Sangeetha Mobiles — defective mobile phone | |||||
I had purchased lenovo k6 power 6 months back from sangeeta mangalore. After 6 months my mobile was not getting charged completely so i showed to sangeeta but they told that there must be board problem, battery problem etc n gave to service centre. After a week i received my cell phone but within 2 days my cell got switched off by itself n it's not switching on. So when i showed it again to sangeeta and asked them to replace me with a new cell phone, they are not ready to give a new mobile. It as got 1 year warranty also. I want my cell phone to be replaced by a new mobile phone. Sangeeta mobiles mangalore as given a defective mobile. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I also bought Xiaomi 11 i from Sangeetha 10 days ago and the phone is having problems, when I asked for replacement they saying to go to service centre, it's just 10 days I took that phone and why should I repair when it's just taken, I had to run here and there but no response or support from Sangeetha very bad
