I have ordered a vivo y 95 mobile two days back and it's still the order placed status. I called customer care and got a reply saying will update you with tracking id when we receive it. After seeing all this complaints, i'm literally worried about my order and and money. Request you to look into this asap.

    Online purchase - fraud

    I've ordered a mobile phone through online on 3rd june 2020, till now have not received any update from them. I called them more than 10 times and every time their response is will check and update you by evening but they never reply. Even i wrote mails to them but they never replied....

      I have ordered on 23rd may and status of my order is still showing as just "order placed" nothing else.. I have called on customer care no.[protected] to cancel the order atleast 20 times but everytime they said "i will contact the concern department and get back to you with the update but they never called. I emailed them on [protected]@sangeethamobiles.com

      But they are also replying the same thing that we will update you soon

        Hi i purchased mobile at sangeetha (Besanth nagar branch) on 12th of june under damage protection clime offer. But now is missed my original bill and phone box. But is registered all the details in sangeetha app.

        And mobil model is sansung a10 2gb 32gb blue and and the imei # [protected] invoice number ssi/1920/ady/17

        Pls suggest on this to do the clime process.

          Hey team,

          I've ordered vivo y90 mobile on june 2nd 2020 with payment..
          Still i didn't receive any status.. I'm trying to reach you via mail and calls..
          But i didn't get any proper reply.. It's been 11 days from now the date of order..
          Seriously it's worst to give false hope stating it'll deliver today/tomorrow.. And they are saying like we'll call back but i didn't get any calls... They've mentioned that the product will be delivered within 5 days.. But now they are asking me to pay some more money to buy another product... I don't have money now and i need this phone within saturday... If i ask for cancellation, they told they'll refund my money after 10 days.. How is this worst.. I'm a colg student and i need mobile phone for attending classes asap.. Please make arrangement

          Following is the one(Namrata <[protected]@sangeethamobiles.com>) i'm mailing daily who just only give the update as (we will get back to u soon) for nearly 10 days but nothing she replied..
          Everyday i'm getting same reply from them..It's giving major stress than corona stress.Atleast they can mention the status update in app...If the stock is not available, why they are cheating by mentioning with stock availability and 5 days of delivery...Seriously, its's worst than expecting..Please provide me a solution..i've paid 7000...I just need the product within 2 day or my money with assure..
          THERE IS NO OPTION FOR CANCELLATION/REFUND OPTION IN APP.
          HOW CAN WE BELIEVE THEM TO GET OUR MONEY BACK...

          Please solve this asap/

          Two days before, One of the employee called me named Manjunatha and asked me to visit near by show room and buy the product which is available there and I've to pay some more money...He gave his wrk number asked me to contact to speak with that showroom manager.
          When I visit the showroom which is located at kumananchavadi(600124), I contacted him but his phone was switched off...That was really very disappointing...Because of this COVID19 crisis, most of the stock is not available and i've to buy the oppo A1K brand which cost 8.5k...So, after a long struggle, I've connected to the customer care and, i've paid 1.5k addition to the previous amt(7k)...

          JUST THANKS TO THE SHOWROOM EMPLOYEES...
          IN SANGEETHA..PLEASE TRY AVOID ONLINE SHOPPING, IT'S WORST AND WORST.
          INSTEAD TRY FOR VISITING STORE...

            Hello,

            I had placed an order for Vivo Y91i 2GB 32 GB on 07 June at 20:53. I had also got a conformation e mail stating that :
            You have placed a new order #SAN[protected], we will process the same.

            And In early morning on 08 June 2020 @ 00:30, while I checked the status of the order, it reflected as failed. The amount has already been deducted from my bank account.
            I don't care about the order now. I am very much worried about my amount.

            I have been calling and writing e mails to Sangeetha every single day. But everytime I had been told to wait for 24 hours and nothing happens again. I had to gift to someone but because of Sangeetha all went in Vein.

            I don't care about the order as I don't want it. I just want my amount to be returned to my bank account.

            Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

            I am sending the screenshot of the order conformation email, amount deducted from the bank and the statement of the transaction. Please look into this

            And now from Sangeetha somebody name as Namrata, she is saying that the order has been confirmed and told me to wait for further process. After that no response yet. I am very much worried about my amount.

            Same happening for me now...I too bought from this stupid site for gifting..but all ended in vein...

              I have placed an order on 26-may-2020, still i didn't get my phone delivered. Hence i requested for a refund. Spoke to customer care and store manager many times but there is no responsible answer from them. How to escalate the issue.                 I have booked mobile on 3rd june after discussed with sangeeta executive he said will deliver within 2days stock also available, once i booked the mobile they confirmed the order, after 2days i called to customer care they said order not yest dispatch due to some internal problem, again i called on 6th june till same thing they are telling, i don't know wheather they are interested to deliver or plan to cheat customer, so many follow up i doing they also they are not respond ling properly means sangeeta mobile cheating to customer

                  Hi team, i have ordered mobile online on 23rd may 2020 @sangeethamobiles.com site. It was supposed to reach on 29th may but we did not get it. Also they are not responding for calls and chats. We went to the store directly they said that mobile is not available hence we are asking for money return. We did not get any response for that. Either we are asking for mobile delivery/money return. Request you to please help us on to resolve this issue.

                    Order date: 15th may 2020. Order no: san[protected]. I have ordered a mobile handset and so far it is not delivered and i had requested through phone and email to cancel the order and refund the money, several times and i haven't even received any response. All i get over phone is that give us some time.

                    Please confirm and cancel my order and refund the money asap.

                        I had placed an online order for micro max q4310 canvas 2. Its been 2 weeks and i have not received the product nor have got any communication regarding the order status.

                        Would like to cancel the order since have purchased the product required already.

                        Kindly cancel the order and refund the amount which has already been paid.

                          I placed an order of a mobile redmi 7 through online. I paid 7900 rs. But its 4th june my order still not delivered. I had called customer care service, they said they will delivered my mobile with in 7 days, but still no confirmation.
                          I feel cheated.

                              To whomsoever it concerns,

                              I had purchased a smartphone from sangeetha mobiles website on 29th april 2020. The delivery date was 3rd may 2020, however it was not delivered. Tried reaching customer care several times & at last it got connected on 5th may 2020 & they said delivery would be delayed. Hence, i asked them to cancel the order & help me with refund but they said i will have to send email for cancelling the order.
                              Hence, i have sent them an email on 5th may 2020 with order details. But till today (I. E., 01st june 2020) there has been no response to none of my emails.
                              I had called customer care & it would take minimum 20 minutes for the call to connect & once its connected the executive would say i have sent an email and you will get an update by today end of the day (This has happened for 5 times now). Finally today an executive picked the call & i asked her to connect me to her supervisor or provide an escalation matrix or number. She placed me on hold saying i am transferring the call to higher authority & the call was on hold for 10 minutes & it got disconnected. Now from past 1 hour i am trying to connect back to customer care & none answers.

                              Worst experience ever from any of the stores. I have purchased smartphones only through amazon, flipkart, etc. I haven't faced any issues like this before.

                              Whoever, is reading this email, i would request you to do the needful as its already 1 month for refund & no update as to when the refund would happen. I am in a bad situation due to lockdown & its really urgent for me to have the refund.

                                Please give the correct contact phone numbers of sangeetha mobiles at kakinada, when ever the customers are requesting for the contact numbers of sangeetha mobiles kakinda, the just dial person are giving them the wrong numbers which are cancelled in the year 2018 and are allotted to others an done of the numbers given by just dial is allotted to the coo of pesticides manufacturing company hyderabad. He is getting disturbed always with such calls. Kindly provide the customers who are asking for sangeetha mobile, kakinada mobile numbers correctly.

                                We hope you understood our problem and do the needful at the earliest.

                                  Till now the issue is not resolved.
                                  Hi,
                                  Earlier last year in 2019 i had bought an mobile from your store at anantha nagar, electronic city phase -2, bangalore -560100
                                  Since my company had declared work from home, there would be lot of conference calls and hence i felt a need of a earphone for my mobile.

                                  I selected a bluetooth earphone on 21 mar 2020 around 6:45pm. Your store people tried to demo the device. And it was not powering on.
                                  They told that charge is not there and hence it will work if i put it for charging.
                                  I believed their statement and bought it.
                                  That whole night i charged it and tried but the device was not working.
                                  From next day onward lockdown was declared in karnataka.

                                  Towards april end store open. I went and contacted the store at 11am. I explained the problem.
                                  Store manager shivshankar got the device kept it at place and sent me back saying that he will check it and asked me to come later.
                                  That day evening i went till that time they did not even check the device. There was a queue due to lockdown and when my turn came i met shivshankar.
                                  That time only he put it for charging and asked me to come again. I went after 30 minutes.
                                  When my turn came i met shivshankar, he spoke two words and even before completing the conversation with me, he went to attend other people who wanted to buy mobile.
                                  When i asked him still my conversation was not over he said "customers are waiting". Is this how sangeetha treats customers after they bought stuffs? Is it only concerned about new customers?
                                  Finally he came to me and said it is not working and told that they need approval from ho and indicated that ho is not working. He sent me back to come back on may 4th.

                                  Since it is a blocker for my conference calls, i checked your website about policies and found the page on replacement and refund policy.
                                  Later for some days your store was not open. Once again it was open during lockdown period, i went to meet shivshankar, to explain the refund policy and if he assures refund i can buy from somewhere.
                                  He was not even ready to see the refund policy which i was trying to show from your website. He said that i should come back on 4th may.

                                  4th may when i went, i asked for refund. He started saying that there is no refund policy and he is being working in sangeetha for more than 5 years. I then showed the refund policy in website. Then he started saying that it is for "failed transactions"
                                  Then after reading it then he told me that i should only send email and get approval. He showed me devices which are double the price of device that i have bought and asked me to buy them as a replacement.

                                  Now i am sending you the email as a last resort.

                                  Questions:
                                  1. From when the backend team for support was working?
                                  2. Why did your store people sell a non-working product?
                                  3. Why your store people are not interested to speak to customers who are coming to store with genuine problems. Are they not trained about after sale service?
                                  4. Why your store people are not aware of refund policy
                                  5. Why customer has to send the email for such issues? Why cant your store people manage such issues?

                                  Summary:
                                  1. Sangeetha mobile has sold a non working device to me without even demonstrating to me
                                  2. Sangeetha mobile made me visit their store atleast 4 times to their store without any resolution
                                  3. Sangeetha mobile finally made me write even the email to resolve the issue
                                  4. Since there is not commitment/clarity about the policies, i was not able to buy new device from anywhere and for more than 45 days i am stuck with a non working device.

                                    I have ordered for a realme 5pro, 6gb, 64gb mobile phone by online to sangeetha mobile.com on 09.05.2020, and with order i paid rs. 15999.00 through icici bank credit card, after sometime they sent me a email with declaration that my order success fully placed and they have got rs. 15999.00 from icici bank and they said the ordered item will reach to me, kolkata, (Dumdum area, pin 700074) within five to seven days, but today is is 16.05.2020...

                                    This is subba reddy. I ordered the mobile redmi 8 note on sangeetha moblie online portal on 9/05/2020. Actually they mentioned 2 hours delivery in the portal but still not yet delivered, since from 3 days i was taking to sangeetha customer care and they are not properly responding. I am so frustrated and disgusting, in this case no other option is available to send an email. Can you please let me know when will it delivered and if my order is not delivered by today, i will directly go to the cyber crime hyderabad to file a cheating case on your website.

                                    Orders should not accepted in red zone area (Hyderabed) but they are accepting and not delivering in this case i can submit cheating case on cybercrime hyd.
