    Refund not initiated for a returned product

    Product was returned on 11th March 2022. Even after multiple complaints and emails sent there is no response from shadowfax. The seller is also not responding to calls or msgs. No proper customer care is available to reach out and complain to. Need shadowfax team to look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible. It has been almost more than 2weeks....

    It is really disappointing, I am not getting any response from shadowfax. I have been cheated by their delivery boy. He taken gpay amount of cod parcel and did not handover parcel to society security guard. Moreover, he cancelled my order now. Please connect with me on priority.

        Shadowfax delivery boy came to deliver my parcel from Meesho. I was not at my home. He asked me to Google pay on his number as it was cod and informed me that he will handover my parcel to society security guard. I paid the amount Rs 773. When I reached society, security guard informed that there was no parcel and later on that delivery boy marked my order as cancelled. When I called him 100 times, he did not picked my call. Need immediate action on Shadowfax.

          Wrong delivery status

          My package with Order #[protected] was supposed to be deliver today. While I was out they delivered and updated the status that the item has been delivered. But when I came back there was no package. I already paid online and I don't even have the package . Also customer care services is very bad. They should reply within minutes but it's been hours they have not call back.
          I want my money back...

          I have a ordered a product from ajio and shipped through shadowfax( order I'd SF[protected]AJI). Yesterday my order is out for delivery but not delivered to me with remark customer not reachable while I am available at delivery address all time. Today again my product is out for delivery but when I call to delivery person he informed me that he is not delivering today. After some time delivery person call me and ask me a code delivered to me for rescheduling the delivery date while I only get the delivery code. In my opinion he is trying to do some fraud. After some time I gave massage from shadofax that my shipment is canceled as requested while I don't remember such request.

                They are telling me that my area is non serviceable area then may I know why did they took the parcel in the first place . They didn't even contacted me once and I have been contacting coustomer care but haven't heard from them once . They haven't called back . They are really giving me a headache . Other delivery agents haveno such problems but them. I request you to solve it .

                  I ordered clothe from meesho,
                  Which I get over size so put them in for return request which a get approved and after that 20 March a delivery boy came and pick up the product, so wait for the my refund but I didn't get so I call in coustomer service and i find out that they didn't receive product and as for that I explained them my situation and they said they can't do anything about that and as for that i want you to take action for this because I lost my money .

                        A delivery agent from your office came today at around 5.20 pm to take a return package of Ajio. His contact number was-[protected]. He was extremely rude and has no manners to talk to a customer. On a very trivial matter of location confusion he started arguing nonstop in a threatening way. He never even once apologised for his inhuman behaviour to two ladies, and on the top of that made some really horrible intimidating statements and was even ready to use violence. I must say it was a horrible horrible experience that I have never faced ever. We do understand that they are all sometimes frustrated and tired, but it was totally not the case here. He behaved like a nutcase who was intentionally trying to disgrace us and picking up a fight.

                          Hi, i had ordered sequence saree from Amrutam fab, online and it was supposed to be delivered by Shadowfax. The product has reached the destination place 3 days back, which is just 4 kms away from my residence. However the product is not delivered to me.. How can they more than 3 days to travel 3 kms.                               I ordered weighing scale on meesho 1 week ago .my tracking Id SF[protected]FPL .and delivery guy yesterday called from [protected] and asked for address. My mother said the address and after sometime my mother called that delivery guy and asked for parcel. He was lying like my mother said we have no money. But we were waiting for parcel. He didn't even come to my place and simply giving excuses. My mother asked to deliver today. Yesterday evening he called mother and without saying detail asked for OTP and my mother thought that is for delivery.but today I checked app it shows shipment cancelled. So please take action against that delivery guy and please deliver my parcel
