[Resolved] Sansui India — Reg: New Sansui Colour TV not in running position | |||
Dear Sir I would like to inform you that i have sansui colour tv billing date 08/02/2015, PATNA but my tv is not working from 23/05/2015 to till date. My first complain number is PAT [protected] and renew complain number from sansui costumer care is PAT[protected] but no any body taken response seriously till now. This is very bad service & bad picture quality
Dear Sir,
I bought Sansui Led Before 3 to 4 Month,
I was assured that this was the latest model and the best there was to buy,
but Led Screen is not clear properly, I called your customer service department,
2 oct, 17 oct, 21oct, and they assured me that my problem solved within two days. I am disappointed to say that this has not happened and I have received no communication since then.
