Sansui India — extremely bad customer services | |||
I purchased sansui-india 42inch led tv on 26/01/2013 (Mrp was 37000/-). On 01/11/2017 there was some problem in tv like half off the display was black. I raised complained (Complained no - pun[protected] make sansui 42 inch led tv model no.-42sjj42fk) for repairing of tv as per service engineer display panel is faulty and need to be replaced. I asked for quotation and as per their quotation the cost of the display panel is 36000/. Four year back tv cost was 37000/- and now only screen panel cost is 36000. How is that possible! Sir, mob;ie was fault, i gave to serives center.they sayed that the product fault, failed they will give the new moblie, they gave they r given appored letter from the services centre please collect the product, give me the new moblie sir, give reply or mail, or where should give and exchange
