I am personally fed up of calling the delivery executive again and again and there is no response from them. My orders just keep getting rescheduled without any attempt to deliver the order. The delivery exec are very rude and never pick up or return calls and whenever they do, they always say they cannot do the pick-up or delivery as they are in a different region and that it's not their region.
Bad Service..

Product is Rescheduled again and again..

Not receiving any call from them...

    I've ordered 4 tshirts in limeroad.com and out of that one tshirt was requested for return. Shadowfax courier service guy reached on friday morning @9:30 am (August 2nd 2019) and picked up my parcel and by evening i got message the pickup rescheduled for next day. I called both limeroad and shadowfax to fix this one. But still they are postponed and keep on escape whenever i call them and ask for status. These kind of degraded business tricks are not good and serious threat to credibility on online ecommerce business. I don't have second to request everyone to think before placing any orders in lime road and shadowfax courier services. My number [protected].

I worked in shadowfax as a delivery boy in rayachoti hub ekart logistics my team leader is akshay Reddy and i stopped the worked before 85 days they said you will get your salary after 45 days but now completed 86 days they did not give my salary i am daily call to my sir akshay reddy but his not responding, when I called him he didn't received but when I chat the WhatsApp his sayed your punching problem you will get your salary today but today also I didn't get I called him today also his not responding what can I do please help me and take a action

        Hi,
        My faballey order no.#572185 was to be picked up by Shadowfax and the return was scheduled just for a single product But I was not notified about the same and returned all the 3 products(under the same order no.) in the same packaging, Now the rest 2 products are missing and not received at the faballey warehouse yet.
        As per Faballey team they have already confirmed with the logistic team, But I surely do know that there is a communication gap which leaded top product that went missing.

        One thing to be noted, The delivery guy did not clicked the photo for the products that needs to be done during pickup and the the download receipts is randomly signed as the signature is not mine, and the picture of the product is just a camera symbol in the receipt, and the timing of the pickup is wrong.also the pickup guy did not mention about returning the single product as he had the information and that was mentioned in the receipt later..

        So as I have returned all the products that needed to be returned from my end, I would request both Shadowfax and faballey team to coordinate and check for the missing products and resolve the issue ASAP.

        Please don't use these service .It is useless and so much lazy fellows. It is delivering still from one month but not yet received.They didn't call anything they are deciding and postponding their date as their wish

          Product i was order is different and very low quality i want refund on it. I didnt recieved product as per description. Product quality is too poor. And cheap. I bought it form shadowfax.com the product i saw on site is different than i got yesterday. I contact many times to your sites but they didnt give me any response. Please slove my problem and accept my request and plz give me my money back

            I got wrong product which i did not ordered i ordered pink gown type of rich look and in combow dress red type of gown with jaket and with other ground color cant remember but dress i know which i have selected. But the compeny was cheat me and took rs. 1980/- and give against lowest price & poor quality of product kurti

              Your delivery executive jitender kumar and it's contact no [protected]. This came to pick up the product and his behavior was too bad and its too rude. He can't gave me any reciept for pick up my product. Please take stick action. He was arguing with me that the product colour was changed. The product was fell down from his hand on road and he called him to our senior and asked that product was used and scratched. Please take action for shadowfax company. They having so many complaints regarding the courier executive behaviors. They don't have manners and behave that how to talk with the customers.
              First of all product what i ordered is different.and, the clothes are torned from inside .kindly please take back your product as soon as possible.

                Watch order on watchler.com and i have received from presha trading through shadow fax.

                Now no one is responding to return the product.

                They are asking my card & pin details for money return.

                He is asking me to share my Debit Card details along with Pin number.

                I have denied to share with him then he is saying I will not get the return money.

                      I purchased wella professional conditioner from nayka for 555 and due to some reasons I wanted to return it. And they approved my return on 23-1-201 and I got a message saying they will pick up on 24th the next day ie, on 24 I got a notification out for pickup and till evg I didn't receive any call and by night I got a message tried calling u it was not reachable.This continued till today ie,[protected]. I called the customer care so many times no response from their side and the courier boys number is also fake like the guy who's number it was had left job 6 months back and they have provided that number to me.
                      Please do something and I want my refund

                        Shadowfax is a courier pickup services in bangalore. A product of tata cliq is supposed to be picked up. Tat cliq ghas arranged the pick up from this shadowfax service however on 17/12/2018 evening 6:40pm this person came here to pick up all their job is to come and pick the product that's all. However this guy asked what is the reason why are you returning the product. I said this is supposed to be returned and that is why am returning the product that's all i said. He started talking to me ina loud tone yelling "what is the reason why are you returning this.' i asked him are you here to collect the product or are you here to make a scene. He started speaking to me in alod tone.
                        I have ordered one JBL headset but I got different one so I need to return that product and I want my money refund back as soon as possible kindly issue my money back

                          I ordered (prepaid) a phone cover from bewakoof on 17th October and the delivery was to be done on 30th October by shadowfax delivery service. I tracked my order, they keep rescehduling my date. They have rescheduled more than 3 times now. And when I call them they are very rude, and they say they can't deliver as they are not in that area .I feel this delivery service is fake. Its a prepaid money. Otherwise it would have mattered...

                            I had purchased product (Jeans) from koovs, on october 24 i received it and i returned on oct 25 because of size issue. On that day the shadow fax courier service sms i got and concerned person came and picked the item.
                            After picking it up i didn't get any acknowledgement message i contacted koovs and shadowfax courier services they are saying they are always investigating and nothing doing from their end.
                            They don't even know where is my product?
                            What t should i do for this fraud services?
