I had dispatched goods to my client via SHIPROCKET AWB no SRTP[protected]

The goods left my premises on 16th feb 2022 and reached Hyderabad (destination city) on 20th Feb, then for the next 8 days it remained in Hyderabad without any delivery attempt whatsoever. On the 2nd of March it was marked RTO without any attempt of delivery or NDR remark, Today is 10th March and the parcel is still in hyderabad not having moved a single location.

When I spoke with Shiproket Customer Care, which they claim to be " best customer service" i'd like to point out that EACH EVERYONE OF THEIR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES IS USELESS AND THE JOB COULD HAVE BEEN DONE BY A BOT since all they do is repeat the same data which is on my screen while adding the occasional sorry.

All I am asking is for the location of my parcel so that I can have it picked up and delievred myself

    Kindly provide your seller digi store contact number Or refund the money. Irresponsible work by shiprocket. Not helping customer from fraudulent. I have purchase smart watch buy one get one free for Rs 1699/- from digi store online. Shipment was done by Shiprocket. The product I received a toy watch worth Rs 20/-. After call the customer care of shiprocket they are not ready give answer. Telling to contact seller directly. Why they entertaining such fraud seller without invoice. I want my money back. Help me any how. Get touch in with seller as they have the contact of seller. Many people had been fooled. Please try to reach the seller.

      Five courier got delivered to wrong address, it's more than a month now, company is not solving my problem, products where worth 85000 Rupees, do let me know i[censored] can help

        Worst experience with shiprocket

        I must say that shiprocket has got the worst customer support that I have witnessed till now.
        And adding to that shiprocket is not ready to take any responsibility for the product we are shipping with them.

        This is to inform you that we shipped the product through shiprocket on the (mention the date).
        We shipped LED TV and also have the proof of packing.
        The product got delivered to the customer on date(mention the date).
        When customer did unboxing the product was different from the product that we shipped.
        We also have the proof in form o[censored]nboxing video for the same.

        For the first few days shiprocket kept on delaying the issue and when we contacted them today again, the support executive said that the time for 72 hrs is over for raising the concern.

        This is simply not acceptable from companies like these.

        This is to bring to your notice this is the third time this type of case has occurred.

        This is to inform you that if this time claim will not be released by shiprocket then a Dyanora will certainly take a legal action against shiprocket.

            The package was picked from our place on 20Jan 2022, The status was updated on the ' shiprocket panel ' as 'PICKED UP', But shiprocket's team cancelled the order on 31st Jan 2022 ( without any prior notification or acknowledgement from our side ) .
            As we contacted the ' shiprocket's supprot ', First- They asked us to share the manifest .
            Then they mentioned that shipment isn't cancelled, It's out for pickup . Whereas It showed canceled on shiprocket's panel . As we shared the screenshots of the cancellation with them, They mailed us that shipment was returned back to us on 28 jan2022 .

            They shared a ' FAKE POD ' - The returned sheet was fake and edited by their team . Moreover, They created our fake brand's stamp and marked as RTO delivered

            This is a clear case of fraud .

            Attaching a picture of my original stamp and fake stamp along with the fake RTO sheet .

            Points To notice -
            1) The sheet is fake as RTO sheets are never a page big, and never include all product names .

            2) The fake stamp as all CAPS letters while my origibal stamp gas standard letters .

            3) The fake stamp is fresh ( Ink is smudging ), Whereas mine is suttle as it's very old .

            This is a clear case of fraud . An illegal activity is being done by ' shiprocket ' . This shall be taken seriously .

            We have attached all the relevant screenshots .

            We want our full refund of 9162/- and a strict action towards ' Shiprocket ' For creating a brand's fake stamp .

              Hi, we send an order via shiprocket on 20 jan 2022, following with the AWB NO.[protected] and courier company is ecom express. This order was picked up from our place on the same day and has been updated and scanned by their agent Rahul singh . But the shipment got cancelled automatically without any update on 31 jan 2022 . After making several calls and emails to the shiprocket they were unable to provide us the details regarding cancellation and moreover their support says shipment is not cancelled . When we asked them that why it shows cancelled to us, They promised to reach out via email and provide a resolution but failed . The shipment value is INR 9162/- and ' shiprocket' isn't being able to resolve the blunder caused .

              This isn't the first case, We still have more issues pending with them of wrong item delivered and wrong tracking statuses . Out of which one refund was promised by shiprocket's account manager But they failed us there too.

              We request the team to either hand over the package back to us or provide a refund of the same ( full amount )

              This is to update that after raising a complaint, Shiprocket's team has made even bigger blunder .
              They have now shared a FAKE POD .

              The shiprocket's team has created a fake RTO SHEET along with a FAKE STAMP of our brand .

              This is a clear case of FRAUD .

              Attaching a picture of my original stamp and fake stamp along with the fake RTO SHEET .

              Points To notice -
              1) THE SHEET IS FAKE AS RTO SHEETS NEVER INCLUDE THE PRODUCTS NAME .

              2) THE FAKE STAMP HAS THE ALPHABETS IN CAPITAL LETTERS
              WHEREAS MY ORIGINAL STAMP IS DIFFERENT .

              3) THE FAKE STAMP IS TOTALLY NEW, AS WE CAN SEE THE INK GETTING SPOILED A LITTLE AS IT'S A FRESH STAMP
              WHEREAS MINE IS SUPER SUTTLE AS IT'S ALREADY 2 YEARS OLD

              THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF FRAUD, WE WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IF WE CAN GET THE DETAILS OF THE PERSON BEHIND THIS . THIS IS ILLEGAL TO MAKE A FAKE STAMP OF ANY BRAND .

              How do i trust shiprocket now ? When they're doing such terrible blundes just to escape from their mistakes .

              WE REQUIRE THE FULL AMOUNT OF INR 9162/- TO MY BANK ACCOUNT ONLY ALONG WITH THE PREVIOUS LOST AND INCORRECT ITEMS DELIVERED PACKAGES BY SHIPROCKET.

                I ordered an item from Amazon . As per tracking status it was to be delivered on 17th Feb. I received notification along with top on 17th Feb morning that it will be delivered today.
                But in the evening a received a whatsapp from Shiprocket business account saying that the item was not delivered as I chose a future delivery and on amazon tracking it showed that delivery was attempted. This is a complete lie because delivery was not attempted at all because no delivery partner was assigned (I would have got a notification otherwise) for delivery and I was not contacted by anyone regarding the delivery.
                Shiprocket delayed the delivery and made it look like it was my fault by updating the wrong information on the system.

                To make it more worse Shiprocker has no customer care calling facility for consumers, it is only available for sellers.

                  I have ordered one item that was samsung active 2 smart watch and I have received another product on monday. Where I have ordered in Instagram that person was replyed and when i was telling to that person that I have received wrong means he have blocked me now whom should I approach and I have paid 999 rs. Please refund me the money orelse replacement my order this is my humble request .In 2 days I need my replacement orelse i complain in ciber crime. he cheated me what the service your doing for customer bullshirt. I needed my order at any cost

                    Hi i am from siliguri .. and i order some product from The Silver Vibe (containing artificial jewellery) and it would be delivered by today ..and in the morning i get out for delivery massage but didn't receive my product .. as there no delivery man's number provided.. i couldn't contact to anyone .. i waited whole day and then 10.30pm i am getting delivered massage ..

                      The package is already in my town. Delivery agent is saying product is locke. We don't have permission to deliver it. So why your delivery partner is not sending this or allowing to pick it by myself.

                          I had arranged for delivery of product through ship rocket. Both the products has reached their destination and are still pending to delivery of products for the last 5 days. Each day doing the follow-up now they are RTO the products without prior information. Sprocket PR Mr. Ajay told them they will deliver the products which gave false hope to us and to our customers. Due to continuously follow we feel depressed and waste of money

                            Shiprocket did not deliver the order to customer and updated the delivery status the order has been delivered to customer in my account . I asked for POD for the same . Its already been more than 10 days of requesting POD . Shiprocket is not giving me POD . Shiprocket courior partner amazon shipping has been lost or stolen the order and made a fake delivery .                                   As shiprocket allows there customers(sellers) to claim the loss up to 25 LAKH and this time my customer (buyer) faced an empty package and in totally torned condition AWB - [protected]. Also,
                                  I turned on my secure shipments on shiprocket panel and shiprocket charges me a high amount for this shipment as this shipment is insured and company says that they claim loss damage up to 25 LAKH.
                                  I request you to please file legal consumer case on SHIPROCKET as they do false claims with there customers and now they are giving me 5000 and my shipment cost is 15000 INR please note this shipment is insured and promised by shiprocket
                                  I shared all the unboxing videos before sending after receiving package images everything. Then also shiprocket is giving me 5000. And they did false claims that insured up to 25LAKH.
                                  I request you to please close this as they are doing totally false commitments and not agreed to there promised things mails messages

                                    Hello,
                                    I sent 38 parcel of wedding boxes with dry Fruits from Ship Rocket. Maximum Boxes they delivered Late means after Wedding Date Client Received the Item in damage no use. 1 Box Cost Rs. 1500 per pc they didn’t even take action regarding this. 4 Boxes they Lost they transfer only 2 box amount & 3 RTO in which 2 received in fully crushed form. 1 Box wrong Item Received Kids books. No action has been Taken by the Company Complete lose or 57000/- Received only 3000/- in Ship Rocket Wallet which I can’t Use.
                                    Please Tell me the Process how to Take action regarding the company about the loss and mental trauma which happen in wedding due to the company. What compensation I can get from the company.

                                      My order with AWB [protected], which was created on 18 th of October.
                                      The order was first not picked up for 5 days due to which I made several complaints, finally it was picked up and then it wasn't delivered, the shipment was finally marked lost and is was provided a refund in the form of wallet balance, suddenly one day the amount was deducted from my wallet and it said the shipment was found and will be delivered to me, the shipment was then marked delivered on 11th of December, but again I did not receive the shipment, I raised a P.O.D on 15 th of December and was told to wait 8-10 days for POD, I received a call saying that the shipment is lost and we will give your details to the respected team members and have your refund initiated.
                                      the Support executive Ayush who I stayed on call with for more than an hour today told me that the POD was uploaded on 26th of December and that I had to raise another complaint to get my refund, but that was not informed to by anyone and I talked to almost 20-30 of Shiprocket executives regarding this order in the past 3 months, instead they called and said we will refund the amount since the shipment is lost
                                      so far I have talked to too many employees who have given me nothing but excuses for their incompetence
                                      not one of my concerns or queries or even call backs have been answered
                                      to name a few
                                      Tanmay, Mala, Ankur, Anshul, Ayush.
                                      Please provide me a solution as I am tired of complaining . they want me to keep on checking and keep on calling to complaint. I have to wait literally for an hour on call to get in touch with a senior level employee and they also say the same thing and prove to be of no help.

                                        They always delay to pick up my products now they start delay in delivery.. their customer service also worst.. they can't resolve any issues.. their app not updated any information about pick up and delivery.. I lose my customer for their fault..
