I had placed a RTO request R[protected]PIC, my parcel was picked up on 14th April but not yet delivered to return address. I have tried all the ways to contact shadowfax but nobody responded.

    I ordered from hembri watches .. The quantity i set was 2 but the problem is I received only 1 watch which is older and doesn't even look original... I unboxed the order in front of shadowfax delivery guy he too was saying " Kindly ask for return, so that I can pick up your order and refund will be initiated in ur account " I did the same but my product hasn't been picked up yet.. I'm still waiting for pickup and also their customer service is very poor they do not even bother to receive and repsond to my call. Order number is - SF[protected]KR. I have proof for everything and photos of delivery guy. Kindly help me please.. My registered number is [protected]. Order2 amount Rs. 2598.

      My rider id is 1930944 every week my transaction get failed even my bank is verified and i recieved a payout of 400 once
      Please try to resolve it
      I put all money in petrol and all please try to understand my situation

          I have ordered a gift hamper from Giftcarnation .BEFORE DELIVERING The product they sent me the pictures and videos about the hamper how is it looked .But when the product came through Shadowfax courier company and I opened it there was nothing in the box literally nothing .this hamper is so much important for me that these courier services can't even imagine and this product is going to London for someone but now the flight is gone which the cost of the product is rupees 3250. But the product is gonna leave for London and I don't think so that i have to tell you alth cost of that

                I have ordered a set from Meesho and that set was not good in condition so i return that product but when my parcel got picked up the shadowfax delivery boy asked me to pay 100rs for the return pickup when I refused to pay he said me that my return will pickup but the amount will not be initiated to my account... I have paid him 100rs by the googlepay... and then when I contact to Meesho team they said me all delivery return pickup will cost free...

                      The delivery partner took one of my ordered pepsi and kept it and said that he only received one bottle from restaurant his name is Akash tithe and he is working in kharadi- wagholi area in pune branch. He also asked me to walk for 1kms in sunny day while he was drinking juice near a juice shop. Such arrogant behavior from the delivery boy.

                        I ordered a product from meesho app on 03/04/2022. It was prepaid
                        i got message from shadowfax that product no. Sf[protected]fpl is delivered. I have not received any parcel nor the courier boy called me for the 4 digit delivery code. Then how it is showing that product is delivered. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. I have registered complaint in meesho app also. They verified and said that the product is delivered as it is showing in the app and they shared pod also. But in fact i have not received any parcel from shadowfax. I am really very upset and can't believe that how a courier boy can do like this. Please look into the matter and resolve soon. Awaiting for your reply

                        I places an order from Meesho app on 5/April/2022.. I got message from shadow fax that product Order number: SF[protected]FPL has been delivered on 16/April/2022. I have not received the parcel nor the courier boy called me for 4 digit delivery code. But the the status shows as delivered in both Meesho app and shadow fax tracker.                           Hello Team,

                          Shadowfax rider[protected] with a prepaid parcel of AWB number SF[protected]FPL has marked it delivered today (7th April 2022). But it was not delivered to me. He called me on my mobile number and i told him that I would like to reject the parcel, I have been telling him this for past 2 days when he called me for delivery. But instead of rejecting it, he marked it delivered without even delivering the prepaid parcel.
                          I would request you to kindly help me with this misbehavior of the Shadowfax rider and help me find my parcel.

                          Would appreciate your kind assistance at the earliest.

                                My order was in COD mode but later when I track my order shadowfax has used to show the pay it online.
                                Then I paid it by using my phonepay but later it disappeared and my money has debited from my account, and nothing has updated
                                So does the delivery boy will charge me by COD...

                                      My return was picked up on 02/04/2022 by shawdowfax courier person but he didn't update the status.
                                      The status is still showing that my pickup could not happen and will be rescheduled.
