Hello Team,
Shadowfax rider[protected] with a prepaid parcel of AWB number SF[protected]FPL has marked it delivered today (7th April 2022). But it was not delivered to me. He called me on my mobile number and i told him that I would like to reject the parcel, I have been telling him this for past 2 days when he called me for delivery. But instead of rejecting it, he marked it delivered without even delivering the prepaid parcel.
I would request you to kindly help me with this misbehavior of the Shadowfax rider and help me find my parcel.
Would appreciate your kind assistance at the earliest.
