I have been contacting you since the last 10 days but still you are not solving my issue.
My 3 orders are still not delivered yet.
AWB no's are SF[protected]MAO, SF[protected]MAO and SF[protected]MAO.
I WANT ALL OF THESE 3 ORDERS.
DO NOT RETURN THESE ORDERS.
I was contacting you, the company from which I ordered the product and the Shadowfax office in my city.
When I contacted the shadow fax office in my city they told me on 8 th that they will deliver my orders the next day, which is 9 th march, they told me the reason that they have not opened the box yet.
Again on the next day, I contacted them, they told me they will definitely deliver the order till friday. But they did not deliver.
The next day they said they will deliver after monday because they do not work saturday, sunday.
On monday, I suddenly received a message that all 3 orders are cancelled. They did not contact me or even they had not asked me for cancellation.
I was continuously contacting you via Twitter and call (IVR).
On twitter you told me that you are working on it and you will solve the issue and deliver my orders. But you did nothing.
On IVR it was telling me that I will receive a call from you in the next 24 hours but I never got a single call from you.
Today when I again went to the shadowfax office in my city, they told me that orders are cancelled and they can't give it to me. All 3 orders are still in my city shadowfax office only but still they are not giving/delivering.
YOU HAVE ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
NO ONE FROM YOU HAVE SOLVED ISSUE AND CONTACTED ME YET.
