      On 11 th of may frm my house location adress 111/6 Kailash Ghosh Road post office-Barisha Kolkata -700008 pick up boy Soumitra chattopadhyay pickup product from messho 100 pices n 95 head loop mask white but he was not submitted to the hub . after that meesho customer service said to me from shadowfax company product not received so I am contacting delivery boy he said I was submitted the product and delivery hub maneger dilip 700008 area pin code he is not responding he is showing irresponsible behaviour . I am requesting him so many times please check where was my product but in tracking I'd it shows not picking up yet how is it possible . My refund yet not come from meesho company for irresponsible behaviour of pickup boy and hub maneger dilip, please help me as early as possible 1 month pass but not came my refund yet. Otherwise I i will take stick action against shadowfax company.supporting documents are submitted below.

              This issue has been going on for a while. Your courier agency sends me sms saying it has arranged for a pick up but no one shows up or no one calls. Finally a courier agent calls today, comes to pick up the order. But in the evening i get an sms saying that the item pickup has been cancelled. Is this a scam? Can you look into it before i involve the police and file a complaint with them

                  I have paid the money for my COD Shipment SF[protected]FK via UPI on their Shadowfax Payment Portal. After completing the payment they did not update the payment status and still given COD. After raising multiple calls and emails there was no response from their side. It is disgusting. Extremely dissatisfied! Why do you guys don't have any proper customer service? What do you think of peoples' money? Worst company for delivery

                            When your delivery boy delivered, he ask a otp, he told if I don't give the otp he can't delivered my parcel. Than I give him the otp. After he leaving I got a massage that I opened meesho app. Than the product was wrong so I return it. After 2 days I got a message from meesho that my pickup was completed and my refund was processed. But they don't came for pickup. Than I checked account details and meesho there was add a new account number of the return boy. Than I called meesho customer service, they told me the refund was processed in this delivery boy account. Shadowfax please do something, tell the delivery boy to give my refund. It's so nonsense think, how can they cheat. If he not gave my refund back than I'll reside a police complaint against the delivery boy and also courier service. I have all proved the recordings, the screen shot etc.

                            The delivery boy cheating. He take otp from me and he put his bank account in my meesho app.Sobmy refund process in his account. Please take action against him and give my money back.
