directed to the
                              in charge of the service center. Mr.Anoop, the in charge was also
                              helpless, in his opinion and left me with the only solution of paying
                              Rs 6000/- towards replacement of parts. This being the situation, still i
                              am not able to convince myself to pay again Rs 6000/- on a sparingly
                              used machine which gets simply damaged by rats. Had the reason been a
                              power problem like a lightning strike or something like that i could
                              have understood but I don’t think this “rat problem “is a reasonable
                              cause for me to pay for the replacement of parts. I have send email to
                              samsung company executive and ceo through their website but
                              unfortunately they all have turned down my request for replacement of

                              I have a front loading washing machine which has a complaint for the past 25 days. I had called up your customer care number and lodged a complaint as soon as the problem had occurred.

                              After that, one person (Mr. X) had come to my residence to inspect the machine. After that, he said that the door handle has a problem and that is why the "DE" error was showing and that the outer ring needs to be replaced.

                              After 3 days, another person (Mr. Y) came to replace this. After replacing it, he said that what Mr. X had diagnosed was wrong and that it was some other complaint with the machine.

                              After 3 days, Mr. X came with the same outer ring and tried replacing but was unsuccessful. He said that someone more experienced needs to attend this issue and that they would contact us. The same day, someone had contacted us and informed that within 8:00 P.M., someone would contact us.

                              Next day, someone else called and said that within 4 Hours, someone would call. But no one bothered to call back.

                              After 2 days, someone else called and said that they would come and attend the problem the same day but it has been 1 week since that call and no one has showed up.

                              Washing machine is something very vital in any household and we bought a samsung machine thinking that the service will be great. But this kind of horrible service was not expected from a reputed company like Samsung.

                              This issue needs to be fixed immediately and the company needs to show some responsibility in addressing a complaint from a customer more efficiently.

                              I purchased Samsung washing machine 2 years back. For the past one year I am facing lot of problem with this machine. First got problem with water drain system. Few months back got some issues with panel board which was then replaced for ₹6000. Now today my drum got broken and when checked with service centre, now need to replace the drum with cost estimation of ₹8000.
                              My advise don't ever go for SAMSUNG WASING MACHINE.

If you had not assured me that the mobile I am purchasing from your shop is a new one and having good quality I could not purchase the same from your shop.                                   service call on Feb 2014, there is no response till this move and also once
                                  again I have booked a complaint on 24/06/2014 @ 6.30 Pm to 7.00Pm and the
                                  Complain Request No:..[protected], While booking the complain your call centre
                                  executive told me that, there will be a call within 24hours and they will call
                                  and an appointment and visit to your place for attending the call, but their
                                  was no call from your service centre till 26th June 2014 and I visited
                                  your service centre which is located at sathavachari (Opp. to Government Cable
                                  corporation)@ 1.30 to 200 Pm they told that they will not call anybody since daily
                                  they have 20 to 25 calls they will come as they like, I very clearly told that I
                                  need the person before 4 PM same day and I returned back to my home but there
                                  is no response till 5 PM after that I called call centre and spoke to Mr.

                                  He is telling that we will not come to attend
                                  your complain, you may report to anybody else I will not care and simply we
                                  will close your case by telling the following things:-

                                    hello well this is again a reminder email on the complaint i have registered with the company for the window ac 2 ton earlier . i have previously talked to you regarding the same in my last few emails, but i think till date no conclusion/decision on the same have been made so that both the parties can agree on it . the only out come which i am getting is that i am being forced to accept the company decison which i am not satisfied with at any point . thus i again would like to remind you that i have been suffering from last 4 years by taking the product and spending money on the same and now i am not at all willing to invest my hardly earned money on the same . Because till date i am not convinced with the company service and the quality of product provided. i would like to bring this to your notice again that the repairs and replacement of the product was done at authorized service center registered by the company so we trust them for the same with the services and technical support they provide to the consumer but still if there is some problem in the product who should be blamed ... now if i am facing some issues in the product it should be the duty of the company to continuously keep a track of repeated coming complaints and to rectify there problem, so that the image and quality of the the company as well as the product should improve but i think in my case a no of technical trained engg.. have come across diff diagnosis at my place as well as in the product even ...and i have been patiently cooperating with them. now when it is time for the company to prove its quality and technicality the comapny is backing out by giving lame reasons on the same (or can say finding lame excuses to hide the faults in the product or in the services provided by the company ) As per the telephonic conversation with the executive of the company the experience was not good and not satisfactory at any point .so it is concluded the only reply i am getting is that higher authourites will give reply and i am really sad to know that if they only have to come to a conclusion then why are they not directly talking to the consumer and passing time(or harrsing a consumer by making him wait for more than the actual time required to resolve the probem ).aslo as told by the executive who called me that in my complaint the higher authourties have closed the case as they have offered me 50% discount on the total bill which will be charged by the service center ..with which i am not convinced as i just requested to fulfill my request i have placed in earlier emails. but i am extremely sad to know that i also offered for the extended warranty on the replacement of the parts but that also the company executive have refused to give i.e apart from the 3 months warranty so i just want to ask when the company in not only sure about its products how can a customer be ???... well if my case is taken very lightly i just want to inform me that i have patienly waited for enough time and cooperated on everything but i think i am being forced to file a case against my complaint to higher level. because with the telephonic conversatin i came to knw that my case has been closed without give me any satistfactory outcome or result and i dont have so much more time and patience is required to wait for the reply. so a quick and speedy decision is required in favor of the consumer. as i have suffered more then i could have beard which includes my collateral damage also kindly do the need ful as soon as possbile warm regards jujhar singh [protected], [protected]

Manager Pramod's no. [protected]. My mother and I have been to the service centre for at least 4-5 times regarding the same problem (charging problem) for the last 1 year. Please check the history of my mobile to confirm my claims. I had bought this phone for my aged mother. My aged mother has been harassed by your service centre people as they were unable to rectify the problem. Even after the repeated requests to change the handset or issue a credit note as it was a defective device, they kept on performing hit and trial method to rectify the problem. My last visit was in October 2013. Now again the same problem has surfaced and since my phone is out of warranty now they are charging me to supposedly rectify the same problem that they are trying to solve for the last one year. This clearly indicates the incompetency of the service engineers and the pathetic quality of Samsung mobiles. My aged mother or I cannot visit and pay the customer service centre again and again for the same problem. What guarantee is Samsung willing to provide me that this problem would not resurface if I pay the charges this time. I would be forced to take up this matter to the consumer court if it is not resolved.

                                        Dear, I have bought A 23 Inch Samsung LED Monitor Model No : LS23A300BS/XL Serial No : ZSDGHMAB8005332 My Product is under warranty, 1 year warranty left, this is had little power issue, i send the product to the nearest service centre on same day they told me, they will get update in 1 week, after 1 week they said another 1 week then they said, samsung don't have your part in the stock, you have to wait now after 2 months, they are not giving any answer, they stop picking my calls, when i tried calling for another number, they picked and then after getting my details they hang up so, i am requesting you, if you dont have my spare parts in stock, kindly refund my money if this is happened under warranty product, then what will happen after warranty expired, i have never seen any poor service, like this in my entire life This is my Contact number if Any Official want to comminicate with me +91 [protected] Imran
