Bharti Airtel — Download Speed is very slow

Iam using Airtel services from pat 3 years with their Blackberry internet plan of 399, and from past 4 months i have been facing issues with the downloading speed as it give me only 399 bites/sec.....are you Kidding me !!!!! this is the type of service you provide and when contacted the customer care they simply reply its the p[problem with the Handset- Freaking Joke !!!!! and say we cannot help anything on this......these guys are just fooling around people with the massive plans. so if Airtel is a little responsible company then g ahead and solve this or else just grow with your eager Profits money making stunts and make the poor poorer.!!!

AirTel — download speed

i am using airtel 256kbps dail up connection... location-chennai thousand lights.....
the problem is very slow download speed... but actual internet speed is the same....
1 month back my download speed was normal that is 26 to 30 kbps....
but now at whatever time it be time download speed is from only 7 to 12 kbps
i want ask whether airtel had restricted download speed or my connection problem....
airtel internet connection is best but sudden reduction download speed is the problem...
i am waiting for quick reply and solution.................
I am using Airtel Internet connection (Rs. 15/ per day) in BNK Mandal, near Srikalahasti (A.P). I am getting full signal also.

But The connection speed is too slow to download anything.

Please let me know how can I increase my speed.

Airtel customer care rep tells that they are providing the speed of 40Kbps. But I am getting only 1 - 2 Kbps.

Internet — very slow downloading speed of internet

for last one week my internet downloading speed is zero.i m using TriB combo unlimited 256kb/s. please check it out.

i have a recent broadband connection but when i download a software it ask me to fill details
i fill all the details but it asks me about paiment so i click it on web money but it says it is not correct so what can i do as down loading is totaly free

Airtel Prepaid — internet

Recently i was doing dowloading many thinng for free no charge for Google website , my number is [protected] an also now I cannot access to internet the reason maybe because i have change my internet setting so kindly tell me how will I get back the Internet connetion to my mobile.
Dear Sir,

I have subscribed to Airtel Prepaid Blackberry Servies of 299. The amount was deducted from my account (mobile no -[protected]) but the services din not get activated. I had called a customer executive and they told me to visit aitel office as they could do nothing about it. The airtel office informs me that the services are not working properly for prepaid and i should switch to postpaid.

This is unethical. Why should i switch to postpaid. I want my money back if AIrtel can not activate my blackberry services. Also the airtel customer care now have stopped responding to my blackberry complain and they just disconnect the phone.

AirTel — Blackberry Plan on Prepaid

I just bought a prepaid sim to use with my bb 8900.. i send the activation msg <airtelbb> to 121, n get a reply, if you are a prepaid customer, try again after 24 hrs. or call customer care.
N when i do that.. they say that bb plan cannot be activated on prepaid sims..
How in the world is that possible ?? there site clearly says for prepaid users as well.

AirTel — blackberry internet services

My blackberry services like blackberry messenger, gtalk, facebook and other applications are not working since yesterday evening. Now its been 24 hours and a lot of my work, communication is on hold.I had called the concerned airtel helpline but they only told me that there was a technical error all over india and it was being resolved. Though its been an entire,i"d really wish if i was told how much more time approximately would all this take.

I had baught a number [protected] for using blackberry services , but airtel people are really really very unprofessional neither they help nor they accept that the problem is their , I had recharged my number with 500 bucks and when ever i am sending sms for activation it is showing

Airtel — problem using Internet

In the mobile number [protected] from last 2 month i am facing problem doing Internet. I am getting speed of about 0-6 kb/s but i have seen others that they are getting speed of about 20 kb/s most of the time, i have complained in the customer care(number: 12118) for more than 20 times but till now i have got no solution of this problem. The customer care told me to update my phone software(Nokia 5233) again which i updated about 2 month ago and more than that they told to change my mobile phone (which according to me is not a fair answer given by the customer care)

AirTel — Blackberry issue in my Prepaid Connection

Dear Sir/Ma 'am

This is in regards to my blackberry connection which is not been working since Thursday evening and i had been following up with the people in the park street store since Saturday, and there is no progress yet, they say they have mailed it at some center. The money was deducted for the Weekly Unlimited Internet Plan i.e. 100 Rupees and the service is yet to start.
Please take care of the matter,revert and resolve it soon or as otherwise i might have to switch my connection to Vodafone.

AirTel — blackberry internet not working

Sir, i am using airtel no. [protected]. I had started blackberry internet pack of 399/- on 28/3/12. And the amount is detected from my acount. But till today i can not use the services. I had called airtel 121,198,7070 many times. But they all the manual setting and i do. I had change my sim (dupicate sim) from airtel on 31/3/12. But still gprs (internet) not working. They dont listen make excuses and all. They said ur mobile is not working so i use my other number in that mobile and it works. Please see to this matter and do the needfull. Thankyou. Bharti Airtel — Threading to pay bill for the closed airtel line 04443865134

I closed My airtel broadband line on 22Aug 13 . While close they informed me that you will be receiving adjustment bill for balance day in this bill cycle. I accepted and came back. After a month they are sending 1 month bill and telling that your phone is still in live not yet disconnected. - Madhan Kumar
