Hi here is the continuous 7 out of 10 fake delivery were . delivered by the shadow fax
no use o[censored]sing the shadow fax worst every service was done all the courier boy keeping parcel at them and marking as delivered is that a bloody joke i will sue a complaint in consumer court more than 100 shipment were fake delivered by our courierboy .

Fir status dalta hai ke mujhse contact nahi ho pya.
Ye kya bakchodi h bc, ye courier service tatti se b zyada Gandi hai..

my product has been shipped from shadowfax wh on[protected] and when i try to track it is stucked at bhiwandi hub on[protected] .It's[protected] today ..I wanna the issue with my transit for taking too much days to ship from bhiwandi hub.

Delivery boy, imran, wasnt wearing a mask, when asked to do so, he refused and forced my father to sign on his phone for verification (When everyone wants a contactless delivery during covid)
When i called him back to inform him to wear a mask next time he delivers, as other products remain too, he bluntly refused and said, i shall collect them myself from the office if i have a problem with him delivering.

As per company agreement they told me that our company will pay you biweekly that mean every 15th of the month and bank transactions and other it will take upto 22nd of the for completing the transaction process. Shadowfax do not provide and helpline from which we can get connected to the company.in there website also there is phone number was listed. Only through you can contact them. I have submitted my issue in there website but they did not respond to my issue. I feel hopeless and i am here to you for help

I got a message that my order is out for delivery. I got parcel which was not even size of a paper. I i checked the cash to pay it shows nothing and unavailable order status. After that i cancelled the order. As soon i got a call from shadowfax asking me for confirmation of cancel or deliver again
. After 2 hours i got the call from different number. And this is continuing still. Very bad service

I have ordered one product via bewkoof.com on 17 september 2020. I haven't received my product yet, and the current location of product is not visible after 18 september when i tracked.

Sf30686450mee this product not delivered. Delivery person mentioned address issue, in case address issue previous orders why delivered same address in shadofax. Please reschedule this product customer asked.

Am reseller from meesho. I have order the the product and the product was shipped and it was out for delivey today but the customer number is not working. The customer is asking for the change if phone number. The order id is #51342491. So please kindly see my request. Other wise send me thejitu das. The delivery boy contact number so that i will contact the delivery boy and will ask him to deliver to the customer...

The customer is saying that now call came from the delivery boy but the order was cancelled

It has not been Updated from 29th August and today its 6th September.

and it has covered 8Days and there is an increase in delivery time and they have not updated any status from 29th August of mine courier.

Order 20366 is not delivered to me but status says that it was delivered to my door steps on 29 aug. I have also received delivery message. I have been trying to reach your team since yesterday but no response. The product costs me 2500/- and I am very much anxious about it. There is no contact number where i can log my complaint. All you have is to drop message and your team will call back which is not happening. This is pathetic. Either deliver my package or give me full refund.

I am Vijay and I have one product that I bought from snapdeal which is required to be returned back. Since last one month every time I call Snapdeal they say that the return request has been placed and is pending from Shadow Fax side. And almost every alternate day I get an SMS from Shadow Fax that my order will be picked today and then by evening my pickup stands cancelled for failing quality check. I don't understand which quality check is done when nobody from Shadow Fax contact me or reach my home. Thus I request you to kindly see where is the lag and check with Snapdeal and please pick my order which is pending for one month. I am humiliated by such responses of you and Snapdeal. I was expecting abv delivery but havent received yet sf51576139kr delivery guy has misplaced [protected] milind... Directly this guy has updated wrong status on website as delivered on 6th july after several enquires with bulding checked cctv also he has not entered in building asked for acknowledgemnt sayng delivered to security guy without calling cust but he lied and agreed to refund my lost amount... Managers too have agreed & raised complaint already debited delivery amount from salary still getting calls for return request... I hv received an article named" Paidu white wrist watch" which was not at all ordered by me. The delivery was made in my in my absense. The procdut is cheap wrist watch but it is delivered under COD and my assistant paid Rs.790/- on delivery, There is no bill or vendors address or contact details on shipment.
