I purchased a volats ac at march'2016 in sathya agencies, salem. When i bought it was seasonal offer such as 5 years extended warranty will cover both ac and compressor.
After given the complaint from Consumer complaints at Aug'2018. Temporarily they resolved the issue and promised me that until 5 Years we assure to cover the warranty. Last week, completely AC not functioning. So i raised the complaint from Voltas Customer care, Sathya Showroom (Salem) as well as Sathya CRM(Chennai). But till now they didn't take any necessary action. When I booked the complaint from Voltas CC, some person came for inspection. But i enquired with them, they are not Voltas CC person, they came from Third part vendors. So Its really kind of Forgery and cheating.

Last time they did the service including Gas filling ( I paid the amount), But within 8 months completely gas leaked off . They are serving the customers, simply they are cheating and trying to grab the money from customers.

If they are not taking necessary action, i will go at next level also.

For that i need to send one message to volatas specific number with format. Sathya didn't guided properly for sending messages, anyhow i sent the message and didn't get any reply back. So i approached the manager within a single day, they given false promise as "don't worry sir, we will take care". But,

Now i am trying to claim the warranty for some problem in my product with voltas cc. They said me that your product was not covers the 5 yrs extended warranty. I really shocked and approached sathya agencies, salem. I didn't get any proper feedback and telling some rubbish things. Moreover i compared with my product serial number and bill copy serial number, it is entirely different. So i confirmed that something forgerry happened and approached sathya again. The manager told me that we will sell all the product like this only with different serial number.
Really i didn't understand how this much big organization replied like that. If my problem not get resolved, i will do the necessary action against sathya agencies, salem.

Hi, i have bought one year before hitachi ac from sathya agencies tuticorin branch.
But from the beginning onwards, i am having service related issue from hitachi ac. Nobody responded my service request and within one year my ac cooling very poor... So please don't sell hitachi ac in your shop... And also put the pressure to hitachi service for resolving my issue.

Delayed in receiving the gift for my tv purchase. Also its damaged one, escalated before two months and following it with weekly, so for not replaced. Keep on delay to deliver the products.

The manager not responding, keep on saying that, will be delivered your products by today, but so far more than three months my products not delivered yet.

I bought onida 40 inch tv thunder on24.02.2017.

13.02.2019 tv repairs. I informed the kumbakonam service center and kumbakonam sathiya show room. A month later i complained to onida on 13.03.2019.

I have not fixed my tv repairs until today.. Whenever you call, there is no question of spare parts from mumbai.

I am worried that money has been wasted

I had bought an voltas ac split 1.5 ton on monday 13 may at palayamkottai branch. Your service person confirmed that it will be installed on tuesday. But there is no response until now. I called your shop and they didn't give any response but only delay. We have bought ac after payment and still not using it due to your irresponsiblity. I need immediate installation at my home. If you don't install tomorrow 16 may, i will return the ac and provide me the full amount. Confirm the installation immediately. My purchase details are below:

I have purchased a samsung washing machine from sathya stores on 28 april 2019. There is a gift from sathya store which is a samsung phone. As promised they should give that gift at the time of delivery of the washing machine. But that's not happened. To enquire about that i made a call to the persons who gave me their number but no response from them. So i called to their customer care team they said that i will receive a call back from...

Actually last week me and my sister Kavitha, through Bajaj finance booked one AC at Sathya AGencies Kolathur. After approval gave late deliver after 4 days. till now no more calls regarding installation. Called up Mr. Jeyaprakash executive who attended us about our own installation. He said nothing. But after next day of installation it get stopped not working so called up agency and asked they said you have installed your own so no warrenty covered.

Late delivery, no proper installation calls, not educated about the installation .

Such a worst experience with your Kolathur branch. WORST EVER . What is remedy for this worst service you have provided

Hi, i bought new ac last week which was delivered late, not even a single for the installation till monday asked executive jayaprakash [protected] kolathur branch installed our own. Now ac not working while asking saying we not installed so no warranty. Only one day i used that's it i have to loan amount what a service you have provided. I need answer for the service provided

Very worst customer service from kandanchavadi branch. They won't provide delivery at promising time. Very very worst customer service from (Rajiv). They won't need customer come back tu showroom. These is regarding my return payment from sathya agencies medavakkam. Past ten days before i buyed blue star inverter ac in sathya agencies medavakkam that time along with ac i also order double booster stabilizer. But while the deliver time they delivered only ac unit and told we don't have stock in warehouse. So i called mr. Srinivasan one of the executive who guided for purchasing and he told sir you don't worry you buy double booster from outside from any shop and we will return amount for your stabilizer with in three days. Till now no response from them and they saying reasons and postponing days. Please take action on these branch and do favour for me. My contact number [protected].

Last month mid, I have purchased Voltas 1.5 ton AC from Sathya Agencies in Guduvanchery(Address: No.5, GST Rd, Near EB Bus Stop, Guduvanchery, Tamil Nadu 603202).
But still, now the installation is not done from the Showroom. I called many times to them but they have not responded to me. Please do the needful immediately and take the corrective action.

Hi i am murali krishnan.
After solving 5 months problem regarding led smart tv u have given a
Option to exchange the tv. I have paid extra amount for the new tv on 1st
May at sathya thiruvannamalai branch. I have the bill, the thiruvannamalai branch manager told us they will install the new tv on the next day (2nd may) till now it is not delivered. They are giving silly reason for not delivering the tv.
Is this ur sathya service to the customer???. Please give importance to this complaint and solve the problem. As soon as you can.

So i called to their customer care team they said that i will receive a call back from the concerned branch (Tnagar) but i never get a call from that branch. This has happen more then 10 times. But i never get a call from the branch. I dono whom to approach to get my gift. So i went to the branch in person to get any information on the same. I asked them for their worst customer call service do you know what they replied "sir, for the last one month there server are slow and they all have their issue". And they said with in a week i will get a call from the warehouse. And week has passed there is no response, again i tried calling everyone as usual there is no response from their customer service or the persons. Again i went to the branch and now they want three days time to collect the gift. This time i waited for a week but no reply and again i visited the branch now they gave me different number and asked for a week time. Now they say that samsung is the one who making delay in sending the phones. This has been there regular dialogue "sir, please wait for a week i personally call you and update". I know this a joke because they won't make such calls. So now i came to know that they won't give any gift and they just make us prey by showing there gift. So people out there don't buy anything from sathya stores. They have the worst service ever. One best advice for them"hey sathya stores you better shutdown you customer care service which is useless".

I booked bosch washing machine on 1/5/19 it is not supplied till today 11/5/19 mr. Ganesh from perungudi talked rudly and promised that it will be supplied today but it is seen that there is no stock. Hence 1)allow me to take a new product or 2)cancel my order. I order bluestar ac and samsung fridge on 06 th may 2019 in kolathur sathya. And they told as they will deliver next day or 2nd day. But now is 3rd day but still i did not get deliver my product.. But if i called to them they not responding properly and behaving very harshly so i request here dont give commitment but if giving means make it done...

I had bought samsung 1.5 ton ac on 29th april 2019 from sathya agencies, nagercoil (Attached the bill). The sales person named 'jaison xavier' said that i'm eligible for a complimentary gift from the company on purchase of the ac and will be delivered to home in two days time.

On 2nd, 3rd and 4th may i called the sales person for the pending gift to be delivered, every day i got the answer that it will be delivered today. But never got them

Then on 6th of may, the sales person "jaison xavier' called me up and said that i'm getting a ceiling fan as the gift and will be delivered to my place on akshaya tritiya. But the gift was never delivered.

Then 8th of may i went directly to the shop, then the guy just retracted his earlier statement of ceiling fan gift and said i'll be getting a plastic food container.

I don't understand how a ceiling fan gift turned into a plastic container. I bought a 40k 1.5 ton ac and the sales guys gifts me a plastic container.

I didn't expect sathya agency will provide such a bad experience of shopping and make false promises of complimentary gift.

I've bought mixie in vadapazhani branch but not working.. No proper answers on replacement. They have multiple branches but no branches are helping to address this problem..
They didn't provide proper computerize receipt instead provided hand written receipt. I contacted madipakkam branch for replacement but they simply saying no option for replacement but they sold me by saying you can replace in all branches.

Have complained n number of times abt my ac conditioner, which was purchased a month ago. Never used it a single day and paid the 1st month emi successfully.

Tired of reaching out to sales executive and have contacted the branch manager gowtham ([protected]) - porur yesterday.. Who is worth for nothing. No response. Never seen a irresponsible guy, who takes care of a showroom like this.

Expecting a response here at least from sathya agencies. Lets see.
