I placed an online order in sangeetha mobiles in 29th may 2020, while placing order it showed 2 hours delivery, but after payment they said 5-6 days for delivery. Order number san[protected]. No response in email or customer care yet. Feeling like cheated. Please help....

I had purchased a smartphone from sangeetha mobiles website on 29th april 2020. The delivery date was 3rd may 2020, however it was not delivered. Tried reaching customer care several times & at last it got connected on 5th may 2020 & they said delivery would be delayed. Hence, i asked them to cancel the order & help me with refund but they said i will have to send email for cancelling the order....

Please give the correct contact phone numbers of sangeetha mobiles at kakinada, when ever the customers are requesting for the contact numbers of sangeetha mobiles kakinda, the just dial person are giving them the wrong numbers which are cancelled in the year 2018 and are allotted to others an done of the numbers given by just dial is allotted to the coo of pesticides manufacturing company hyderabad. Have taken jio mobile, they said it will activate within 1 hr maximum 4hrs. Its been 3 days, its not activated. When i call to kelambakkam store, they are not responded properly. They dont know what is the process to activate, they dont even given any instructions to activate the sim, they not provided the number, the are taken the proper details for local ref, they have not provided the proper details during the purchase....
