Self — Dogs menace at elliots beach, besant nagar | |||||
Yesterday night, I had a nightmarish experience at Besant Nagar Beach. I was strolling in the beach, all of a sudden, two dogs confronted me. They were ferociously barking and rushing forward to attach me on either side. Timely two policeman who were near the police booth intervened and saved me from dog's bite. I am daily witnessing some stray dogs are after someone daily. Hundreds of stray dogs are roaming in the beach particularly on the walker's platform and the skating ground. Please keep Besant Nagar Beach free from dogs menace. Public safety is more important than anything else. Will the Chennai Corporation take steps to counter this problem?
