Shadowfax received my order sf58850114pe for fast tag on 8th dec19 from paytm, however i did not receive it till today (18 dec).
They did not even contacted me so far for delay. I had to go to garhmukteshwer for urgent work but i could not and i losted rs. 10000 due to this delay.

A courier with awb# sf63922907ner was sent to me via shadowfax courier on 22nd nov (Office address:
1st floor, appek building, 93/a, 4th b cross rd, 5th block, koramangala, bengaluru, karnataka 560095).

On 24th nov 2019 it reached the delivery hub near my home and i was sent a message saying that my products would be delivered in 24-48 hours. After 48 hours there was no update on the issue. Shadowfax courier website...

This is very surprising we had ordered gown but when I opened packet its teared saree. That is very pathetic service. Its really very bad experience. pick-up not attempted/order undelivered

I am personally fed up of calling the delivery executive again and again and there is no response from them. My orders just keep getting rescheduled without any attempt to deliver the order. The delivery exec are very rude and never pick up or return calls and whenever they do, they always say they cannot do the pick-up or delivery as they are in a different region and that it's not their region....

pickup order fraud by both limeroad.com & shadowfax courier services

I've ordered 4 tshirts in limeroad.com and out of that one tshirt was requested for return. Shadowfax courier service guy reached on friday morning @9:30 am (August 2nd 2019) and picked up my parcel and by evening i got message the pickup rescheduled for next day. I called both limeroad and shadowfax to fix this one. But still they are postponed and keep on escape whenever i call them and ask for status. These kind of degraded business tricks...

regarding return request for faballey product

I ordered (prepaid) a phone cover from bewakoof on 17th October and the delivery was to be done on 30th October by shadowfax delivery service. I tracked my order, they keep rescehduling my date. They have rescheduled more than 3 times now. And when I call them they are very rude, and they say they can't deliver as they are not in that area .I feel this delivery service is fake.
